Op-ed:
Obama pushes for statehood for a non-existent people
By: Diane Sori

We all know Barack HUSSEIN Obama sides with his muslim brethren in regards to all things Israel, and he can't fool 'We the People' with his photo-op rhetoric and lies, for his actions, like SELLING Israel arms to defend themselves while freely GIVING arms to Israel's enemies, speak louder than any of his words ever can. And while he continues to try and get Arab nations (who are Israel's enemies) to support his administration's push for a Palestinian state in 2014 he, his brethren, and all the anti-Semite Jew-haters that he surrounds himself with forget one major thing...there is NO such thing as a 'Palestinian people'.

NO people means NO state...got that Barack HUSSEIN Obama...NO 'Palestinian people' means NO Palestinian state.

And while Obama believes that with Arab support a peace deal could be brokered between Israel and the so-called 'Palestinians', which most likely would NEVER happen because the so-called 'Palestinians' don't really want peace, what Obama really needs is a history lesson, a secular history lesson (we all know that the Holy Bible says Israel belongs to the Jews), and needs one fast...NOT that the facts will mean anything to him...but I'll give them to him anyway.

Fact one: The word 'Palestine' is NOT even Arabic.

The name Palestine itself is just the Romanized version of the word ‘Philistia,’ the name given to the region by Rome in the first century, naming it after the Philistines, who were enemies of the Jews. This name stayed until the end of the British Mandate period in 1947 when the modern state of Israel was born. However, Jews have always claimed this land as their homeland, with Jerusalem its capital, and with Israel its name. And the land has never been without as many Jews as the governing powers would allow. In fact, for 3,700 years Jews NOT Arabs have lived continuously in the ancient Biblical 'Promised Land of Israel', especially in Judea and Samaria.

Fact two: a stateless Palestinian people is a fabrication as Palestine is a geographical area, NOT a nationality.

Palestine has never existed as an autonomous entity nor has there ever been a Palestine governed by Palestinians, because a ‘Palestinian people’ with a Palestinian language, distinct Palestinian culture, and Palestinian nationality all their own simply does NOT exist and NEVER has existed. The so-called 'Palestinian people' were solely the creation of former PLO head Yasser Arafat, and was embellished upon by the surrounding Arab nations and the media after the humiliating Arab defeat to Israel in the '67 war. Today’s so-called ‘Palestinian people’ are just regular run of the mill Arabs indistinguishable from Jordanians, Syrians, Lebanese, Iraqis, etc...just regular Arabs who speak Arabic, whose religion is islam, and whose culture is shared by the surrounding Arab countries.

In fact, the current rhetoric by Arabs on behalf of the so-called 'Palestinian people' is just empty bloviations, because Arab leaders have never officially recognized a Palestinian entity. And remember, in 1947 the UN gave the Arabs a chance to establish an Arab and a Jewish state, when the they recommended partitioning Palestine, but the Arabs said no. Nor did the Arabs recognize or establish a Palestinian state during the two decades before the Six-Day War when the West Bank was still under Jordanian control and the Gaza Strip was under Egyptian control. And the so-called Palestinian Arabs never demanded autonomy or independence during those years under Jordanian and Egyptian rule.

So, there you go Obama...there is NO such thing as a 'Palestinian people'...period.

Therefore, a non-existent people are NOT entitled to a homeland, especially a homeland at the expense of our ally and friend Israel. Let the so-called 'Palestinian peoples' own Arab brethren and nations absorb them into the 99.9% of the land making up the rest of the Middle East, and leave the tiny sliver of land known as Israel alone.

Got that Obama, leave Israel alone, because if you and your brethren don't you will NOT like the final outcome of trying to stab Israel in the back.

  1. You have no idea what you are talking about. Obama has continued providing Israel with several billion dollars a year in military aid (that can only be spent on US manufactured arms), and funding the development of the Iron Dome system.

Obama has also continued military aid to Egypt, which is probably what you're talking about when you say Obama is "freely GIVING arms to Israel's enemies." Again, you have no idea what you are talking about. This military aid is part of the Egyptian-Israeli peace treaty, which has existed since Carter. (Of course, you never bitched about Bush giving military aid to Egypt, did you?) This aid strengthens the mostly secular Egyptian military-- a bulwark AGAINST the Muslim Brotherhood, secures peace between Israel and Egypt, and even ensures continued Egyptian cooperation against Hamas in Gaza. Military aid to Egypt is IN ISRAEL'S INTEREST.

As for the Palestinians, good luck trying to prove that an entire group of people "doesn't want peace" when there are obvious exceptions. It's true that Palestine was once just a geographic term and not a national identity. That's just simply not true anymore. Palestinians aren't welcomed as citizens in any other Arab state. They have a unique culture, a national history, and national mythology (by which I mean beliefs about their origins, not the definition you're probably thinking of), and a shared identity. This process happened relatively recently, but it's undeniable, and it's no less legitimate than any other "people." Once upon a time, Israel and Judea were just pieces of land too.

