Right Side Patriots...2016 'Dream Team'

As primary season kicks into high gear, Right Side Patriots has decided to go a step further than what most people are doing...as in laying out who they think their candidate's presidential cabinet should be comprised of. On Wednesday's Right Side Patriot's radio show on www.americanpbn.com we went a step further and laid out who we believe our choice for the new president's entire cabinet should be not just the few key positions. We now present them here for all to see.

Now before anyone gets “their panties in a wad” as Craig likes to say, please read through the entire cabinet as we think at the very end you will be pleasantly surprised especially if you apply logic to what we are proposing.

President
Marco Rubio...because he is the strongest and most knowledgeable on the most critical issue facing our country today...the issue of foreign policy as it relates to ISIS and terrorism, and because he supports cutting and dismantling useless, ineffective, and costly departments that do NOT serve this country well. It's also high time to turn the leadership of our country over to the next generation.

Vice President of the United States
Carly Fiorina...knowledgeable, strong, able to react with common sense instead of emotion...could easily step-in to the POTUS position if need be.

Department of State
John Bolton, former U.S. ambassador to the UN, well respected by world leaders.

Department of the Treasury
Mitt Romney...NO better businessman to revamp this department than Romney. And with the Treasury Department encompassing the Secret Service as well, Romney would be more than capable of cleaning up the cesspool Obama has made of it.

Department of Defense
LTC Allen West...NO explanation needed beyond the fact that he will get rid of Obama's ridiculous rules of engagement allowing our troops to do what they are trained to do...win!

Department of Justice
Trey Gowdy...brilliant and dedicated to the truth above all else, Gowdy as AG would stay on the side of the law NOT try to twist it for political expediency or gain.

Department of the Interior
Governor Jan Bewer (R-Az) who stood strong against Obama in defense of her state, and her state has one of America's foremost national treasures...the Grand Canyon.

Department of Agriculture
Bob Stallman, a rice and cattle producer from Columbus, Texas, president of the American Farm Bureau Federation, the nation's largest and most influential general farm organization.

Department of Commerce
John Kasich...because he wants to do away with the Department of Commerce...a 12 billion dollar budget line item that employs 40,000 people known for “hiding political pet projects, outdated programs, and agencies without a logical home,” the Kasich campaign said in a fact sheet. “The resulting ‘Franken-agency’ simply no longer makes sense.” He can take what's actually functional and useful and delegate it to other agencies, while cleaning-up the waste and overspending, and either choose to reintroduce the department as it should be or find a way to do away with it.

Department of Labor
Scott Walker...he took on BIG union and won.

Department of Health and Human Services
Dr. Ben Carson...NO explanation needed.

Department of Housing and Urban Development
Jason Chaffetz...(Utah-R) he will cut the waste in the department as he is extremely knowledgeable on budgetary issues.

Department of Transportation
Ben Sliney, former head of FAA whose first day on the job was 9/11 and who put a stop...grounded...to all airline travel within 2 hours...getting all planes down safely.

Department of Energy
Donald Trump because he will build what's needed to make us energy independent...and he'd do it fast because he thrives on power.

Department of Education
Congressman Lee Zelden R- from New York's 1st congressional district is leading the charge against Common Core...and the DOE is another department that needs to be gotten rid of as education belongs to the states. And this man would know how to disassemble the department or incorporate into where it belongs...the states.

Department of Veterans Affairs
Gary Sinise...NO one...absolutely NO one...has done more for our veterans than Sinise.

Department of Homeland Security
Sheriff David A. Clark...while a black Democrat, his stance on those 'behaving badly' is well known as is his love of this country. This is one department where political party affiliation should never matter.

The following positions have the status of Cabinet-rank:

White House Chief of Staff
Cesar Conda, who served as Rubio's chief of staff since 2011, is now senior adviser to Rubio's Reclaim America PAC, worked for VP Dick Cheney as his assistant for domestic policy, and worked on Romney's campaign as an economic policy adviser. A WHCS needs to be able to work well with the president, and Conda's personal and professional work relationship to Rubio fits that bill to a tee.

Environmental Protection Agency
Marco will have NO head of the EPA as he will abolish this costly trouble maker IMMEDIATELY and if need be the Departmental of the Interior can handle any environmental issues.

Office of Management & Budget
Paul Ryan, budgeting is his specialty whether some like him or not.

United States Trade Representative
Judd Gregg (R) is a former governor and three-term senator from New Hampshire who served as chairman and ranking member of the Senate Budget Committee, and as ranking member of the Senate Appropriations Foreign Operations subcommittee.

United States Mission to the United Nations
Former Connecticut Senator Joe Lieberman (I) an independent thinker and staunch supporter of Israel.

Council of Economic Advisers
Stewart Varney from FOX News...no one knows the economy better than him.

Small Business Administration
Congressman Doug Collins (GA-9)...The National Federation of Independent Business, the nation’s leading small business association, named Collins a 'Guardian of Small Business' for his outstanding voting record on behalf of America’s small-business owners in the 113th Congress.

While NOT a cabinet position we propose Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal to head up FEMA as per his actions after Katrina.

Also while NOT a cabinet position we propose Texas Senator Ted Cruz...for Supreme Court Justice...down the road as Chief Justice...for wouldn't it make sense to have Constitutional Attorney Ted Cruz on the SCOTUS for 40+ years than to have him as POTUS for NO longer than eight...think about it.

So while some will gasp at our choices they are our choices and we stand by them. And while this remains a free country...for now anyway...the most important thing to remember is that no matter which Republican gets the nod in the end, we must all unite behind them as any Republican is better than having the 'Butcher of Benghazi' as the next steward of America's ship.
