Let's see if we can contextualize this for you: You already know that the Clinton Foundation failed to report tens of millions in foreign donations in their tax documents, a revelation that has forced the organization to re-file at least five years' worth of returns. You also already knew that some of those many undisclosed donations (which violated Hillary's transparency pledge) were related to a troubling transaction in which (a) the Russian government obtained the rights to a large chunk of US uranium interests, (b) investors and magnates connected to the deal profited handsomely, (c) the Clinton Foundation (and the Clinton themselves) pocketed millions, and (d) Hillary's State Department signed off on the whole thing -- before "repeatedly breaking" promises to mitigate national security concerns. Bloomberg and Fox News are reporting that a Clinton Foundation-tied group led by a man at the center of the uranium deal didn't disclose more than 1,000 foreign donors:

There are in fact 1,100 undisclosed donors to the Clinton Foundation, Giustra says, most of them non-U.S. residents who donated to CGEP...The reason this is a politically explosive revelation is because the Clinton Foundation promised to disclose its donors as a condition of Hillary Clinton becoming secretary of state. Shortly after Barack Obama was elected president in 2008, the Clinton Foundation signed a “memorandum of understanding” with the Obama White House agreeing to reveal its contributors every year. The agreement stipulates that the “Clinton Giustra Sustainable Growth Initiative” (as the charity was then known) is part of the Clinton Foundation and must follow “the same protocols.” It hasn’t. Giustra says that’s because Canada’s federal privacy law forbids CGEP, a Canadian-registered charity, from revealing its donors.

Report: Kerry Told Iran He Wishes ‘U.S. Had a Leader like Iran’s Supreme Leader’
Pamela Geller / Atlas Shrugs

In a once rational and free America, this shocking statement from the Secretary of State would be met with immediate calls for his resignation. Imagine coveting a  leader like Iran’s Supreme Leader, who slaughters gays, imprisons and executes political dissidents — behind nuclear talks Iran executes political prisoners in droves — and beats women who aren’t fully covered.

Instead, the mainstream media hasn’t even covered this. The West is dying and no gives a fig.

Clinton: Justice System Needs Overhaul, End to 'Mass Incarcerations'

Image: Clinton: Justice System Needs Overhaul, End to 'Mass Incarcerations'Pointing to a wave of violence in Baltimore, Hillary Clinton said Wednesday that the nation's criminal justice system has gotten "out of balance" and must be restored through steps such as the use of body cameras by every police department in the country.

"It's time to change our approach," Clinton said in her first major policy address since launching her presidential campaign earlier this month. "It's time to end the era of mass incarceration."

Clinton spoke in the days after violence and protests have swept through the streets of Baltimore following the death of Freddie Gray, a 25-year-old black man who suffered a spinal-cord injury while in police custody. Clinton condemned those instigating further violence, saying it disrespected the Gray family and only compounded the tragedy.

"The violence has to stop," she said.

In a speech at Columbia University, Clinton spoke of protests over policing in Ferguson, Missouri; Charleston, South Carolina; and in New York, and repudiated policies dating to her husband Bill Clinton's presidency that lengthened prison terms while putting more officers on the streets. "We need a true national debate about how to reduce our prison population," she said. "We don't want to create another incarceration generation."

She voiced support for alternative punishments for lower-level offenders and the need to address substance abuse and mental illness, which she said came up repeatedly during her recent campaign trips to Iowa and New Hampshire. Clinton also cited what she described as an "unmistaken and undeniable" pattern of violence against unarmed black men in the country and the unfairness of black men being more likely to be stopped and searched by police officers, charged with crimes and sentenced to longer prison terms.

It's never enough. American taxpayers have surrendered billions and billions and billions of dollars to the social-justice-spender-in-chief. But it's never, ever enough.

The latest paroxysm of urban violence, looting, and recriminations in Baltimore prompted President Obama on Tuesday to trot out his frayed Blame The Callous, Tight-Fisted Republicans card. After dispensing with an obligatory wrist-slap of toilet paper-and Oreo-filching "protesters" who are burning Charm City to the ground (he hurriedly changed it to "criminals and thugs" mid-word), the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize winner got down to his usual business: hectoring his political opponents and grousing that America hasn't forked over enough money for him to make the "massive investments" needed to "make a difference right now."

If we are "serious" about preventing more riots, the president declared, then "the rest of us" (translation: all of us stingy conservatives) have to make sure "we are providing early education" and "making investments" so that inner-city youths are "getting the training they need to find jobs."

