Former President Trump to be arraigned in Manhattan court
Former President Donald Trump will be arraigned in Manhattan court
Tuesday after a grand jury voted to indict the 2024 presidential
candidate on charges related to alleged hush money payments made in
2016.
Trump has been indicted as part of the Manhattan DA's Office's years-long investigation
District Attorney Alvin Bragg has been investigating Trump for hush money payments
Stormy Daniels received $130,000 and former Playboy model Karen McDougal received $150,000
Trump’s former lawyer Michael Cohen pleaded guilty to arranging payments to Daniels and McDougal
Former legal advisor to Cohen, Robert Costello, testified before the grand jury that Cohen was a "serial liar”
