Unmasking the Snake and His Vipers

- President Trump on the targeting of incoming officials and the sabotaging of his new administration

He was and remains the head of the den of snakes...the very snake who orchestrating and held sway over the anything but transparent White House meeting back on January 5, 2017...a meeting to further plot and plan how to use the knowingly fabricated nonsense about Russian interference in the 2016 election and tie it into newly-elected President Donald J. Trump. And slithering alongside the head snake, slithering and hissing like the vipers they are in their own right, was then Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, then FBI Director James Comey, ex-CIA Director John Brennan, then Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, as well as then National Security Adviser Susan Rice, plus other assorted members of the National Security Council.

And dare we forget that then Vice-President and now presumed Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden was there as well although he now says that he didn’t know anything about the unmasking of General Flynn even though he was actually in on the planning. 

And so they secretly gathered to layout the logistics as to how best to overthrow our duly elected president as well as to plan how it would all be covered up. In fact, the snake tasked certain of those present with the job of protecting his and his administration’s using of the then secretly funded Clinton campaign research that was the cornerstone of the entire Trump colluded with the Russians hoax... tasked them with keeping it from being discovered by the now incoming Trump administration. So as the snake continued tightening his grip over his vipers, on the meeting's completion the snake then asked Sally Yates and James Comey to "stay behind," to further discuss something he had recently learned...as in "the information about [then-incoming National Security Adviser Michael].Flynn," along with Flynn's phone conversation with then Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak...a conversation supposedly about possible forthcoming sanctions against Russia.

So with the snake hissing that he "specified that he did not want any additional information on the matter, but was seeking information on whether the White House should be treating Flynn any differently, given the information," the snake knew his words were rhetorical as he was and will remain the one who directed the show while trying to hide his head in the sand like a foolhardy ostrich always does. 

And only now are we starting to see just what steps were actually taken to try and accomplish the snake's goal... steps that included high-level partisan operatives leaking selective information in support of the now ongoing Russia-Trump conspiracy hoax; steps that included setting-up the ambush of incoming National Security Adviser Gen. Michael Flynn; and steps that included making doubly sure that Jeff Sessions, Trump's incoming AG, would be forced to recuse himself from any investigations into now President Trump. And let's not forget that at every step taken carefully orchestrated media leaks were a diabolical given.

And we all know...or should know...that the snake of course is Barack HUSSEIN Obama...a man besides himself after being denied his defacto third term in office as he was the one who would have been pulling Hillary Clinton's presidential strings. And it's Obama, in my opinion, who should be the first of many charged with treason for his orchestrating the thankfully failed attempt at a political coup. Also, in my opinion, all who attended said meeting and who carried out their Obama designated assignments are just as guilty of treason for they, too, knowingly tried to undermine and negate the results of a fair and open election. 

Remember, it was at this Obama called for secret meeting where it all began for not only was General Flynn under surveillance by this time, but he was already set-up to be the fall guy as well. And this was being done solely to give a semblance of credence to what was still an Obama loyal FBI, an FBI that until this point could find not a thing to nail President Trump on simply because nothing of any dubious nature was going on. And so this became a plan concocted out of revenge for an election lost...a carefully hidden...or so they thought...plan that finally saw the light of day when now AG William Barr announced that not only was the Department of Justice completely dropping the case against the general...a case Barr said was never justified to begin with...dropping the case even after General Flynn had admitted under duress that he lied to the FBI about having discussed sanctions with Ambassador Kislyak... something he later retracted.

So what was Obama's response to the dropping of the case? When a recording of a call between Obama and former members of his administration were leaked these were but some of the words he said, "the rule of law is at risk." And here the anything but constitutional lawyer is wrong.

How so? First is the fact that General Flynn was never charged with perjury, a charge which requires a "material false statement" be made under oath with "intent to deceive," and no such thing happened as no such charge was ever levied against Flynn. And why wasn't such a charge levied...because there's a huge legal distinction between lying and perjury. And second, remember no perjury charges for his lying under oath were ever brought against Andrew McCabe regarding the lies he told in a number of fully recorded and then transcribed interviews with the Inspector General about a leak only he knew he had caused, thus meaning that a breech of the Rule of Law would only have occurred if McCabe had been charged with perjury and Flynn wasn't. And besides, General Flynn was never placed under oath, he had no legal counsel present...McCabe did...nor were his statements recorded, but instead those statements were created as being false by FBI agents, like Peter Strzok, who also falsified the 302 document, the very document President Trump now wants to see.

So whether Obama likes it or not, what's good for the goose is good for the gander. And with the DOJ not prosecuting Andrew McCabe, the Rule of Law actually required that the Justice Department dismiss the prosecution of General Flynn.

And so what Obama loyalists tried and are still trying to pass off as but a harmless Obama critique of “prosecutorial procedures” by law enforcement officials serving under his administration, was and remains a carefully planned, carried out, but thankfully failed attempt at a coup, an “act of treason” with the Rule of Law itself aiding in the snake and his vipers finally being caught. 

