Jeff Sessions: Missing In Action...Again

While this is the beginning of my article I can safely say it's also the end of my article...an end where it becomes more than a bit apparent that as long as Jeff Sessions is attorney general, and as long as Republicans give Robert Mueller even more time to procrastinate in wrapping up his joke of a proven nonexistent Trump/Russia collusion investigation...Congress will use that as an excuse to stay unfocused and get nothing of substance done...while the mainstream media racks up ratings and advertising numbers as they continue to twist the truth into even more lies.

And while on occasion Jeff Sessions speaks out against sanctuary cities and the need to cut said cities federal funding as well as sporadically informing us that the round-up of illegals is still ongoing, there are so many other occasions where in his position as Attorney General, Sessions could have and should have done his job and brought charges against the guilty party or parties.

Remember when Obama illegally ordered spying on American citizens including all those who ran in the 2016 Republican presidential primary, I surely do. And I and so many others watched over time as said spying morphed into the media-hyped Russian dossier scandal Obama, Hillary, and crew were sure would take Trump and his presidency down. Starting off with the F.B.I. lying to the FISA courts regarding said dossier...a dossier now proven to have been funded by the Hillary campaign...with her full knowledge of course...it was also a dossier Rino John McCain personally hand delivered to the F.B.I. And he happily did so in an obvious attempt to get revenge on the man who said that he, McCain, was no war hero, and who he could not believe was actually elected president.

And dare we forget that it was former F.B.I. Director James Comey and crew who were charged with getting to the bottom of Hillary's email scandal, and who in a 'dog and pony' televised news conference actually had the gall to exonerate Hillary Clinton...exonerate her in what was actually found out later to be an exoneration James Comey himself wrote up even before he had bothered to interview Hillary regarding said scandal.

Silence on all above accounts from AG Jeff Sessions...who while not attorney general at the time of certain happenings still legally had and still has the power to bring charges, but who instead chose to recuse himself from anything even remotely involving or suspected of involving Russia...or for that matter Hillary or Obama. But what can you expect from the man who publicly stated that he wanted the Inspector General alone to look into all the above stated matters even while he knew that the Inspector General cannot prosecute anything...how convenient and 'red flagging' is that.

But then again Jeff Sessions says a whole bunch of things without his really saying or doing anything of substance. As examples of that lest we forget that Uranium One is still out there circling overhead and so is the Clinton Foundation...the first concerning Russia, Hillary, and treason; and the second concerning the buying and selling of political favors to foreign governments by the very two people whose payroll, I believe, Jeff Sessions might secretly be on. The true reason for his not prosecuting anything...perhaps.

And recently a group of Republican lawmakers...including Rep. Mark Meadows (N.C.) chairman of the conservative House Freedom Caucus along with two of the group's co-founders, Reps. Jim Jordan (Ohio) and Ron DeSantis (Fla.)...presented to Congress a 12-page resolution that asked for a second special counsel to probe all matters directly related to the ending of the investigation into Hillary Clinton's personal email server, the progress of the Trump/Russia investigation from its origins through the appointment of Robert Mueller as special counsel, and abuses of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) during the warrant application process. 

In fact, Rep. Lee Zeldin (N.Y.) when announcing the resolution to the press said that, "The Justice Department cannot be expected to investigate itself," adding that AG Jeff Sessions "should tap an independent investigator to examine whether FBI and Justice Department officials obtained surveillance warrants with insufficient evidence."

Really...Jeff Sessions would never do that for the obvious reason of possibly implicating himself, and besides does anyone really believe a second investigation would bring different results than the first...it's just another waste of time and our hard earned taxpayer dollars as we and Congress already know that certain folks most definitely belong locked up in jail. 

And the fact is that AG Jeff Sessions could end this nonsense once and for all if it wasn't for his recusal getting in the way. Being just the same old nonsense but on a different day, maybe instead Congress should look into the real reason why Jeff Sessions recused himself in the first place. Perhaps I should send Congress the article The Case for Removing Jeff Sessions my RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS partner Craig Andressen and I wrote to help aid them in doing what they know should have been done long ago...demand Jeff Sessions do his job or resign his position post-haste.

