Op-ed:
Using Veterans and Wounded Warriors as a Political Ploy...Shameful Just Shameful
By: Diane Sori / The Patriot Factor / Right Side Patriots on www.americanpbn.com

Short and to the point...

Below is Donald Trump's ego driven and highly insulting official statement on why he will NOT be attending Thursday night's 'FOX News Debate'...and his using our veterans and Wounded Warriors to try and justify his absence is shameful...completely and utterly shameful...as this oh so sudden and hastily arranged fundraiser could have been done on another day...any other day...that is if Trump really cared about our veterans and Wounded Warriors and did not use them to stroke his now bruised ego.

With his refusing to attend the debate...which is also quite a slap in the face to the good people of Iowa...Donald Trump has now proven himself to be a whiny crybaby who when he does not get his way...in this case because of FOX's decision to stand by Megyn Kelly as one of the moderator's of the debate and not replace her as he had demanded...Trump stamps his feet and throws a temper tantrum just like a two-year old child would do.

Now proving that he does not have what it takes to hold the office of president...now proving by the very wording of this statement that this race for him is not about doing what's best for our country but is just a narcissistic ego trip for him, Trump's still carrying on this boo-hoo 'Megyn Kelly doesn't like me' grudge because he did not like the first question she asked him back during the first presidential debate, shows that if Donald Trump cannot take the political heat...if he cannot take being asked simple questions...then he should do us and our country a favor and stay out of the political fire...period.

  1. oh my, how awful! Giving money to wounded warriors and vets, instead of being attacked by someone who has nothing but utter contempt and disdain for him, as she's proven time and again over the last few months. Sorry it doesn't agree with what YOU believe to be "bad timing". And just FYI, Reagan also declined a debate, and went on to a land slide victory. And that's a fact. "PERIOD" I'm also sure you enjoyed the love fest last night with Michael Moore, trashing Trump, and Megyn giggling the entire time. I'm sure you did

  2. Trump had months in Iowa to do this...and days after the debate to do this. Donald Trump is a wimpy, crybaby who can't take the heat so he is using the vets as his excuse...shameful.

  4. Palin...who I used to like...has become a joke and in my opinion her speech was rambling, incoherent, and actually made NO sense...some are even saying she was a bit 'tipsy' but I have NO idea about that. But I do know better her nonsensical endorsement go to Trump than to a decent and honorable man like Ted Cruz...my opinion...my blog...and I'll say whatever I want on it.

    1. In addition to Megyn's anti-Trump agenda and all of her snide attacks on him over the months, I'm sure that the fact that Fox is inviting an anti-Trump muslim advocate to be a part of the debate has a lot to do with it also. Guess you're ok with that?

    2. What are the chances of Fox Legs asking Cruz and Rubio about them not being Natural Born Citizens? ZERO!! O'Reilly has already stated he will NEVER bring up the subject again. If Cruz or Rubio become a SERIOUS threat Trump should gather up some serious Constitutional lawyers who are very familiar with the NBC requirement, folks who have researched it for years now, not some fly by night Harvard Law Review attorney. Trump has STANDING!

  6. At this point the debates have become BORING. What have we not heard from these Republicans. It is nothing but RANT, all the subjects have been exhausted. Please NO more debates. Trump did the right thing, folks would rather see him at Drake University raising money for Vets than attending another BORING Fox Legs debate. Good for you Donald!!

  7. Bull! Did you see Trump on O'Reilly last night night whining that the moderators don't like him...wimpy crybaby...boo-hoo. He had months to do a fundraiser for vets and he didn't...he waited until he could use them for a political ploy...well guess what it has backfired on him big time when even his buddy O'Reilly lets him have it about that. on him and rightly so. And BTW, he could also have done the fundraiser AFTER the debate, like on Friday or over the weekend. Trump is all mouth and absolutely NO substance.
