One Bad Deal Down...One Very Bad Deal to Go

"Effective immediately, I am canceling the last administration's completely one-sided deal with Cuba." - President Trump's words this past Friday at the Manuel Artime Theater in Miami's 'Little Havana'

Saying that the Cuban people suffered for almost six decades of communist rule, President Donald Trump, to tremendous applause, unraveled and rescinding Barack HUSSEIN Obama’s 'so-called' historic accord that opened up trade and travel to Cuba... and he did so by rightfully calling Obama's deal “terrible,” “one-sided,” and “misguided"... and that is putting it mildly.

And so in a campaign promise kept to the anti-Castro voting bloc that helped him win Florida in the 2016 election, President Trump stated that he will be "a voice against repression" and "a voice for the Cuban people." Adding that Obama's easing restrictions on Cuba did not help the Cuban people at all, especially with the Castro regime becoming even more repressive in their trying to crush the island nation's growing democratic movement, and because it still remains a regime that has failed to take any positive action on human rights, Trump went on to explain that current investments in business and tourism aided both Cuba's military...as all business relationships and deals go through the Cuban military...and Raul Castro's dictatorial regime...with any jobs created going to party cronies and loyalists alone.

Translating into any American monies given being our taxpayer dollars wasted.

And in a bold move to hold Castro accountable for still on-going and increasing oppression (in 2016 there were 9,940 short and long term detentions of political protesters, up from 8,899 in 2014) and human rights abuses ignored while Obama was president, President Trump let it be known that sanctions will not be lifted until all political prisoners are freed, until both freedom of assembly and expression is respected, until all political parties are legalized, and until free and internationally supervised elections are held, thus making it clear who is now calling the shots and who is not...and not means one Raul Castro.

"The career service people, in the State Department and Treasury and in other places, are not in favor of changing this policy," said Sen. Marco Rubio during his and Rep. Mario Diaz-Balart's May 3rd White House meeting with President Trump...a meeting to try and get President Trump to reverse Obama's Cuba policy. And they did so even though two groups of pro-Cuba "engagement" House and Senate Republicans each sent letters to President Trump and to key members of his administration... letters asking for Cuba to remain "open"  citing the "entrepreneurial and national security benefits" as the reason for continuing Obama's Cuba policy.

Thankfully their letters failed.

“We will enforce the ban on tourism. We will enforce the embargo. We will take concrete steps to ensure that investments flow directly to the people so they can open private businesses and begin to build their country’s great, great future, a country of great potential,” Trump said as he challenged the Cuban government to "come to the table" to work towards an agreement that is in the best interest of the Cuban, the American, and the Cuban-American people. And Trump said that best interest included Cuba's returning to face American justice both cop killer Joanne Chesimard and what he calls the Cuban military "criminals" who shot down and killed four members of Brothers to the Rescue.

Also, travel policies will be adjusted to make it harder for individual 'people-to-people' travel...tough luck Beyonnce and Jay-Z...but family travel will continue to be authorized as will U.S. based money transfers that Cuban-Americans send to their families on the island. And while we will retain formal diplomatic relations with Cuba via the newly re-opened U.S. Embassy in Havana, the 'wet foot, dry foot' policy will not be reinstated out of safety concerns for those trying to make such a dangerous sea voyage.

And while no changes will go into effect until both the Treasury and Commerce Departments issue new regulations that conform with Trump's new policy, the Cuban government's response to Trump's change in policy came swiftly and it came via a statement in the state-run newspaper Granma, "Again, the United States Government resorted to coercive methods of the past... the Cuban Government denounces the new measures to tighten the blockade, which are destined to fail as has been shown repeatedly in the past, and which will not achieve its purpose to weaken the revolution or to defeat the Cuban people, whose resistance to the aggressions of any type and origin has been proven over almost six decades."

But really...who cares what Raul Castro's propaganda rag has to say.

So now that Obama's bad Cuba deal has been rightly relegated to the trash heap where it belongs, Trump has one more bad deal of Obama's to get rid of...the multilateral agreement yet "catastrophically" bad Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA)...more commonly known as the Iran nuclear deal...probably the worst deal ever made by a U.S. president.

And this was a deal Obama touted as a crucial move towards what he called "detente with Iran" and towards regional peace, and was a deal that was supposed to restrict the nuclear ambitions of the rouge nation in exchange for lifting financial and oil sanctions imposed not just by the United States, but also by the European Union, and the United Nations.

But the reality remains that this was a deal that did not address Iran's foreign policy.violations, and was a deal made through blackmail of sorts what with Obama's 'warning' Congress that blocking the deal could spark not only start a Middle East war, but that U.S. credibility worldwide would be seriously damaged if Congress refused to abide by the deal's terms reached...a deal with a country that went from having 164 centrifuges in 2003 to 19,000 at the start of talks in 2013, despite broad and expansive U.N. sanctions.

And it did not matter to Obama that it was a very bad deal made with a country who has repeatedly in the past and who continues today to spew its intent to wipe Israel off the map while it touts as noble both violence against both American troops and the world's innocent civilians alike...for Iran is indeed the world's leading sponsor of terrorism and plays a major role role in regional military conflicts.