Narcissus on the Potomac wheedled that "there's a bunch of my agenda that would make a difference right now." Me, me, me! His laundry list of the supposedly underfunded cures that he can't get through Congress includes "school reform," "job training" and "some investments in infrastructure" to "attract new businesses."

I'll give POTUS credit: He can lay it on thicker than a John Deere manure spreader.

Let's talk "massive investments," shall we?

If you haven’t heard of the Export-Import Bank Of The United States (Ex-Im), you’re not alone. It wasn’t until recently that this institution founded in 1934 became something of a front-and-center issue for conservatives. According to their website, the Ex-Im Bank “is the official export credit agency of the United States. Ex-Im Bank's mission is to assist in financing the export of U.S. goods and services to international markets. Ex-Im Bank enables U.S. companies — large and small — to turn export opportunities into real sales that help to maintain and create U.S. jobs and contribute to a stronger national economy.”

That sounds great, until you basically find out it's an arm of crony capitalism.

During a media call last week, Luke Hilgemann, Americans for Prosperity’s Chief Executive Officer, said the Ex-Im Bank is one of the top priorities for AFP’s legislative agenda. He called the institution the definition of corporate welfare, and the damage it can do to taxpayers and small businesses across the country. He added that all the crony capitalism does is get in the way of the free market and end future economic opportunities for everyone; it’s damaging our chances for a vibrant economy.

Since the 1990s, the Ex-Im Bank has been doling out cash, billions in taxpayer-backed loans to foreign corporations. It should not be the taxpayers’ responsibility to foot the bill for these risky foreign projects.

Brent Gardner, AFP’s Vice President of Government Affairs, noted the organization’s efforts to build a grassroots army to break the bank. It’s a fight that’s been lasting a little over a year, said Gardner–who also added that this is another example of the government picking winners and losers.

He also added that some of the investments of the Ex-Im Bank are so risky that normal lenders won’t touch them.

Allstate Good Hands For Freddie Gray – Records Indicate Spinal Injury Pre-existing, Part Of Settlement

The media is leaving out much of the career criminal history of Freddie Gray in their reporting. It seems now that they may also be failing to discuss his very relevant medical history, one which may have included multiple surgeries for spinal injuries incurred in a car crash.

Health privacy laws limit the availability of medical information, but a public records search in the Howard Court Civil System website provides evidence that Gray had received a settlement and had engaged with Peachtree Funding to obtain a lump sum payment.

The media has been remiss in reporting this information, preferring to portray the career criminal as the victim of police misconduct. Other anonymous sources indicate that Gray may have had surgery as recently as ten days prior to the incident in which he was involved in a forty-five minute flee to evade the authorities. He could have easily re-injured himself in his reckless attempt to avoid capture.

Regardless of the amount of time that has passed since his most recent spinal surgery, it was clearly not an action by the officers involved that severed his spine. It was his own actions in combination with his earlier accident that led to his re-injury and ultimately to his death.

Black lives do matter, so do the lives of police officers of any color as well as the lives of the residents of Baltimore which have been turned upside down. The truth matters as well. Just as with the incident in Ferguson, there doesn’t seem to be any urgency on the part of the media to cover that aspect of the story and the Democrat administrations, both locally and nationally are more than willing to feed fuel to the fire.

Baltimore: An American War Zone

By: Diane Sori / The Patriot Factor / Right Side Patriots on CPR Worldwide Media

An American city in trouble...a city now engulfed in flames, rioting, looting, and raw violence against both civilians and those in authority as police in riot gear take up positions around Baltimore and National Guardsmen stand guard outside City Hall. Taking up positions and standing guard yet doing NOT a thing to stop the violence while the people of Baltimore are shaking their heads as they watch them watch. And all this over yet another thug's death...and yesterday Barack HUSSEIN Obama had the gall to sent an 'official' representative to that thug's funeral.

So now the Obama wanted, Al Sharpton instigated, Jesse Jackson condoned, and Eric Holder legalized, race war has begun...and the “fundamental transformation of America” has truly begun...begun because at the bottom of it all is Obama's deliberate pulling the scab off of once-healing racial wounds.

And all this over the death of 25-year old Freddie Gray yet another black thug...and one who had 18 previous arrests in but a few short years but saw NOT one day of jail time. (See his arrest record here: And while answers to questions regarding his death from a spinal cord injury suffered while in police custody still must be addressed that does NOT give these 'animals'...feral packs of 'animals'...the right to do what they are doing...does NOT give them the right to use this thug's death as their reason to think they are 'entitled' to commit the acts of savages...does NOT give them the right to cry fowl over what they perceive is the longstanding issue of the police vs. young black issue seen as truth in their minds and their minds alone.

