“Snake-oil salesman” is the stinging label Princeton’s African-American studies chair, Eddie S. Glaude Jr.—who happens to be black—gives President Obama as he leaves the White House.

Because Obama betrayed blacks.

Millions of white men and women voted for Barack Obama, a biracial president, in hopes that he would unite our country. Millions of black men and women voted for Obama hoping he would help them forsake disparate levels of poverty; teen pregnancy; single motherhood; absent fatherhood; and violent crime. Whites’ and blacks’ hopes were historic.

Turns out Obama’s dual presidency was historic. Historically bad.

Only wealthy whites and Asians notably improved their quality of life during Obama’s eight-year reign. On economic and social levels—American blacks slid the furthest. Even reality-denying Slate now bemoans a “rising” tide of “racial discontent” in America.

Today, our nation celebrates Martin Luther King, Jr.—a man to whom Obama often compared himself in his own quest for power. In 2007, candidate Obama announced his run for the presidency by invoking “King’s call to let justice roll down like water, and righteousness like a mighty stream. …it is time for our generation to answer that call.”

He needed his black brothers’ and sisters’ votes—and won them with lofty promises—by 91 percentage points in 2008 an by 87 percentage points in 2012. Then, he twisted the knife.

WASHINGTON – When U.S. Rep. John Lewis, D-Ga., said he didn’t see Donald Trump as a “legitimate president,” it wasn’t out of character.

After 37 years in Congress, that kind of rhetoric is in keeping with a highly partisan record of accusing all Republican presidential candidates of racism as well as calling for the impeachment of George W. Bush.

Almost glossed over in Lewis’ questioning of Trump’s legitimacy was his reasoning.

“I don’t see this president-elect as a legitimate president,” Lewis told NBC News’ Chuck Todd in a clip released Friday. “I think the Russians participated in helping this man get elected. And they helped destroy the candidacy of Hillary Clinton. I think there was a conspiracy on the part of the Russians, and others, that helped him get elected.”

His reason Trump isn’t a legitimate president-elect, according to Lewis, is because the Russians helped elect him. To date, not a single shred of evidence to suggest Russian hacking had any impact on the outcome of the election. Indeed, as Democrats are fond of pointing out, Clinton won the popular election. She merely failed to win the prerequisite number of electoral votes of the states.

Lewis’ comments are not only conspiratorial and divisive, they also question the legitimacy of the nation’s electoral process and the integrity of the vote.

Trump wants expanded Press Corps to include BLOGGERS

This is a welcome change and something Bush should have done when bloggers and their readers exposed Dan Rather and 60 Minutes fake documents concerning Bush’s military service. If not for the groundbreaking work of scrappy bloggers and their readers, we would have suffered greatly under a Kerry presidency. Bush never understood the information battle-space, and he was summarily defeated by it.

“This is about greater accessibility, more people in the process,” Sean Spicer said Sunday on Fox News Channel’s “Media Buzz.” Involving more people, including bloggers and others who aren’t from the mainstream media, “should be seen as a welcome change,” he said.

Obama understood it, which is why he invited the most incompetent but loyal goose-steppers in the uber-left enemedia corps. It was Obama he gave the imprimatur of legitimacy to trash sites and hate sites like Huffington Post.

Trump is going to need all of our help. The left has declared war, and we must fight.

I think right after he is shown in as president, Donald Trump's first order of business should be to have Obama arrested for 'aiding and abetting' the enemy,. His treasonous actions have truly crossed the line.
