Vets Group Urges Passage of Legislation that Offers VA Alternatives
America’s veterans are forced to drive hours to get to the nearest Veterans Affairs clinic, wait months for doctors’ appointments, and are routinely being subject to shameful service (unsanitary medical equipment, etc.). Few people have been fired as a result of the scandal and VA Secretary Robert McDonald has even minimized the situation by comparing it to the challenges of standing in line at Disney World.

In a new statement, Concerned Veterans of America's Vice President of Policy and Communications Dan Caldwell said the VA's treatment of our nation's finest is unacceptable and is urging the passage of an important piece of legislation authored by Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA).

“The VA’s failure to serve our veterans’ most basic health care needs is unacceptable, and reform is needed urgently," he said. "The Caring for our Heroes in the 21st Century Act would empower American heroes to control their own health care. Our veterans chose to fight for our freedoms. When they get home, they deserve to choose their own doctor.”

The Caring for our Heroes in the 21st Century Act is intended to take power away from bureaucratsand place health care back in the hands of veterans. It will, in part, allow veterans to see doctors closer to home and schedule appointments with more flexibility, the CVA explains.

Leaked Soros Memo Lobbied Obama to Accept 100,000 Refugees Barack Obama may not have compromised the United States for personal financial gain, but one could argue that he certainly has been open for influence by radical left-wing donors.

According to a report released on Thursday, George Soros's Open Society Institute successfully influenced Obama to increase the total number of refugees taken into the United States to 100,000 each year.   Soros also urged Obama to provide more financing to overseas refugee efforts.

The memo states:
Over the course of several weeks, we, along with our colleagues in the Washington office led by Stephen Rickard, combined to undertake very active efforts to support a request to the Administration to provide a special allocation of an additional 100,000 refugee slots for Syrians and significantly expanded resources for international aid efforts. George Soros made such a request to President Obama in a recent letter, and 18 mayors across America are committed to welcoming refugees to their cities in numbers surpassing the administration’s proposal.
Another report claims that Soros tried to influence a Supreme Court decision regarding immigration.

And according to Fox News, he personally wrote Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in 2011 urging intervention in Albania’s political unrest. Sure enough, an envoy he recommended was dispatched to the region within days.

"Sometimes, in the heat of debate, and speaking on a multitude of issues, you don't choose the right words or you say the wrong thing," Trump told a cheering crowd at the Charlotte Convention Center. "And, believe it or not, I regret it.

Obama lied, it was a ransom payment: US held cash until Iran freed prisoners

Taxpayer funded NPR DELETES COMMENTS With Whom It Disagrees

Pamela Geller / Atlas Shrugs

Funding NPR is funding state-run political propaganda. Why should we foot the bill to finance agitprop for enemies of Americanism and freedom? We know that NPR accepted six-figure bribes to promote the Iranian nuclear pact.

We already know NPR is pay for play. Why do American taxpayers have to fund traitors in the cause of the enemy?
NPR Deletes Comments, Says Commenters Are Too Old And Male,” By Daily Caller, August 17, 2016:
National Public Radio (NPR) is the latest online publication to eliminate public comments on its articles, defending the decision by saying few people actually comment, and those who do are typically older men.
NPR says its decision to get rid of comments is mostly based on engagement.
“In July,...
