And there it is...the truth...truth
many of us have known for quite some time but had no definitive way
of proving it. But now one of Biden's own inner circle, via a mere
slip of the tongue, has supplied the verbal ammunition for said truth
to be told...a truth simply stated that not only is “Big
Brother”...as in the
feds... watching us, but God only knows what these folks
coerced many to put into their bodies to help in their controlling
the gullible masses. Long live the “jab”...if the virus
doesn't get you the feds and their vaccine mandates will.
So while the mainstream media circles
their wagons around Ronald Klain's what is in its scope a major
Bidenesque gaffe, one needs to understand the true nature and
ramifications of what's actually been done via an executive order
that mandates what Democrats now happily view as law...which a
mandate unequivocally is not. Simply, Biden in a televised speech on
September 9th, proposed rules that would force executive branch
employees and private sector businesses having contracts with the
federal government... specifically those businesses with more than 100
employees...to either require their employees to be “fully
vaccinated” or that they undergo weekly Covid testing. And at
the same time Biden also announced somewhat similar requirements for
other large scale employers and health care providers as well.
Calling the mandate his
"New Action Plan," Biden went on to say that these
“rules”
would be enforced by the Occupational Safety and Health
Administration (OSHA), and that businesses that do not
“comply” would
face fines up to $14,000 per each offense. Sounds a bit like
blackmail or a shakedown to me now doesn't it.
Government crossing over uninvited into
the private business sector...to say that's not “kosher”
puts it mildly indeed...what with our government now placing
draconian restrictions on private citizens, private sector
businesses, and health care providers. And even with Biden's claiming
that his restrictions are being done with only “good intentions”
in mind...two words
spoken even while knowing that he and the government really need
to stay out of people's personal health care decisions.
And so the man who last year publicly told folks not to trust the “Trump vaccine,” and
who chastised President Trump for declaring both a national
emergency and “dictating”... Biden's word not mine...to
the states what they can and cannot do in regards to anything
Covid-19...that very man has now decided it's perfectly alright for
him to go even one step further and actually nullify state's rights
by demanding that all Americans roll up their sleeves
and get “jabbed” or the blame will be on the unvaccinated when others
get sick.
Pray tell how can that be when Biden
and his ilk claimed the
“jab” would be the end all and be
all to the Covid-19 pandemic. To see why it's not now and why it will never
be, especially in its current form, please read my recent article '

So, thanks to Biden's newest mandate,
some 100 million Americans...roughly two-thirds of America's work
force which includes roughly 17 million health care workers at facilities
receiving federal Medicare or Medicaid monies...are now facing what
amounts to not just a loss of income if they don't get the “jab,” but seeing their personal liberties
and constitutional rights being infringed upon as well. And it's all
because Joe Biden has now publicly laid the groundwork for what
equates to insufferable damage to America's economy while still
laying out the welcome mat for unvetted and unvaccinated illegals to
come across our southern border and basically steal American jobs.
More shades of Obama lurking in the
shadows I'd say for it's Obama's stain that permeates the demands Joe
Biden has so callously laid out, because only a man who cares little
to nothing about the Constitution or our God given right to free
choice could initiate a plan “We the People” must adhere
to while exempting Congress, those who work for Congress, and those
who work in the federal court system, from said plan. Gotta keep
those in government who support Obama's defacto third term in office
happy you know.
And with Joe Biden's visibly
deteriorating mental health condition, we know well that he was not the
author of this
“New Action Plan” no matter that it's his
signature on yet another executive order. So I guess with Biden as
Barak Obama's front man we'll soon start seeing those private sector
businesses with 100+ employees...businesses whose owners rightfully
believe that getting or not getting the
“jab” should be
one's personal choice...guess they'll have to start letting
people go as there really is no other viable option if they want to
stay in business. Staying under 100 employees is the price Biden and
crew is forcing these business owners to pay no matter that it will
likely see their profit margins either getting cut or disappearing
entirely what with them now being short staffed to meet timed
obligations.
Nothing like the deliberate forcing of
Americans out of work to push forward an America-hating political
plan that will likely replace American workers with either cheaper to
pay illegals...illegals who of course would dare not give up their freebies and handouts and thus will continue to vote straight down the
blue party line...or would force those businesses having to make cuts to
move overseas where labor is cheaper across the board.