A deal I call 'aiding and abetting' the enemy...a deal of treason and nothing less...for Obama's very bad deal does little to block Iranian’s path to securing nuclear weapons as this deal actually gives Iran a 'pathway' to nuclear weapons capability. 

Remember, under this still in effect deal of Obama's, Iran is allowed to enrich uranium using the thousands of centrifuges it already has in operation, is allowed to conduct nuclear research and development, and is in charge of monitoring their own adherence to the nuclear restrictions. And dare we forget that in only ten years...in what is referred to as Iran’s 'breakout time'...their rush to secure a nuclear weapon drops to almost zero for as per the deal they will be allowed to begin building hundreds of advanced new centrifuges annually, while at the same time being allowed to expand its long-range ballistic missile program...the very program that would afford Iran its needed delivery system not to reach Israel but to reach who they call the 'Great Satan'...as in these United States of America.

So it is no wonder why this Iran deal of Obama's must join the Cuban deal in the trash heap, and must do so post-haste for it is a deal that not only assures Iran of eventually securing nuclear weapons, but it is a deal that also funnels tens of billions of dollars to terrorists hell-bent on destabilizing the entirety of the Middle East making full-blown war a possibility...allowing the so-wanted Levant to come to fruition.

And yet President Trump...who must review and sign the sanctions relief waiver every 120 days based upon Iran's complying with their end of the deal...just one month ago passed up his first chance to withdraw us from this very bad deal. And while Trump knows that it would be legally possible for him to nullify said deal, he also knows that his doing so could possibly isolate us from the international community. And besides, we already have unilateral sanctions placed against Iran that go back decades that the nuclear deal has no bearing on...sanctions recently extended by Congress.

So the question remains, is President Trump trying to renegotiate a better deal with Iran possibly his true goal? Probably not as it would be much easier for him to totally kill the existing deal because said deal still in effect did require demanding negotiations between many parties, with those parties now highly unlikely to want to renegotiate again. And while the deal did reign in Iran's uranium enrichment capabilities to some degree in return for the previously stated lifting of economic sanctions, it was our European allies not us who economically benefited the most from the deal with oil-rich Iran. And these folks would not want to jeopardize those benefits no matter the fact that any Western company that invests in Iran actually becomes complicit with a terrorist regime.

But how and with what justification could President Trump legally pull us out of Obama's very bad nuclear deal...and is he just waiting for the right time to send it to the proverbial trash heap where it belongs? I truly believe he is.

And why do I believe so...because said deal is only valid as long as all parties uphold it. And with Iran's continuing and active role as the leading state sponsor of terrorism has shown them to have already broken their end of the deal...a deal that forbade their giving released sanctions monies to terrorist groups.

And that is exactly what Iran has done in their giving money to known terrorist groups in Iraq, Yemen, Syria and Lebanon, including their giving monies to militias fighting the U.S. backed anti-government rebels in Syria...as in Obama's buddies the 'anything-but' Syrians rebels who are tentacles of ISIS and al-Qaeda....and their giving monies to U.S. designated terrorist group Hezbollah.

And also let's not forget the U.N. resolution passed immediately upon the nuclear deal going into effect that called for Iran not to undertake any activity whatsoever related to ballistic missiles...ballistic missiles capable of delivering nuclear weapons...well that too Iran has broken.

Translation: whether alone or together both these instances are deal breakers of the first degree...deal breakers that give President Trump the much needed leverage, ammunition, and just cause to pull us out of a deal that should never been ratified by Congress in the first place...and he could do so by using our veto power as a permanent member of the U.N. Security Council to kill any continued sanctions relief.

So as President Trump continues his review of Obama's very bad nuclear deal, coupled with the fact that the U.S. remains the primary influence over the international financial system, makes both U.S. and international banks more than a bit leery about resuming full ties with Iran. And with our continued unilateral sanctions against Iran still in place allows us to continue to question Iran's intent to comply with the agreement they so desperately wanted. And that basically assures us that in time President Trump will pull us out of the deal that should never have been.

And that together with Obama's Cuba deal now being relegated to the trash heap truly is yet another step forward in helping to 'Make America Great Again.'

Hillary and Israel...Like Oil and Water

“Israel is a very, very important ally of the United States, and we are going to protect them one hundred percent. They’ve been our most reliable, they’re our true friend over there and we’re going to protect Israel one hundred percent.”

Fact: we know Barack HUSSEIN Obama hates our ally Israel as every pro-islamic stance he takes proves it. Fact: we know John Kerry hates our ally Israel as witnessed by his hand in Obama’s ‘very bad nuclear deal’ with Iran. And now we know as fact that Hillary Clinton and those on her senior advisory staff also hates our ally Israel and we have the email proof…thanks to WikiLeaks…to prove it.

Israel…our one true ally in the entirety of the Middle East…a true beacon of democracy…a sliver of a country awash in a sea of those wishing to wipe her off the map…has now been thrown to the hungry wolves not only by this current administration but by the possible (but hopefully not) next administration as well.

