The PA President Mahmoud Abbas’ Fatah party
exploited the anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, in which nearly 3,000
victims were killed, to ridicule the US president.
On September 11, 2001, Islamic terrorists mounted horrific attacks on the US, killing thousands of innocent victims. In the years since, the day has been used to reflect and mourn those who perished in the incident, in addition to remembering victims of other terror attacks.
