Delay, Delay, Delay...No Ifs, Ands, or Buts

This past Saturday a beacon of conservatism passed away as Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia died peacefully in his sleep while a guest at the Cibolo Creek Ranch, in Texas. Scalia had attended a private party that night before excusing himself to retire early saying he did not feel well after having gone quail hunting the previous day.

Scalia, 79...who in 2008 wrote the 5-4 ruling striking down Washington’s ban on handguns by finding that the Second Amendment does indeed protect an individuals right to keep and bear arms in their own home...was appointed by President Ronald Reagan in 1986, spending three decades on the High Court where his judicial philosophy and judicial interpretation of statutes, for the most part, followed the 'doctrine of originalism'...meaning Scalia basically followed the words of the originally drafted and ratified Constitution to the letter instead of today's much used statements from members of Congress about the meaning and purposes of laws...in other words legislative history.

Scalia, the very man who described liberal justices as “cloaking their personal preferences in legal opinions,” was also a vocal critic of Supreme Court opinions that did not provide lower courts and litigants with what's called 'clear guidance' based upon his understanding of the Sixth Amendment, which sets out defendants’ rights in criminal prosecutions including protecting criminal defendants from what he called 'intrusive searches.' And Scalia also affirmed the rights of state juries to award punitive damages as they...not the courts...see fit.

And while Justice Scalia's death is sad in and of itself, his death at this point in time will directly affect the upcoming court rulings on abortion rights, affirmative action, immigration, political redistricting, public-sector unions, and voting rights, just to name a few. But even more important is that Scalia's death now leaves a vacancy on the High Court that by Obama's hand can shift the balance of power to the left. And Obama has basically threatened to do just that with his statement to nominate a justice in “due time,” and he'll try to do it through a recess appointment, and he'll chose a liberal activist judge who will legislate from the bench instead of interpreting the law as is their job description.

So while the Appointment Clause of the Constitution (Article II, Section 2, Clause 2) states that the president "shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint ... Judges of the Supreme Court" the Democrats claim that by not allowing Obama to do so even though he has less than a year to go in his presidency, would allow any 4-to-4 lower court decisions 'standing' as the final word. And of course the Democrats do not want that as that would not allow them any legal precedent in regards to possibly overturning votes that lean conservative. And Democrats especially do not like that matters that come to the court for emergency rulings during the summer, matters which normally take five votes to issue a 'stay of proceedings,' might actually be allowed to proceed on 4-to-4 votes, and that includes executions.

Now think about this, Obama's appointment would take office immediately and said appointee would serve a term that under the rules could last until the next session of Congress ends in late 2017. There would of course be challenges to the legality of such a maneuver, but those challenges could take longer than the appointment itself would run...and guess what...there's a Senate recess going on right now that could very well be the “due time” Obama is talking about. Remember, a Senate recess of less than three days is not long enough to allow Obama to initiate his recess appointment power, because as per the law the Senate’s recess must be at least ten days in length and right now that window is open until February 22nd at 12 noon, and if he did so by trying to circumnavigate the law this would end up as a protracted and very long battle about legalities between lawyers on both sides of the issue.

Are you getting the seriousness of the situation 'We the People' are now facing...I hope so.

And with Scalia’s death happening at the worst time possible, the political diatribe has now been reset to include a major political battle coming just ahead of the presidential election leaving Senate Republicans with two choices. The first choice consists of parts A, B, and C...A: does the Senate finally stand strong and united against any and all Obama might try to appoint even if it means filibustering...B: do the Republican Senators take a recess appointment off the table by returning from recess immediately and taking no further recesses until the next president has been chosen...and C: do they counter those who say this is just plain wrong by giving a bit of history about appointment stalling, as in the fact that an 11-month delay is nothing compared to the longest vacancy on the High Court. And that vacancy was the 27 months between the Tyler and Polk administrations before the Civil War, with the longest vacancy since the High Court went to nine justices in 1869 being the 391 days during the Nixon administration when Justice Abe Fortas resigned in 1969...a record that would stand until March 12, 2017.

Or does the Senate opt for the second choice as they have done so many times since 'We the People' turned the Congress red...as in do they once again cower in fear of the race card being used against them and give in to Obama's wants as they've done so many times before...and we know that sadly that is a possibility.

So while Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid issued a statement that most Republicans felt helped to fuel the heated fight that lay ahead by stating that “The President can and should send the Senate a nominee right away," and that “Failing to fill this vacancy would be a shameful abdication of one of the Senate's most essential Constitutional responsibilities," Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell countered his remarks by publicly stating...and rightfully so...that he has no intention of moving any Obama appointee to a floor vote this year. “The American people should have a voice in the selection of their next Supreme Court Justice...therefore, this vacancy should not be filled until we have a new president,” were his words...and they were words echoed by both Senate Republicans and the Republican candidates who said the seat must stay vacant until the next president takes office in January 2017.

And two in specific said it best for while the other candidates did express their heartfelt condolences in regards to Scalia's passing, only Senators Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz promised “unprecedented obstruction” in the nominating process.