You don't have to be an Israel-hater to recognize that the Palestinians have a national identity that's just as strong, if not stronger, than many nations with independent countries, and that they've been through shit. The majority of the Israeli public supports a two-state solution, which means independence for the Palestinians. You don't give a shit about Israel-- stop fucking pretending you do. You just hate Muslims, and you don't know what you're talking about, and people who are actually committed Zionists and friends of Israel hate assholes like you.

  2. Good article Diane. One fact you seemed to miss was that Palestine was made into two states after WWI Israel and Trans-Jordan which became known as the state of Jordan. 2/3 of the area of Palestine east of the Jordan river was given to the Muslim people of the what was supposed to be the Jewish state. And the British selected an Saudi to head up Trans-Jordan not a Palestinian, because as you stated above there were no Palestinian people. After the 2 states were established any Jews in the Arab state could move freely to Israel and any Muslims in the Israeli state could move to Jordan. Most Jews did move to Israel, but many of the Muslims remained in Israel, preferring an Israeli ruled country to an Arab ruled country. Jordan got a much larger portion of land than Israel and after WWII even more land was given to Jordan (the west bank, Egypt - the gaza strip and Golan Heights to the new country of Syria. During WWII the Nazi's convinced the Persian people to change their name to Arian (the master race) thus the country of Iran was born. Iraq was a new country too. As the British didn't like the Jews either, they would not allow the Jews any weapons because they did not have a country yet. They were supposed to wait until the day the British left in 1948. Of course the Arab nations surrounding Israel were heavily armed. It was decided that Jerusalem would be an international city. But before the British left (and as they turned their backs) Militant Arabs moved into Jerusalem, the Muslims who lived in peace with the Jews, fled the capital city that was overtaken with radicals determined to rid the city of all Jews. And they succeeded. While the Jews held out for many weeks and months, they were finally starved out of the old city that was taken over by the Arabs. So much for an international city.

I applaud you Diane for speaking up and reminding the world that there was no country of Palestine, no King, no language, no nothing. The 2 state solution was arranged after WWI and more land given to the Arab's after WWII. The Arabs got more than 2/3 of the area the Romans and then the British called Palestine (Philistine) Keep up the good work educating our very uneducated populace.

    1. Thanks for your kid words.

BTW, NO I didn't miss the earlier, I just chose to focus on the modern day Palestinian problem is all. Op-eds are held to a page and a half tops, and to go into the full history would have brought the article way over the limit for the newspaper sites that carry my articles.

I can always do another op-ed down the road on that part. And isn't it interesting that the Arabs said NO to a two-state solution when it was offered to them in 1947...just proves how full of BS they are...they do NOT want to live along side Israel in peace because they want Israel gone, period, always did and always will.

  5. Again, get real. Jews have lived in these lands for over 5000 years and very few Christians ever lived there. And NO Christian calls themselves a Palestinian...get real here. And Christians were NEVER EVER a majority in the Middle East...whoever is feeding you this information really needs a history lesson...and fast.

  6. Sorry but the so-called Palestinian is WRONG on all accounts. as are you as Syria is NOT and has NEVER been a Christian homeland. I don't know where some of you people get your information from but it sure ain't from legitimate sources and sites.

  7. Diane, now you show your face. You don't want facts. You just want to strengthen your private opinion.

Every Video is manufactured. You might google how people make films. This video tells the history of the science that went into this. You can as well read this in scientific papers.

If you would be interested in gaining knowledge, you could check historical maps of Israel/Palestine. You would see that Syria, Jordan and Libanon are part of this (Great Israel, Great Syria, whatever you want it to call). So why shouldnt the people be different?

The Jewish majority in Israel is NOT Jewish of origin. Kazharian that partly mixed up with southern and western europeans.

  8. Here is your little history lesson.

Your claim: "And NO Christian calls themselves a Palestinian"

WHO do you think is taking care of the BIRTHPLACE OF JESUS? Palestinian Christians with Arabic language.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greek_Orthodox_Patriarch_of_Jerusalem
Fact: "The number of Orthodox Christians in the Holy Land is estimated to be about 200,000. A majority of Church members are Palestinian Arabs (...)"

    Your claim:
"And Christians were NEVER EVER a majority in the Middle East"

Please don't go on before you read it. Educated people will thank you for this.

    2. Would you consider the United States as Christian? Would you say it has its own history and culture? Christianity in Syria lasted as majority belief twisce as long as the United States exist. And its still there, but when Assad falls it will be gone forever.

  13. Clueless totally clueless...there is NO such thing a Jewish majority being of Jewish origin for being Jewish is NOT a race of people but a religion adhered to by peoples of different nationalities and races. Their Jewish religion is what ties them together NOT their genetic roots.
