Let's say Joe Biden either voluntarily withdraws from the race, does not secure the nomination at convention... remember he cannot just be removed from the ticket no matter how many in his party want it...or that he actually declines the nomination after having secured the nomination. This last scenario could well become Joe Biden's “face saving”... “for the good of the party”...legacy moment...a moment that at least would help to temper down both his and Dr. Jill's overt stubbornness in his not having left the race earlier. And this in turn would openly raise the question as to who would be Biden's replacement, with current political scuttlebutt being that the DNC choice would be none other than Biden's “word salad” talking VP Kamala Harris.

A political upheaval bar none for Kamala Harris has been the most inefficient, ineffective, and useless of all modern day VPs. And while there will likely be other replacement hopefuls...any of which would be a better choice than she is...Harris would still be left with the task of then having to “lobby” each individual state's delegation to secure their support and their new vote cast. And if Harris,“by hook or by crook,” was successful in securing the nomination she would then become yet...Read entire article and see videos here.
The Voter Group That Desperately Wants Biden to Stay in the Race Shouldn't Shock Anyone

Rep. Don Byers (D-VA) got into serious hot water when he torched Joe Biden during a private leadership call, describing him as fragile and implying that the man couldn’t string sentences together. He later said he’d be a team player no matter the situation. Byer, who had hosted a fundraiser for Biden in McLean, Virginia last week, where he likened the president to Jesus Christ, immediately backpedaled, declaring his support for the president. You can’t have a Democrat in a must-win state saying that, especially one representing a district that will be critical in helping Joe hold the line in the Old Dominion.

The Virginia Democrat likely got a call from Jill because the whole thing played out like the horse’s head scene in The Godfather. Yet Byer also said something that wasn’t shocking. The voter group that is the most intense in wanting Joe to remain in the race are women:

" One more quote from @DonBeyerVA from the House Dem call yesterday -- "Probably the only group I’m talking to that really wants Joe to stay are women ." — Jake Sherman (@JakeSherman) July 8, 2024"

Trump addresses calls for Biden to drop out of 2024 presidential race: He 'doesn't want to quit'
Trump says it seems like Biden will receive the nomination ahead of the November election

Former President Trump said it seems like President Biden will stay in the 2024 race despite calls from some members of his own party to step down in the wake of his disastrous debate performance late last month.

Trump told Fox News host Sean Hannity in an interview Monday that Biden has an "ego" and he "doesn’t want to quit."

"It looks to me like he may very well stay, and he's got an ego, and he doesn't want to quit. He doesn't want to do that. It just looks to me like that's what he wants," Trump said.

Biden told House Democrats in a letter Monday that he’s staying in the race and is committed to beating Trump in November.

"We had a Democratic nomination process and the voters have spoken clearly and decisively. I received over 14 million votes, 87% of the votes cast across the entire nominating process. I have nearly 3,900 delegates, making me the presumptive nominee of our party by a wide margin," Biden’s letter read in part.
