Twenty One States Move to Stop New Obama Attempt End Run Around Congress
Twenty-one states have filed a federal lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Sherman, Texas, to stop him. Hours after the states filed their lawsuit, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and other business groups filed a similar lawsuit with the same federal court.

Obama’s new mandate would force employers in all states to pay overtime to certain state employees. These employees include “bona fide executive, administrative, or professional” workers as they are not covered by the federal law that requires states to pay overtime for work performed beyond 40 hours in a week. The mandate applies to both private and public sector employers.

On the surface this sounds somewhat sensible. Why shouldn’t any state worker – or private sector worker contracted by the state – be eligible for overtime if they work more than 40 hours in a week?

One reason why this hasn’t happened yet is that many states are strapped just trying to balance their current budgets. Mr. Obama’s lack of hope and change, much less his promised economic recovery, hasn’t helped.
#NoShame: Obama Leaves US Taxpayers a $9,000,000,000,000 TabWhen Barack Obama leaves office in January 2017, he can look in the mirror and proudly tell himself that it was he who amassed more federal debt than the 43 men who stood before him, combined.  Just after calling Americans lazy and racist, it is he who holds the honor of plunging the United States into to it's worst debt crisis ever.

As of Monday, October 3rd, Obama has officially signed enough lucrative business deals, foreign ransom payments, and government healthcare extensions to create a $19,573,444,713,936.79 federal debt.  That is exactly $9,000,000,000,000 more than when he took office in 2009.

A graph produced by CNS News shows the massive increase over the past eight years.

This is substantial.  This leaves each American household $76,442 in the hole.

One can only ask, how does it feel Obama?

US chess star won’t go to championships in Iran: “I will NOT wear a hijab”
The mainstream media and Islamic supremacist groups are constantly preoccupied with the supposed plight of women who wear hijab in the U.S., who, they claim, are routinely harassed and victimized. The women who are really harassed and victimized, however, are those who dare not to wear hijab in countries such as Iran where it is […]

Russia moving nuclear-capable missiles into Kaliningrad as it suspends nuclear R&D pact with United States

Pamela Geller / THE GELLER REPORT

Obama and Hillary’s legacy. What an unmitigated disaster.
Even during the Cold War things were never this bad, U.S. officials say. On 5 October, the Russian government suspended an agreement with the United States on nuclear R&D cooperation and terminated another on retooling Russian research reactors to no longer run on weapons-grade uranium fuel.
[…] Russia also pulled out of another agreement with the United States on 3 October in which the two countries were working to eliminate 34 tons of plutonium stockpiled in both countries—enough for about 17,000 bombs. (more here at Science Magazine)
“We were really sorry to see the Russians do this,” says an Obama official. What reckless buffoonery.

Hillary Told Bankers 'I Favor Open Borders' in Speeches Leaked by Wikileaks

Image: Hillary Told Bankers 'I Favor Open Borders' in Speeches Leaked by WikileaksHillary Clinton told bankers behind closed doors that she favored "open trade and open borders" and said Wall Street executives were best-positioned to help reform the U.S. financial sector, according to transcripts of her private, paid speeches leaked Friday.

The leaks were the result of another email hacking intended to influence the presidential election.

Excerpts of the speeches given in the years before her 2016 presidential campaign included some blunt and unguarded remarks to her private audiences, which collectively had paid her at least $26.1 million in speaking fees. Clinton had refused to release transcripts of the speeches, despite repeated calls to do so by her primary opponent, Sen. Bernie Sanders.

The excerpts were included in emails exchanged among her political staff, including Campaign Chairman John Podesta, whose email account was hacked. The WikiLeaks organization posted what it said were thousands of Podesta's emails. It wasn't immediately clear who had hacked Podesta's emails, though the breach appeared to cover years of messages, some sent as recently as last month.

Among the emails was a compilation of excerpts from Clinton's paid speeches in 2013 and 2014. It appeared campaign staff had read all Clinton's speeches and identified passages that could be potentially problematic for the candidate if they were to become public.
