Op-ed:
Iran Exposed...The Evidence Is In
By: Diane Sori and Craig Andresen / Right Side Patriots on American Political Radio

“Iran lied."
- Two words spoken by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that says it all...two words presented with definitive truth to back those words up.

And not only did Benjamin Netanyahu back them up, but immediately after the presentation officials from the Trump administration confirmed the authenticity of the very nuclear documents he presented as truth. In fact, President Trump himself praised Benjamin Netanyahu for disclosing the thousands of secret documents...documents encompassing what Iran called 'Project Amad'...proving that Iran not only lied about its nuclear ambitions being peaceful, but that they violated the very so-called “landmark” nuclear deal they claim to have upheld.

And Prime Minister Netanyahu's public disclosure truly makes it impossible for President Trump to allow the U.S. to remain in Obama's 2015 very bad nuclear deal...a deal Trump has called “the worst deal ever”...as also including in his presentation was documentation showing the scope and scale to which Iran tried to hide their ever deceitful actions before they signed onto the JCPOA (Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action).

Netanyahu's presentation titled Atomic Archive: Iran's Secret Nuclear Files...and given in English live from Israeli military headquarters in Tel Aviv...confirmed that “new details in this information are consistent with a large body of evidence and intelligence the U.S. government has amassed over many years on Iran’s past clandestine nuclear weapons program,” and that while the administration’s analysis of the documents now being presented to the public is “ongoing,” the Trump administration “agrees with the Israelis that...this information provides new and compelling details about Iran’s past efforts to develop nuclear weapons deliverable by a Shahab-3 ballistic missile.”

And Netanyahu affirmed that said “information indicates plans for Iran’s nuclear weapons program included building five nuclear weapons”...weapons he compared to five Hiroshima bombs...with Israel and the United States being assumed as their likely destinations...and that, “It demonstrates once again that Iranian leaders have for years lied to the world and their own citizens when they claim Iran has never pursued nuclear weapons.” But this is something we suspected all along...something Obama not only knew but aided Iran in doing while knowingly and willingly pushing forward a deal not in America's...not in the world's...best interest... something we believe he must now answer for.

“Iran has systematically hid evidence of clandestine weapons work from international inspectors,” is the word now coming from administration officials, but it goes way deeper than that for the 100,000+ documents, (55,000 pages and 55,000 files, charts, blueprints, plus photos) and 183 CDs Netanyahu has in his possession for “safe keeping"...what he calls a “half ton” of Iranian documents...proves that Iran deliberately, calculatingly and with malice intended, hid from the world an "atomic archive" of documents on its true nuclear program and ambitions.

"This is an original Iranian presentation from these files," Netanyahu said about his presentation while stressing that "the mission statement is to design, produce and test five warheads with 10 kiloton of TNT yield for integration on missiles." Dangerous stuff indeed...stuff thankfully “appropriated,” if you will, when the Israeli Mossad raided a “secret location” in the Tehran neighborhood of Shourabad...a location discovered back in February 2016 and kept under tight Israeli surveillance since then...a location that looked on the outside like nothing more than a "dilapidated warehouse."

Taking those original documents and smuggling them back to Israel on the same night...a night this past February not January as some news sites are reporting as per Netanyahu's Tuesday May 1st Fox and Friends Interview...was a “great intelligence achievement” as per Netanyahu, proving once again that no one should ever doubt the reach or the abilities of Israel's Mossad.

And know that President Trump was briefed about the raid itself during Mossad Chief Yossi Cohen's most recent visit to D.C., and was informed of the actual contents of the “appropriated” documents when Netanyahu met in the Oval Office with Trump on March 5th. Also telling Trump all would be exposed after both Israel and the U.S. together translated, assessed, and analyzed said documents, most of which were in Farsi...the two true leaders of the free world also spoke by phone on April 28th to discuss how Israel would make that information public.

And this past Monday, April 30th that information became part of the public discourse.

"Iran lied about never having a secret nuclear program. Secondly, even after the deal, it continued to expand its nuclear program for future use. Thirdly, Iran lied by not coming clean to the IAEA," Netanyahu said as he summed up the findings, adding that, "the nuclear deal is based on lies based on Iranian deception."

Simply put...the Iranian nuclear deal was an overt act of 'taqiyya' both by Iran and the man who pushed a little too hard for it...Barack HUSSEIN Obama.

And as the Iranian regime continues to lie to the world about its ultimate nuclear ambitions...and as Benjamin Netanyahu says he will share this information with both our Western allies and with the IAEA (the International Atomic Energy Agency), Europe's leaders continue to urge President Trump not to abandon the deal for fear that not only would the U.S. then be the only signatory of the deal who is out of compliance, but that by being so Iran could now openly restart it's nuclear weapons program not waiting until the now in place restrictions on uranium enrichment expire in 2025.

In other words, the European leaders are trying to convince President Trump that Iran holds the 'trump card' not the U.S...and to that we say Europe is playing a foolhardy game indeed...more on that in a bit.

And so in the wake of Prime Minister Netanyahu’s speech it was not at all surprising that major world players reacted in favor of keeping the nuclear deal in place with so many saying the deal such as it is, is a way to “keep Iran honest” regarding their nuclear ambitions.

