...In fact, with Biden's using OSHA to enforce his mandate means OSHA is being forced to regulate a health issue that actually falls outside their jurisdiction because as a federal agency they're now stepping into the private business realm, something that is in violation of the Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act. So while Biden might be acting in his capacity as head of the executive branch, his mandating the “jab,” by using OSHA to enforce said mandate on the private business sector violates both the states “right of refusal” and the HIPAA privacy law.

 

Also, remember that the prime duty of the president, as per the Constitution, is to carry out the laws made in and passed by Congress...laws actually voted upon...the very thing mandates simply are not. In fact, mandates cannot overrule any existing state or federal laws nor can they override the Constitution itself for mandates must follow the rules established in said Constitution. And with the Constitution stating that anything not specifically labeled as a federal power is controlled by the states also comes the fact that mandates are issued only for a specific given period of time, hence they are not law no matter what Biden and crew say...Read entire article here.

Universal Voting by Mail Is Now Permanent in This State

California has become the eighth state to require a ballot mailed to every registered, active voter—a move away from traditional in-person voting on a single day—after Gov. Gavin Newsom signed AB 37 on Monday.

“Last year we took unprecedented steps to ensure all voters had the opportunity to cast a ballot during the pandemic and today we are making those measures permanent after record-breaking participation in the 2020 presidential election,” Newsom said in a statement about the law, which will go into effect in January. 

California’s new law will require ballots to be mailed to all voters for statewide elections in June and November. AB 37 also applies to local elections, potentially improving turnout in community contests but also increasing costs, given that vote-by-mail ballots are provided with prepaid postage.  

The idea of universal mailed ballots has been discussed by state officials and voting rights activists for years, but it’s unclear whether the effort would have succeeded if not for the COVID-19 pandemic.Read entire article and see tweets here.

Governor Ron DeSantis Directs Florida Secretary of State to Investigate Facebook for Alleged Violations of Election Laws

Today, Governor DeSantis directed Secretary of State Laurel M. Lee to investigate Facebook for alleged election interference, following a bombshell report that the tech giant put its thumb on the scale of numerous state and local races by exempting elite users from Facebook’s own rules.

“It’s no secret that Big Tech censors have long enforced their own rules inconsistently,” said Governor Ron DeSantis. “If this new report is true, Facebook has violated Florida law to put its thumb on the scale of numerous state and local races. Floridians deserve to know how much this corporate titan has influenced our elections. That is why I am directing Secretary Lee to use all legal means to uncover violations of Florida’s election laws. The thought of Facebook clandestinely manipulating elections is an affront to the basic principles of our republic. We the people have the right to choose our representatives, whether or not Silicon Valley approves.”