And also know this mandate does not
just come with a penalty fee for those businesses who do not
“comply,” but that it also comes with the threat of
“progressive disciplinary actions”...whatever
that means...being taken not only against said
businesses
but also against
those of us who do not meet the plan's ne
w “requirements”
regarding the “jab”
so to speak. Simply,
we the wisely still unvaccinated folks...folks
who refuse to put into our bodies a vaccine that is not
yet time tested nor truly proven safe...we folks will continue to be
cast as the reason why we're now seeing a resurgence of the virus
never mind the fact that more and more
“breakthough” cases
are occurring in those who were willingly
“jabbed”...never mind the fact that it was an
"antidote" that was needed and not a vaccine.
And to make this political charade even
worse, Biden in his above stated televised address also said, "Let
me be blunt. My plan also takes on elected officials and states that
are undermining you and these life saving actions," adding
that, "If these governors won't help us beat the pandemic, I
will use my power as president to get them out of the way."
Really Joe, threatening red state governors, especially Florida's
Governor Ron DeSantis, won’t help you defeat COVID-19 for even Dr.
Fauci knows that no current vaccine will.
“
This is not about freedom, or
personal choice...We cannot allow these actions to stand in the way
of protecting the large majority of Americans who have done their
part, who want to get back to life as normal,” were also
Biden's words spoken. But know these very words are but a misplaced
means by which Biden is trying to transfer guilt to us, the
unvaccinated, in hopes of controlling the public discourse by
diverting our attention away from his Afghanistan fiasco; his
southern border disaster; and from his totally failed presidency
which even he knows presents bad visuals for Obama as well.
And yet one key question in regards to
Biden's “New Action Plan,” remains...is
what Joe Biden is proposing constitutional? Simply, I don't believe so and here's
why.
First, we all know that what Biden once
billed as the “summer of freedom” from
Covid-19 turned out to be a anything but, because the “jab”
did not stop either vaccinated or unvaccinated folks from being
infected by China's little gift to the world nor did it prevent the
virus' death count numbers from rising. And that alone should have
raised red flags as to why the “jab” continues to be but another
tool used by the “powers that be” in their effort to gain
control of the masses. And with Joe Biden now having made it all but
impossible for small and large businesses to comply with his
demands, it's here where constitutionality comes into play for the
businesses in question span all fifty states, leaving the states
“right of refusal” to be usurped.
How so? While the Constitution's
supremacy clause does find that
federal
law overrides state law in
“most cases,” most cases
does not mean
“all cases.” Word semantics I know, but
sometimes how things are worded can and does take a case once thought to be
lost and turn it into case that's actually won. And with the promised
red state lawsuits soon to come, word semantics actually works in
their governor's legal favor. Also, a
governor
can actually ignore orders given by the president, that is unless said president is
acting in his constitutional capacity as head of the executive
branch.
Simply,
I believe, Joe Biden has indeed impinged
upon the states “right
of refusal”
for not even the president can mandate that someone “of
age”
receive a vaccine they don't want...especially
when said mandate is used to selectively target certain workplaces
alone.
In fact, with Biden's using OSHA to enforce his mandate means OSHA is
being forced to regulate a health issue that actually falls outside
their jurisdiction because as a federal agency they're now stepping
into the private business realm, something that is in violation of
the Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act. So
while Biden might be acting in his capacity as head of the executive
branch, his mandating the “jab,”
by using OSHA to enforce said mandate on the private business sector
violates both the states “right
of refusal” and
the HIPAA privacy law.
any existing state or federal laws
nor can they
override the
Constitution itself for mandates must follow the rules
established in said Constitution. And with the Constitution stating
that
anything not specifically labeled as a federal power is controlled by
the states also comes the fact that mandates are issued only for a
specific given period of time, hence they are not law no matter what
Biden and crew say.
And so with most red state governors
rightfully felt anger no longer being held in check, we'll see their
lawsuits moving, albeit slowly, through the federal court process.
And know these red state governors will not back down for while Joe
Biden might believe his “jab” mandates and corresponding
threats are not about “freedom,” they most certainly
are...as in the freedom to choose what to put or not put into our
bodies by an administration now out of control.
And no one has stated that very
sentiment that “We the People” are now feeling better than
South Carolina's Gov. Henry
McMaster who recently tweeted. "They have declared war
against capitalism, thumbed their noses at the Constitution, and
empowered our enemies abroad. Rest assured, we will fight them to the
gates of hell to protect the liberty and livelihood of every South
Carolinian."
And might I add
that his words speak for all “We
the Willingly Unvaccinated People” as well. Case closed.
