It’s the end, right? The Democrats are going to retake the House and possibly the Senate. FiveThirtyEight says there’s an 80 percent chance the Democratic Party retakes the House and a 30 percent chance they reclaim the Senate. Arizona and Tennessee are the GOP races we need to watch in our backyard. It’s possible we can lose those races. If that happens, it’s a 50-50 Senate. If that happens, plus all the red state Democrats somehow scrapping by on re-election, it’s a 52-48 Democratic majority. Yes, it’s possible. And with the chaos that has engulfed the Brett Kavanaugh Supreme Court nomination, the Left is looking to weaponize Me Too to get their voters to the polls. There is a glimmer of hope.

Italy’s Interior Minister keeps election promise as Italy starts deporting migrants

Bravo. If Europe has any shot at survival, it will be the result of the new wave of politicians elected on the promise of defense of human freedom. Matteo Salvini, the Italian Interior Minister, is one of the foremost among them. Recently Salvini called on Merkel and Macron to move “from words to facts” as they acknowledged Italy had been left alone to cope with the migrant crisis hitting Europe since 2015. Salvini said the two EU leaders should be “coherent” and demanded they keep their promise of reforming core European Union treaties. But he isn’t waiting for them. He is acting now to save his country. Other European nations should pay close attention, and imitate him — or continue on their path to national suicide.
