Threats, accusations, and misplaced words of panic continue to be spewed from the mouths of Democrats while our country is in the midst of not just a medical crisis but an economic and governmental one as well.

And to that affect House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has alluded that she might extend the House's official return to session even longer than the April 20th scheduled return date, and that she may not call the House back to session until well into mid-May or beyond. In other words, once again the job these folks were elected to do...as in “the people's business”...will not get done while they sit home doing nothing but collecting their just raised paychecks and maybe watching a little TV.

Talk about adding fuel to the fire of our country's current woes.

Trump Issues Guidelines for America's Reopening
On Thursday, the White House unveiled guidelines for states to begin reopening their economies and lifting stay-at-home orders and other restrictions put in place to slow the spread of the coronavirus. The guidelines set forth a phased reopening that empowers state and local governments to make individual decisions as to when to move through each of the three phases of the new plan. Counties may implement the reopening plan at the governors' discretion. The president said America's reopening would happen "one careful step at a time."

Before entering phase one of the plan, states are encouraged to first witness a decline in the number of cases in their area over a 14-day period. In addition, it's recommended that states have the hospital capacity to handle coronavirus cases without crisis care and have in place adequate testing programs, including antibody testing, to monitor at-risk health care workers.
