Biden’s Big Spending Plan Will Hurt Jobs and Growth

When facing difficult times, the left’s kneejerk response is painfully predictable: spend more money. Joe Biden’s COVID-19 government “stimulus” plan follows suit. It calls for spending $1.9 trillion on liberal priorities like bailing out irresponsible states and cities, and expands an unemployment insurance program that subsidizes welfare over work.

The plan calls for spending $1.9 trillion, even though Washington has already spent $4 trillion in COVID-19 relief which has gone toward the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) for small businesses, provided unemployment insurance during the worst of the crisis, funding for hospitals, and vaccine distribution. Biden is calling for this new spending even though Congress passed a $900 billion COVID-19 relief package a little over a month ago.

Biden Covid-19 Adviser Points Out Fauci's Latest Mask Comment Is 'Counterproductive'

Dr. Anthony Fauci’s position on masks has evolved once again. In one year, he’s gone from saying masks shouldn’t be worn, to arguing they should, to now saying doubling up on masks is “common sense."

“If you have a physical covering with one layer, you put another layer on, it just makes common sense that it likely would be more effective," Fauci told NBC’s Today Show. “And that’s the reason why you see people either double masking or doing a version of an N95.”

But Biden Covid-19 adviser Dr. Michael Osterholm pushed back on the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease director’s recent comments.

"There’s a lot of talk that double masking is going to become an official [Centers for Disease Control and Prevention] recommendation," MSNBC's Chuck Todd said. "Where are you on this and would you be providing this guidance to people if asked?"

Class-action suit filed against Robinhood app for blocking trading of GameStop, other stocks

Fueled by the “WallStreetBets” Reddit forum, GameStop’s market value has risen over 466% this week.

Thursday morning, Robinhood, one of the top free trading apps, put restrictions on trading $GME (GameStopCorp.) This action was immediately met with backlash across the internet. One Reddit user, Odin19199, claiming to be an employee of Robinhood, stated that the company was pressured to halt GameStop trading by Sequoia Capital and the White House. These allegations have not been independently confirmed by Breaking911.

Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, ripped Biden climate czar and former Secretary of State John Kerry on "Fox News Primetime" Wednesday over what Cruz described as degrading comments about blue-collar workers whose jobs were abruptly cut when President Biden canceled the Keystone XL Pipeline permit.

At a White House press conference earlier Wednesday, Kerry claimed industrial and energy sector workers are victims of a "false narrative" based in Trump-era economic policy.

"They have been fed the notion that somehow dealing with climate is coming at their expense," Kerry said. "No, it's not. What is happening to them is happening because of other market forces are already taking place."

"It is not a unifying message, and it is not doing the job we should be doing [in] fighting for working men and women in this country," said Cruz.

Why Four Democrats Are Suddenly Regretting Supporting Joe Biden

Democrats were all in for then-candidate Joe Biden. Their goal was simple: get President Donald Trump out of office. They were willing to do anything and everything to make sure that happened. And now, four Texas Democrats are regretting their decision to back Biden. The reason: his latest executive order putting a halt to federal land being leased to oil and gas companies for energy.

The four members of Congress – Reps. Vincente Gonzalez, Lizzie Fletcher, Henry Cuellar, and Marc Veasey – sent a letter to Biden, asking him to rescind the order.

"Media reports indicate that the Administration plans to announce a new proposal to ban responsible energy leasing, including oil and gas leasing, from our federal waters and lands indefinitely," the letter stated. "A federal ban for any period of time will certainly imperil hundreds of thousands of jobs, entire communities, and billions of dollars in royalty revenues to the Federal Treasury and eliminate funding for important conservation programs such as the Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF)."

PACKING THE COURT: Biden Launches Commission On ‘Supreme Court Reform’

“The commission will be housed under the purview of the White House Counsel’s office and filled out with the behind-the-scenes help of the Biden campaign’s lawyer Bob Bauer,” the article continues.