In using that particular avenue of illogic what various world leaders are actually saying is that they trust the most untrustworthy rogue nation in the entire region...if not the world...to abide by a deal to limit their nuclear ambitions...nuclear weapons ambitions they bold faced lied about when striking the deal itself.

Let us explain...Iran has claimed, despite the evidence presented by Benjamin Netanyahu, that they had abandoned their nuclear weapons ambitions back in 2003. Obviously, as the documentation now clearly shows, Iran was still engaged in both research and nuclear weapons development programs right up until the deal. In fact, in an effort to preserve their past research...the previously stated Project Amad...Iran moved their now exposed nuclear weapons research files to what they believed to be a more secure location just last year...some two years after the deal was made.

Interesting move from a rogue nation whose leaders claimed they had no interest in or intention of building nuclear weapons. So what this means is that even while “negotiating,” and we use that term lightly, Iran continued to claim they had no interest in building nuclear weapons and that they had abandoned Project Amad back in 2003, but would now hold to a deal they lied to get into.

And to that affect Steffen Seibert, the German government spokesman said, “It is clear that the international community had doubts that Iran was carrying out an exclusively peaceful nuclear program. It was for this reason the nuclear accord was signed in 2015, including the implementation of an unprecedented, thorough and robust surveillance system by the International Atomic Energy Agency.”

Now we have two important questions for Mr. Seibert... first, if the IAEA surveillance system was as robust and thorough as you claim sir, why didn’t the IAEA discover the “half ton” of documentation directly related to Iran’s development of nuclear weapons...and second, if your country had doubts regarding Iran’s claims that they only sought a peaceful nuclear program, why is it that you now believe the only way to ensure that is to stick by a deal that was obviously negotiated in the worst of all bad faith?

Federica Mogherini, the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy says that, “the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) is responsible for verifying Iran’s compliance with the deal.” And pray tell Ms. Mogherini, with what exactly does the IAEA expect Iran to comply...the terms of the very deal they lied to get into or the actual lies they told to get into said deal?

And while the bulk of Europe's leaders continue to defend said nuclear deal even after Netanyahu’s speech exposed Iran’s lies and their continued desire to build a nuclear arsenal, there remains a key component of said deal they all seem more than willing to ignore...that being the time-limited sunset clause baked right into the deal...the very clause where Iran in just a few years time can again crank up their nuclear program at will and produce as much enriched uranium as they want...and most importantly no longer having to hide what they're doing.

Remember, the deal as it stands now expires in 2025, which then begs the obvious question that no one in the E.U. seems to want answered...if Iran did not intend to construct their own nuclear arsenal replete with short, medium, and long range ballistic missiles as their delivery system, why then did they try to hide the documentation of Project Amad instead of just turning over that very documentation to the IAEA to begin with?

To that affect, former Secretary of State John Kerry issued this statement the day after Prime Minister Netanyahu exposed Iran’s blatant lies, “Every detail PM Netanyahu presented yesterday was every reason the world came together to apply years of sanctions and negotiate the Iran nuclear agreement — because the threat was real and had to be stopped. It’s working!”

Working for whom Mr. Kerry? Obviously, it’s working out exactly the way both Iran and Kerry’s former boss, Barack HUSSEIN Obama, planned it. Iran has wanted nuclear weapons all along... never wavering from or even really trying to hide that desire...and both Obama and Kerry were and still are well aware of that fact. Iran blatantly tried to conceal their obviously ongoing nuclear research and development plans by not turning over all said documents to the IAEA, instead choosing to sit and wait for the “sunset” of the deal to bring that research and those development plans to fruition. And this means that Iran, despite their lies to the contrary, never abandoned Project Amad in 2003, in fact it's very much alive today.

And yet another issue no one who continues to defend the nuclear deal wants to touch upon concerns the reach of Iran's heavily touted long range ballistic missile program. This raises the question that if Iran had no intention of building nuclear weapons...weapons that would need to be delivered to its targets by ballistic missiles...why then has Iran continued to build and test such missiles...a direct violation of Annex B of resolution 2231Annex B of resolution 2231?

So while former Secretary of State John Kerry and most of Europe's leaders insist that Iran has not violated the nuclear deal, the fact remains that they don’t really have to because their ally North Korea has done the nuclear weapons development for them, while Iran in turn has been doing the must have delivery system development for North Korea.

Can Europe's leaders be so ignorant as to not see what is more transparent than a pane of glass...can they not see that Iran and North Korea are working together to complete their respective nuclear arsenals under the very noses of the rest of the world and the IAEA...or is there something more than simple ignorance at play where Europe is concerned?

There is indeed more...much more.

Remember the 'trump card' we spoke about earlier...well as per President Trump, Iran is “behind every problem” in the Middle East...and guess what he's right for never forget that Iran alone is the world's leading state sponsor of terrorism. And Iran uses that sponsorship...coupled with threats of more terrorism to come...as a way to keep Europe's leaders towing their islamic line...towing their line even as fellow P5+1 members France, Britain, and Germany have said that they will stay committed to the agreement even if Trump decides to pull us out. And why...simply because the leaders of Europe think that a flawed deal is better than no deal at all.

