As the below still from one of the videos shows, an ICE agent was indeed hit by the victim in her attempt to get away...and was hospitalized due to his injuries...thus making the shooting, in my opinion, "justifiable." The victim, 37 year old Renee Nicole Good, should have exited her car when first told too, if she had she'd still be alive today.