Found within Monday’s WikiLeaks ‘dump’ it clearly can be seen just how low Hillary Clinton and her cohorts will go as they show their true islamic and anti-Israel leanings. And nothing shows that more than an email by Clinton Campaign Manager Robby Mook…an email saying that “We shouldn't have Israel at public events”...words of utter contempt towards Israel…shameful words that have now rightfully come back to haunt for those words tell Hillary to avoid any mentioning of Israel at “public events” with follow up emails showing senior campaign advisors agreeing that Hillary should only mention the Jewish state when she’s “with donors.” 

“With donors”…in other words using those who support Israel…using those Hillary hopes to fool…to help fund her campaign war chest…a war chest that funds a definitive anti-Israel agenda. 

And the actual emails now in question encompasses persons who were and still are Hillary’s senior campaign advisors and took place on May 17, 2015. Involving a discussion as to whether to include or not include a mention of one of America’s closest allies in Hillary’s upcoming campaign stump speeches, the email exchange went back and forth with above said senior campaign advisors, with the end result finding them all agreeing that any reference to the Jewish state would upset “dem activists.” And while Jake Sullivan, Hillary’s top Foreign Policy Advisor, in responding to the electronic tet-a-tet said that he “would add a sentence on standing up for our allies and our values, including Israel and other fellow democracies, and confronting terrorists and dictators with strength and cunning,” his words fell upon deaf ears.

Countered by the words of Hillary’s Senior Communications Advisor Mandy Grunwald who said, “I though(t) this was largely for her TP (talking points) with public events not fundraisers. Do we need Israel etc for that?” Sullivan replied, “We def (initely) need the etc. I think good to have Israel too.” 

“Why would we call out Israel in public events now? The only voters elevating FP (foreign policy) at all are Republican primary voters. To me we deal with this in stride when an if we are asked about FP,” Hillary’s Chief Strategist Joel Benenson asked when he jumped into the fray. Why...because “She was Secretary of State,” Jake Sullivan responded, wanting it noted that foreign policy was an issue that Hillary should be addressing in public. 

And it’s here I will jump in and say Hillary dare not dwell on foreign policy for major parts of this administration’s current foreign policy debacle is of Hillary’s own doing during her tenure as Secretary of State, and she knows it.

But moving past that particular truth that we know well, Robby Mook then weighed in with the words, “I'm w(ith) Joel. We shouldn't have Israel at public events. Especially dem (Democratic) activists,” with Jake Sullivan then acquiescing with the vile and telling words “I won't fall on sword over Israel but we need more than climate in that paragraph.”

In the end, Director of Speechwriting Dan Schwerin came up with the suggestion below…a suggestion also revealed in this latest WikiLeaks ‘dump,’ “What about this as a base, and then she can drop in Israel when she's with donors: Fourth and finally, we have to protect our country from the global threats that we see, from terrorists to dictators to diseases – and the ones that are still over the horizon. We have to assert confident American leadership to shape global events rather than be shaped by them. That includes taking on global warming and those who continue to deny that it exists. And it means always standing up for our allies and our values, especially our fellow democracies.”

Mook approved Schwerin’s suggestion, saying he was “fine w(ith) that” and Benenson agreed that it was “good,” which in reality we know it was not…the reference to the joke that is climate change… it’s the weather you know…not withstanding. 

And please know that nothing is put in motion without Hillary’s approval or permission…no words are publicly said…no actions by staff is taken…without a wink and a nod from the woman who would be Obama’s surrogate third term in office.

And now we learn…again thanks to WikiLeaks…that a just a few months ago in a fundraising email sent by Hillary’s Deputy Communications Director Christina Reynolds was a discussion about conservative leaning and Jewish owned Breitbart News. “They’re a different breed altogether — not just conservative but radical, bigoted, anti-Muslim, anti-Semitic conspiracy peddlers who never have been and never should be anywhere near the levers of power in this country,” were the hateful words she spewed…words that translate into the fact that those in Hillary’s orbit only wanted those in the media…not Jewish of course…who shared Hillary’s leftist and quite anti-Semitic leanings anywhere near or reporting on their candidate.

And Hillary’s anti-Semitic, anti-Israel leanings go back years starting with her connection to her then senior advisor Thomas Pickering when she was Secretary of State. Pickering…very well-known as no friend to Israel and suspected anti-Semite… suggested to Hillary in a 2011 email a plan to institute unrest in Israel through mass Arab demonstrations to pressure the Israeli government into making damaging and dangerous concessions to the Palestinians. The plan, according to Pickering, would require the assistance of third parties and NGOs so that the U.S. could not be linked to it in any way. A covert, calculatingly evil, but thankfully never coming to fruition plan that one would think anyone in the public eye or anyone claiming to be a friend of Israel would outright dismiss, but not our girl Hillary who called the plan “very interesting” and who ordered an aide to print and file the plan for possible use later on, thus proving her true disdain for the Jewish State of Israel. 