"I do not believe the President should appoint someone," Florida Senator Marco Rubio said, warning that Obama would "ram down our throat a liberal justice."

“Justice Scalia was an American hero. We owe it to him, & the Nation, for the Senate to ensure that the next President names his replacement...” were some of the words of Texas Senator Ted Cruz.

But unfortunately, while McConnell, the Senate Republicans, and the candidates are right in their thinking, history shows that presidents have made recess appointments, and two did so in an election year. In fact, there actually have been a dozen such recess appointments with nine of the 12 taking place before the Civil War, and with the remaining three taking place after the Civil War when the Court became nine members. Stanley F. Reed was nominated by FDR in 1938, and confirmed during an election year. And Dwight D. Eisenhower did the same when he appointed William Brennan to the Court in 1955, but he wasn't confirmed until after Eisenhower's re-election in 1956. And Eisenhower did a recess appointment again in 1958, with the appointment of Potter Stewart.

And while Republicans raised the possibility of using the 'Thurmond Rule' as a reason to condemn Obama's actions if he does try to do a recess appointment...with the 'Thurmond Rule' being an unofficial rule suggesting that no lifetime judicial appointments should move forward in the last six months or so of a lame-duck presidency....here's a real scary thought no matter if Obama does a recess appointment or a standard nomination...as in who would Obama nominate. And that in and of itself could have Obama playing games for his end game has been since day one to turn the High Court's political face to the left without us being able to legally stop him...as in he'll throw the worst or the worst out first hoping the Republicans will compromise with him on someone a bit more center of hard left. And the worst of the worst would have Obama nominating none other than former Attorney General, Mr. Fast and Furious Himself...Eric Holder...knowing full well that he will never pass the Senate vetting process.

So who meets Obama's liberal criteria while at the same time being, he hopes, more palatable to Senate Republicans...how about the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals Chief Justice Sidney Runyan Thomas, a Democrat appointed by Bill Clinton in 1996 and who authored the opinion in Nadarajah v. Gonzales, a 2006 civil rights case about an immigrant who had been held indefinitely, is a man who shares Obama's GITMO stance. Or how about Sri Srinivasan, the federal appeals court judge confirmed unanimously in 2013 for a seat on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, which has been traditionally a 'so-called' stepping stone to the Supreme Court. Or what about Merrick Garland, somewhat more moderate in his leanings and a man who serves as chief judge on the D.C. Circuit court...could he be the compromise choice that would satisfy Republicans...I sure hope not as compromises for that important of a position rarely works out the way our side intended.

And the bottom line in all this is that Senate Republicans must not under any conditions or circumstances allow lame-duck President Barack HUSSEIN Obama to appoint anyone to assume Scalia's position...that must wait until the next president takes office. And since the Supreme Court does not resume after its June recess until October, a wait of just 3-additional months until the next president is sworn in is not an unreasonable request, and a request that would serve this country well. But then again Barack HUSSEIN Obama has no desire to serve this country well...what with his goal being the tearing down of America in order to rebuild her in a socialist third-world sort of way...just saying.

They Got Their Revenge for a Thug

On Thursday night at 12:30am CST, two police officers standing next to each other were shot...shot ambush-style...as they stood in front of the Ferguson Police Department...and yet another 'supposed' peaceful demonstration went sour...went sour even after the city's police chief resigned because of race-baiting, white-hating, former AG Eric Holder's (In)Justice Department issuing a report screaming racial bias within Ferguson's P.D.

And they did so after both the Grand Jury and a federal probe found NO cause to charge Officer Darren Wilson in the shooting death of 18-year old black thug Michael Brown...a thug who had just robbed a convenience store, strong-armed the proprietor, and was attacking the officer. Basically debunking the entire 'hands-up don't shoot' scenario that became the battle-cry of sorts for excusing blacks behaving badly, this made Holder...the man who finds racism in everyone white and in everything they do or say...hopping-mad because his so-wanted civil rights charges against the white officer now completely fell flat on its face.

Losing what he thought would be his trophy 'white act of racism' prize led vindictive lowlife Holder to attack, via a Justice Department report, the entire Ferguson P.D., a department he said showed a "pattern of police bias and excessive force," (including yet to be proven excessive use of tasers and police dogs against black citizens), along with a widespread pattern of abuse, discrimination, and civil rights violations. And when all was said and done and the smoke had cleared, the result was that Police Chief Tom Jackson, Town Manager John Shaw (who said that he had "done everything in my power to work with countless groups to bring about positive change and strengthen our community"), and Ferguson Municipal Court Judge Ronald Brockmeyer (whom Holder's report claimed supported an abusive system that imposed unfair fees on black citizens) all resigned within the same week of the report's release.

Ferguson Mayor James Knowles...tantamount into being blackmailed into resigning by this ridiculous report...rightfully still refuses to resign.

