Never did I think that I would be writing another article on abortion yet alone doing so this soon after my two most recent abortion articles Remove Northam...But Not For A 35-Year Old Photo and New York's Descent Into Hell. But it seems abortion is a subject that will not go away, and rightfully so, as abortion has now sadly crossed the line into coldblooded, pre-meditated, and ever so calculated murder of the most helpless amongst us.

 

Yes murder...and in the state of Vermont it appears to now be outright state sanctioned murder as their newly passed abortion bill clearly states that any interference by “the state, by law enforcement agencies, or by a public entity” to try and stop a women from attempting to “procure or induce” an abortion is “illegal.”

Supreme Court Smacked Down The Ninth Circuit (And Progressives) All With One Decision

The Supreme Court on Monday ruled a decision made by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals no longer stood because the decision was made after a progressive judge on the court died.

Judge Stephen Reinhardt's vote was counted in a case involving an equal pay lawsuit a California teacher filed. According to NBC News, "Reinhardt wrote an opinion for the full appeals court, but it wasn't announced until 11 days after his death. A footnote at the beginning of the appeals court decision said that Reinhardt "fully participated in this case and authored this opinion" and noted that voting by the judges was completed before he died."

The high court's decision was "per curiam” meaning “for the Court." These types of decisions are unsigned.

According to the Supreme Court, “federal judges are appointed for life, not for eternity. The upshot is that Judge Reinhardt’s vote made a difference. Was that lawful?”

The justices said it was unlawful.

GREEN NEW DEAL COULD COST A LOT OF GREEN: The sweeping "Green New Deal" proposed by Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., could cost as much as $93 trillion, or approximately $600,000 per household, according to a new study co-authored by the former director of the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office ... The sobering and staggering cost estimate came as Democratic presidential hopeful Kamala Harris pointedly declined in an interview broadcast Sunday to put a price tag on the Green New Deal and "Medicare-for-all," saying "it's not about a cost," but rather return on investment. The Green New Deal's botched rollout included the release of an official document by Ocasio-Cortez's office that promised economic security even for those "unwilling to work," and called for the elimination of "farting cows" and air travel.