Young black men who wander through life aimlessly...young black men whose lives consist of hanging out on street corners doing drugs, boozing, and committing petty crimes to get cash to do what they do...uneducated and unmotivated young black men who think white society 'owes' them something just because of the color of their skin...young black men too concerned about and consumed with hate to improve their own lot in take responsibility for their own actions...and to become productive members of society.

Young black men...young black thugs...who on Monday night alone caused at least 15 officers to be wounded with six of them seriously...young black men...thugs all...who in one night set 144 vehicle fires and 15 building fires...young black men who (rightfully) saw 200 of their fellow young black men...thugs... arrested...and all this over the death of yet another young black thug...whose life was paralleling the life of other now dead young black thugs like Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown.

And so on day one of the riots, looting and carnage broke out just a few short blocks away from where the funeral of the young black thug was held and spread out from there through much of West Baltimore and by the end of the day reached into East Baltimore, reached into neighborhoods close to downtown, and reached very near the Baltimore Orioles baseball stadium. Fed on by a hatred of the police these young back men through their criminal actions have forced the hand of Maryland's Governor Larry Hogan...forced his hand by his having to declare a state of emergency and with it the activation of 1,500 National Guardsmen all while firefighters continue to battle blazes set by young black men who in their misguided anger are destroying mostly black businesses...hurting their own but NOT giving a damn that they do. (See video of the riots here: or here:

Young black men NOT giving a damn even as a one-week citywide curfew has been put into place...a curfew that began last night at 10pm. Yet a multitude of young black men and a smattering of young black women did NOT give a damn, but then again why should they when Baltimore's very own black Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake stood before the news cameras a few days ago when the demonstrations over the thug's death began to turn violent and said that, “We also gave those who wish to destroy space to do that as well.” Saying those words while she tried to explain how she had sought to maintain “the very delicate balance” between the right to protest and the safety of police officers, this vile woman's words prove that for some the color of their skin will now and forever trump all...including trumping the very basic societal concept of civility and decorum.

And truth...let's NOT forget to add in the societal concept of truth as this woman...this mayor...true to the liberal Democratic concept that lies become truth if they are repeated enough...had the nerve to than say when called to task that the media had twisted her words...words caught for posterity on camera. But these words of hate, permission, and excuses will become buried when this story finally does come to an end.

And when this story does come to end...and know that it will...the last chapter will be an excuse for the first chapter even though this woman's words helped to fuel what came after. But know as fact that Baltimore's mayor will NEVER be held accountable simply because first, she is black and second, because she is a woman. And herein lies ground zero of all the problems between some (and notice I say some NOT all) blacks and some whites today...between some young black men and a smattering of young black women who love to blame 'whitey' for their own failures, inadequacies, and loss of some young black men and a smattering of young black women still believe they have a right to behave in ways of their own choosing simply because generations ago their ancestors were slaves...meaning NOT only must they NOT be held accountable for their own actions but that they must actually be rewarded for their very actions of behaving badly.

And NO matter the rewards given...rewards that sadly Congress has allowed to be given...rewards in the guise of government awarded freebies and handouts...they still insist on behaving badly as NOTHING given is ever enough nor will it be until they have it all. And have it all means getting it through rioting and looting that is condoned and egged-on by the true racists living amongst us... true racists like Barack HUSSEIN Obama, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, and Eric name but a few...who sit on the sidelines lining their own pockets from the very profitable business of racism as they munch on some popcorn while watching American cities burn...and it starting with Ferguson and has moved outward from there.

Baltimore is today's news...I just wonder what American city those behaving badly will make into tomorrow's news...just saying.

Today, Wednesday, April 29th, on RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS on CPR Worldwide Media from 2 to 4pm EST, Craig and Diane will discuss the government's targeting and auditing of conservative radio stations, thugs behaving very badly in Baltimore MD, and things come to light regarding Hillary's uranium scandal that you need to know.

We all make mistakes and some of us learn from them. What is even better is to learn from other people's mistakes, where they pay for those mistakes while we learn free of charge.

Many Americans who say that we should learn from other people, especially Europeans, mean that we should imitate what they did.

That may make those who talk this way feel superior to other Americans. But let us never forget that the most disastrous ideologies of the 20th century -- Communism, Fascism and Nazism -- all originated in Europe. So did both World Wars.

More recently, Europe has been belatedly discovering how unbelievably stupid it was to import millions of people from cultures that despise Western values, and which often promote hatred toward Western people.

Maybe that is a mistake that we can think about when Congress finally decides to do something about our open borders and our immigration laws that we refuse to enforce.

