Racism, the Media, and the Call For Revenge

Racism...a concept that has existed throughout human history in one form or another and is comprised, I believe, of two main components...outright hatred for another being the key component coupled with a smoldering, hiding below the surface feeling of not wanting to be seen as being jealous of another. And some see that hatred manifesting itself in the belief that a given group of people other than those who share their skin color are less than “human,” if you will...are “inferior” intellectually wise...are socially less moral than they are...as well as their lacking a sense of civility...basically being the antithesis of all they themselves hold dear.

Racism, much to our chagrin, is indeed alive and well in today's America, in fact it's thriving and growing but not in the way most people think or believe. Remember, while most do know that being a racist is a learned condition...after all no one is born a racist for racism itself is not an inherent human trait...racism must be learned and then nurtured along so it can grow and take hold within both an individual and in the given population at large.

For roughly three months, former Vice President Joe Biden has been in his basement hiding. He's made a few rather odd appearances, with online supporters and during various media interviews. While Biden continues to camp out underground out of fear of the coronavirus, the Trump campaign and RNC has been hard at work, knocking on doors, making phone calls and registering voters for the November election.

Despite an unconventional 4th of July holiday weekend, where parades and other festivities were canceled, the Trump team had a successful National Weekend of Action.

Nearly 10,000 Trump campaign volunteers knocked on over 340,000 doors and made over 1.7 million phone calls to potential voters.

After 8 year old killed, Georgia Rep. Governor orders 1,000 National Guard troops to Atlanta

Children are being slaughtered in Democrat ruled Atlanta. Republican Governor takes action to save lives.

The order comes after a violent weekend across the city of Atlanta. Thirty-one people were shot in 11 incidents between Friday and Sunday. Five people, including an 8-year-old girl, died.

“This lawlessness must be stopped and order restored in our capital city. I have declared a State of Emergency and called up the Georgia Guard because the safety of our citizens comes first. This measure will allow troops to protect state property and dispatch state law enforcement officers to patrol our streets. Enough with the tough talk. We must protect the lives and livelihoods of all Georgians.”
