Violating the Constitution

The ruling by the uber liberal 9th Circuit Court of Appeals is most grievous but NOT just because it upheld the lower court's ruling regarding President Trump's temporary travel ban, but for actually violating the rule of law that is the Constitution. How so...the judges in their ruling put the safety and welfare of foreign nationals...muslim college students...above the safety and welfare of American citizens. And it's a fact that the Constitution was written as laws for and the protection of 'We the People'...we American citizens...not for those out to kill us all...and by doing what they did I believe these judges did indeed violate the Constitution.
