...Also, know that extremism and terrorism have shown not to have any place in “compromise”...in fact both are the antithesis thereof...with but one exception now being that the Hamas initiated war with Israel must immediately come to an end via Hamas issuing what is a full and “unconditional surrender,” for in their not doing so they, not Israel, are the root cause of even more innocent Palestinian lives being lost. Why so...because only when Hamas surrenders will the Israeli bombing stop; only when Hamas surrenders will humanitarian aide be able to freely enter Gaza; and only when Hamas surrenders will the Palestinian people be able to even start thinking about a future minus all the conflict and hate their leaders and their loyalists have created.

Remember, it's self-serving political leaders and dictators...the hallmark of what has now become known as “geo-political actors”...that benefit personally from war whether said war be either an internal or external conflict. And the wars they fight are for self glorification and for the condensing of power which in turn expands and thus solidifies their control over the masses. And the biggest losers in war remains as it has always been, as in the innocent victims...“collateral damage” as they are sometimes referred to...who have no means by which to fight back. Trump trial: Jury selection to resume after possible jurors excused for saying they could not be impartial
Trump pleaded not guilty to all charges in hush money case brought by Manhattan DA Bragg

The second day of jury selection in former President Trump’s Manhattan criminal trial is expected to begin Tuesday after half of prospective jurors were excused Monday for saying they could not be impartial toward the presumptive Republican nominee.

Court is expected to begin again for the second day of Trump’s trial at 9:30 a.m. and will resume with jury selection.

The trial comes after Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg charged the former president with 34 counts of falsifying business records in the first degree related to alleged hush money payments made before the 2016 presidential election.

Trump pleaded not guilty to all counts last year.

"It’s a scam. It’s a political witch hunt," Trump said after court adjourned Monday.

Prospective jurors were asked to answer 42 questions from a questionnaire that reviews the individual’s work history, political affiliation and what media they chose to watch and listen to.

Saudi Arabia Publicly Acknowledges It Helped Defend Israel This Weekend
Matt Vespa / Townhall Tipsheet

Saudi Arabia formally acknowledged that it helped shoot down kamikaze drones heading for Israel. It’s part of the Kingdom’s not-so-secret “cozy” relationship with the Jewish state over the past few years. There are no formal diplomatic ties between these two countries yet.

Still, there’s hope that the Trump-era Abraham Accords, where Morocco, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, and Sudan signed a normalization treaty with Israel, can be built upon and expanded. There should be cautious optimism. These new revelations reveal that the Middle East, by and large, might not want to be thrust into a destructive regional war. However, recognizing Israel’s right to exist might still be a diplomatic work in progress. Arab nations provided Israel and American forces with vital intelligence during Iran’s assault against Israel over the weekend (via WSJ):

"As hundreds of Iranian drones and missiles winged across the Middle East Saturday night, a defensive line of radars, jet fighters, warships and air-defense batteries from Israel, the U.S. and a half dozen other countries was already activated against the long-feared attack from Iran.
