DHS Secretary's Goal Is to Finish Wall in Two Years Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly has an ambitious timetable for completing the border wall between the U.S. and Mexico: two years.

"The wall will be built where it's needed first, and then it will be filled in. That's the way I look at it," Kelly told Fox News in an interview. "I really hope to have it done within the next two years."
Construction of the wall will begin in a matter of months, he said, but the department will first need to square away funding.

“We're looking at the money aspect,” he said, explaining that the White House is working with Congress on the timetable.

“I think the funding will come relatively quickly and like I said, we will build it where it's needed first as identified by the men and women who work the border," Kelly continued.

The secretary also discussed the importance of DHS personnel in securing the border.

Mexican Government Calls Out AP Over Fake News (Trump Never Threatened to Invade Mexico)File this one under Fake News.

The Associated Press’ report Wednesday stating that President Trump threatened to invade Mexico if the country doesn’t handle its “bad hombres down there” was so inaccurately reported that the Mexican government issued a statement calling out the news organization.

First, relevant portions from the AP story:
President Donald Trump threatened in a phone call with his Mexican counterpart to send U.S. troops to stop "bad hombres down there" unless the Mexican military does more to control them, according to an excerpt of a transcript of the conversation obtained by The Associated Press.
The excerpt of the call did not detail who exactly Trump considered "bad hombres," nor did it make clear the tone and context of the remark, made in a Friday morning phone call between the leaders. It also did not contain Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto's response. […]
"You have a bunch of bad hombres down there," Trump told Pena Nieto, according to the excerpt given to AP. "You aren't doing enough to stop them. I think your military is scared. Our military isn't, so I just might send them down to take care of it."
A person with access to the official transcript of the phone call provided only that portion of the conversation to The Associated Press. The person gave it on condition of anonymity because the administration did not make the details of the call public.
Mexico's response?

Trump’s National Security Advisor Michael Flynn: “As of today, we are officially putting Iran on notice”
By Robert Spencer / Jihad Watch

This is in response to Iran’s ballistic missile launch and firing upon the Saudi vessel. Right about now, Obama would have been sending them another few hundred billion dollars.

Just a Thought...
Relevant the Media is Not
By: Diane Sori / The Patriot Factor

So the media is now asking if a Trump presidency is relevant. The same media that gave non-stop coverage to women dressed up as vaginas while demanding we take into our country those who routinely stone, rape, degrade, and treat women as property is speaking of relevancy.

I'll tell you what is relevant...relevant is having a president who has done more for this country, for 'We the People,' for our veterans, and for our economy, in less than two weeks than Obama did in his entire eight years in office.

Relevant is having a president who puts America and Americans first and who keeps his campaign promises.

Relevant is having a president who loves the country he was elected to serve...one who does NOT try to change her into something unrecognizable through traitorous actions designed to bring her to her knees.

Relevant is having a president who NOT only respects those who wear our nation's uniform but who honors them as well.

And relevant is telling the leftist media that they have NO relevance and unless they start reporting the truth they never will.