“It is essential to maintain it [the agreement] to avoid proliferation. In this period when we see the risks with North Korea, we must maintain this line,” so said French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian who remains ignorant to the fact that proliferation is happening now just as it has in the past and will in the future. This fact alone proves that for Europe proliferation is not the issue...economics is.

In other words follow the money for trade connections and existing investments are the true reason Europe is siding with Iran...that plus the release of Iranian oil...an import Europe desperately needs to help bring down its per barrel cost of oil.

And with Iranian exports to the E.U. increasing by a whopping 375% during the first year of the nuclear deal alone; and with European companies having already invested large sums of money in Iran itself; coupled with the reintroduction of banking connections between Iran and the West... even with the caveat of major European banks having to date refrained from directly dealing with Iranian government owned companies...European credit agencies have now stepped in to provide export guarantees to European companies willing to trade with Iran.

Simply, the European leaders truly but erroneously believe that with their renewed economic activity in Iran... as in the return to Iran of major European companies... and their buying of now released Iranian oil, that that in time will lead to a strengthening of Iranian civil society. But nothing could be farther from the truth as a civil society requires a civil government not a government entrenched in theocratic ideological leanings, meaning that for a civil society to return to Iran...for economic stability and growth to return as well...the mullah's grip on Iranian society must be removed...something that must come from within Iran's populace itself...a populace currently facing a 10.4 percent unemployment rate and 10.5 percent inflation.

But even knowing that Europe's leaders fear that if Trump pulls us out of the Iranian nuclear deal then U.S. sanctions will again be put into place...extremely harsh sanctions that could affect business deals Europe already has in place with Iran. And to that affect, Europe's leaders are worried that we could punish European companies, banks, and/or agencies that continue to deal with Iran. Now looking for ways to protect their investments one idea being touted is the idea of “protective legislation”...as in the E.U. itself blocking said sanctions.

However, the E.U. forgets that in realty sanctions really do not work for there is always ways to circumnavigate sanctions via countries not taking part in said sanctions. So, there is a truth that Europe must now face...do they stand by the U.S. if Trump does indeed pull us out of the Iranian nuclear deal or do they try to go around the sanctions by continuing to deal with Iran via lets say Russia or China.

In whatever way the E.U. decides to go either by their circumnavigating new sanctions or by offering multi-national companies that are engaged in trade with Iran some form of emergency credit to cover potential losses, there remains a very real possibility, one threatened by Iran itself, that Iran could, whether or not the U.S. gets out of the deal, leave the deal themselves.

According to Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, "The status quo of the deal is simply not sustainable for us, whether or not the Americans get out of the deal.” Add that to the facts that Iran has for months been stating that they might well abandon the nuclear deal over issues regarding Western banks ongoing refusals to do business with Tehran and Iran’s other threat to pull out of the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty as well.

Obviously, Iran wants no part of the very bad deal not because the deal has stopped them from obtaining their own nuclear arsenal, but because it has slowed them down just a bit. Under the terms of the deal, should Iran actually abide by said terms, they would have to wait another seven years to do what they are now doing in secret, and Iran simply doesn’t want that sort of delay. But if there is any lingering doubt that Prime Minister Netanyahu, and for that matter President Trump, have been 100 percent correct regarding Iran and their clandestine nuclear weapons program all along consider the following.

While issuing threats to abandon the nuclear deal earlier this week, the head of Iran's Atomic Energy Organization, one Ali Akbar Salehi, was quoted as saying, "Iran is not bluffing...Technically, we are fully prepared to enrich uranium higher than we used to produce before the deal was reached...I hope Trump comes to his senses and stays in the deal."

One simple fact remains ever present throughout all of the rhetoric, that being that in just seven years none of the rhetoric will matter as the deal will for the most part expire and Iran will be completely free to do as they will, so does it even matter whether President Trump ends our participation in that deal on May 12th?

No, it doesn’t, but that leads us to one final thought, one final possibility that most people have forgotten about.

Earlier this year, in mid-January, President Trump floated the idea of renegotiating the Iranian nuclear deal, an idea that in fact goes all the way back to mid-November of 2016. President Trump has been talking about a renegotiated deal since just days after his election and months before his inauguration, but what might such a renegotiated deal really look like?

Our guess is that such a newly formed deal would likely include banning all Iranian ballistic missile testing, a sharp reduction in the range of missiles Iran would be allowed to possess, a ban on any and all intervention by Iran or their proxies in any military action anywhere in the Middle East, and a substantial lengthening of the timeline of the current deal, perhaps by several decades.

In that way, a Trumpesque renegotiated deal would not be a great deal different than what French President Macron proposed last week in his meetings with President Trump, just a good deal stiffer and certainly with teeth built into it that the current deal sorely lacks.

It’s not a matter of whether or not Iran would ever agree to such a renegotiated deal or even whether or not Iran would agree to reopen negotiations...in fact they have announced that they will not renegotiate the deal...but we believe President Trump will still dangle such a proposal out there for the whole world to hear that would include the stipulation that unless Iran agreed the U.S. would have no choice but to walk away, thus putting the pressure and the responsibility for the deal’s collapse squarely on Iran’s shoulders and not on the shoulders of either the U.S. or Israel.