And the findings in Holder's100-page report that detailed the results of a months-long investigation into the Ferguson Police Department that caused these three much called for resignations were based primarily but NOT totally upon, of all things, laughable traffic stops and citations. Saying that “Data collected by the Ferguson Police Department from 2012 to 2014 shows that African-Americans account for 85 percent of vehicle stops, 90 percent of citations, and 93 percent of arrests made by FPD officers, despite comprising only 67 percent of Ferguson’s population,” is NOT only nonsensical but totally and outright completely ridiculous.

And why...first, as of the newest statistics according to the U.S. Census American Fact Finder database, Ferguson is 68% black, 29% white (3% are Asian or Hispanic) NOT the 67% as the report claimed (and one point does indeed matter in a situation such as this) making Ferguson, Missouri, a black-majority town, therefore of course blacks will be pulled over more than whites...and of course they will be issued more arrest warrants...duh. And second, nowhere in Holder's report is an extremely important statistic even mentioned...that being whether people pay their fine or appear in court, which is paramount in deciding whether to issue a warrant or NOT.

So Holder can take his phony manipulated statistics and 'stick them where the sun don't shine' for these numbers have NOTHING to do with racism but everything to do with simple population numbers and racial demographics.

Gives new matter meaning to the mantra 'black lives matter' now doesn't it for in Holder's eyes a black criminal no-good thug who was responsible for his own demise matters more than the life of the innocent white officer defending his life against said thug. Showing now for the world to see that for Holder and his ilk...including those who chimed in to fuel the hate and violence like Barack HUSSEIN Obama, Jesse Jackson, and the anything but Reverend Al Sharpton...blacks can do NO wrong and whites are always wrong...and now they have an obviously biased and stacked DOJ report to back up their delusional allegations.

Fortunately, the very actions seen over amateur live-streamed, real-time videos coming out of Ferguson...videos NOT edited by the in-the-pocket-of-Obama media and videos embedded by many of we bloggers before they get taken down...show a sizable number (but obviously NOT all) of Ferguson's black majority exhibiting the very black thug mentality and actions (remember the rioting, looting, and calls for white officers deaths) that seems to have overtaken the town. But along with this obviously biased report some kumbaya sorts still might wonder if there is at least some validity to these charges, because why with Ferguson being a predominately black community are only three of the city's 53 officers black. Well here's something Holder's report and statistics do NOT even touch upon and the politically correct will NOT like, but if truth be told blacks are NOT a major part of Ferguson's P.D. because blacks who might have applied simply did NOT make the grade. And this folks had NOTHING to do with the color of their skin but had everything to do with their NOT passing the tests required to be a police officer. Translation: just being black when applying for a Ferguson P.D. position did NOT guarantee you said position...qualifications did. Too bad that does NOT apply to police departments everywhere...and do NOT for a moment think that police officers everywhere are qualified and NOT hired simply to meet racial quotas, because the fact is they are, especially in major cities with large black populations...major cities in 'blue' leaning states.

So thanks to the likes of Eric Holder...Barack HUSSEIN Obama, the anything but Reverend Sharpton, and the collective quilt thrown upon the shoulders of lawmakers and policy makers who came before them, it is the color of your skin that remains for some the deciding factor for people applying for jobs, thus continuing to allow blacks to hold white employers 'hostage' if you will.

And as for the two officers seriously wounded by independent shots that appeared to come from a house on a hill across and about 125 yards away from the police department, remember too that just a week or so ago Holder said he was “prepared” to dismantle the Ferguson Police Department, and he said he would do so by any means (legally) possible...gee I thought he had stepped-down... and some might say that Thursday's shooting has begun that dismantling...one officer at a time. One officer at a time beginning with a 32-year-old officer from nearby Webster Groves who was shot in the face (with the bullet still lodged behind his right ear), and a 41-year-old officer from St. Louis County who was shot clean through the shoulder. Both were taken to a hospital, both were listed in serious condition, but both now having been released for safety reasons.

So Holder, thankfully, did NOT get his wish with this one.

And as a number of people have now been taken into custody...two men and one woman...for questioning in regards to that shooting but NOT officially charged yet as they have for now been released...and with police also having recovered shell casings that may or may NOT be tied to the shooting...one has to wonder if anyone will ever be charged and if they are will justice be served...after all this was blacks shooting whites NOT whites shooting blacks. And we all know how the media seems to bury or simply NOT report at all black and white black on white crime...even when said crime is perpetrated on police officers...while making a fuss over any and seemingly all white on black crime.

And if truth be told blacks are statistically 50 times more likely to attack whites than whites are to attack blacks. And blacks are seven times more likely than people of other races to commit murder, and a whopping 136 times more likely to commit a robbery. Blacks also are three times more likely to use a hand gun, and twice more likely to use a knife. And as for violent crime in general, blacks who make up just 12% to 13% of the American population are 39 times more likely to commit a violent crime against whites then whites against blacks, resulting in their rightfully going to jail more so than whites, but nary a word to this effect do you hear from the media. But dare a white officer have to shoot a black thug it becomes NOT just the story of the day, but the ongoing story that brings us full-circle to the actions of last night...actions aided and encouraged by the white-hating racists and instigators living amongst us...racists and instigators called Eric Holder, Barack HUSSEIN Obama, the anything but Revered Al Sharpton, and their assorted ilk.