And now being thrown into the Jeff Sessions recusal mix comes the fact that President Trump recently demanded that the Department of Justice investigate whether the now disgraced F.B.I. infiltrated his presidential campaign via what he calls an “embedded informant”...an informant by the name of Stefan Halper who also sought a permanent position within the Trump administration...an informant who suddenly seems to have gone missing like so many others before him.

But to see the big picture regarding the now corrupted F.B.I. and how it ties into Sessions' inactions, one needs only to understand some basic facts, first of which is that under James Comey's directorship the F.B.I. was indeed Obama's private army of sorts...maybe not the rank-and-file agents per se but surely the hierarchy all have the stink of Obama on their hands. Doing Obama's bidding by looking away to not only protocol breached, but by actually tampering with and even destroying evidence revolving around Hillary's email scandal in order to try and assure her win...and Obama's third term in office I might add...now places the F.B.I. on its own 'wanted list.' And when you add into the mix that the Hillary campaign actually helped to fund the Steele dossier/Russian collusion nonsense the once great F.B.I. becomes but a joke that saw educated men and women suddenly and willingly choosing to play dumb especially when it came to the FISA court.

Comey's F.B.I. and those in the D.O.J. knew well the true duties and obligations of the FISA court, and yet they manipulated said duties and obligations into not only affecting domestic politics, but in setting the course said politics would take. How so...by together creating a scandal to manipulate votes against Donald Trump and in favor of Hillary Clinton...the above stated Steele dossier, charges of Russian collusion, and vote tampering nonsense was born. And that nonsense took on a life of its own and grew to the point where we now know as fact that in 2016-2017 the FISA court was “abused by intelligence officials”...aka the F.B.I...who used the phony dossier as their prime evidence  against President Trump.

And with 'We the People' knowing what we know now... courtesy of the limited information given to us in a 'throw them a bone' manner...so did AG Jeff Sessions know as well as did Barack HUSSEIN Obama for the fact is that as president, Obama was informed of all FISA court dealings and rulings as they happened. In fact, I believe, Obama is probably ground zero for this whole sorted mess...with Jeff Sessions recusing himself for one obvious reason alone...not to protect himself or his real or imaginary dealings with Russia, but to protect Obama alone.

Are the pieces of the puzzle coming together for you yet?

Remember, all these shenanigans boil down to one thing...a not so hidden 'Deep State' attempt to try and negate the 2016 election results. Removing President Trump from office, through impeachment if need be, and to install Hillary Clinton as president was and still is their main goal no matter that Hillary is a drunken, America-hating, socialist spouting, U.N. controlled, islamist-condoning puppet-on-a-string...albeit one with the all-important D after her name.

I guess the plotters and planners truly forgot that even if Trump was indeed somehow impeached Hillary Clinton would still not even be on the presidential succession list as V.P. Mike Pence would now head said list.

But again, Jeff Sessions knows this all and still sat mum on the sidelines. And why am I so sure of all I just said... said even beyond what was exposed in Craig and my previously stated article...why...because Jeff Sessions did not request to be in yesterday's meeting Chief of Staff John Kelly was tasked with brokering...the all-important Trump called for meeting between congressional leaders and the F.B.I., the D.O.J., and the office of the Director of National Intelligence. And really why wouldn't Jeff Sessions in his capacity as attorney general not want to be there...to be there if only to garner first hand information to help him set up a case against any and all guilty parties...that's in his job description after all...leading me to believe this has to do not just with his recusal from all things Russian connected, but because of the actual act of recusal itself.

And this, again I believe, has possibly led some in high places to now consider that Jeff Sessions just might be the White House leaker. Remember, some of the leaks have stopped since islamic-condoner and now former National Security Advisor Gen. H.R. McMaster has been gone...some...but not all.

But even if the above stated is proven to be true, a hero of sorts has entered the picture as Rep. Trey Gowdy (S.C.)...the House Oversight and Government Reform Chairman...has taken a special interest in the F.B.I.'s mishandling of the entirety of the Russian investigation. And Gowdy's interest peeked after earlier this month he met with some members of the Department of Justice to go over their role in now exposed F.B.I.-FISA abuses.