This, we believe, is the course President Trump will take and we have a very substantial reason for this belief...H.R. McMaster, who as National Security Advisor had been advising President Trump to stay in the deal is out and in his place we now have John Bolton who sees clearly the absurdity of the current deal, and has been no fan of it at all. And also out is Rex Tillerson, now the former Secretary of State under whom would have fallen the duty to renegotiate the deal, and Tillerson had made it clear he liked the current deal and believed we should stay in said deal. Replacing Tillerson is Mike Pompeo who like both Bolton and President Trump is fully cognizant regarding the truth of the current deal and knows that it is a recipe for sure disaster.

And so with Bolton and Pompeo now in Trump's corner... a corner where Trump knows Iran will never renegotiate this deal...a strong case can be made regarding the fact that there is now overwhelming evidence...thanks to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu...that Iran not only negotiated the original deal in bad faith and with blatant lies, but with the U.N. also confirming that Iran has violated the terms of the original deal in regards to stockpiles of heavy water used for the production of plutonium, a key ingredient in nuclear weapons.

With the deadline for a decision looming, do not expect May 12, 2018 to be the end of the very bad Iranian nuclear deal, rather expect that date to be the beginning of the end for Iran as President Trump leads from the front and shows the rest of the world how the 'art of the deal' should have been handled in the first place.

Op-ed:
A One-Sided Deal Hopefully Soon Gone
By: Diane Sori / The Patriot Factor / Right Side Patriots on American Political Radio

"We will strengthen not only our missiles but also our air, land and sea forces...When it comes to defending our country, we will ask nobody for their permission."
- Iranian President Hassan Rouhani's words said after President Trump's historic U.N. speech

While we have all been focusing on North Korea...and rightfully so...just three days ago Iran tested their new Khoramshahr medium-range missile mere hours after it was unveiled at a Tehran military parade...a successful launch shown on state television courtesy of in-flight video carried within the missile's nose. And they did so in direct defiance of warnings issued by President Trump...warnings alluding to the fact that he was ready to pull the U.S. out of Obama's 'very bad' nuclear deal...the deal known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA)...a deal signed in 2015 by the 'so-called' P5+1...as in the five permanent members of the U.N. Security Council...China, France, Russia, the United Kingdom, the United States, plus Germany.

And know that these nations...save for us of course...still support this deal no matter that Iran continues to claim that the nuclear deal was never intended to address any other issues except nuclear bomb building and/or uranium enrichment...meaning the testing of missiles...delivery or otherwise...was never part of the deal.

And while the deal itself between Iran and the P5+1 did not specifically prohibit Iran from developing or testing missiles, the fact is that after the agreement went into effect the U.N. Security Council adopted a resolution calling on Iran not to take any actions related to ballistic missiles...missiles"designed to be capable of delivering nuclear weapons" for at least eight years...to which Iran still argues that the tests they are currently conducting are solely for defensive purposes. Playing the semantics card by using the wording of the Security Council's own resolution against them, we all know that said missiles are indeed designed to carry nuclear warheads...and Iran knows we know and just does not care.

So while President Trump will report to Congress on October 15th as to whether or not he believes Iran remains in compliance with both the nuclear deal itself and with the Security Council resolution, and whether it remains in our best interests to continue to be part of this still 'very bad' nuclear deal...know that our president has indeed already made his decision, but being the savvy game player that he is he knows not to speak of his decision before said announced date as it would then give our enemy an upper hand of sorts.

But also know that if President Trump does indeed decide that Iran has not met its previously agreed upon obligations...especially in regards to their ongoing missile testing...missile testing that could give them the much needed technical 'smarts' for a nuclear delivery system by the time the deal's 'sunset clause' expires in 2025 or even before...that is if they do not already have it and possibly even be sharing it with North Korea's mad man-child Kim Jong-un. And that would allow U.S. lawmakers to reimpose even stricter and more punishing sanctions against the Iranian regime which, in and of itself, would lead to the collapse of the agreement.

Now as to Iran's newest ballistic missile...Iranian Revolutionary Guard Aerospace Commander, General Amir Ali Hajizadeh, told reporters that the Khoramshahr missile just tested has a range of 1,250 miles and can carry multiple warheads, but quickly added the usual rhetoric that all of Iran's missiles are only designed to carry conventional warheads alone...yeah right...and that they have a limited range of about 1243 miles, but he let it be known that they have the technology to go further. But none of those mile numbers really matter as our ally Israel and U.S. bases in the Gulf are already within Iran's missile range and have been for quite some time.

And now another item of sorts is getting thrown into this nuclear deal mix for can it really be that with Iran's previous missile tests being not so different than this newest one has led to an epiphany moment for National Security Advisor Gen. H.R. McMaster...a moment so life changing that it led him to flip on his once diehard support of Obama's 'very bad' nuclear deal. And why do I say this, on last Thursday's 'New Day' show on CNN, host Chris Cuomo asked Gen. McMaster what he thought of Obama's nuclear deal with Iran. First responding by calling said deal "fundamentally flawed" and that the Trump White House is concerned about what to do about Iran's "destabilizing behavior," it was his words, "It gave the Iranian regime all the benefits upfront...and then the incompleteness of the deal...which really could give the regime cover to advance a nuclear program."...that heralded a complete 180 degree turn from his past words said.