European anti-trust regulators are giving us another free lesson in confused thinking by filing anti-trust charges against Google, on grounds that its searching facilities give preferential treatment to Google's own searching services over other competing searching services.

The European Union's commissioner for competition explained the basis for the complaint against Google: "We have a focus on a certain conduct, a certain behavior which, if our doubts are going to be proven, we would like to change because we believe that it hampers competition."

Some of us think laws should be clear-cut statements of what you can and cannot do. Indicting people under laws that can lead to fines in the billions of dollars over what "we believe" or what international bureaucrats have "doubts" about is not really law. It is an exercise of arbitrary power, based on whatever subjective notions are in vogue among government bureaucrats.

The history of American anti-trust law shows too many similar vague and confused notions masquerading as law. The idea that the accused must prove their innocence, under the "rebuttable presumptions" of the Robinson-Patman Act of 1936, was a forerunner of the same mindset under later "disparate impact" theories in civil rights law.

What such fancy words boil down to is that very little evidence is required to shift the burden of proof to the accused, in defiance of centuries-old legal traditions that the accuser has the burden of proof in criminal cases and the plaintiffs have the burden of proof in civil cases. Otherwise, any fact or theory that sounds plausible to legal authorities is enough to force the accused to prove a negative or lose the case.
Speaking from the White House Monday, press secretary Josh Earnest reiterated the Obama administration's position not to require the release of three American hostages being held by the Iranian regime as part of ongoing nuclear negotiations.

"Why not use this moment of leverage that you have with the Iranians to push for not just the release of [Washington Post reporter] Jason Rezaian, but of course there are four Americans held prisoner in Iran, why not use this leverage as you did with the Cuba deal to get Alan Gross released too? To get these Americans released," ABC's Jon Karl asked.

"There are three Americans that are currently held in Iran and one other American whose whereabouts are still unknown and could be Iran. The United States does on a regular basis raise the case of these individuals with our Iranian counterparts and I know that Secretary Kerry is meeting with his Iranian counterpart in New York today principally to talk about the current, ongoing nuclear negotiations. As in the past, he has taken the opportunity at those kinds of visits to reiterate our significant concerns about the treatment and well being of those American citizens and to ask for their immediate release," Earnest said. "What we have said is we are focused on the nuclear issue in the context of these ongoing negotiations. The concern is simply this, that preventing Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon is a top priority because the long list of concerns we have with Iranian behavior would be made only worse if Iran had a nuclear weapon so when it comes to these specific U.S. citizens, it would be only harder to negotiate their release if we were talking to a nuclear armed Iran."

"We continue to inform our Iranian counterparts of the need to release these American citizens being unjustly held in their country," he said.

For weeks the White House has insisted the Iranians holding Americans hostage and the country's support of terrorism around the world should be dealt with separately from nuclear negotiations.

Meanwhile, debate over amendments to the Iranian deal has officially started on Capitol Hill. Republicans and Democrats have expressed deep. bipartisan skepticism of the current deal between the White House and Iran over the country's nuclear program.

While Obama reassures us that ISIS is a JV team or that the Islamic State is not a state, let me assure you they are. They have conquered a land mass in the Middle East larger than the UK, and comparable land in Africa. They have their own passports, their own money and …. their own birth certificate.

History Will Prove the Haters Wrong
By: Diane Sori / The Patriot Factor / Right Side Patriots on CPR Worldwide Media
“You think the Middle East is chaotic now? Imagine what it looks like for our grandchildren. That’s how Americans should view the deal.”
- Former President George W. Bush's words that the pending Iranian nuclear deal would be bad for the U.S. long-term

Thank you George W. Bush for saying what needed to be said and needed to be said by a person of a person who garners respect and honor.

And so our 43rd president...a man who has always stood staunchly behind our ally Israel...had a closed-door meeting with the Republican Jewish Coalition this past Saturday night in Las Vegas...a meeting NOT televised but one transcribed by an attendee...a meeting where Bush harshly and rightfully criticized Obama by lambasting America's traitor-in-chief on foreign policy. Calling Barack HUSSEIN Obama naive about Iran; naive about his eagerness to execute a nuclear deal that was NOT only bad for American national security but a deal that showed a lack of understanding of the Iranian leadership; and naive about America's losing the war against ISIS; George W. Bush made it very clear that Obama was placing the U.S. in "retreat" around the world.

Making these remarks even more stinging is the fact that Bush rarely if ever criticizes Obama...or public...and that in and of itself is the sign of a true leader. But even a true leader can sit back only so long and watch our beloved country being destroyed by a man who is doing everything to make sure that America is NOT only a joke on the world's stage, but also is a man who wants to demote her to a second class power through the continuation of an agenda that sells her out to the enemy.