Treason in baby-step increments I call Obama and his vipers actions, but first know that plotting a coup...plotting treason...is not treason in and of itself for only when plans are put into action does it truly become an “act of treason.” And in Obama's case the steps towards treason actually starting when a senior U.S. government official first leaked the contents of General Flynn's phone call to Ambassador Kislyak to the Hillary supporting and endorsing Washington Post...a leak considered to be a felony in and of itself as the information regarding said phone call was designated as “classified”...with “classified” meaning not to be shared with anyone let alone leaked to the press.

And another treasonous baby-step taken was the out-and-out lies told by Obama shill and then U.N. Ambassador Samantha Power who, in 2017, testified under oath to Congress that she never sought to unmask records containing information about now former White House National Security Adviser Michael J. Flynn. But now we know as fact that she lied thanks to newly declassified documents from the NSA that clearly show Samantha Power's name on at least seven separate requests to unmask Flynn’s name between November 30, 2016 and January 11, 2017.

Lies and treason do go hand-in-hand as one easily feeds off the other.

And to add fuel to the fire of Obama's treasonous plot for revenge, most components were being delegated not only to the a fore mentioned key players, but to those cleverly hiding in plain sight...those Obama deliberately left behind, like Eric Ciaramella, during the time of transitioning from his to the Trump administration...persons now tasked with spying on Trump and his people. And it was also a time when even more false narratives were being concocted in order to cause sideline distractions that would not allow President Trump to govern as he should, thus putting national security at risk. And when on May 9, 2017, President Trump rightfully fired Obama shill James Comey as head of the FBI, the Obama hoped for coup was launched with Comey's firing being the signal that set the wheels in notion starting with the Mueller investigation and hopefully ending with Donald Trump's removal from office.

But on some level Obama had to fear that his carefully laid plans could someday come back to haunt or simply outright fail. And why...because no matter how many loyal spies he left behind during transition even he had to know that spies cannot always be trusted not to turn on their spymaster. Simply, there was no way to guarantee that once he left office all would go as planned, hence the January 5th meeting where he ordered, where he demanded, that the FBI investigation must be protected at all costs via coordinated and complicit media leaks...leaks released only when they could do the most damage to Trump and his people.

And when all the pieces are assembled together the picture that emerges is one of treason for now the facts show that Obama and his vipers did indeed frame top Trump officials in an effort to derail and hopefully negate Donald Trump's presidency truly making this, "the biggest political crime in American history," as per President Trump's own words.

And it truly is for the Obama-loyal hierarchy of the FBI was more than willing to frame an innocent man...General Michael Flynn...even while knowing that there was absolutely no evidence whatsoever to tie him into any wrongdoing, Russian or otherwise. And it appears that both FBI Director James Comey and Deputy Director Andrew McCabe got those orders to do so on word from Obama even though said investigation had already been marked “closed,” allowing their Trump-hating henchman, Peter Strzok, to deliver the final blow. And we also know that James Comey, as head of the FBI, did not brief any in the incoming administration nor President Trump himself regarding the investigation of General Flynn, thus not only protecting Obama's direct involvement, but failing to do the job his position dictate he do.

So where do we go from here knowing that this is not Obama's nor his administration's first of what many believe to be treasonous acts...remember Benghazi, the Uranium One deal, the Iranian nuclear deal, the $150 billion dollar middle of the night payoff to Iran, just to name but a few? The fact is that while there is evidence to bring the snake Obama and his vipers up on charges of treason, there are too many hurdles needing to be crossed...hurdles like constitutional law, criminal procedure as in due process, and partisan loyal judges who could and probably would throw a wrench into the legality end of the mix.

And then there's this pesky little fact that would need to be unequivocally proven...as in did Barack HUSSEIN Obama deliberately and with malice intended undermine the interests of these United States. And know there is a huge difference between a president doing something illegal and doing something to undermine the country. So while certain actions of his did undermine our country...the Iranian nuclear deal for one...said deal was not technically illegal, nor did it meet the Constitutional definition of treason.

“Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.” - 18 U.S. Code § 2381

That's what the Constitution says is treason and in no way do those words dismiss an ex-president nor ex-appointed government officials from being accused thereof for to attempt a coup against a duly elected president does indeed give “aid and comfort” to America's enemies, and in the broadest sense is also an act of war against America and “We the People” as well.

And so Barack HUSSEIN Obama and his vipers who not only plotted to remove a duly elected president not of their liking from office, but who maliciously worked to destroy a 33-year veteran of the United States Army who defended the Constitution and this country “from all enemies, foreign and domestic” with the highest of honors, should be charged with treason for not to do so sets the precedent that the law that is the Constitution applies to some but not to all.

And to Lindsay Graham and his fellow Senate Republicans who fear bringing charges against America's first black president...actually America's first mixed-race president...you're letting his skin color blind you to the truth that Barack HUSSEIN Obama, in my opinion, through his attempt to overthrow President Donald J. Trump is guilty of treason as he and his vipers worked to undermine the very Rule of Law that is the United States Constitution. Case closed.