Where Gen. McMaster had once believed that "establishing regular diplomatic talks with Tehran could help reduce the suspicion of Iran not fulfilling the terms of the nuclear deal, and prevent war," he now has jumped on the 'Trump train'...so to speak...by saying that, "We've taken a holistic look at this...what's different about the President's approach is he didn't just look at the Iran deal -- he placed his decision on the Iran deal on broad context of how we protect American citizens, American interests, how we protect our allies and partners from Iran's broad range of destabilizing behavior."

See Gen. McMaster's 'New Day' interview with Chris Cuomo here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YhI0L1-RUic

A complete and total flip-flop and words I do not for even a moment believe...for these words said are from the very man whom former Secretary of State John 'Swiftboat' Kerry alluded to in a speech given on June 5, 2017...months after McMaster joined the Trump administration...as being the "best bet" for keeping the nuclear agreement alive. Interesting words for sure but what exactly did Kerry base his words upon. How about that from September 2006 until February 2017...in other words up until he was appointed National Security Advisor replacing Gen. Michael Flynn...McMaster was listed as a member of the British-based think tank 'International Institute for Strategic Studies' (IISS).

While at IISS, McMastere served as a consulting senior fellow regarding military history; civil-military relations; development and security; and conflict and conflict prevention. But the sticking point here is that the IISS is bankrolled by many multinational corporate firms doing billions of dollars in business in and with Iran...our enemy Iran...and who has as one of the chief donors a George Soros-funded nonprofit that was identified by the Obama administration as being central in helping to sell the Iran nuclear deal to the public and to the media. While of course not serving there now, McMaster remains in contact with his former colleagues.

Now add in that McMaster basically fired Ezra Cohen-Watnick, a Trump aide, from the National Security Council simply because he opposed the Iran nuclear deal...he also removed Rich Higgins, the NSC’s director of strategic planning and another voice against the Iran nuclear deal...as well as removing Derek Harvey, who like the others also opposed the Iran deal no matter that he was the man who held the Middle East portfolio at the NSC...and McMaster did all this in what some newspapers called a “sweep of Iran hard-liners.”

Then there's rummages now coming out of D.C. that McMaster has reportedly been continuing to urge both President Trump himself as well as his administration to re-certify Iran’s compliance with Obama's 'very bad' nuclear deal no matter his current words said...no matter that President Trump himself has rightfully called this deal "one of the worst transactions the U.S. has ever entered into."

So, the bottom line for me in regards to Gen. McMaster's newest words regarding what remains a 'very bad' nuclear deal, is that his now flip-flopping placating words said are said solely to try and save his position withing the administration...what with more and more folks telling the president that McMaster might not be who he seems on the surface. And I do not trust him, I do not believe anything he says, and I so do question his loyalty to our president for besides the old adage that leopards never change their spots is that I believe once an islamic condoner it is a safe bet to say always an islamic condoner.

But even if you remove McMaster from the mix, one can easily surmise from Iran's own words said that they have no intention now nor ever of living up to the deal they agreed to. And that becomes more than a bit obvious in the very words Iran has repeatedly spewed...words to the affect that it has no choice but to boost its defenses because its "regional rivals Israel and Saudi Arabia" have signed arms contracts with Washington and other Western governments. "We will strengthen our defense and military capabilities whether you want it or not," Iran's President Rouhani said but a few days ago as a direct response to Trump's 'America First' speech at the U.N. General Assembly last week.

Adding that Washington "creates problems for the peoples of our region every day and boast of selling arms to the bloodthirsty Zionist regime which has been attacking the peoples of our region for 70 years like a cancerous tumor," is something I find quite humorous in a dark and maybe picky sort of way as Israel has only been a country for 69 years not the 70 years Iran claims...give these islamic sorts an inch and they will surely take a mile.

Related imageSo where does all this leave us now that we have a president who understands the ramifications that we've been 'had' by the previous president who catered to the whim of his brethren over the security of the world. President Trump said it best in a recent tweet...the U.S. doesn't have "much of an agreement" after Tehran again test fired a ballistic missile. And with his adding that "They are also working with North Korea," Trump knows well that we must not let the "murderous Iranian regime" continue its destabilizing activities as it builds "dangerous missiles"...to which I will add or helps another dangerous regime to do so.

In other words, while we know President Trump is well-skilled in the 'art of the deal'...in this case his alluding that he may renegotiate the nuclear pact or de-certify what he called "one of the worst and most one-sided transactions" in U.S. history and a total "embarrassment to the United States"...is but a smoke and mirrors buildup for what is his final decision...a final decision he probably made when Iran publicly stated that renegotiation is not option. And we know President Trump does not take well to threats...veiled or otherwise.

Just ask Mr. "Rocket Man" who now sees U.S. Air Force bombers and fighter escorts going further north than the demilitarized zone about the "clear message" that sends...for actions now taken by this president against America's enemies do indeed speak louder than even forceful words said.

Be ready Iran...you...I'm sure...are rightfully next on President Trump's 'hit list.'