And so at 12 noon yesterday the first of two meetings regarding what has become known as "Skygate" took place...sans Jeff Sessions of course...at Department of Justice headquarters. Present were White House Chief of Staff John Kelly; White House Council Emmett T. Flood, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein; F.B.I. Director Christopher Wray; Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats; House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes...who also accused the FBI of planting an "informant" (a spy) within the Trump campaign...and above stated House Oversight and Government Reform Chairman Trey Gowdy. And at the very last minute Representative Adam B. Schiff of California, the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, was included in said meeting after leading Democrats accused Nunes and Gowdy of holding a partisan meeting that "could be weaponized" against the D.O.J. and even against Robert Mueller himself.

So what was the outcome of this first meeting...simply a lot of whining that the president's council attended said meeting. But really why shouldn't he be there to protect President Trump's interests, after all tensions between the White House and Sessions' Department of Justice are at an all time high what with the Russian investigation being nothing but a witch hunt, blatant F.B.I. improprieties more than bordering on the criminal, and the now come to light accusations of a spy being placed by said F.B.I. within the Trump campaign.

The second meeting at 2pm...again sans Jeff Sessions... was called for after Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer whined that no Democrats were invited to Kelly's first meeting even though Mark Warner...the ranking Democrat on the Senate Intelligence Committee...was asked to attend but declined. This meeting was attended by a select bipartisan group of lawmakers with whom the government’s most sensitive intelligence is shared...a group referred to as the 'Gang of 8'...also saw John Kelly, Rod Rosenstein, Christopher Wray, Dan Coats, and Trey Gowdy in attendance...with House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and former decliner Sen. Mark Warner there as well.

And while there is a 'gag order' of sorts against disclosing what was said at this second meeting as well as what was said at the first, you just know the supposed F.B.I. informer Stefan Halper was a key point of discussion. And we all know that over the next few days information will surely leak out as it has done so many times in the past.

And so what I said at the beginning of my article holds just as true at the end for AG Jeff Sessions' silence and absences in regards to both meetings and all the things stated above is the direct cause of everything getting out of hand. If Jeff Sessions had not recused himself...if he had done his job as America's chief law enforcement official...the guilty would now be in jail awaiting their court dates, and an innocent man would finally be totally free to do the job 'We the People' elected him to do...unencumbered by shear nonsense hanging over his head. 

And oh yes...I hope President Trump fires Jeff Sessions now.

A Now Proven Circle of Guilt

I always knew it as truth...I talked about it in my recent article An American Disgrace Bar None...I said it since day one when the lynch mob investigation was launched into non-existent Trump collusion with Russia...and I was right that Barack HUSSEIN Obama's 'hand' is all over this. In fact, I believe Obama not only orchestrated the entire investigation but was actively participating in its implementation near the end of his presidency...an investigation aided by a coordinated anti-Trump effort within the F.B.I.
 

So how do I know this...released this past Wednesday and included in the report “The Clinton Email Scandal and the FBI's Investigation of It” by Wisconsin Sen. Ron Johnson...the chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee...were new text messages between illicit lovebirds F.B.I. Agent Peter Strzok and F.B.I. lawyer Lisa Page. These are the same lovebirds who had called President Trump a "f---ing idiot" in previous texts and who both worked for Special Counsel Robert Mueller's probe of alleged collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia. And quite simply these texts prove Obama's involvement. Tangible proof via Page's texts to Strzok regarding preparing “talking points” for F.B.I. Director James Comey to give to then-President Obama, who said he wanted “to know everything we’re doing."
 
Not only did he know but Barack HUSSEIN Obama was obviously “keeping tabs” on the F.B.I.'s investigation into both the Hillary email server investigation and the Trump 'trumped' up collusion nonsense...something he had no legal authority to do...and Hillary knew and condoned him for doing it.