“Its specific mandate is still being decided. But, in a signal that the commission is indeed moving ahead, some members have already been selected, according to multiple people familiar with the discussions.”

President Joe Biden first announced that “he would name a bipartisan commission to propose changes to the Supreme Court and federal judiciary” in October. According to The Washington Post, this was an attempt to “make a nod to both camps,” one of which was the “activists on the left” pushing him to “endorse the addition of several justices,” and the other the “swing voters he [was] courting” who showed “little interest in the idea.”

WHO Official Claims It's 'Too Early' to Determine COVID-19 Originated in China

As one of his first acts as president, Joe Biden rejoined the World Health Organization. But a top WHO official’s recent comment about the origins of the novel coronavirus call the decision into question.

Michael Ryan, the executive director of WHO’s health emergencies program, said during a press conference last week that it’s “too early” to say that the coronavirus originated in China. 

“I think we have to say this quite plainly; all hypotheses are on the table and it is definitely too early to come to a conclusion of exactly where this virus started either within or without China,” he said. 

Ryan was responding to a reporter for NBC who asked about China's denials that the virus originated in Wuhan or elsewhere in the country.

Tulsi Gabbard labels Adam Schiff, John Brennan as 'domestic enemies' of the US

Former Rep. Tulsi Gabbard issued a dire warning to the American people on Tuesday, expressing concern that "domestic enemies" of the United States, in the national security community and Big Tech industry, are plotting to create a "police state" in America.

Gabbard, who served as the U.S. representative for Hawaii's 2nd Congressional District from 2013 to 2021, posted a video to social media in which she spoke out against efforts to expand the federal government's national security powers after the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol. In the video, she called out former CIA Director John Brennan and Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), two leading proponents of expanding national security powers, labeling them "domestic enemies" of the country.

"The mob who stormed the Capitol on Jan. 6 to try to stop Congress from carrying out its constitutional responsibilities were behaving like domestic enemies of our country," Gabbard said. "But let's be clear, the John Brennans, Adam Schiffs and the oligarchs in Big Tech who are trying to undermine our constitutionally protected rights and turn our country into a police state with KGB-style surveillance are also domestic enemies — and much more powerful, and therefore dangerous, than the mob that stormed the Capitol."

President Trump Ends Patriot Party Talk, Will Primary Never-Trumpers

Excellent. Donald Trump must lead the effort to primary the anti-Trump Republicans in 2022 and beyond.

Former President Donald Trump has reportedly tabled the idea moving forward with a third party, as he now believes he will not be convicted in the Senate and is instead turning his focus to assisting primary challenges against never-Trump Republicans.

The New York Times’ Maggie Haberman tweeted Sunday:

“In last 24 hours, after floating through a few folks that he was considering creating a third-party as a way to keep Senate Rs in line ahead of impeachment, Trump has been talked out of that and is making clear to people he isn’t pursuing it, per ppl familiar w his thinking.”With President Joe Biden having been given a peaceful transfer of power and the Jan. 6 storming of the Capitol getting further in the rearview, Trump reportedly believes it is now far less likely that 17 Republicans will join Senate Democrats to convict him on the House article of impeachment: inciting an insurrection attempt.

Article of Impeachment Against Trump Arrives In the Senate

The House of Representatives transferred the article of impeachment against former President Donald Trump to the United States Senate on Monday. The article is for “inciting an insurrection” at the United States Capitol on Jan. 6.

Lead Impeachment Manager Jamie Raskin (D-MD) read the article out loud in the Senate. “Tonight, we have delivered the Article of Impeachment against Donald John Trump, former President of the United States, for high crimes and misdemeanors against the United States. The nine Impeachment Managers appointed by the House of Representatives will present overwhelming evidence of the facts of former President Trump’s incitement of the violent insurrection that took place in and around the Capitol on January 6, 2021,” Raskin said in a statement following the delivery.

Sarah Sanders Announces She's Running For Arkansas Governor

Former White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said Monday that she is running for Arkansas governor in 2022. 