And further examples of Hillary’s anti-Israel stance can clearly be seen in other actions during her time as Secretary of State…actions like her approving the sale of $29 billion in fighter jets to Israel’s enemy Saudi Arabia… like her plotting and orchestrating the ‘getting rid' of Libya’s Moammar Gadhafi with the outcome being the arming of the Israel-hating islamic group al-Nusra who ultimately murdered (on her orders I believe) the four Americans in Benghazi…like her raising money for Gaza that went straight into Hama’s coffers…like her demanding that Israel open up the Gaza borders despite the terrorist attacks against Israel launched from there…like her calling Israel’s (rightful) destruction of Arab homes built without the much needed permits “unhelpful and not in keeping with the obligations entered into under the roadmap”…and like her ongoing efforts to strengthen Fatah and create a ‘so-called’ Palestinian State…a state created at Israel’s expense for a people that do not exist.

And dare we forget that it was Hillary Clinton herself who laid the groundwork for the nefarious Iran ‘very bad nuclear deal…actually proudly taking credit for the early negotiations that led to it…and that she is the woman who took tens of millions of dollars in donations into the Clinton Foundation from terrorist spawning and terrorist harboring Arab countries who are not only sworn enemies of the Jewish State, but countries who also do not like us very much…and she did so until this action was recently exposed.

And let’s not sweep under the rug that Hillary would not condemn Obama’s $400 million cash ransom paid for Iranian held American hostages nor must we ignore this most disturbing of now released emails…a 2015 email directly from Hillary herself to John Podesta where she stated that a “facade of an Israeli-Palestinian peace process is better than nothing.”

Oh really…I think not…but par for the course for the woman who when running for Senator from New York back in 2000, took one thousand dollars from the American Muslim Council and fifty thousand dollars from the American Muslim Alliance…groups who did then and still do now openly support terror against Israel and praise Hamas and other terrorist organizations. Forced to return the money when word got out, she still tried but failed to hide the donation by writing down the “American Museum Council” on the donor report.

And we can now fast forward to Hillary outwardly showing her anti-Israel bias just by looking at whom she surrounds herself with, chief amongst them her VP running mate, former Virginia Senator Tim Kaine …a man who not only backed the ‘very bad nuclear deal’ but a man who as Senator joined in the boycott of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s speech to Congress in 2015.

And then there’s Muslim Brotherhood operative and BFF the infamous Huma Abedin whose name alone says it all. And let’s not forget her close ties to and close friendship with her oh so shady top advisor Sidney Blumenthal and his decidedly anti-Israel, pro-Palestinian writer son Max…both Jews in what’s called ‘name only.’ And it was Max Blumental…who constantly compares Israel to Nazi Germany…who slandered and defamed in tweets the great Jewish humanitarian Elie Wiesel upon learning of his death…in fact one of which of his tweets stated, “Elie Wiesel is dead. He spent his last years inciting hatred, defending apartheid & palling around with fascists”…which we all know are out-and-out lies.

And why did Max Blumenthal tweet these shameful words…simply because of Wiesel’s pro-Israel stances…shameful words Hillary herself might not personally tweet but shameful anti-Israel words she aligns with as can be witnessed by an email where she called Max’s article condemning Israel for the raid on the Mavi Marmara flotilla in 2010 a “mitzvah.”

And remember, too, that Hillary embraces and speaks highly of those in the decidedly anti-Semitic ‘Black Lives Matter’ movement…a movement whose platform accuses Israel of “genocide”…a movement Hillary will not renounce. And why…she’s whoring herself out for the black vote and the Jewish State of Israel be damned.

I can go on and on with examples of Hillary’s disdain not just for Israel but for the Jewish people as well…and her Jewish son-in-law…a liberal of the nth degree…probably being her only exception. But as often happens space and word constraints forbid me from doing so at this time. So I leave you, dear reader, with these thoughts…when in memory has the nominated presidential candidate been the subject of a criminal investigation involving the FBI…when in memory has the nominated presidential candidate been able to slip away from scandal after scandal which any one of us would be imprisoned for life for…when has any presidential candidate in memory been such a self-serving backstabbing political whore outwardly working against the very country who stands strong as America’s closest ally not only in the Middle East but probably in the world…not in my memory that is  for sure. (Remember, Obama’s true leanings were well hidden by the media when he first ran for office.)

Donald Trump is indeed flawed…as are we all…and hardly the perfect candidate but he loves Israel and will as president help to protect her…Hillary the socialist, lying, Israel-hating, anti-Semitic, islamic-condoning, murdering traitor will not…and Jews everywhere as well as those of other faiths who love and honor the Jewish State of Israel best wake up to that fact and vote accordingly for not only does Israel’s future depend on it but America’s future does so as well.