And while already known is that lovers Page and Strzok exchanged some 50,000 text messages throughout the entirety of the presidential election cycle and throughout the first year of the Trump presidency...and with many of said texts being decidedly and vehemently anti-Trump in their content...we now also know these two were "seriously concerned” about some folks being “too tough” on Hillary during said investigation into her private email server. Remember, the Hillary investigation and the Trump Russian collusion investigation overlapped at times, but to actually see the word “potus” and the time frame in which it was sent gives proof of Obama's involvement... involvement as in, I believe, he being the one to authorize the use of our vast spying network to try to take down the Republicans candidate for president, as in one Donald J. Trump. 

This and his trying to hide said involvement is why Obama would need to know everything. A risk for sure but a risk with a prize worth risking everything for.

But what prize is worth such a risk...briefly as per my aforementioned article I believe, “Obama, Hillary, and their people needed at all costs..to stop Donald J. Trump from getting the nomination and becoming president as Hillary absolutely had to win the election so Barack HUSSEIN Obama could have his third term in office”...so...“deals were made allowing Hillary to secure the nomination instead of D.N.C. wanted Bernie Sanders but with Obama secure in the knowledge that he would be pulling Hillary's strings."

An unprecedented third term in office is but part one of the prize.

Remember, the nefarious America-hating George Soros having invested a lot of time and bankrolling a lot of money in not only Obama's two-term presidency with Hillary designated to be his puppet-stringed controlled successor, he was counting on both of them pushing forward his New World Order agenda when Obama became U.N. Secretary General...a position he so desperately covets...and Hillary became president. And Soros also knew that a Trump presidency would deny him all he had worked for so, I believe, it was at this point that Soros issued Obama his marching orders... marching orders as to get involved in stopping Trump and get involved now.

And that involvement has now been exposed with a newly released text, this one dated September 2, 2016 when Lisa Page texted Peter Strzok...who just happened to be a key player in the Clinton email probe...these exact words about her “prepping” Comey because the "potus wants to know everything we're doing." And who was the potus back in September 2016...Barack HUSSEIN Obama...a man whose narcissism had him thriving in the limelight for he so loves 'playing' to the cameras...but now a man who is eerily and unnervingly silent. Putting two and two together...coupled with a newly released Senate report that also questions Obama's personal involvement in the Clinton email investigation and the Trump Russian collusion nonsense...leads one to assume that Obama suspects that not only is his time is up, but that he knows even George Soros and all his money cannot save him now.

And know that Watergate's fallout was nothing compared to the fallout that will occur if either Barack HUSSEIN Obama or Hillary Clinton is charged with treason and/or sedition... as I believe both should be...for while Obama's hand in trying to orchestrate not only the undermining of the 2016 presidential election via criminal actions but for criminal actions also taken in trying to destroy the character of the opposition presidential candidate himself is all over this...Hillary surely knew about Obama's involvement and probably helped if not in the actual orchestrating of the plan, she surely aided in its very implementation.

Now let's move on to Election Day 2016, when Lisa Page texted, "OMG THIS IS F***ING TERRIFYING," with Peter Strzok replying, "Omg, I am so depressed." Following up on this on November 13, 2016, Page texted, "I bought all the president's men. Figure I need to brush up on watergate." But Page did not mean just reading Carl Bernstein‎'s and ‎Bob Woodward's book but referencing "bought" as in how to pay for someone's silence and how much to pay for it...leaving one to wonder exactly who ordered whom to be “bought” and for exactly how much. But with the texts now exposed one can surmise the orderer was indeed Obama with his puppet master George Soros footing the bill...which I'm sure was a hefty one...with Hillary and her for-show-only husband Billy-Boy standing, watching, and grinning from the sidelines.

But Hillary best wipe that grin off her face for Rep. Trey Gowdy has said that he now highly suspects that Hillary confidant Sidney Blumenthal leaked information to Christopher Steele, the author of the Trump/Russia dossier. And if Gowdy suspects something he surely will not let it go until he gets an answer.

