Report: Iran is Threatening to Restart Nuclear Program Within Days
The head of Iran's Atomic Energy Organization disclosed on Sunday that the Islamic Republic has maintained the ability to restart the full-scale enrichment of uranium—the key component in a nuclear weapon that was supposed to be removed from Iran as part of the nuclear agreement—in just four days.Read entire article and see video here: https://townhall.com/tipsheet/katiepavlich/2018/04/09/report-iran-is-threatening-to-restart-nuclear-program-within-days-n2469190?utm_source=thdaily&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=nl&newsletterad=
Ali Akbar Salehi, head of Iran's atomic work, claimed Iran could enrich uranium to 20 percent, which is more than enough to quickly reach the threshold to power a nuclear weapon, in just four days if the word is given by Iran's hardline ruling regime.

Israel Goes Alone in First Syrian Strike
by Grant Gambling / Red StateWhat we are seeing in the media as the week begins on April 9th is a frantic and frustrated Russia.
The narrative was sailing along so smoothly; US President Trump had let it slip that he wants out of Syria sooner rather than later, most of Ghouta had surrendered and there were talks happening with remaining pockets. And then a chemical weapon was used and now all hell has broken loose.
The reaction was swift, but it didn’t come from the direction most observers were expecting. The smart money, including Russia’s, was that the strikes would come from the Americans or possibly even the French, but both denied it. Though Jerusalem has not confirmed it, most of the players involved suspect the Israelis actually struck Assad and they informed the Americans beforehand. Israel was believed to have already hit this particular place in February, known as T-4, so, this was likely seen as a two birds, one stone type of situation.

Op-ed:
No Longer Enemies But Not Quite Friends...Yet
By: Diane Sori / The Patriot Factor / Right Side Patriots on American Political Radio
“He is the Hitler of the Middle East...In the 1920s and 1930s, no one saw Hitler as a danger. Only a few people. Until it happened. We don’t want to see what happened in Europe happen in the Middle East.”
- Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman
The times they are 'a-changing'...for Israel that is.
Changing times indeed as more and more Arab leaders* are turning against Iran and its mullahs who still want to push Israel into the sea. And these same Arab leaders are also tired of all the Palestinian whining and nonsense...nonsense that was once considered the main cause of all the Middle East unrest has now become nonsense that seems to have disappeared from the region's prime discourse as strategic concerns and mutual benefits take center stage. And it's the voices and the minds of young Arab leaders who are truly tired of Iran's stirring the Palestinian pot and who, unlike their fathers, see the “value” in having both economic and military ties with the Jewish State.
And know that those ties between Israel and the Arab states have surely improved over the past year or so as both now realize they share in Iran a common soon to be nuclear armed enemy.
In fact, many moderate Sunni Arab leaders want the European leaders to take a “tougher stance” on Iran’s activities in the region...leaders like Saudi Arabia’s 32-year old Crown Prince (and future king) Mohammed Bin Salman who secretly has visited Israel and has publicly stated that he recognizes the right of Israelis to have their own “nation-state.” And Yemen's President Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi has called for an end to Iran’s “acts of meddling” in the internal affairs of the Arab states, and especially to stop arming Yemen's Houthi militant rebels with ballistic missiles...missiles they are using to attack Saudi Arabia and the other Gulf states.
And President Hadi issued his statement based upon the “concrete
evidence” presented by our U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley who back
in December proved that Iran was indeed giving weapons and missiles
to Yemeni rebels... with said evidence being both debris from what
Pentagon officials said were Iranian-made 'Qiam' ballistic
missiles... missiles fired from Yemen directly at Saudi Arabia's King
Khaled International Airport...in addition to an anti-tank weapon and
drone recovered in Yemen by the Saudis.
See Ambassador Haley's "concrete evidence" here: https://www.c-span.org/video/?438604-1/ambassador-nikki-haley-us-evidence-iran-violated-un-resolutions
Now seeing Iran as the one true destabilizing force in the entirety of the Middle East region via both its direct hand as well as its many “militant proxies,” has led even those European leaders who are so against President Trump's likely decision to pull the U.S. out of the Iranian nuclear deal when in early May it comes up for re-certification, to now share his rightful concerns about both Iran’s ongoing ballistic missile program and its support for the regions many islamic militant groups.
Now as for Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman, he has gone further than any of his Arab brethren in his condemnation of Iran, going so far as to say that Ayatollah Ali Khamenei...the supreme leader of Iran...actually “makes Hitler look good.”
Brave words indeed from the young prince who also believes that both the Palestinians and the Israelis have the right to have their own land...but know that even he forgets that the Palestinians already have a land and it's called Jordan. And Crown Prince Bin Salman is also a man who believes that a peace agreement is necessary to not only “assure the stability for everyone and to have normal relations"...but to have normal relations with Israel as well. And that stability is paramount to the prince because the closer Iranian influence and mischief gets to Saudi Arabia, the more “virtue” the Saudis see in Israel.
“Virtues” in the fact that Israel is a neighbor who
comes replete with (300+) nukes that is...and possessing nuclear
weapons to create a needed balance of power is something the Saudi's so
desperately want what with Iran closing in on them from all
directions. And now with the Saudi's seeing Iran's influence in the east
in Iraq, in the north in Syria, and in the south in Yemen, Israel is also rightly concerned that Iran is a bit too close for
comfort...as in Iran's Revolutionary Guards sitting along their border in the Golan
Heights, in Lebanon, and elsewhere.