Obama's Iran 'Deal' Nothing But Caliphate Cover...Part 3 of 3

Well it's over...'We the People' lost...America lost...and Israel lost. And who won...Iran won...Barack HUSSEIN Obama won...and all who hate America and Israel won...as Senate Democrats, as expected, blocked Majority Leader Mitch McConnell's (R-Ky.) late addition amendment #2656 53-45...an amendment “to prohibit Obama from waiving, suspending, reducing, providing relief from, or otherwise limiting the application of sanctions pursuant to an agreement related to the nuclear program of Iran”...which would basically stop in full Obama's lifting sanctions on Iran until they released the five Americans hostages they hold as well as their formally recognizing the Jewish State of Israel’s right to exist before this 'very bad deal'...surrender actually...would go into effect.

And thanks to turncoats like Senator Jeff Flake (R-AZ) who voted with the GOP on last week's procedural vote but sided with Obama's fellow Democratic traitors when it mattered most, Flake opposed McConnell's amendment saying that “conditions are not serious enough to make this a prerequisite for entering into a deal.” And he said this even though he knows that releasing the hostages as well as supporting Israel's right to exist should have been a non-negotiable must be included item for any deal to go forward from the start. Stating that,“Should a whole agreement be based on those two items? No,” Flake is misguided at best...outright traitorous at worst...as this is not an agreement made in good faith but a surrender to the enemy and he knows it.

And so with Flake's sellout...possibly signaling the end of his political career...the vote garnered just 53 out of the 60 votes needed to stop this nightmare from being passed. In fact, of the four Democratic Senators who came out against the Iran deal itself only Senator Joe Manchin (WV) voted with the Republicans for this amendment. And as this past Thursday was the final day...as per the Congressional Review Act...for Congress to approve a resolution stopping this 'very bad deal'...complete with its release of billions of dollars in sanctions...starts taking effect early next month as the Islamic Republic of Iran sits back and laughs not just as to how they easily pulled the strings of their brethren puppet Obama, but also at how easily they were able to manipulate the P5+1 to do their bidding as well.

Manipulation and then capitulation as none of the P5+1 have actually signed this 'very bad deal' as of yet, but making this whole affair even more ludicrous is the fact that the Iranian government itself has not to date voted on it either, and it looks like they won’t as reports coming out of Tehran indicate that this 'very bad deal' has not even been translated into Persian yet.

And if truth be told, we all know that Tehran has absolutely NO intention on observing any of this 'deal's' guidelines except for those guidelines that provide them with the sort-after cover needed to inspect their own primary facility at Parchin. Other than that, Tehran shows no signs whatsoever of giving a damn about Obama’s deal, in fact, Tehran regards Obama as a narcissist just as we Conservatives do...a narcissist who does things only for his own present political gain as well as for any future political gain he seeks...meaning as head honcho of the U(seless) N(ations) of thugs, thieves, and despots. And know that Tehran regards this 'deal' as nothing more than candy to keep Obama happy with himself, but certainly not a 'deal' by which they must abide...not that there’s much for them to abide by anyway.

The fact is that Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei views this 'deal' as a “proposal to be examined, improved, amended or even rejected by ‘competent authorities,’” and in Tehran, Obama is surely not deemed a 'competent authority' on anything. And Iranian President Hassan Rouhani calls Obama’s 'deal' “nothing but a political document” that has no legal standing in Tehran, and which he has vigorously opposed as ratification and passage in the Iranian parliament would mean the 'deal' would become law, and that is the very last thing Iran wants.

In fact, others in Iran's ruling party have issued statements to the effect that “nothing has been signed and thus nothing is binding,” and Tehran’s chief legal advisor, Dr. Behzad Saberi-Ansari, who was part of the talks in Vienna, has stated that Obama’s 'deal' is...“neither an agreement nor a treaty.” And as a further slap to America's face, Iran’s version of the high court...the Council of the Guardians of the Revolution...stated that “In its present form, the JCPOA (Obama’s 'deal') is nothing but a hyped-up press release stating a number of desired outcomes.”

So it seems that even Tehran’s highest court sees no legally binding value to Obama’s 'deal.' But what about the U.N. Security Council’s Resolution 2231, the one Obama ramrodded through even before Congress had the opportunity to look at the 'deal'...doesn't that carry legal precedent in this farce of a production. Apparently not according to those in power in Iran, because Iran has stated quite unequivocally that they will not accept the U.N. Security Council resolution, and really why should they as they have not paid attention to any of the other U.N. resolutions regarding their nuclear program...and they have gotten away with it all.

Remember, throughout the negotiations it was Iran negotiating with...or should we say dictating to...their terms to the P5+1 and not with the U.N., and now Tehran has absolutely no intention of ceding any of their power to a table full of infidels from other lands...least of all to the land they refer to as “The Great Satan.”

So what we have here is a piece of paper voted on by Congress, soon to be signed by Obama, that bears NO other signatures and holds NO legal bearing on the Islamic Republic of Iran to whom the entire situation is addressed, but one to which we, as the sole signer, must abide. What Congress should have done was, rather than vote on it, simply postponed any vote until Iran signed on first, passed it through their parliament, and it became the law of their land. Until that happens, and it never will, the 'deal' signed by Obama, is nothing but a surrender to Iran and Iran’s goal of building a nuclear arsenal with which they can first attack Israel, “The Little Satan,” and then the United States…“The Great Satan”...and it's all courtesy of our very own traitor-in-chief Barack HUSSEIN Obama.