Saying to the audience that Obama was “misreading” Iran’s intentions while at the same time too easily relaxing sanctions on Tehran, Bush also pointed out the absurdity in Obama's words that he could “snap” the sanctions back in place at any time. Most definitely NOT true as Obama knows damn well there are 'procedures' that must be followed in putting back the sanctions...'procedures' that would still afford Iran the time needed to move forward with its nuclear program all while we waste time with 'procedures.'

And Bush also went into details...after all the devil is in the details. Details like pointing out Obama's naivete in believing that the 'so-called' moderate and oh-so slick Hassan Rouhani's taking over of the Iranian presidency signaled a policy shift with the West when in reality it is NOTHING but a change in spokesperson, for while Rouhani may appear more moderate in public than his predecessors, his true intentions are more likely to be just as radical as those very same predecessors.

Details like Bush's saying that Obama's withdrawing all US troops from Iraq in 2011 was a “strategic mistake” that directly contributing to the rise of what he called the Islamic State. And Bush is one hundred percent correct for remember that while he did sign an agreement with the Iraqi government to withdraw our troops, he was also trying to negotiate a new 'Status of Forces Agreement' to keep U.S. forces in place past 2011...forces that would have strengthened the Iraqi military’s ability to prevent the rise of the Islamic State. And now remember that the Obama administration tried and failed to follow through on negotiating such an agreement, because if truth be told Obama did NOT want such an agreement to ever be put in place because it would mean going back on his campaign promise of ending the war and thus tarnish his 'it's all about me' legacy.

Also of note in his remarks is that Bush in referring to the Islamic State as al-Qaida’s "second act”...which indeed they are for like Bush said they may have changed their name but that murdering innocents is still their favored tactic...NEVER once did he let the word ISIL cross his lips for Bush knows well that Obama and his administration always use word ISIL when referring to the Islamic State (or as some call ISIS) is their way to give a shout-out and thumbs-up to Obama's islamic brethren and the signal their approval of Iran's goal of wiping Israel off the map.

And you have to love when Bush called to task Obama's complete and total lack of a strategy in dealing with said Islamic State. Saying that Obama promised to degrade and destroy the Islamic State's forces but then did NOT develop a strategy to complete that mission, Bush added that,“In order to be an effective president... when you say something you have to mean gotta kill 'em.” Translation: you've got to kill the enemy before the enemy kills you. It really is that simple because if you have a specific military goal and you mean it as Bush said, “you call in your military and say ‘What’s your plan?’” Adding that “When the plan wasn’t working in Iraq, we changed it,” proving that a change in plan will many times result in success just as it did with the troop surge in 2007...which allowed Bush to win the war that unfortunately led Obama to lose the peace. (See video analysis 'When You Say Something, You Have to Mean It': Bush 43 Rips Obama Foreign Policy' here:

And Bush was also quite harsh...and again rightly so...when he defended his own administration’s handling of terrorists in comparison to Obama's codding of those out to kill us all. Bush in pointing out that Khalid Sheikh Mohammed...the man who confessed to beheading Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl...was captured on his watch...basically 'b*tch-slapped' Obama with his words, “Just remember the guy who slit Danny Pearl’s throat is in Gitmo, and now they're doing it on TV,” a direct alluding to Obama's releasing GITMO detainees to kill again.

But Bush also showed his humorous side when he said that his “old friend” Vladimir Putin's domestic popularity at home comes from his control of the Russian media. "Hell, I'd be popular, too, if I owned NBC news," he said with a wink for Bush knows well that Obama is sitting where he is simply because the media is under his control...hell...they 'anointed' Obama both times before the first ballot was even cast.

And in finishing his speech, Bush touched upon his brother Jeb's potential run for the presidency saying that the Bush name can be used against him, and that the American public does NOT like family dynasties. He also said that foreign policy is going to be especially important in this presidential campaign cycle and that the test for Republicans running will be who has got the “courage” to resist isolationist which I will add tendencies that Rand Paul is espousing.

Lastly, in regards to Hillary, Bush said she will have to choose between running on the Obama policies or running against them. He said if she defends them she's admitting failure, but if she doesn't defend them she's blaming the president...and Bush is right on both accounts.

So in closing, one can see by his words that George W. Bush is indeed a man of honor, courage, and fortitude...a man who loves our country and loves our troops...a man who will be judged by history in a positive light much to the chagrin of the liberal left who continue to try to paint him as both a warmonger and as a stupid man. Instead, this is the man who time has proven was right about Iraq having WMDs and was and is anything but stupid.

And how I wish this man was our president now...sigh.