So while last night was what some thugs consider revenge of sorts for fellow thug Michael Brown, know there will be more of this my friends...much more...for the race-baiting instigators have only two more years to spew their hate and their calls for revenge for self-perceived crimes against blacks...and they intend to to use every minute of that time to do so.

Its Happened Again but This Time the Race-Baiters Remain Silent

When will some people learn the simple fact that if you go up against the police chances are it will be you who is at the receiving end of a bullet and NOT the police.

Case in point...coming just 10 days after Ismaaiyl Brinsley assassinated N.Y.P.D. Officers Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu in retaliation for the police (justifiable) killings of Michael Brown and Eric Garner, this past Tuesday 52-year-old Joseph Anthony Pacini was shot and killed by police in Drexel Hills, Pennsylvania, after police tried to serve him with a warrant for his Facebook threats, via YouTube videos, where he threatened to kill police and FBI agents.

In some of the videos, the previously twice-arrested Pacini claims he was falsely accused of crimes he didn't commit, begs for singer-songwriter Sara Bareilles to save him, and threatens to kill law enforcement officers who were always following him...following him in his own mind that is. And in his very last video, posted at 4pm the very afternoon he was shot and killed, he spews a rambling tirade that became a harbinger of what lay ahead as he said, “This is my coming out party. So if you want to try and bring me down I will [expletive] kill you and your whole [expletive] family all right? So go ahead and [expletive] with me.”

Well he did get to go to his coming out party but NOT in the way he intended.

Briefly, after going to his home in Clifton Heights to serve a warrant and seeing him leaving, Clifton Police followed Pacini into Upper Darby then tried to make a felony traffic stop and take him into custody. Unsuccessful, they were forced to call the Haverford Police and Upper Darby Police for help and together they were able to box Pacini into the driveway of a bank. Telling Pacini he was under arrest they then tried to approach the car Pacini was in, but instead of leaving his car with his hands up as instructed, Pacini chose to put his car into reverse and slam into the official vehicle of the Clifton Heights police chief. Pacini then attempted to run over the officers who were standing around the vehicle leading five officers to open fire on his car, hitting Pacini several times, rightfully killing him thus saving the taxpayers the cost of a trial and a lengthy prison stay.

And true to form and right on cue the kumbaya sorts struck up their band to bloviate that the police had killed an unarmed, and in their eyes, mentally-ill man. Blind to or simply ignoring the fact that Pacini's 2005 arrest was for recklessly endangering another person, false imprisonment, and making terrorist threats directed towards Philadelphia...his threats now became his sad reality when this man willfully decided to use his vehicle as a weapon.

And so the war on police continues on...continues on with the encouragement of the likes of Al Sharpton whose vile words, "What do we want..We want dead cops," and "NO Justice NO Peace," along with Obama having told the Ferguson anything but peaceful protesters to "stay the course" have set off the latest round of pure hatred by blacks against all those who wear the badge. But there is a difference with this particular shooting as this time the perpetrator was white as were the officers involved, and because of that one fact the race-baiters and white-haters...in specific the trio of Obama, Sharpton, and Holder...have remained oh so silent for to them who cares if a white man is shot dead and who cares if white officers are killed for to them all that matters is black folk.

Remember, since Obama first became president back in January 2009 there has been increasing anti-government sentiments (rightfully) spreading throughout this country because of the words and actions of both he and his administration. And that coupled with the race-baiting, white-hating trios false and overblown claims of a troubled relationship between local law enforcement and the black community has been the direct cause of once healing race relations being ripped open again, and in turn filtering down to its creating of a very dangerous situation for law enforcement all across the country. So dangerous in fact that the number of local law enforcement officers killed by firearms this year alone* rose by 56% and that number included 15 ambush deaths, with 50 officers being killed by firearms as opposed to last year's total of 32 such deaths.

Now add in these numbers...126 federal, local, tribal, and territorial officers were killed in the line of duty in 2014. That's a 24% rise from the 2013 total of 102 on-duty deaths. And...this should come as NO surprise...most of those officers killed in both local and national totals were killed by black perpetrators...something the media always seems to fail to mention.

But to be fair, it must be noted that whites have also murdered police officers. However, as opposed to the recent series of cop-killings spurred on by Al Sharpton and his ilk, the race of the officers played NO part in those killings. For example, the fatal shooting of two Las Vegas police officers ambushed last June by Jerad and Amanda Miller while they were eating lunch, and a Pennsylvania state trooper killed in an ambush in September as he walked towards his patrol car by survivalist Eric Frein (who then led police on a 48-day manhunt), were based on the generalized anti-government sentiments of the killers NOT on a vendetta against the police for their (rightful) killings of black thugs.