And while the deadline for voting down the Iran deal has passed, it's been rumored that Congress still has a couple of tricks up its sleeve, but only time will tell if they can pull the proverbial rabbit out of the hat and at least hold Iran's feet to the deal they agreed to. We will let you know if a miracle does happen but we are NOT holding our breath that it will...not with this Congress anyway.

Obama's Iran 'Deal' Nothing But Caliphate Cover...Part 2 of 3

And with Republican leaders acquiescing to Obama to allow a minority of Democrats to give the go-ahead to the very bad Iran deal, instead of requiring the constitutionally mandated two-thirds majority needed to pass a treaty...and know this deal is actually a treaty...now specifics have come to light that could and should render this deal null and void.

Starting with the fact that Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization...via Ali Akbar Salehi, the head of Iran’s nuclear program...last Saturday announced the finding of new 'high reserves' of uranium ore deposits AFTER claiming for months...if NOT years...that they were near the end of their supplies of usable quality uranium. Saying they will soon begin extracting said uranium at a new mine site in the central province of Yazd, it must be noted that Obama's entire negotiations with Iran...in fact the entire Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) between Iran and the P5+1 world powers...was based solely upon the now proven to be false premise that Iran had to import uranium ore, that they had NO more of their own. And though the JCPOA agreement has 're-purposed' if you will some of Iran's nuclear facilities, it has basically left Iran’s nuclear program intact, never mind that this 'sudden' find alone should in good conscience negate the entire deal...especially with Salehi's statement that "I cannot announce (the level of) Iran's uranium mine reserves. The important thing is that before aerial prospecting for uranium ores we were not too optimistic, but the new discoveries have made us confident about our reserves."

“Confident about their reserves”...reserves announced oh so conveniently only AFTER last week's 58-42 Senate vote where opponents of the deal failed to make it through a procedural hurdle, which was (assumed to be) the last chance for said opponents to block the nuclear deal from becoming law. Four Democrats and 54 Republicans voted to end debate and advance to a final vote with 42 Democrats opposed. And now Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has promised to hold a second vote next week to end debate on the 'motion to disapprove' the deal, however, there is slim to NO chance that any additional Democrats will change their 'ney' vote...what with Democrats always seeming to stick together to vote along party lines instead of voting their conscience...as in voting for what is in the best interest of America. And that is truly amazing what with the new information presented by Iran regarding their supposedly 'newly found' uranium ore deposits.

And so tonight at 6PM EST the Senate will hold a 'cloture' vote...a vote requiring the support of three-fifths of duly chosen and sworn Senators, or 60 Senators if there is NO more than one vacancy. And this is the only formal procedure Senate rules provide for breaking a filibuster...a filibuster being an attempt to block or delay Senate action on a bill or other matter...and per this vote the Senate can limit consideration for Obama's very bad deal to 30 additional hours of debate. And as it stands now, Congress has until Thursday to 'disapprove' this deal or declare that Obama has violated the terms of the 'so-called' Corker Bill...actually an Obama-backed, anti-constitutional piece of legislation that was supposedly passed to assure both Congress and 'We the People' that each and every word of this very bad deal would be seen by Congress BEFORE any vote on it was taken...which we now find out it has NOT been. But because Obama has wheeled and dealed and basically 'bought' the Democratic votes needed to garner a veto-proof 'resolution of disapproval,' the Corker Bill turns out to be, as expected, NOT worth the paper it was written on.

But NO matter the bill's overall uselessness for Obama still must by law meet certain basic terms and conditions of said bill...with the first condition being the mandate that he provide the complete... with 'complete' being the key word here...wording of the Iran deal for Congress to peruse before any vote is taken and he simply has NOT. In fact, the deal Obama has given Congress to pass is NOTHING but a lie and full of needed-to-know omissions, meaning if Congress actually did the job they were elected to do, the 60-day timeline for a congressional vote actually should become negated in full. And what has Obama deliberately omitted or simply NOT disclosed in this very bad deal that should raise 'red flags' to full mast..first being the all-important fact that Iran has now achieved a full nuclear fuel cycle, ranging from the extraction of uranium ore to enrichment and production of fuel rods for nuclear reactors. NOT good folks NOT good at all. Now couple this with the fact that the IAEA in NO way can estimate the amount of uranium being enriched as per Iran's suddenly found new uranium deposits.

Second, how about as Craig reported in Part 1 of this report...secret deals being made between Iran and North Korea...proving what we both have said all along...that Iran already has nuclear war heads courtesy of North Korea and now coming to light is the fact that Iran has purchased Russian cargo planes to haul both warheads and 'large diameter engines'...used in ICBM delivery systems...to Tehran...and again like Craig stated...Obama has known about this since September 2014 with NOT a word of this told to either Congress or 'We the People.'

