...Simply, the word “affordable” is an arbitrary term Harris loves throwing out while not understanding that many different components determine if “affordability” itself for the renter still equates to profits for the builder or not. No reputable builder will build any type of home if little to no profits are made for America's building industry, like the majority of private owned industries, is capitalistic based. Remember, “capitalism” itself is what allows for individual business ownership and opportunities...including what is the opportunity for builders to rightfully profit from their endeavors, hence build what's in their best interests...while at the same time being the process by which the government is able to be kept out of private business dealings. 

Overturn “capitalism” and replace it with socialism...which Harris and her puppet master Obama desperately want...and profits will only be made by government controlled companies and/or individuals who have “sold their souls”...if you will...to the “corporation” that is the federal government...the true purveyors of “corporate greed.”...