One Bad Deal Down...One Very Bad Deal to Go
By: Diane Sori / The Patriot Factor / Right Side Patriots on American Political Radio
"Effective immediately, I am canceling the last administration's completely one-sided deal with Cuba." - President Trump's words this past Friday at the Manuel Artime Theater in Miami's 'Little Havana'
Saying that the Cuban people suffered for almost six decades of communist rule, President Donald Trump, to tremendous applause, unraveled and rescinding Barack HUSSEIN Obama’s 'so-called' historic accord that opened up trade and travel to Cuba... and he did so by rightfully calling Obama's deal “terrible,” “one-sided,” and “misguided"... and that is putting it mildly.
And so in a campaign promise kept to the anti-Castro voting bloc that helped him win Florida in the 2016 election, President Trump stated that he will be "a voice against repression" and "a voice for the Cuban people." Adding that Obama's easing restrictions on Cuba did not help the Cuban people at all, especially with the Castro regime becoming even more repressive in their trying to crush the island nation's growing democratic movement, and because it still remains a regime that has failed to take any positive action on human rights, Trump went on to explain that current investments in business and tourism aided both Cuba's military...as all business relationships and deals go through the Cuban military...and Raul Castro's dictatorial regime...with any jobs created going to party cronies and loyalists alone.
Translating into any American monies given being our taxpayer dollars wasted.
And in a bold move to hold Castro accountable for still on-going and increasing oppression (in 2016 there were 9,940 short and long term detentions of political protesters, up from 8,899 in 2014) and human rights abuses ignored while Obama was president, President Trump let it be known that sanctions will not be lifted until all political prisoners are freed, until both freedom of assembly and expression is respected, until all political parties are legalized, and until free and internationally supervised elections are held, thus making it clear who is now calling the shots and who is not...and not means one Raul Castro.
See President Trump's full Miami speech here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6JMMvOZt4-M
"The career service people, in the State Department and Treasury and in other places, are not in favor of changing this policy," said Sen. Marco Rubio during his and Rep. Mario Diaz-Balart's May 3rd White House meeting with President Trump...a meeting to try and get President Trump to reverse Obama's Cuba policy. And they did so even though two groups of pro-Cuba "engagement" House and Senate Republicans each sent letters to President Trump and to key members of his administration... letters asking for Cuba to remain "open"  citing the "entrepreneurial and national security benefits" as the reason for continuing Obama's Cuba policy.
Thankfully their letters failed.
See Sen. Marco Rubio's Miami speech here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VP8xpDUTaUM
“We will enforce the ban on tourism. We will enforce the embargo. We will take concrete steps to ensure that investments flow directly to the people so they can open private businesses and begin to build their country’s great, great future, a country of great potential,” Trump said as he challenged the Cuban government to "come to the table" to work towards an agreement that is in the best interest of the Cuban, the American, and the Cuban-American people. And Trump said that best interest included Cuba's returning to face American justice both cop killer Joanne Chesimard and what he calls the Cuban military "criminals" who shot down and killed four members of Brothers to the Rescue.
Also, travel policies will be adjusted to make it harder for individual 'people-to-people' travel...tough luck Beyonnce and Jay-Z...but family travel will continue to be authorized as will U.S. based money transfers that Cuban-Americans send to their families on the island. And while we will retain formal diplomatic relations with Cuba via the newly re-opened U.S. Embassy in Havana, the 'wet foot, dry foot' policy will not be reinstated out of safety concerns for those trying to make such a dangerous sea voyage.
And while no changes will go into effect until both the Treasury and Commerce Departments issue new regulations that conform with Trump's new policy, the Cuban government's response to Trump's change in policy came swiftly and it came via a statement in the state-run newspaper Granma, "Again, the United States Government resorted to coercive methods of the past... the Cuban Government denounces the new measures to tighten the blockade, which are destined to fail as has been shown repeatedly in the past, and which will not achieve its purpose to weaken the revolution or to defeat the Cuban people, whose resistance to the aggressions of any type and origin has been proven over almost six decades."
But really...who cares what Raul Castro's propaganda rag has to say.
So now that Obama's bad Cuba deal has been rightly relegated to the trash heap where it belongs, Trump has one more bad deal of Obama's to get rid of...the multilateral agreement yet "catastrophically" bad Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA)...more commonly known as the Iran nuclear deal...probably the worst deal ever made by a U.S. president.
And this was a deal Obama touted as a crucial move towards what he called "detente with Iran" and towards regional peace, and was a deal that was supposed to restrict the nuclear ambitions of the rouge nation in exchange for lifting financial and oil sanctions imposed not just by the United States, but also by the European Union, and the United Nations.
But the reality remains that this was a deal that did not address Iran's foreign policy.violations, and was a deal made through blackmail of sorts what with Obama's 'warning' Congress that blocking the deal could spark not only start a Middle East war, but that U.S. credibility worldwide would be seriously damaged if Congress refused to abide by the deal's terms reached...a deal with a country that went from having 164 centrifuges in 2003 to 19,000 at the start of talks in 2013, despite broad and expansive U.N. sanctions.
And it did not matter to Obama that it was a very bad deal made with a country who has repeatedly in the past and who continues today to spew its intent to wipe Israel off the map while it touts as noble both violence against both American troops and the world's innocent civilians alike...for Iran is indeed the world's leading sponsor of terrorism and plays a major role role in regional military conflicts.
A deal I call 'aiding and abetting' the enemy...a deal of treason and nothing less...for Obama's very bad deal does little to block Iranian’s path to securing nuclear weapons as this deal actually gives Iran a 'pathway' to nuclear weapons capability.