If Sanders were to win, she’d follow in her father Mike Huckabee’s footsteps, who served as the state’s governor from 1996-2007.

In a message posted on Twitter, Sanders said, “I’m in,” and included a link to SarahForGovernor.com and a video message.

 "My dad always said the real test of a leader is not the way you handle the issues you know are coming, it's rising to the moment in a crisis you could never plan for," she said in the nearly eight-minute message. "I've been tested under fire."

A Revolution of Truths Still Untold

And so it took but a few short hours for Joe Biden to behave as expected what with talk of “unity,” being but a campaign promise made not kept. After all, nothing says “unity” quite like picking up a pen and executive ordering away most all of the good policies set into place by the previous president, a president who quite literally had just left office. And said action is especially grievous when the policies removed not only benefited “We the People,” but were policies removed simply because they initiated on the other side of the political aisle. And so now we are faced with at least four long years of governmental policies implemented out of the need for revenge or simply as a means of payback aimed at the 74 million of us who understood all along that Obama's fundamental change of America would come to fruition in a relatively short period of time via a President Kamala Harris for Joe Biden is and always was but a placeholder, if even that.

And when the hierarchy of any given political “mob” rules the roost...think both Democrat and Republican hierarchy here...and is allowed to get away with any and everything both questionable and illegal...our "Constitutional Republic" is dead or at least is on life support...long live misplaced "democracy" the very thing our Founders and Framers feared most. Smart men our Founders and Framers were for they knew well that the promoting of "democracy" actually comes at the expense of “We the People's” personal liberty, and that the greatest threat to said liberty is the government itself whether it be well-intentioned or not. And here's where the very twisting of the meaning of "democracy" comes into play for America was never meant in its governance to be guided by popular opinion, by popular vote, or by the shear collective will of but the majority. Translation: the abject tyranny of majority rule can be simplified into two words...“mob rule.”

But while today's Democrats want you to believe that ultimate power lies solely within the acceptance of their party's highly politicized version of “mob rule,” they do forget that this was the very concept for which “We the People” not only took up arms against two and a half centuries ago, but that 74 million of us also did so at the ballot box but a few short months ago...minus the arms of course. But two questions remain, first, for how long can and will we be silenced by those who are the actual ones trying to overthrow what is our "Constitutional Republic," and second, why even pose such a question? 

The answer to both questions is really is quite simple...because we who understand the underlying meaning and truths behind the American Revolution actually never counted on this or any election actually being successfully stolen, especially an election the other side heralds as not only being "democracy" in action but the most secure and fair election ever held...which we all know...which even Joe Biden and Kamala Harris know...is truly but a lie.

And while an armed revolution is not something that we true patriots or anyone else really wants, know “We the People” who truly love our country and who embrace her Constitution can only be pushed so far. But never to be forgotten is that our "Republic" was indeed born of revolution, a means by which to escape from what was a then colonial government mired in the tyrannical rule of a British king. And while the actual time frame regarding any sort of revolution, thankfully, still remains open-ended, know that contrary to the media's lies about insurrection and their trying to push the dialogue of an eminent overthrow of the now newly sworn in president, there did remain the all-important peaceful transfer of power, something essential to our "Constitutional Republic's" very survival...something which in the end also helped to temper down a bit the media's ever continuing musings of a revolution of sorts already having started to take place courtesy of President Trump's claimed to be inciteful words...words he most assuredly never said.

But here also know that while the Constitution itself does not actually mandate a peaceful transition of presidential power or that said transfer has to be friendly in nature, our Founders and Framers put into the Constitution...obviously fearing both the influence of foreign powers as well as internal political strife...that we are to hold free and fair presidential elections and that the winner of said election, via the Electoral College vote, does become the president. And as per amended election laws that allow for the counting and resolving of any and all legal challenges to said vote before the actual transfer of power takes place...which to the Democrats chagrin President Trump had every legal and moral right to do...know that the bottom line in this rightfully contested election boils down to the fact that we, as a nation, must be more protective of our election process. We must go back and look to the Constitution not just for guidance but to make sure the disbelievers truly understand that this country is not now nor will it ever be a "democracy," pure or otherwise, and until that is understood and accepted as fact we stand on the abyss of revolution... whether it be peaceful or otherwise.

