...More times than not actions taken do resonate louder than words spoken. Governor Ron DeSantis was and still is (as I write this) here in Florida on site. He was here not only when disaster was approaching, but here when it struck, and now he's here in its aftermath to offer any and all help that he can including his hands on, roll up his sleeves, and literally get dirty, help if need be. Florida is where Gov. DeSantis needed to be at that point in time...and Florida is where he rightfully was and still is. DeSantis took control of the looming disaster along with the crisis that followed, and did what needed to be done while saying what needed to be said. And he did so while putting politics and political posturing aside, thus proving himself to be a real leader in times of crisis...something paramount in importance when one is leader of not only this country but of the “Free World” as well...Read entire article and see videos here.

Teachers union instructs educators to destroy documents of students' gender identities: Report

One parent said she felt 'deceived' and 'taken advantage of'

Parents in a Colorado school district expressed outrage after a report said the local teachers union sent out an email to its members instructing them to get rid of evidence of students' transgender information, according to a CBS report.

The Jefferson County Education Association (JCEA) email explained to teachers that if they surveyed students on their gender identities, that information should not be stored in records, in a CBS report headlined, "Controversy erupts in Jefferson County after the teachers union tells educators to destroy evidence of student surveys regarding gender identity."

The email said, "if you do a questionnaire, please make it a paper and pencil activity - any digital records are more permanent and may be requested under federal law." Read more and see video here.

It's been a good summer for climate activists who are pushing the false narrative of "climate change."

We had the Canadian wildfires with smoke drifting into other parts of North America. Then there were hotter than usual temperatures in many parts of the country (it's summertime and I predict temperatures will drop this fall, winter and spring, as usual), followed by a devastating fire in Maui, and then Hurricane Idalia.

Never mind that the fires in Canada might have been prevented if environmentalists had not opposed clearing underbrush and removing old trees. The same goes for Maui, along with better management of the fire when it first broke out.