And if you go further back to May 20, 2010, two West Memphis, Arkansas, police officers were killed by a father-son team using AK-47s during a routine traffic stop...both of whom had posted anti-government rants on YouTube. And in April, 2009, Richard Poplawski, also using an AK-47, killed three officers who responded to his deliberately placed call of a domestic disturbance at his home, because he was convinced that the Obama government via the local police were going to take away his and the rest of America's guns. Again, the difference...and it's a big one...between these murders and the recent round of non-black police murders is that these people had NO idea what color the officers would be who stopped them or responded to their call. Does this fact temper down the fact that officers were murdered...absolutely NOT...but it does remove the racial aspects completely.

Race...for the Obama, Sharpton, and Holder trio (remember Holder seems always to take the death penalty off the table when blacks murder whites) and the thugs who idolize them... everything is about race...from their very existence to every move they make or thing they do they perceive is being done to them simply because of the color of the skin. Their words, actions, or deeds, matters NOT just that they are 'people of color' and NO more. That and anything a white man might say about their behaving badly.

For example, when white ex-NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani stated his opinion that Obama was directly contributing to hate propaganda by encouraging black people to "hate the police," and then refused to back down or apologize for those words, black community leaders got bent out of shape with what has proven to be the truth...proven to be the truth by the very actions of black thugs behaving badly... with the key word being 'black.'

And the head black thug...the leader of the thug pack...is none other than the anything but Reverend Al Sharpton himself, and that can be explained quite simply by Giuliani's further words about the “anti-police” message being sent out to the black community. "When Sharpton, an outspoken agitator who has protested homicides of minorities by police since the 1990s, is in public with leaders such as Obama or New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio that stands for something. He is involved in every racial or quasi-racial issues that has involved any police officer…always on the side of whoever is against the police."

And how right Giuliani is because whether some choose to believe it or NOT actions do speak louder than words and Sharpton's direct relationship with both Obama and de Blasio...hell...he's both of their defacto but NOT admitted to race-relations (ill) adviser...helps to contribute to the overall anti-white, anti-police sentiments coming from this White House and to a slightly lesser degree from New York's Gracie Mansion. How so...because Obama and De Blasio both NEVER criticize nor counter any of Sharpton's words or actions...in fact, in the case of Obama, he continuously praises Sharpton's words and actions and feeds upon the Sharpton rhetoric of blaming whites for all that ails today's black community, especially its young black men.

And now as we await Sunday's funeral for assassinated Officer Wenjian Lu, the sad fact remains that this anti-white, anti-police sentiment is continuing to be spewed by the likes of Al Sharpton with his vile words, and by the likes of Barack HUSSEIN Obama with his silence in coming forth as president and calling for an end to thugs behaving badly...but then again how can he when he too is a thug albeit an educated one. And as the old saying goes, while you can physically take the boy... or in this case the man...out of the ghetto, sometimes you just can't take the ghetto out of the boy.

Just stating a fact as I see it.

Blood On All Their Hands

And so it has happened yet again...another black thug takes to the street to deliberately cause mayhem but this time it's two NYC police officers who lay dead. Both were shot point blank in the head in an execution style daylight ambush while sitting in their patrol car eating lunch after completing a 'critical response' detail in the predominately black Bedford-Stuyvesant ('Bed-Stuy') section of Brooklyn... translation: black thug heaven.

And as two of the racist white-hating trio of Barack HUSSEIN Obama, Al Sharpton, and Eric Holder remain, for the most part, silent, it's third member AG Eric Holder who issued an obviously written for him statement condemning the shooting...“I condemn this afternoon's senseless shooting of two New York City police officers in the strongest possible terms"...but daring NOT to condemn the black shooter himself. And so the trio's self-instigated race war has now truly begun, and it's black thugs vs. the police who bring the battle to the forefront.

"I'm putting wings on pigs today...They take 1 of ours…Let’s take 2 of theirs,” the post said, and the killer signed off by saying, “This may be my final post.”

And it was.

Early Saturday morning in Baltimore, 28-year old Ismaaiyl Abdullah Brinsley shot and seriously wounded his ex-girlfriend in the stomach, then got into his car and drove to NYC specifically looking to kill cops as witnessed by the above words posted on his ex-girlfriend's recent, but now taken down, Instagram message page...words posted along with the vile hashtags: #ShootThePolice... #RIPErivGarner... #RIPMike Brown...just three hours before he murdered the officers. And this thug was known to the police in Ohio where he had four arrests, and especially in his hometown of Atlanta, Georgia where he was arrested 15 times for crimes that included possession of marijuana, shoplifting, simple battery, grand larceny, and are you ready for this...making terrorist threats.

Ismaaiyl Abdullah Brinsley...who had Sura 8 (the muslim preparation to kill) displayed on his now taken down FB page and who spoke Arabic...was either a practicing muslim (he was raised in a muslim family) or at the very least a die-hard muslim sympathizer. A fan of radical sheikh Yusuf Estes...who is part of the hierarchy of the Da'wa movement (the call to islam) and a supporter of ISIS as well as of Hamas, the terrorist group who had a hand in the Ferguson riots...Da'wa is the very group Obama's brother Malik is the secretary of...the very anything but charity group Lois Lerner herself gave 501 (C) (3) status to...on Obama's orders perhaps.