And while we know that no government is perfect, not even our own, a government designed for and by the people must first and foremost assure the integrity of its election process. And this most assuredly means that each and every election held is both fair and above all honest so that the rule of law can prevail, because without such elections our vote is really not our own but is a vote manipulated into helping choose whomever the then leader of the “political mob” wants elected. And when one party specifically singles out the votes of some as being more protected and powerful than the votes of all others, the end game becomes that said chosen minority of voters actually controls the reins of power thus rendering our Constitution as being but an adjunct to history...an adjunct that can in time be replaced by abject “mob rule” where the wishes of a few actually become the law over many...something we have already seen starting to happen.

Simply, a Second American Revolution must never be ruled out especially when those now in power continue to try to breech and nullify both the very foundational cornerstone and the vision laid out for our "Republic" by our Founders and Framers as set down in the U.S. Constitution. But also, do remember that history has shown more times than not that revolution, whether it be a success or a failure, is very rarely something that happens without forewarning.

And this is most decidedly true when the majority of we who call ourselves patriots, rightfully believe that the election system currently in place is knowingly corrupted and has been for over the past decade or so. And this in turn means that our system of governance itself is no longer working for “We the People” but is actually working against us via a no longer free, fair, and impartial election process. And when the judicial powers that be, as in both the lower courts and most especially the Supreme Court, will not give credence to or let alone hear our grievances what is there to do but see an increase in nationwide protests taking place...protests originating from both sides of the political aisle with random far left and far right fringe groups thrown in for good or bad measure. 

And when said protests turn ever violent in nature, as we know many times they do, the violence committed, for the most part, is overwhelmingly perpetrated by those whose political allegiances lie with the Democrat-Socialist side of the aisle. And we also know that these violent folks do overwhelmingly go unpunished, thus once again sadly proving that in today's America when injustice is exposed for all to see it tends to morph and become but a leftist, politically driven, single-edged, very sharp sword.

And with violent protests orchestrated and led by so-called “political alternatives” the likes of BLM and Antifa...groups, that for the most part, do not operate within the parameters of acceptable civilized society while they fuel the fires of hate via injustices only they perceive as happening...they're even more dangerous than that which appears on the surface for they are not only heralded but are egged on in their endeavors by the Democrat hierarchy...a hierarchy that includes now Vice President Kamala Harris as well as House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. And this reality, in turn, has directly lead to organized resistance movements being formed...resistance movements who know well who the true winner of this just past presidential election was and whose calling card will always be the Constitution as written...resistance movements whose banner taken into battle will be the Second Amendment, if it ever were to come to that.

So while I say “if it ever where to come to that,” know that even peaceful resisters, like I said before, will only allow themselves, their cause, and their movement, to be pushed or boxed into a corner up to a point before they will fight back against what is now an outwardly socialist-driven administration with an overtly socialist agenda...an administration not willing to listen to even the most innocuous of opposing view points...an administration whose goal is hell-bent on destroying our "Constitutional Republic." And again, “if the time comes”...which hopefully still can be a time avoided...know that the collective voices of all who resist...of all who strive to preserve our freedoms and our God granted liberties...will indeed set off a political explosion whose proverbial “shot” will once again be the “shot heard 'round the world.”

Biden's COVID Agenda Can Be Summed Up In Six Words

I mean, are you shocked by this revelation? Joe Biden pretty much says he no immediate plan to combat the coronavirus. None. It can be summed up in six words: “there is nothing we can do.” 

