Poll: Trump's Favorability Reaches New High In the weeks after Donald Trump won the presidency his favorability numbers among voters soared. Now that we’re nearing his inauguration, those numbers only continue to climb.

According to a Fox News poll released Wednesday, 47 percent of Americans viewed the Republican positively, which is the highest it’s been in the poll’s 15-month history of tracking his favorability. Though his unfavorable rating is still higher at 51 percent, this is down substantially from previous numbers.

Voters also think his temperament has improved. Forty-four percent of respondents said that Trump now has the temperament to serve effectively as president, which is up 8 percentage points from last month (before the election).

When it came to expectations for Trump’s presidency, voters were more skeptical. Thirty-one percent said he will be one of the country’s worst presidents, while 25 percent said he will be above average.
Only 11 percent said they expected him to be one of the greatest presidents in American history.

The survey of 1,034 registered voters was conducted by Anderson Robbins Research and Shaw & Company Research via cell and landline phones. The margin of error for all questions is 3 percentage points.
The election didn’t work out for Hillary Clinton, nor did a campaign for recounts, with some results showed Donald Trump gaining votes. Now, claims that the Kremlin hacked the U.S. election to hand the Oval Office to Trump are falling apart, too.

As one commenter to WND said, “What is next … blame Bigfoot, blame aliens, divine intervention, George Bush, global warming?”

“The bottom line is: Trump won!! Get over it!!”

Writer Matthew Vadum at Canada Free Press speculated, after the CIA declined to provide evidence of a Russian hack to Congress: “Could it be the CIA – which employs more than a few Trump haters – doesn’t actually have any evidence? If they have proof they should cough it up. But they refuse.

“Instead, CIA officials keep leaking to the media. These people can’t be trusted. The CIA has a long track record both for lying and breathtaking incompetence. This talk of a Russian conspiracy to hack U.S. computer networks to put Trump in the White House has always been difficult to believe.”

The fight to reverse the outcome chosen by voters on Nov. 8 has been intensifying as the Electoral College prepares to vote Monday, with celebrities producing ads to persuade electors to reject the will of voters, investigations of Russian influence and more.

It’s getting more complicated than a Robert Ludlum thriller novel.

Victory! Facebook restores Robert Spencer’s account after popular outcry

By Robert Spencer/ Jihad Watch

After being locked out of Facebook and asked to provide ID in order to get back in, I sent Facebook my driver’s license three times — but I heard nothing from them until I wrote earlier today “Facebook is no friend of the freedom of speech, and is especially tough on foes of jihad terror […]

Anti-Muslim Hate Group Brags About Influence In Trump’s White House

ACT for America’s Brigitte Gabriel says the group has a “direct line” to the president-elect. She’s not lying.

An anti-Muslim hate group boasted Tuesday that it has a “direct line” to Donald Trump and “has played a fundamental role” in shaping the president-elect’s “views and suggested policies with respect to radical Islam.”

In a fundraising email, ACT for America founder Brigitte Gabriel said her organization is “immeasurably optimistic about the future” of a Trump presidency, and crowed about the ACT for America supporters and advisers getting top positions in Trump’s White House.

“Two of our board of advisors Dr. Walid Phares and General Michael Flynn were, and will continue to be President-elect Donald Trump’s National Security Advisors,” Gabriel wrote in the email, a copy of which was provided to The Huffington Post by Right Wing Watch’s Miranda Blue.
Trump last month named Flynn ― who has likened Islam to a “cancer,” once tweeted that “fear of Muslims is RATIONAL,” and holds the unsubstantiated belief that Shariah law is taking over the country ―  as national security adviser, one of the most powerful positions in the White House...

Julian Assange’s Intel Friend: It Was ‘Insider Leaks,’ Not Russian ‘Hack’

Julian AssangeCraig Murray, who has served as an intelligence analyst, a British ambassador to Uzbekistan and chancellor of the University of Dundee, dropped a bombshell clarification about the ongoing furor of U.S. election hacks, saying he knew first-hand who breached the computerized walls – and it wasn’t a Russian.

It also wasn’t a hack, Murray said, in a piece on his blog entitled “The CIA’s Absence of Conviction.”

Rather, it was a leak, he said – something that’s completely different and a nuance the media’s failing to note.

The United States government has been collecting and storing massive data on American citizens for years.

Zero Hedge had the story:
“Murray, wrote yesterday: ‘As Julian Assange has made crystal clear, the leaks did not come from the Russians. As I have explained countless times, they are not hacks, they are insider leaks – there is a major difference between the two. …