And that translates into Israel and Saudi Arabia sharing a mutual concern that seems to be morphing into a true alliance...an alliance that actually started when the Saudis offered Israel the use of their airfields if Israel did decide to attack Iran after backstabbing Obama threatening to destroy Israeli jets if they dared to fly over Iraq on a mission to knock out Iran's nuclear capabilities...an offer freely given with still no expiration date.
And that alliance of sort shows no signs of abating for remember
that while the Arab states publicly denounced President Trump's
decision to move our embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, no
passionate nor united voice of condemnation came from the leaders of
Saudi Arabia. And while Saudi's King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud gave the required and expected response of
denouncing the upcoming embassy move...you could tell his words were
quite forced...Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman spoke instead of his plans
for normalization of ties with the Jewish State. And by referencing
Jewish ties to Jerusalem in his plans, Saudi's religious leaders
followed suit by issuing edicts prohibiting violence against Jews.
Also, Bin Salman let the Palestinian Authority know....let Mahmoud
Abbas know...that if there was ever a two-state solution that the
small town of Abu Dis (which overlooks the Old City of Jerusalem to the south-west and the Jordan Valley to the east) should be the Palestinian state's capital and not
Jerusalem.
Powerful words from an Arab leader indeed...powerful words showing
that Saudi Arabia's opposition to Israel is for the most part a thing
of the past, and that any lasting sympathy once held for the Palestinian
cause has now become a mute point what with the Palestinians relying
on enemies of the more moderate Arab states to further their
cause...enemies like the Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas, and most especially Iran.
And while Egypt did orchestrate the formal U.N. resolution condemning President Trump's Jerusalem decision...said resolution was crafted in such a way as to do nothing but give mere lip-service to the Palestinians...for behind the scenes things were quite different with Egypt's response at home being quite muted. And why...because with Egypt having its own problems with continuing terrorist activities, actual security ties between Israel and Egypt have grown under President el-Sisi as Israel has been sharing military intelligence to help el-Sisi fight ISIS in the Sinai desert.
And so now there exists an “unspoken Saudi-Egyptian understanding” with Israel for both county's leaders know that getting involved in the matter of Jerusalem is not in Saudi Arabia's nor in Egypt's best national interests.
And then there's Bahrain whose leaders chose to declare President Trump's Jerusalem decision to be but a "side issue," wanting instead to focus on the same bigger issue...the threat of what they called an “imperialist Iran.” In other words, Bahrain's leaders without saying the words see the shared commonality with Saudi Arabia and Egypt in the dangers Iran poses to its country as rightfully being of more importance to their survival than they do the 'supposed' plight of the Palestinians.
And again, Bahrain also sees the advantages of detente with Israel over continuing to alienate the regions only true nuclear power.
So always remember that it's what goes on behind the scenes and the words not publicly spoken that matter the most and not what is being reported in the media for the masses consumption.
"The Israeli-Palestinian conflict is not the source of terrorism, but it does create fertile ground for acts of terrorism in the region," so said retired Saudi General Anwar Eshki who not so secretly visited Jerusalem in the summer of 2016.
And with the world now witnessing the birth of a new Arab/Israeli front if you will...a front uniting together against their common enemy Iran...and against ISIS as well...this has allowed the once all consuming Palestinian issue to simply evaporate on its own as the more moderate Arab states have finally accepted as truth that neither Israel nor the so-called “occupation” has anything to do with the overall instability Iran and its proxy network of terrorist organizations has brought to the region. And while the Palestinians and their allies in both the U.N. and in Europe continue on in their efforts to try to “delegitimize” Israel along with its right to exist, their effort is backfiring as the more moderate Arab states like Saudi Arabia and Egypt realize the many economic and military benefits of establishing relations with Israel.
And at the same time as these Arab states are forging new
relationships with Israel, Israel herself is also forging their own new
relationships with both China and Russia... two countries who clearly
understand that advanced Israeli technology has much to offer
developing countries which in turn takes the burden off them...while
at the very same time numerous African, Asian, and Latin American
countries are starting to rely heavily on Israel for arms sales,
military training, agricultural technology, and so much more.
In other words, any and all Arab states having officially recognized ties with Israel including having all-important diplomatic ties with the Jewish State, will not only see their countries reaping military benefits...critical and so-needed when dealing with an enemy like a very soon to be nuclear armed Iran...but they will also happily be the beneficiaries of serious economic benefits. How so... remember that while third world countries are just starting to develop and modernize... some doing so courtesy of Israel's help...Israel, Saudi Arabia, and the other moderate Arab states will continue to share certain common goals like developing new energy, water, and agricultural technologies as their populations grow and the need for increasing all ready set in motion modernization continues. And isn't it better to do it together as friends and partners that try to do it alone.
And when you couple that with the fact that economic ties between neighboring countries creates ever-expanding regional opportunities as well, you can clearly now see how the current geopolitical situation in the Middle East, especially in regards to the threat posed by Iran, negatively affects the overall and much needed economic development and modernization of all the Arab states in the region.
But as more moderate Arab states like Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Bahrain are starting to call the shots...most especially Saudi Arabia with its young and modern king-in-waiting Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman more than willing to put aside the above said old hatreds...true alliances do have a very good chance of not only forming but of succeeding...succeeding because Iran is now sitting at all of their doors and with only Israel having 300+ "keys" by which to lock Iran out.
“Arabs may have the oil, but we have the matches.” True words said former by Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon. And after all, isn't it always better to align ones country with a winner than with an in the end loser...I would surely think so.