And when the very next day Page texted yet again this time saying that, “God, being here makes me angry. Lots of high fallutin’ national security talk. Meanwhile we have OUR task ahead of us,” Well I want to know what exactly “our task” was. But then again I think I know just what said task was...as in set in motion the Russian collusion dossier nonsense to take down now President Trump...take him down via impeachment that is.

And dare we forget that also in the newly released text messages is one dated September 28, 2016 where Lisa Page tells Peter Strzok that former F.B.I. Deputy Director Andrew McCabe knew of the emails..."hundreds of thousands" of emails Huma Abedin put on former husband Anthony Weiner's laptop...but emails that then F.B.I. Director Comey did not notify Congress about until October 28, 2016, mere days before the election when he said that "Due to recent developments," the F.B.I. was reopening the Hillary Clinton email investigation. But "recent developments" my eye as Comey sat on this information for nearly a month.
 

And this delay in notification, along with the fact that James Comey had found Hillary “innocent” even before interviewing her, his lying under oath (perjury) about his saying that he had not consulted with the D.O.J. nor with the White House regarding this investigation...which is a direct contradiction of the claims made in the many texts between Page and Strzok...and also encompassing the role McCabe played in both the investigation itself and its subsequent fallout...is now of long overdue interest to F.B.I. Inspector General Michael Horowitz.

And the Inspector General is also curious as to why McCabe did not act for about three weeks...that is until late October 2016...on a request to examine Hillary's emails found on Weiner's computer. My guess in both instances...especially in regards to the time delay...a delay McCabe hoped would last until after the November 8th election...is that both Comey and McCabe were directly told not to speak or act by Obama, who was starting to cringe over the fact that Hillary just might lose the election if any new “bumps in the road” appeared along the way.

And while not directly connected to Obama's involvement but hovering close-by for possible future involvement is that on November 4, 2016, the day after Jill McCabe (Andrew McCabe's wife)..who had “financial assistance”...to a tune of $700,000...from a group tied to Hillary's campaign...lost a "hotly contested" Virginia state Senate election, Peter Strzok in yet another text to Lisa Page wrote that the election is, "Disappointing, but look at the district map. Loudon is being gentrified, but it's still largely ignorant hillbillys. Good for her for running, but curious if she's energized or never again." 

Nice words about American voters aren't they...not quite.

In fact, when it became known that Jill McCabe received such monies, Trump himself tweeted in late December 2017, "How can FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, the man in charge, along with leakin' James Comey, of the Phony Hillary Clinton investigation (including her 33,000 illegally deleted emails) be given $700,000 for wife's campaign by Clinton Puppets during investigation?"

And then on January 29, 2018 Andrew McCabe was “removed” from his post, taking “terminal leave” until his supposedly, but I doubt, planned retirement went into effect.

And then just day's after McCabe's “terminal leave” came the Nunes memo release...which was damning in and of itself...but this newest text release with the words "potus wants to know everything we're doing," says it all for Obama did not want to just know but know specifically if his (again I believe) Soros ordered, his orchestrated, and Hillary initiated plan to stop Donald Trump was going according to schedule...and for a time it was. But we all know that even the best laid plans sometimes backfire and implicate the planner instead of the target.
 

Such is the case with this phony Russian investigation into collusion...collusion that never happened...for this was a plan hatched solely to stop a man from denying Barack HUSSEIN Obama his must have third to term in office and denying George Soros his much heralded New World Order. A New World Order that would see George Soros himself ruling the world, with part two of Obama's prize being his being groomed as dictator-in-waiting (after all Soros is a very old man), and with Hillary being Obama's string-pulled court jester.

That alone is surely a prize Obama thought was worth waiting for.

Remember, this entire investigation was up until this point much more about Republican ineptitude in stopping said investigation than it was about either Hillary's or Obama's innocence or lack thereof. But now with memos found and texts exposed, Obama's guilt can no longer be denied. And for the crimes committed...for treason and sedition... Hillary would be wise to 'rat' Obama out or else face what should be his fate...a bullet, a noose, or life in prison. But even I know probably nothing will happen for simply put, the corrupt always circle the wagons to protect each other if only for fear that if one goes down they all go down...especially with orange not being Hillary's color.

