Sen. Scott Debunks Ocasio-Cortez and Sen. Warren's Jobs Claims With Actual BLS Numbers

Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC) responded Friday to claims about the unemployment rate that were made this past week by Democratic socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who is gaining prominence in the party after her stunning primary victory over fourth-ranking House Democrat Joe Crowley (NY), and similar jobs claims made by Sen. Liz Warren (D-MA).

Ocasio-Cortez said in a PBS interview that “Unemployment is low because everyone has two jobs. Unemployment is low because people are working 60, 70, 80 hours a week and can barely feed their family."

She has since tried to walk back the remarks by claiming that they were really about low wages.

Leftists Peddle T-Shirts of Trump Lynching, Instagram Is Promoting It

The anti-Donald Trumping crowd is at it again, this time peddling a t-shirt that includes an image of the president hanging from his tie.

If the image were of Barack Obama, think of the outcry that would come.

As it is, the left finds such displays humorous and appropriate. Heck, in this case, even Instagram is promoting the shirt for sale.

As Instagram removes infopics about Planned Parenthood murdering black babies, they leave up an account from a new clothing line called “Hanging With Trump,” which sells t shirts depicting Trump literally hanging by a noose made from his very fine signature red tie.

The Instagram page features a variety of instagram models showing off the shirts.