Remember, under this still in effect deal of Obama's, Iran is allowed to enrich uranium using the thousands of centrifuges it already has in operation, is allowed to conduct nuclear research and development, and is in charge of monitoring their own adherence to the nuclear restrictions. And dare we forget that in only ten years...in what is referred to as Iran’s 'breakout time'...their rush to secure a nuclear weapon drops to almost zero for as per the deal they will be allowed to begin building hundreds of advanced new centrifuges annually, while at the same time being allowed to expand its long-range ballistic missile program...the very program that would afford Iran its needed delivery system not to reach Israel but to reach who they call the 'Great Satan'...as in these United States of America.
So it is no wonder why this Iran deal of Obama's must join the Cuban deal in the trash heap, and must do so post-haste for it is a deal that not only assures Iran of eventually securing nuclear weapons, but it is a deal that also funnels tens of billions of dollars to terrorists hell-bent on destabilizing the entirety of the Middle East making full-blown war a possibility...allowing the so-wanted Levant to come to fruition.
And yet President Trump...who must review and sign the sanctions relief waiver every 120 days based upon Iran's complying with their end of the deal...just one month ago passed up his first chance to withdraw us from this very bad deal. And while Trump knows that it would be legally possible for him to nullify said deal, he also knows that his doing so could possibly isolate us from the international community. And besides, we already have unilateral sanctions placed against Iran that go back decades that the nuclear deal has no bearing on...sanctions recently extended by Congress.
So the question remains, is President Trump trying to renegotiate a better deal with Iran possibly his true goal? Probably not as it would be much easier for him to totally kill the existing deal because said deal still in effect did require demanding negotiations between many parties, with those parties now highly unlikely to want to renegotiate again. And while the deal did reign in Iran's uranium enrichment capabilities to some degree in return for the previously stated lifting of economic sanctions, it was our European allies not us who economically benefited the most from the deal with oil-rich Iran. And these folks would not want to jeopardize those benefits no matter the fact that any Western company that invests in Iran actually becomes complicit with a terrorist regime.
But how and with what justification could President Trump legally pull us out of Obama's very bad nuclear deal...and is he just waiting for the right time to send it to the proverbial trash heap where it belongs? I truly believe he is.
And why do I believe so...because said deal is only valid as long as all parties uphold it. And with Iran's continuing and active role as the leading state sponsor of terrorism has shown them to have already broken their end of the deal...a deal that forbade their giving released sanctions monies to terrorist groups.

And that is exactly what Iran has done in their giving money to known terrorist groups in Iraq, Yemen, Syria and Lebanon, including their giving monies to militias fighting the U.S. backed anti-government rebels in Syria...as in Obama's buddies the 'anything-but' Syrians rebels who are tentacles of ISIS and al-Qaeda....and their giving monies to U.S. designated terrorist group Hezbollah.
And also let's not forget the U.N. resolution passed immediately upon the nuclear deal going into effect that called for Iran not to undertake any activity whatsoever related to ballistic missiles...ballistic missiles capable of delivering nuclear weapons...well that too Iran has broken.
Translation: whether alone or together both these instances are deal breakers of the first degree...deal breakers that give President Trump the much needed leverage, ammunition, and just cause to pull us out of a deal that should never been ratified by Congress in the first place...and he could do so by using our veto power as a permanent member of the U.N. Security Council to kill any continued sanctions relief.
So as President Trump continues his review of Obama's very bad nuclear deal, coupled with the fact that the U.S. remains the primary influence over the international financial system, makes both U.S. and international banks more than a bit leery about resuming full ties with Iran. And with our continued unilateral sanctions against Iran still in place allows us to continue to question Iran's intent to comply with the agreement they so desperately wanted. And that basically assures us that in time President Trump will pull us out of the deal that should never have been.
And that together with Obama's Cuba deal now being relegated to the trash heap truly is yet another step forward in helping to 'Make America Great Again.'

Op-ed:
Playing on the Game Board that is the Middle East

By: Diane Sori

“We have come close to the motherland of corruption – the cursed Israel. With Allah’s help, we will trample over their bodies.”
One of many messages posted to a twitter account connected to the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps @ IRGCnetwork

On Monday, Pamela Geller posted on her blog 'Atlas Shrugs' a piece about Iranian soldiers being photographed about a week and a half ago in both the Bekaa Valley and Baalbek in southern Lebanon near the border of Israeli-occupied Palestine (http://pamelageller.com/2014/12/iranian-...) and if you do NOT think this is serious folks you have NO clue about the grave ramifications this has NOT only for Israel but for the U.S. as well. And with other recent yet still unfolding events pointing to the fact that soon there will most likely be a war between Israel and Iran, and with Hezbollah...controlled by their puppet masters Iran right there on the front lines of the attack...we will see a tandem effort by both to try and wipe Israel off the map.

Notice I say 'try.'