Not Holding My Breath

She has agreed to testify before the House Intelligence Committee sometime this month, but she agreed to do so only behind closed doors. And if you believe her claim that it's because of national security concerns I've got some swampland to sell you.

And so the 2016 presidential election is now one for the history books....exciting, intriguing, yet downright dirty and vile...with a cast of characters even the best novelist could not make up. And now with the passage of time helping to prove that the media driven 'Russia did it' hacking scenario was nothing but sore losers grasping at straws, certain key players in that election's cast of characters continue to stand out...that is in addition to Hillary Clinton of course...one of which is former F.B.I. Director James Comey...the very man given the task to find the leakers turned out to be the leaker himself.

James Comey...a key player for sure but not 'the' key player no matter his recent testimony before the House Intelligence Committee where he stated that he was "concerned" about preserving the integrity of the F. B.I. But how concerned could Comey really be when it was he who cowardly leaked, via a third party, a certain memo to the New York Times concerning what was a private conversation between himself and President Trump. 

"Concerned"...I think not for James Comey knew well that he himself, as a government employee, composed said memo on a government computer and that he did so while on the government time clock. And Comey knew that his actions were violating the Records Act and presidential confidentiality...and he knew that said memo was technically not only the property of the U.S. government but property of 'We the People' as well.

The only two things James Comey was concerned about was first, protecting his charge Hillary Clinton from prosecution and second, to protect his own sorry-self by exposing the very person behind what he saw as his prime mistake made... that being last July 5th's press conference he had no authority to hold...a press conference where he stated that while Hillary herself made numerous "mistakes"...felonies actually...in how she handled and disseminated classified information that "no reliable prosecutor would bring such a case" and that he recommended "no criminal charges are appropriate in this case" due to "lack of intent."

"Lack of intent" regarding Hillary Clinton I think not for the 'mother' of the snowflakes... aka the 'Butcher of Benghazi'...carefully plans to the nth degree both every calculatingly deceptive move she makes and every cover-up needed to mask said move.

So who is the key player in Hillary Clinton's cast of characters...who is the one James Comey exposed... simply...none other than Barack HUSSEIN Obama's former Attorney General Loretta Lynch. Remember, Comey admitted under oath that Lynch pressured him to downplay the Clinton email server investigation... pressured him after, I believe, Obama ordered her to do so. In fact, during his testimony Comey stated that when he asked Lynch if she was going to authorize him to confirm the existence of the Clinton email investigation, her answer was, “Yes, but don’t call it that. Call it a matter,” and that when he asked why the change of words her response was no response at all just that she repeated “Just call it a matter.” 

This in turn led James Comey to also claim that it was not only Lynch's pressure over wording but pressure to downplay her secret Phoenix, AZ tarmac meeting with Billy-Boy that forced his hand to hold the aforementioned press conference when he did in an effort to again affirm his "concern" about preserving the independence of the F.B.I.

But when all this is added together certain key facts remain, one of which was that the F.B.I. director was more than willing to be the 'fall guy' for Loretta Lynch even after Lynch publicly stated that the law does not require the D.O.J. to pursue criminal charges against Hillary even if Comey recommended they do so. But with Comey being her willing patsy, Loretta Lynch knew well that her words publicly stated were just that... words....words the liberal media would twist into words not said if need be.

And the take-away from James Comey's testimony is that because of pressure from Loretta Lynch not only did he say that there was "no intent" in Hillary's actions regarding this "matter," but that he willingly and with malice obstructed justice by not doing what he knew was the right thing to do...as in recommend to the D.O.J. that they do indict Hillary over her disseminating classified and top secret information via her personal emails. 

And with his recommendation made to let Hillary off scot-free...a decision he made right from the start...James Comey directly aided Hillary's presidential campaign...at least at first that recommendtion did but it rightfully backfired on her as the campaign season moved forward. But make no mistake about it, Hillary knew what the outcome of the "matter" would be even before James Comey's infamous press conference as she probably worked with Loretta Lynch to dot every 'i' and cross every 't' regarding the pressure Lynch was to put on this weak and cowardly man.