But regardless of what has happened in the past this new uranium 'sudden' discovery of Iran's announced just two days after the first vote was taken...and know that Iran had the announcement perfectly timed with Obama for after the vote... does hold the key to NOT just a 'retake' of the votes already taken but to a total negation of the entire deal from both our end and the P5+1's end as well. As per The Encyclopedia of the United States Congress, a 'motion to reconsider' allows Senators...and I'm only addressing Senators here as their vote was the one just taken...to take a second look at their voting decisions allowing them to either affirm or change a vote cast and can only be done by Senators on the prevailing... meaning the winning side. This means that Democratic Senators still can reevaluate and recast their votes on this very bad deal based upon Iran's 'sudden' new announcement. And while there is a time frame involved for said action to be taken...either on the day of the vote or two in-session days later...due to the nature of what is involved the time frame can be 'tweeked' a bit with a majority vote I'm sure as Congress as well as 'We the People' have been deliberately and maliciously duped by our president.

When the vote to 'reconsider' is passed the Senators then recast their votes accordingly and it can still be reconsidered on the House end as well. And in light of the fact that the final vote on this very bad deal has yet to be taken...and until the 'motion to reconsider' is 'disposed of' or completely lapses...the effect of the original vote...either today's cloture vote or last week's 'motion to disapprove' vote...is suspended and NO further action may be taken to implement it. In fact, a special form of 'reconsider' is used to prevent a temporary minority from taking action that would be opposed by the majority, but whether that is affected by the new 'in-Obama's-favor' voting procedures Harry Reid and crew put into place is still to be seen. However, this is something Congress needs to look into as a possible way to force either a re-vote on votes taken to date regarding this very bad deal or to possibly be a way to legally override Obama and scrub the deal in its entirety...but all this depends on Democrats deciding to do the right thing instead of their passing a bill which many have said is questionable at best.

In Friday's Part 3 of our investigative report Craig and I will address both today's cloture vote and Thursday's final vote, but know that unless some Senators wake up and see that they've been had by a man whose loyalties are NOT with America but are with the enemy, a new dawn of a new nuclear age has been born and the outcome of that birth will NOT be pretty.

Falling from Political Grace...Falling into the Arms of the Enemy

Two all-important stories in the news right now...one an ongoing national disgrace...the other a possible harbinger of World War III.

Story one shows that even a Clinton can fall from Democratic political grace as the party faithful are now rightfully calling into question presidential hopeful Hillary 'What Does It Matter' Clinton’s honesty and trustworthiness, and many polls are showing the same trend as her favorability rating drops to an almost all-time low. From her once being a shoe-in to get the Democratic nomination, Hillary is now viewed favorably...according to a Langer Research Associates poll...by just 45% of Americans, a decrease of 7% points since just this past July, with 53% saying they did NOT have a favorable view of the once and forever infamous Secretary of State, and that's an 8% percentage point increase in the same time frame. And much to Hillary's chagrin, these numbers are close to her spring 2008 all-time low when she was viewed favorably by just 44% of Americans.

And to add insult to injury, the polls show avowed socialist Bernie Sanders...a man attracting more first-time caucus goers than Hillary...now closing the polling gap in Iowa where Hillary leads him by a margin of 37% to 30% among likely Democratic caucus goers, and that's according to a highly respected Des Moines Register/Bloomberg Politics poll. And Vice President 'Uncle Joe Bite-Me' Biden, who has NOT even announced a definitive run for the presidency yet, comes in at 14%. And all this translates into Hillary losing a full third of her Iowa supporters since May of this year. NOT good for the Clinton campaign folks...NOT good at all.

So what has led to Hillary's political fall from grace...in a word 'emails.' With almost 200 emails containing redacted classified information having been released to date, and with another 305 being 'flagged' for further review by the five intelligence agencies in charge of clearing Hillary's emails for public release, now comes this newest batch of emails...7,000 pages worth...released just this past Monday by the Department of State...a release that gives us a chance to see just how ugly this situation really is.

Ugly to the tune of about 125 emails in the latest batch being deemed classified. And while said 125 also appear in redacted form, they still clearly show Hillary discussing both what should be classified internal government operations as well as discussing government personnel on her private home server. And this is in addition to the previously released emails that pertained to the 2012 terrorist attack in Benghazi... emails that even mentioned Ambassador Christopher Stevens by name...as well as including thousands of pages of emails covering other personal and what should have been and most likely was classified professional issues.

And when you add in that two inspectors general have already said that Hillary's in-box most certainly did contain material that was classified when it was sent and received, and that by the very act of redaction...something we've seen time and again with this anything but most transparent administration in history...the email scandal is even uglier than we first suspected. Remember, when classified emails are redacted...blacked out to be assured they remain unseen...to be second guessed...one thing you just know is that they are anything but mundane as Hillary claims, for the truth is that the mundane need NOT ever be redacted...period.

Hillary's claimed mundane emails are all intact save for a few private phone numbers and addresses but, for example, full and complete redaction becomes the order of the day in first, an email draft of Hillary's testimony on the New START treaty before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and second, in the entire text of an email composed of talking points needed for a call with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Now that one I can see why Hillary needed hidden for she, like Obama, is NO friend of Israel... remember who her closest confidant is...none other than Muslim Brotherhood shill Huma Abedin...need I say more.

