Here's the Attorney Who Is Threatening Trump With 'Legal Hell

The latest legal attempt to derail the 2024 Trump candidacy that isn’t from Jack Smith’s office has taken a life of its own and is annoying to the nth degree. The most irritating aspect is that it’s being cast as a bipartisan effort because some supposedly conservative legal scholars gave their blessing to this perverted interpretation of the 14^th Amendment. We’re talking about Section III specifically, which we’ve extensively delved into on the site, along with the conspicuous lack of evidence to prove that Trump was the ringleader in an insurrection or rebellion on January 6. 

There are two new developments that our friends at RedState touched upon earlier. First, eight more states are dealing with lawsuits to keep Trump off their respective ballots next year. Second, the Supreme Court will decide whether this legal interpretation holds water.

Fox News’ Griff Jenkins reports on Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., criticizing the Biden administration’s border policies, calling it a crisis and saying it is ‘dictated by politics.’

New York Democrats are sounding the alarm that President Biden and other party leaders' failure to keep immigration under control has political consequences.

While New York state may be widely perceived as a Democratic Party stronghold, some local leaders have warned that issues like the mass immigration are not only disrupting the lives of New Yorkers, but the party’s grip on the state. 

The New York Times published a piece on Saturday headlined, "New York’s Migrant Crisis Is Growing. So Are Democrats’ Anxieties," suggesting the Democratic Party may face yet another reckoning in the state after it was unexpectedly disrupted by GOP contenders in the 2022 midterm elections.