And Brinsley used the increasing Obama initiated racial tensions in today's America as his excuse to kill the two officers...something the media wants kept hidden at all costs...that along with the fact that almost all media reports still will NOT say that Brinsley was BLACK. So I'll say it and say it for all to hear or should I say read...the murderer of the two non-BLACK NYC police officers was BLACK...BLACK of the thug variety...BLACK of the muslim variety...yet one they merely call a 'deranged' gang member. And the media refuses to report the truth about him because BLACK on white (non-BLACK) crime does NOT sell papers or drive up ratings in the way white (non-BLACK) on BLACK crime does. And lest we forget that the media refuses to utter the 'M' word so as NOT to upset the sensibilities of yet (I believe) another BLACK muslim thug...the one occupying the White House...you dear reader know that as truth as well as do I.

Yet another in a long list of BLACK muslim thugs and probably the reason why Obama has NOT rushed to his teleprompter for yet another photo-op like he did after the Garner grand jury's NO indictment decision against Officer Daniel Pantaleo was announced...like he did to damn the Ferguson police department after Michael Brown was (rightfully) shot and killed...like he did when he declared, "If I had a son he would look like Trayvon Martin" during the George Zimmerman trial. But of course he's NOT, after all the killer was one of his 'bros'...a BLACK man and possibly a fellow muslim to boot. And little does he care when a racist BLACK murders non-BLACK 'so-called' pigs...pigs of the variety that the white-hating trio claim love to do NOTHING better than to racially profile and harass young BLACK men simply because they are BLACK while ignoring the fact that it's their BLACK bros who commit most of this country's violent crimes.

And much to the horror of those who witnessed this assassination outside 98 Tompkins Avenue, this piece of human garbage ran hard and ran fast...like all cowards do...after shooting the officers. Brinsley then took his own life after rushing to the platform of the Myrtle-Willoughby Avenue G-subway station by putting a bullet to his head. At least he saved the taxpayers the expense of having to house him in a cushy jail cell for years as he awaited trial for first degree murder and most likely a sentence of death...that is unless white-hater and cop-killer lover AG Eric Holder would have taken that sentence off the table as he has done so many other times for BLACKS who kill cops...for BLACKS who kill non-BLACKS.

And this, the first death of police officers by gunfire in NYC in three years, comes at a time when police in NYC and across the nation are the targets of demonstrations against them. So can one blame them for turning their backs on NYC's ubber liberal socialist mayor, Bill de Blasio, who had the nerve to say this is NOT the time to explore the political ramifications of what happened. Hate to tell him but now is exactly that time for New York's finest have bore the burden of de Blasio' ire as he and police officers union president Patrick Lynch have been butting heads over his shameful treatment of officers following the grand jury's decision NOT to indict the officer in habitual criminal Eric Garner’s death. In fact, just a few days ago, Lynch started circulating a petition that demanded the mayor NOT attend their funerals should they die on the job for this mayor sides NOT with the police but with those out to defame, dishonor, and kill them.

The two officers murdered by this BLACK thug were Wenjian Liu who was of Asian heritage and Rafael Ramos who was of Hispanic heritage. Liu, 32, was a seven-year veteran of the force and had married just two months ago, and Ramos, who had just turned 40, had been on the job for two years after having been a school safety officer. The two officers were usually assigned to South Brooklyn, but were in 'Bed-Stuy' Saturday working as part of an above said 'critical response' detail in a BLACK area with high crime rates...in other words they were there to help protect the citizens of the area from the very ones like the one who killed them.

"We have two dead police officers, and I guess Al Sharpton got what he wanted," retired NYPD detective Harry Houck said. And how right he is as in addition to the bast*rd Ismaaiyl Abdullah Brimsley who actually pulled the trigger, I believe the deaths of these two officers would most likely NOT have happened if NOT for these three persons...the first being race-baiting white-hating anything but 'Reverend' Al Sharpton. This miserable excuse of a man has continuously taken it upon himself to butt into affairs where he does NOT belong solely to capitalize on tragedy to line his own pockets as he self-promotes himself at the expense of his fellow blacks. And if he had NOT provoked and encouraged an anti-police mentality along with inciting violence and murder in the aftermath of the deaths of Michael Brown and Eric Garner those two officers would most likely be home with their families tonight.

And the second person with 'blood on their hands' is NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio for this vile man had the audacity to outwardly and publicly stand in support of the protesters marching in opposition to the grand jury's decision...protesters who continuously yelled "all we want is dead cops"...instead of standing strong and united with his city's police department as well as accepting and honoring the grand jury's decision. And for those reasons, let alone for the fact that those actions helped to encourage this current anti-cop racist mentality, this man should be removed from office...either voluntarily by stepping down or through the legal process. In fact, some officers have called for a 'NO return to work' order until de Blasio is removed from office.