And of course Hillary is denying any wrong doing as she makes light of the trouble she and her campaign is now in. Continuing to claim that NO emails on her account were marked as classified at the time she received them, Hillary is trying to make us believe...as she tries to convince herself...with words to the affect that she's “being pulled into an inter-agency fight that reflects a predisposition for secrecy among some in the intelligence community.”

To that all I can say is “LIAR” for Hillary has changed her email story more times than a 'certain' supposedly Republican candidate has changed his party affiliation. So to try and take the focus of this presidential campaign-ender, Hillary changed her statements regarding the 'sensitivity' of the emails more times than you can say Benghazi. Remember back when this scandal first broke and Hillary was forced to admit that she did indeed use a private server, but was quick to add that none of her correspondence dealt with national security secrets saying, “There is no classified material.” Well now she oh so conveniently says that the emails were NOT classified at the time she sent and received them as they did NOT “bare any classification markings”...her words NOT mine.

And just yesterday Brian Pagliano...the man who played and continues to play a critical role in this email scandal...and whom I and my RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS partner and friend Craig Andresen said was the man who knows everything, set-up the server in question, and who was in collusion with Hillary right from the start...said he will 'take the fifth' when called to testify. The rat hole is getting stinkier and stinkier with each passing day and pretty soon the 'canaries' will surely start singing...to protect their own sorry butts that is.

Thankfully, Hillary has next month's hearing before Trey Gowdy and his committee to look forward to...sarcastically said of course...and know she has much explaining to do. But, like so many others, I look forward to watching Hillary squirm. And while she agreed to testify 'one time' and 'one time' only, I have a sneaky feeling that 'one time' to Hillary is NOT the same as it is to Trey Gowdy...meaning she best use the ladies room before she sits down because she ain't getting up for quite some time during her 'one time' on the stand...that I can guarantee.

As for the second story...one we need to keep a very diligent eye on...it is indeed a harbinger of World War III.

An Obama initiated harbinger that gives our traitor-in-chief a veto-proof coalition to protect his...YES his...Iranian nuclear deal...his sell-out... his capitulation...from being blocked by Congress even if Congress passes a 'resolution to disapprove' aimed at undercutting the deal. And with retiring Maryland Democratic Senator Barbara Mikulski announcing on Wednesday her support for this very bad deal...even while admitting that "no deal is perfect, especially one negotiated with the Iranian regime'...Obama has secured the magic number '34'... the number needed as per the Constitution to sustain a veto. And as of now only two Democratic Senators...Chuck Schumer of New York and Bob Menendez of New Jersey...out of the six needed to override said Obama veto...have announced they will vote to oppose the deal...oppose it as they stand strong and cross party lines to oppose something they know in their heart is NOTHING but words on paper that Iran has NO intention of upholding.

And many Republicans are rightfully angry because first, they feel a deal of this magnitude should rightfully be afforded a final up-or-down vote; second, this nightmare of an agreement is actually a treaty and as per our Constitution a treaty must be ratified by two-thirds of the Senate with the House NOT participating...now meaning that instead of having to get two-thirds of the Senate to approve, Obama acquiescers John Boehner and Mitch McConnell made it so that two-thirds of the Senate and the House has to override a veto; and lastly, just one-third of lawmakers in either chamber of Congress are making a decision against both the majority of Congress and 'We the People's' overwhelming across the political spectrum opposition.

So this deal...an Obama legacy-defining very bad deal...is now assured to become reality unless a miracle of conscience occurs and four more Democratic Senators have the guts and courage to stand strong against this miserable excuse of a president...a president who with this deal will have successfully armed Israel’s enemy...an enemy who has vowed time and again to wipe the Jewish State off the map...armed them with nuclear weapons, the missiles for their delivery, and with billions of dollars in sanctions relief most definitely earmarked for terrorism NOT just against Israel but against America as well.

And with Mikulski's vote, we now sadly have 34 Democratic traitors to both America and Israel... and sorry to say but the truth is that anyone who voted for these jokers is just as guilty as they are. And with the reality of Obama's pushing through such an important piece of foreign policy legislation without support from the majority of Congress and with NO...I repeat NO...backing from Republicans in the Senate, you just know we as a nation are in serious trouble. And that NOT only looks bad but is bad.

"Thirty-four votes are obviously enough votes for the president's veto to be upheld...[but]...That is not satisfactory for us. We do want to try to go further. We'll continue to persuade." So said John 'Swiftboat' Kerry in speaking about Mikulski's sellout that brought the last needed vote to push this nightmare through.

And now having reached that magic 34 number, Obama and crew are free to greedily work to garner the 41 votes needed to block any disapproval measure’s passage in the Senate, thus sparing Obama the embarrassment and bad press of having to veto it at all. But Obama probably will secure those votes because those we elected to do 'We the People's' bidding have instead decided to do the bidding of a man...a president...hell-bent on bringing our beloved America to her knees... good little islamist that he is.

And that folks...having an enemy occupying the White House...is the saddest thing of all.
