And a shaming of America “transformation” it would be. Just consider Walz's words spoken during an Anderson Cooper interview where he stated that, “He [meaning Trump] talks about this wall — I always say, let me know how high it is. If it’s 25 feet, then I’ll invest in the 30-foot-ladder factory,” and then tried to walk back those words by adding that the only way to stop the problems at the border is “by having a legal system that allows for that tradition of allowing folks to come here— just like my relatives did — to be able to work and establish the American dream. He’s not interested in that. He wants to demonize.”
But
what Walz...who called the wall “ridiculous” when he was a Congressman...tried
to gloss over is that the “American
dream”
is not now nor has it ever been about one coming to America just to
garner “free
stuff” in