Okay, that’s not exactly fair. He said, there is nothing we can do for several months. We’re in cruise control, but that’s not what he sold on the campaign trail. He didn’t say we're going to coast for the better part of a year with no plan to voters. It was I’m going to stop it and Trump is at fault. He should take responsibility. If you elect me, I will be the COVID killer. All of this said while he doled out talking points that mirror exactly what the Trump administration’s plan was with COVID management. 

Politico even had a piece about how Joe will tackle COVID if elected. Oops. Drew Holden has all the receipts...

Maybe we can coast because Trump gave Biden a silver bullet to this virus: two vaccines. Two vaccines were created, approved, and distributed before the end of 2020, a feat that the liberal media said was unrealistic and could not be done. Wrong.

Nazi-Inspired Censorship Goes Official: House Democrats are Now Urging FBI to Investigate Parler

The social media app known as Parler took a heavy blow when it had its entire website ripped out from under it due to Amazon pulling it off its servers following the riot at the Capitol. Parler is now getting back on its feet, but now it has a new foe, the United States Government.

According to Fox News, the House Oversight Committee’s top Democrat, Carlyn Maloney, is attempting to sic the FBI on Parler, claiming that it was the platform that made the riot possible. Not only that, but she’s also claiming that it’s a possible breeding ground for foreign countries to incite sedition:

With the Firing of NLRB General Counsel, Biden's Unity Pledge Is Already Over

President Biden has repeatedly reminded the country that the deep divisions and challenges ahead can only be overcome through unity.

But if that’s true, he’s certainly not leading by example. 

Shortly after being sworn in the Biden administration gave Peter Robb, general counsel of the National Labor Relations Board, a choice: resign by COB or get fired. 

As The Wall Street Journal’s Kimberley Strassel points out, the decision to oust him breaks precedent and "will likely be only the first of many exercises of raw power."

The general-counsel position is a Senate-confirmed four-year appointment at an independent agency; Mr. Robb had 10 months left in his term. No NLRB general counsel had ever been fired, and the Biden White House provided no cause for the action. Mr. Robb pointed all this out in a return letter and respectfully declined to step down. So Mr. Biden (“we must end this uncivil war”) canned him. […]

Is that really the priority? As one of the commissioners, I guess I’m flattered. But is the baying from the woke left so furious that dissolving a commission named after our nation’s founding, and deleting a report calling for teaching objective history, makes the top of the list?

The symbolism alone should give pause. But maybe the symbolism is the thing, and our new president wants to demonstrate his bona fides to the creators of the 1619 Project and their hard-left allies.

Democrats spent so much of the last four years talking about “norms” and how they were being “violated” that you’d think they were extras on the set of “Cheers” talking about the latest revelations about Michael Jackson and some pre-teen kid. But, no, they’ve been whining about how President Donald Trump didn’t do things the way politicians did things – like constantly telling people only the things they wanted to hear. It’s a huge part of why Trump won in 2016, and why his supporters are so loyal – people are sick of being talked down to, demonized, or having so much smoke blown up their rear ends by politicians that they risk colon cancer. However, since “norms” are so sacred to Democrats now, conservatives need to make sure we continue the traditions they started during the Trump administration. DAY ONE: Beijing Biden Kills Keystone Pipeline and Thousands of Jobs, Rejoins Paris Climate Accord, Removed 1776 Project, Vows to Restart Iran’s Nuclear Program, Fed Mask Mandates

America did not vote for this. Could it be more clear now?

President Joe Biden signed a stack of Executive Orders on Wednesday, immediately rolling back some of former President Donald Trump’s top priorities.

The president signed three executive orders in front of the press as he sat next to a stack of folders which he intended to sign afterward.

“I thought with the state of the nation today, there’s no time to waste,” Biden said, noting that he wanted to “get to work immediately.”

There were at least 15 folders stacked on Biden’s desk.

Biden signed executive orders mandating masks on federal property, ordering support for underserved communities to ensure equity and equality in health care and other areas, and an order reversing the Trump Administration’s decision to withdraw from the Paris Climate Accord.
