Republicans have back-peddled and said that for now they will hold Rod Rosenstein in contempt of Congress instead of trying to impeach him as they announced yesterday...but that after their 5-week recess all cards will be off the table if need be. This is huge part of the problem...Republicans for some reason fear doing what needs to be done.
