A Possible Solution to the Problem at Hand

So president wannabe Gavin Newsom...the man who not to long ago “fiddled” when L.A. was literally on fire...now tried to sue President Trump over his 4000+ Federal National Guard and Marine deployment as the means by which to help quell what Newsom called Trump's “manufactured crisis in California.” Saying that said deployment not only “contravenes core statutory and constitutional restrictions,” but that, “defendants have overstepped the bounds of law and are intent on going as far as they can to use the military in unprecedented, unlawful ways,” Newsom also added that Trump did so “on purpose.”

Simply, Gavin Newsom was either totally oblivious to the fact that, as president, Trump can indeed call out the Federal National Guard, or that he simply didn't care that rioting, looting, and destruction was being carried out on his watch...after all those taking part in said endeavors would most likely support his 2028 presidential aspirations. Gotta keep his future voters happy I guess...sarcastically said of course.

And so the Department of Justice rightly dismissed these and other of Newsom's stated allegations against Trump as well...allegations that Trump's actions were but a “crass political stunt” that risks “endangering American lives,” and that they were “illegal” and a “brazen abuse of power,” and the DOJ did so by again reiterating that President Trump did indeed have the authority and the right to call up and send Federal National Guard troops and the Marines into California, as per “Title 10 of the U.S. Code, Section 12406.” This is the code that allows the president to call into federal service both members and units of the National Guard of any state in situations of rebellion, invasion, or when the president or a given state's governor is unable to execute laws with regular forces...as in local police departments not being able to contain or control a given situation...especially a situation whose intentions and actions were to cause violence and mayhem...public safety be damned.

Also, another justification for Trump's “federalizing” the National Guard involved the need to protect “federal functions and personnel”...as in ICE personnel...both during ongoing protests and even where protests were likely to spread and occur as per the “Posse Comitatus Act,” that is until the situation is under control, and thus can be safely returned back to the state. But, this does not look like it will happen anytime soon as the riots are growing and spreading nationwide, and are being done so to protect the very people from deportation that Trump rightfully and truthfully called, “criminal illegal immigrant killers, rapists, gangbangers, drug dealers, human traffickers, and domestic abusers.”

Says a lot about Gavin Newsom, the rioters, and those who support them doesn't it.

So where do we stand now as I write this? Not only have the riots, looting, and mayhem...including police officers being assaulted with rocks and other projectiles...started to spread nationwide into 21 states and 37 cities with the highest concentrations being in California, Texas, Oregon, and Pennsylvania, thus leading to hundreds of arrests and thousands of military troops having to be deployed, but ground zero of it all remains Los Angeles who has now seen some of the anything but “peaceful demonstrators” finally starting to actually be arrested. 

Arrested for what exactly? How about making Molotov cocktails that were likely to be thrown at police; how about a handful of others for being armed with firearms or being caught in the act of “torching cars;” but yet no arrests have been made regarding the dead body that was found near a looted business. And know that the looters, as usual, are again out in full force throughout certain areas of the city, with most of them being of the same genera of looters...what I have referred to as the “element”...as is usually the case. And it's this very group of folks who could care less about the losses and damages they are doing to privately owned businesses for to them it's all about garnering more “free stuff.”

And still Governor Gavin Newsom, along with L.A.'s totally incompetent Mayor Karen Bass...who recently stated that the Trump ordered National Guard and military presence on L.A.'s streets does nothing but “provoke” the population...together have done nothing of substance to quell the riots except to whine and complain about President Trump. How truly sad both Los Angeles and California as a whole has become under the leadership of these two far left loons. I wonder what the great Ronald Reagan would say about what has happened to his beloved state.

So what do I consider to be a logical solution to these types of illogical demonstrations, protests, and the anything but peaceful gatherings? I have an idea that some will herald while others might deem to be the words of an “inciter,” which honestly I am not for what I am is a realist who sees her beloved America not only being destroyed by her “enemies within,” but sees said destruction being funded by “enemies” both foreign and domestic. So, I'll let you, dear reader, decide about the solution I started hinting at in a post I put up on social media just a few days ago. In that post...actually a self-made meme...I stated, “As the L.A. Leftist funded anti-ICE riots now start spreading across our beloved nation, it's time we know that what needs to done will actually be done. A few “examples” made will send a powerful message that this is indeed war...a war that our enemies within' and their supporters will never be allowed to win. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH...THIS NONSENSE MUST END!”

And here might I add the words “END NOW” for some folks have all ready hinted that with solutions being too slow in coming and with violence increasing, that maybe it's time that “We the People” start taking matters into our own hands. And while I do understand where these folks are coming from, I still think the end to the “illegal problem”...the root cause of almost all the domestic problems we face today...is best taken by the Trump administration albeit with input given by we “American citizens.”

So here let me start with exactly how I believe the “illegal problem” should be handled for I, like so many of my fellow Americans, are disgusted with our country having become...thanks to Joe Biden and the Democrats...the red carpet laid out dumping ground for illegals, criminals, gang bangers, drug dealers, rapists, murders, pedophiles, the mentally insane, foreign born terrorists and spies...the sum of which I collectively refer to as “pieces of human garbage”...as in those trying to turn our country into the “third world” cesspools most of them came from.

First, legal immigration by those truly striving for the American dream...those with something to offer America not those coming here for a ”free ride” so to speak...are to be welcomed with open arms, but they must go through all the proper legal channels by following our “on the books” immigration laws. All others, no matter where they come from or who they are should be deemed “persons non-grata,” as in stay in your home country and work to better your life and your county not destroy ours.

Second, I applaud President Trump's deportation plan, and do think he is surely on the right track, but it is not going fast enough or smoothly enough for our country to see a true change for the better...at least not yet. And why not...simply because those both protesting his plan and ICE's implementation of said plan, whether they be run of the mill liberal “bleeding heart” sorts or “bought and paid for professional agitators,” are interfering with the job Trump tasked them to do. These vile folks are, in my opinion, either “aiders and abetters” or outright “traitors” to our country, and should be legally dealt with accordingly as per our laws.

Third, however those overtly instigating or actually caught in the process of committing actual acts of violence...as in rioting, looting, or physically preventing police officers, ICE agents, the National Guard, or our military from doing their jobs, should first be given a verbal warning and if not listened to be subject to an over the head warning shot. But if said shot is also ignored and they still go about doing what is considered to be a criminal act, permission should be given to “shoot to kill,” thus the problem is not only ended right then and there, but sends a clear message to those following in their path that they best think twice about their actions. 

And there's an added bonus in what I just stated in that we the “American “taxpayers” would not have to pay for these “persons” to languish in a cushy jail cell or have liberal DA's releasing them within hours to cause havoc and chaos yet again. And that, my dear readers, is not what our Constitution meant by the term “due process.”

Simply, if what I just stated were to be implemented, I truly do  believe that with just a few such actions being taken, we would see a lot of this nonsense stop. And I also believe it would send a powerful message to America's enemies...both foreign and domestic...that not only is there a new sheriff is in town and his name is Donald J. Trump, but that the America of Joe Biden, that the “transformation” so wanted by Barack Obama, is and will remain a thing of the past. Case closed.