And what of the photos themselves...photos of soldiers that are a sad yet scary harbinger of things to come...photos of soldiers wearing generic military fatigues but with patches of the flags of both Iran and Hezbollah upon them. And remember too that Iran has freely admitted sending military advisers to assist Syria and Iraq in their fight against Sunni-led rebels as they are probably the staunchest ally that Syrian President Bashar al-Assad has. In fact, just this past October...and kept for the most part hidden from us by the Obama-controlled media...Iran actually told us of its plan to send a large weapons shipment to the Lebanese Army and to Hezbollah “in order to improve security in Lebanon and the region, and to combat terrorists.”

Terrorists combating terrorists...NO I do NOT think so...terrorists aiding terrorists is more like it.

But while admitting to one plan Iran denies...with fingers crossed behind their back of course...the most serious aspect of this equation...that being their sending of combat forces to both countries. And to that affect isn't it anything but coincidental that now all of a sudden terrorist/jihadist acts have increased in both countries.

So with this latest influx of Iranian weapons being sent to Hezbollah, Hezbollah can prepare itself for an Iran orchestrated attack against Israel, ignoring the fact that Israel will then be obligated to retaliate against them and they will do so with more strength than they ever have before, because with Iran in the mix their very survival as a Jewish state would depend on it. And this time know there will be NO returning to the table to have 'so-called' peace talks NO matter the words, wishes, wants, demands, or hissy-fits made by the likes of Barack HUSSEIN Obama or his buffoon of a side-kick John 'Swiftboat' Kerry.

And hovering above all and casting a very ominous shadow remains Iran's still continuing nuclear ambitions...nuclear ambitions that if successful could then fall into the hands of simply put...very bad people.

So as the players move their pieces into place on the board known as the Middle East are we now on the cusp of World War III. Some might say we are in the Biblical sense, but since I deal only in the tangible here are now I believe the end can still be avoided through the actions, strength, and courage of one man and one man alone...that being Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu...a man whom I and my RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS radio partner Craig Andresen consider to be the world's last great statesman for what is a statesman but a leader whose wisdom and integrity win them respect whether you agree with their stances or NOT and Netanyahu most assuredly personifies both qualities.

And while Barack HUSSEIN Obama does NOT respect Netanyahu...as he respects NO one except maybe his fellow brother in hate the anything but Reverend Al Sharpton...he does fear him for he knows BiBi will only allow himself and Israel to be pushed just so far.

And a great statesman knows when others who play on the political stage must be publicly admonished, and to that affect Benjamin Netanyahu is the only one who has stood steady and strong in condemning the U(seless)N(ations) for its in-your-face obvious bias against Israel, as evidenced by their placing resolution after resolution against the Jewish State yet nary a word is said against those who perpetrate violence against Israel. “We will continue to insist on our truth and we will also continue to vigorously rebuff attempts to force terms on us that would endanger our security and our future. We expect national unity on this national issue,” Netanyahu has said, and those are fighting words with NO room for placating the enemy. Unlike the words and actions of Barack HUSSEIN Obama, the very man who coddles, placates, and then acquiesces to America's enemies...the very man who has eased sanctions on Iran thus allowing them the time and monies needed to move forward...and NOT so secretively I might add...with their nuclear ambitions...thus willingly paving the way for Iran to be on the threshold of developing a nuclear weapon...if NOT actually securing one.

And Netanyahu alone seems to understand that Iran must be completely neutralized of its ability to assume any and all nuclear capabilities, all while Obama continues to stress that he is open to Iran continuing to enrich uranium for their who-are-they-trying-to-kid 'civilian use' scenario NO matter that the dismantling deadlines regarding their enrichment of uranium...deadlines they themselves have agreed to...have come and gone. And as Netanyahu has said on more than one occasion, "...a nuclear-armed Iran would pose a far greater threat to the world than ISIS fighters ever could." And that threat includes Iran's goal of also securing ballistic missiles for its ballistic long-range missiles that deliver nuclear warheads and it's ballistic missiles that could easily reach the U.S. as they do NOT need them to reach close-by Israel.

And lest we forget that Iran by their very actions...actions that include now having soldiers reportedly being positioned on Israel's borders...actions that include their recently having deployed a so-called 'suicide drone' (which can strike targets on land, in the air, or on the sea) in its still ongoing 13,000 man military drills near the ubber strategic Strait of Hormuz at the entrance to the Persian Gulf...actions that let the U.S., Israel, and the world know that its nuclear weapons...if gotten...would become an 'end times' of sorts in all tangible meaning for both the Jewish state and the 'Great Satan.'

So while Israel and most assuredly Netanyahu sees Iran's actions for what they are, know that Obama while seeing them simply does NOT care, while the rest of the world just looks away.

And like I previously said, the players are in place, but know that circumstances have forced Israel...have forced Netanyahu...to be the one to stop Iran’s nuclear ambitions as Obama simply will NOT do it nor does he want to do it. And know that Israel under Netanyahu's leadership will do it unilaterally if need be as he does NOT need Obama's nor anyone else's permission to do what needs to be done to assure Israel's survival and that he is also ready militarily to get that job done.... translation: Benjamin Netanyahu will NEVER allow a nuclear armed Iran...period.

And that is what makes Benjamin Netanyahu a great statesman for only a great statesman knows when the sword is mightier than the pen...or a phone for that matter.
