Op-ed:
An Imbalance of Justice

Equality:
the quality or state of persons being equal within a given society;
having equal rights, liberties, opportunities, and status to others
within a just society.
It's
all about equality or so 'they' say, but in actuality equality is the
very last thing 'they' want for what 'they' want is most favored
status along with even more “free stuff” and
of course a “Get Out of Jail Free”
card.
And
yet 'they' continue to call for equality...in fact 'they' demand
equality as justice owed them...yet 'they' willingly choose to ignore some of the most
important yet basic components of equality, with the prime component
being that true equality only works when it works both ways...tit for
tat if you will. And also being ignored is that the very definition
of equality dictates that no one individual nor any one specific
group of people is entitled to special privileges, most especially
special privileges regarding the adjudication of our country's civil
laws...the very civil laws which mandate that all people be legally
treated the same. But in today's America that surely is not
the case.

How
and why so? Simply, in today's America it seems that “people of
color” are treated better than our country's white majority, a
majority who are yet but another casualty of so-called “political
correctness” run amok. And
it's “political correctness”
itself that comes replete with the forcing upon us of what amounts to
being mentally enslaved coupled with media forced indoctrination
aimed specifically at those of us who are not the chosen “people
of color.” And
while our Constitution itself states that
“...all men are
created equal, that
they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights...”
it's
simple common sense alone that should dictate that while all
individuals do deserve the same opportunities and treatment as part
of their birthright, reality has shown that the actions of some have
not only tainted the sum of the whole, but that said actions have
actually denied me and you the very “unalienable
rights”
they demand for themselves.
A
true imbalance of justice all in the name of equality I'd say.
So
who, for the most part, are the minority I've referred to as
'they'? 'They' are simply misguided and misled black folks who reside within
our county's roughly 14% black minority population; as in a select yet very vocal
sub-sect embedded within the majority of good, decent, law abiding
black folks; a sub-sect who think they have a right to dictate their
vision of equality to this country's white majority; a sub-sect who
demand payback for the sins of the past, sins never visited upon their
person... sins paid-in-full with the loss of Union blood. And it's this
sub-sect of black folks who are aided in what is their anything but
altruistic quest for equality by both liberal white elected
officials run amok coupled with those elected officials on the right
who are simply too afraid to speak out against what they know in
their hearts is but misplaced and unjustified racially based appeasement.

Basically,
this translates into meaning that any and all elected officials who
so knowingly and willingly allow themselves to be manipulated to such a
degree that they are being held hostage out of fear of their daring
to use their God given gifts of common sense and logic to mask what
is, in reality, an underlying fear of publicly being shamed and
labeled a “racist” by
the media and by the “court
of public opinion,” truly have no place in the public discourse. And
yet it's this abject fear
alone
that has become the now accepted political excuse for those not willing
to stand up to these miscreant folks and to just say “no.”
“Racist”...a
media deemed and cavalierly volleyed about word of antagonism to
some; yet a word of salvation and veiled pride to others.
“Racist”...a word that runs the gamut from fence
sitters to those who outwardly reek of racial marginalization
along with those in the throws of overtly ingrained prejudice and
what amounts to simple disrespect of others different in color than
themselves. And yet when one delves below surface appearances and
meanings, “racist” remains a word misunderstood in its
very concept, displaced by some yet deliberately manipulated by
others for both personal and monetary gain.

To understand how this manipulation works just ask BLM head honcho
and avowed marxist Patrisse Khan-Cullors who has personally profited off black folks misery...ask her about her recent multi-million
dollar home purchase in an exclusive LA predominately
white neighborhood instead of her using said money to help her fellow blacks. Remember, racial animosity, whether perceived or
real, is indeed a very profitable business for way too many folks,
especially for those folks who love to claim that America remains a
systematically racist nation (more on that in a bit)...something we
most assuredly are not. And this is no matter that these same folks
deem both race relations and self-perceived racial inequality coupled
with the corresponding discussions thereof, as the central touch
point of the Democrats fool-hardly and ever so dangerous public
policy agenda...an agenda reeking of socialism and in our faces
anti-Americanism.
A
public policy agenda where suspicion and the “canceling”
of others not to the Democrats liking reigns supreme...an agenda
where individuality and ones personal thoughts and beliefs are
corrupted by politically driven media lies and innuendos passing
themselves off as both justice and truth, thus allowing American society
itself to now become unraveled and then rebuilt in models that are
the antithesis of what was the American dream...a dream now a
nightmare painted not in red, white and blue, but instead in the hues
of certain folks skin color. This is what our beloved country has
become under the current Democrat majority rule.

But
what the Democrats and their assorted rainbow colored ilk refuse to
understand is that any and all politically forced racist discourse
and equality banter should not be about skin color per se, but should
be about what the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. said was “the
content of one's character.” And
one's character seems not to matter to today's BLM and liberal
appeasing sorts as one's character coupled with one's actions seems to take a backseat when it pertains to the darkness of one's skin.
The darker one's skin is the more injustices they encounter or so
these folks claim. Targeted for arrest by police, supposed inequality
in the criminal justice system, living in poverty stricken inner city
ghettos with little incentive or hope to escape they say creates the
perfect breeding ground for their right to riot, loot, steal, and
even kill “whitey” if need be.
Just
more self made excuses for miscreants and thugs to put themselves and
their actions above the law...with white liberals giving them free
rein to do so...justice surely not served.
And
when what actually equates to a misplaced sense of self-loathing and hate is
mixed in together with what is underlying jealousy and a believed to be racially based
exclusion regarding the bettering of oneself, the call for true
equality rings both hollow and mute for true equality, I believe,
cannot and must not be forced nor can it be politically mandated...it must be earned, if you will, through a multitude of positive actions taken
then coupled with “the content of one's character,” changing
for the better. Mandating equality...politically or otherwise...does
not and will not make folks truly equal nor does it do anything to
quell racism itself, in fact it just breeds more hatred and animosity
between the races.
But
then again that seems to be exactly what the Democrat party wants for
hatred along with cleverly crafted and forced racial manipulation, obvious
voter fraud, and the repeated call that America still remains a
systemically racist nation in desperate need of change, helped get
Joe Biden the presidency this past election cycle. And when you
couple that with his party's misplaced but now quite possible reality
of keeping said power for many years to come...via “court
packing” of course...you just know that a day of reckoning is fast approaching before any true sense of justice can finally be served. 1776
anyone...