And the last person who is to blame NOT only for the death of the two officers but also for all the hate and violence that seems sadly to be today's new norm is none other than first degree white-hater...Mr."'Stay the Course" himself...Barack HUSSEIN Obama for this man's actions have single-handily set race relations in our country back at least 50 years. A muslim by birth...a muslim by actions...this most vile of the vile wants to fundamentally change our country...hell he said so himself...NOT just into a socialist nation but add our nation into the 57 islamic states already (sarcastically said) in the islamic caliphate. And if he is NOT stopped he might just accomplish that in the last two years of a presidency run amok if Congress does NOT stop him, his pen, and his phone.

So with the murders of these two officers...and with word now hitting the air that Florida law enforcement 17-year veteran and former NYPD officer Charles “Charlie K” Kondek, 45, being fatally shot early Sunday morning in the line of duty in Tarpon Springs...the lines have been drawn for we either stand with the police or we stand with the thugs. And I for one will proudly stand united with the police against the thugs, their handlers, and their keepers who are out to destroy our beloved America from within.

Rest in Peace Officer Liu and Officer Ramos...you will NOT be forgotten.

Important Game-Changing Details Deliberately Forgotten

And the craziness that has overtaken Ferguson has made its way to New York City.

Coming on the heels of the recent grand jury decision NOT to indict Officer Darren Wilson in the shooting death of thug Michael Brown, this past Wednesday, a Staten Island grand jury decided NOT to indict police Officer Daniel Pantaleo in the 'so-called' chokehold death of Eric Garner last July, in a case that included possible charges of second-degree manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide, felony assault, or reckless endangerment.

And again the 'element' came out in force to protest this decision, simply because like in Ferguson the officer was white and the dead man was black. It did NOT matter that an indictment could legally only be rendered if they found malice or intention to physically hurt Eric Garner or if they found thata gross disregard for his well-being is what led to his death, meaning that even if they believed that Officer Pantaleo was careless or that this was a botched arrest it does NOT mean that it rose to the legal level of a crime.

And let's be clear right upfront...this incident was NEVER about the man's race as certain folk made it for Garner was NOT racially profiled, but was approached for a petty crime that should have stayed on a local level as a local incident. But simply because of the color of his skin it became another cause de jour for the race-baiters and white-haters and made into national sensationalism by non-stop media fodder.

Captured on video snippets by a friend of Garner's and seen around the world via the internet, one would think this case would have been cut and dry but being privy to facts the public does NOT see or know...including what happened before the friend's cellphone recorder was turned on which, by the way, was fairly late in the altercation...after viewing the video and hearing from both black and white witnesses in dozens of interviews with said witnesses that included 22 civilians, and after hearing the words of the officer who actually 'supposedly' used a chokehold on Garner, the jurors decided there was NOT enough evidence to bring an indictment against Officer Pantaleo.

In his testifying before the grand jury, Pantaleo said he had NO intention of choking Eric Garner (who like Michael Brown was a 'giant' of sorts and towered over the officers in both his 6 foot 5 inch height and his 400lb. weight) who was once again being arrested for selling 'loosies' on the city streets (which are untaxed cigarettes whose selling became an offense this past January in a law put in place by former NY Mayor Michael Bloomberg to protect tax revenues)...but that he was using a legally allowed maneuver known as a 'takedown maneuver' or 'submission hold' in an attempt to subdue the belligerent Garner who was resisting arrest. And while this maneuver did NOT...I repeat NOT...directly cause Garner's death, it did trigger off his many pre-existing conditions that together contributed to his death...serious pre-existing conditions the officers had NO knowledge of...and being that Garner did NOT directly die from choking this decision was legally just.

But as expected with this yet another NO indictment decision, once again white-hating AG Eric Holder butt in to announce that federal officials would move ahead with a civil rights investigation against Pantaleo just like he announced the same investigation would move ahead against now-resigned Officer Darren Wilson in the Ferguson case. And isn't it oh-so convenient that Holder 'forgets' that in this case the fact that Pantaleo’s actions were supervised by a black female sergeant, a civil rights case would most likely be dismissed. Bet you did NOT know that...more on that in a bit.

But NO matter as once again when race-baiters like Eric Holder do NOT like a rightful jury decision against a black man out comes the always close-at-hand race card whether it is warranted or NOT.

"This fight ain't over. It just begun. I'm determined to get justice for my husband because he shouldn't have been killed in that way. He shouldn't have been killed in any way," said Esaw Garner, the widow as she stood alongside the anything but 'Reverend' Al Sharpton.

And with words like that adding even more fuel to the fire insinuating that blacks can do NO wrong and the police are always the bad guys, it's important to repeat again that Eric Garner had been arrested eight times within this past year alone for the very same infraction, and his resisting arrest basically said 'screw you I'll do what I want' to the officers, and that helped lead to his death.

But let's again be clear here...in NO way am I saying that Eric Garner deserved to die over 'loosie' cigarettes...he did NOT...but his actions in resisting arrest did contribute to his death just like Michael Brown's actions contributed to his death.