And dare we not forget that James Comey also succumbed to pressure when he tried to spin Loretta Lynch's and Billy-Boy's tarmac meeting...a meeting that just happened to take place right before the public release of the House Benghazi Committee's report...a meeting he made out to be nothing but harmless chit-chat about grandkids and golf...a meeting now admitted to having been about national security issues. And Comey knew he again was helping the Hillary campaign on direct orders from Lynch no matter that Bill Clinton was then and still is now a private citizen who had no legal right to be privy to national security issues, as well as his being the husband of the very woman who was the target of a still ongoing criminal investigation.

So while James Comey 's actions both taken and not taken (remember he 'conveniently' forgot to record his all-important F.B.I. interview of Hillary Clinton nor did he put her under oath when interviewing her) border on if not cross over into the criminal. And Loretta Lynch, as the orchestrator and 'strongman' of all things concerning obstruction of justice, when appearing before the Intelligence Committee later this month must be called to task for her actions...and called to task means she must not be issued a 'get out of jail free card' upon pressure that will surely be put on the committee members by either by Obama himself or by proxy through his Democrat flunkies who sit on said committee..

And know that Loretta Lynch...a puppet of both Obama and the Clinton's...is a spin-meister extraordinaire in her own right. Remember it was Lynch who was the one who was responsible for the perpetrating on the Sunday morning talk show circuit all the Benghazi lies concerning a YouTube video being the cause of it all... lies of course orchestrated by Obama and Hillary...lies told to protect both...especially to protect Hillary as Loretta Lynch's history with the Clinton's goes back decades and her loyalty to them seems to be unyielding. 

How so...Loretta Lynch hit the national stage in 1999, when she was appointed U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of New York (EDNY) in Brooklyn by none other than Billy-Boy himself, and was then reappointed to that position by Obama in 2010 before becoming his Attorney General in 2016. What is of importance here is that when in Brooklyn, Lynch was able to 'stack' that office with liberal staffers and attorneys translating into that even today that office is inundated with with attorneys hired, supervised, and indoctrinated by Clinton protector Lynch herself.

Now you can understand why Loretta Lynch helped block...helped obstruct...the F.B.I. looking into possible RICO violations committed by the Clinton Foundation... violations that had the Hillary run State Department showing a definitive pattern of 'pay-to-play'...as in influence peddling to the highest bidder...and highest bidder means both those who like us as well as those who do not like us very much. And Lynch dared not let the Clinton's down...I believe she was paid plenty for her services...by letting it be found out that the Clinton Foundation actually tied directly into the email scandal as Hillary sent thousands of what I suspect were Foundation emails...pay-for-play emails now deleted...on the illegal private server in her home...a server outside the government system that captures and saves all official emails going out and coming in.

And let's also not forget that it was AG Lynch and her Department of Justice who refused to authorize the use of the grand jury that was needed to go forward with the Hillary email investigation...or should I say "matter." And in her denying the F.B.I. the ability to subpoena both testimony and evidence, Lynch also crossed the line by consulted with defense attorneys representing additional 'persons of interest' to the investigation, basically setting the stage for Hillary ultimately (to date) being let off by Comey under the guise of "no intent."
 
And know it was Loretta Lynch who unethically if not outright illegally allowed Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson to be Hillary's attorneys...no matter that she knew these were the very two women Hillary told to go through her e-mails and (I believe) delete any that could cause a problem for her, her campaign, or for the Clinton Foundation... the Foundation that was the Clinton's cash cow..and to do so under the guise of their being personal emails about Chelsea's upcoming wedding and yoga positions...those were the critical emails that Loretta Lynch by her inactions helped to destroy.

And with Mills and Samuelson being told to delete only certain emails is where the "intent" motive comes into play for intent means a conduct or act perpetrated being knowing, willful, intentional, or grossly negligent ...which ordering the deletion of incriminating evidence alone surely was. Lynch knew all this and still allowed these two characters to be Hillary's attorneys knowing full-well that when needed she would be able to manipulate Clinton loyalist James Comey into saying no such "intent" occurred.

