Still No Justice For Kate Steinle, Illegal Alien Shooter Sentenced To Time Served For Gun Charge

Jose Ines Garcia Zarate shot and killed Kate Steinle while she was walking with her dad on a San Francisco pier in 2015. He had been deported five times prior. He had picked San Francisco because he knew it was a sanctuary city, so authorities wouldn’t be actively looking for him. Zarate, who was known as Francisco Sanchez at the time of his arrest, said he found the .40 caliber handgun wrapped in a t-shirt, and that it accidentally went off, ricocheting off the pier and striking Steinle. Her last words to her father were, “help me, Dad.”

The handgun belonged to a federal officer, though it was not his government-issued firearm. On November 30, 2017, Zarate was found not guilty of first-degree murder, second-degree murder, or second-degree manslaughter. He was found guilty of a gun charge. It was a disgrace to justice. In early December, federal authorities announced they would file gun charges against Zarate. Now, a judge has sentenced Zarate to time served (via AP):

US Takes Up Cause of Iran Freedom Seekers at United Nations Security Council

Like the vote on Jewish freedom in Jerusalem, this, too, will show the true face of evil and who stands where.

France refused to support the Iranian people and once again surrendered, as they always do, to the yoke of Islamic terrorism in occupied Iran.

It is contemptuous that Russia accused the US of “misusing UN to meddle in Iranian affairs” when the UN exists only for that very purpose in regards to Israel.

The United States and Russia were set to face off Friday at the United Nations Security Council over how the international community should respond to the protests in Iran, after the U.S. called for an emergency session as it ramps up pressure on the hardline regime in Tehran.

The Trump administration has taken a vocal approach to the situation in Iran, where at least 21 people have been killed and over 1,000 arrested as Iranians take to the streets to protest against the regime.