And while Garner did indeed yell "I can't breathe," an important fact must be pointed out that does NOT meet the race-baiters and white-haters narrative, something which they want desperately to be kept hidden. And that fact is that the police sergeant 'on scene' supervising Officer Pantaleo even as he placed Garner in the 'supposed' chokehold was a BLACK female sergeant named Kizzy Adoni. This one fact alone should have taken race out of the equation right from the start, because throughout the incident Sgt. Adoni did NOT intercede to stop the actions of Officer Pantaleo. And why was that...because he did NOTHING that breached accepted police protocol.

But shhhhh...that one oh-so important game-changing fact must be kept under lock and key because then the race-baiters and white-haters would have NOTHING to stir up their 'brothers' with.

And if one looks closely at the video in question and putting emotions aside, while you will see the officer's arm around Garner's neck as he tried to subdue him you will also see that there were NO hands...I repeat NO hands...around Garner's neck choking him at any time including the four times he said the words about NOT being able to breathe. And the very fact that he could speak...and speak clearly...proves he was NOT being choked for the fact is that if one is being choked one cannot talk let alone talk clearly, and the autopsy showed that Garner did NOT die of asphyxiation which would have been the case had he been choked. And these were facts the grand jury had to rightfully consider when reaching their decision.

Also taken into account by the grand jury was Garner's belligerence towards the officers and the physical waving of his arms in what could be perceived as a threatening manner...which also can be briefly seen on the video...when told to put his hands behind his back to be handcuffed. Logic and common sense should tell one that you do NOT question or argue with an officer when they order you to do something...that is something that the jurors also had to take into account in this case, but the 'element' as always ignores that one simple important fact.

And within a few short hours after the decision was announced parts of the city were 'choked' with protesters interrupting the flow of traffic...in fact shutting down West Side Highway which in and of itself is breaking the law yet NO one was arrested...and forcing businesses to close as they yelled "No Justice. No peace. No racist police." And here's a thought worth considering... isn't it quite odd that 'miraculously' professionally made signs that corresponded with the words yelled are made, distributed, and held up all over the city...and in cities across the country... makes you wonder who exactly is NOT only financing this protest but the Ferguson protests as well for the time frame for professional signs appearing is eerily similar in both.

Need any help in guessing who's behind some if NOT all this unrest...do the names Barack HUSSEIN Obama and his cohort Al Sharpton come to mind. While in NO way part of the police action itself or in the grand jury's decision, both men are race-baiters who, like Eric Holder, hate whites and who love to spew words to inflame and encourage racial hatred and atomicity...and line their own pockets...(I believe) both figuratively and politically...in doing so.

Case in point...inserting himself dead center into the mix was Al Sharpton who held a press conference to damn the grand jury's decision...a jury made up of 14 white and nine nonwhite members with 12 jurors being in agreement needed for a decision and with leaked word being the decision crossed racial lines...and to damn the NYPD as well. After hearing the decision that was NOT to his liking Sharpton claimed that the "Grand jury systems on state level are broken," and called for a civil rights summit to be held after a planned DC march on December 13th.

Adding that “The federal government must do in the 21st century what they did in the mid-20th century — federal intervention had to come into the South to protect people’s civil rights and voting rights...Federal intervention must come now.” I just want to know from racist Sharpton does that include the civil rights for all the whites murdered in cold blood by blacks...like the sweet little baby shot point blank in the face by a black thug...or the murder by blacks of a white Marine and his pregnant wife...or when 50 blacks descended on a Minnesota white man and beat him to death just because he was white...need I go on.

Didn't think so.

And whether Obama and his ilk like it or NOT race relations work both ways...or should. We do NOT need to hear Obama's ad-nauseum words about his "concern on the part of too many minority communities that law enforcement is not working with them and dealing with them in a fair way." How about his saying that too many of his 'bros' act like 'animals' when jury decisions do NOT go their wanted way. Now those are words more truthful than his.

And we do NOT need the likes of Representative Hakeem Jeffries (who represents parts of Brooklyn and Queens) calling the decision "a miscarriage of justice" an "outrage" and a "disgrace." We do NOT need ubber leftist NY Mayor Bill de Blasio saying that he had received 'assurances' from Washington that the federal investigation of Garner's death would move forward "expeditiously and with a clear sense of independence" nor do we need his words that the grand jury decision has created "a national moment of pain, a national moment of grief and searching for a solution."

And we sure do NOT need the media's one-sided biased form of journalism that refuses to see or report on both sides of any incident involving blacks. Remember, if Officer Pantaleo had been black and the dead Garner had been white you NEVER would have heard about this at all...there would be NO protests...there would be NO calling for police retraining, and the likes of Al Sharpton, Eric Holder, and Barack HUSSEIN Obama would be forced to keep their big mouths shut.

So with the minority 'element' within the black population still behaving badly, sadly it's come time for 'so-called' white America to realize that whenever something happens to a black person that some in the black community do NOT like, the ad-nauseum narratives spoken by 'supposed' black leaders will ring louder than any truth that is fact, and that once healing race relations in America will take yet another step backwards as those same 'supposed' black leaders with a smirk on their face continue to line their pockets for political gain at the expense of those they call 'brothers.'

And that my friends is the saddest thing of all.