Nice huh...but wait...Lynch's orchestrating of events goes even further. 
 
As per The National Review, the afore mentioned Mills and Samuelson were then granted immunity from prosecution by the Lynch D.O.J. in exchange for providing the F.B.I. with the very laptops on which they reviewed Clinton’s four years of emails while at the same time the F.B.I. was investigating the Clinton Foundation yet they, the F.B.I., were being denied access to the Clinton emails.

Bottom line...first, these two characters Mills and Samuelson should never have been granted immunity or anything of the sort as they should have been made to turn over the computers by grand jury subpoena alone. And second, not only did Lynch seriously restrict the F.B.I.’s authority to examine Hillary's computers, but she also agreed to the F.B.I. destroying those very computers after what would be their now limited examination of them.

Nothing like destroying evidence now is there...nothing like 'dereliction of duty' in allowing what would have been a breaching of simple classified information laws to morph into a felonious criminal offense...nothing like helping to hide the illegal activities between the Department of State and the Clinton Foundation...nothing like Loretta Lynch's compromising the integrity of the Department of Justice itself in regards to the investigation into Hillary's private email server...and nothing like doing it all for a hefty price I'm sure.

And now with Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley having recently stated that Loretta Lynch is indeed a focus of their investigation over serious concerns she may have impeded the F.B.I.’s investigation into Hillary's email scandal, know that if she is found guilty of 'misconduct in office' she would face a lengthy prison term. 

But I'm not going to hold my breath for that to happen nor for James Comey to formally be called to task as time and events have proven that those loyal to the Clinton's seem to get away with murder...figuratively speaking of course...and proves British politician Lord Acton's words written in a letter to Bishop Mandell Creighton in 1887, "power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely"...and that truth has proven to be the saddest thing of all.

James Comey...Deep State's Poster Boy, Leaker, and Clinton Shill

"Every detail related to the investigation has been leaked to the media. Often they had more information than the committee did. Do you find it interesting that the only detail that was never leaked is that the president was never under investigation?" - Senator Marco Rubio's home run hitting question to James Comey...a question that had liberals all over social media accusing Rubio of "carrying water" for Trump (See Rubio's questioning of James Comey here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8lybdOj00OQ)

On Thursday, June 8, 2017, the plug was pulled and the swamp finally started to drain as the poster boy for 'deep state' was finally exposed as one James Comey...former F.B.I. Director James Comey...Obama appointee and Hillary protector James Comey... who got sucked into a quagmire of his own doing.

And by now we know well the details of James Comey's testimony during the three-plus hours where both Republican and Democratic senators questioned now private citizen Comey about his relationship with President Trump, the circumstances of his firing, and the still to date ongoing federal probe into Russia's 'supposed' but still unproven 2016 election tampering.

But the bottom line of those three-plus hours is that while James Comey did say that he personally did not believe Donald Trump to be a truthful nor a trustworthy person, Comey admitted under oath that President Trump did not try to interfere with, impede, or shut down the Russia investigation; that the president was never under investigation; confirmed President Trump's claim that he shared that piece of information with Trump on at least three different occasions; and inadvertently admitted much to every one's surprise that he alone orchestrated...via former federal prosecutor and current Columbia Law School professor and friend Daniel Richman...the leak to the press... specifically to the New York Times...of the “contents of the memo” he had written after a February 14th meeting with the president, and did so as a way to force the creation of a special council in regards to the Russian investigation.

So much for the Democrats call for Trump's impeachment for with those words said, James Comey sent the Democrats scrambling for their safe places.

And how foolish James Comey was to ever cross the line of accusations against the president regarding the Russian investigation for the fact is that a sitting U.S. president legally has 'absolute authority' to ask his F.B.I. director about any ongoing investigation as long as said president does not interfere in the fact gathering process or procedures of that investigation.

And a sitting U.S. president, much to Comey's chagrin, does have the right to ask for loyalty from those who serve in his administration for a pledge of loyalty does not mean a pledge to do the bidding of things that cross the line of trust placed or that break the rule of law. And herein falls Comey's admission that he composed detailed memos of his interactions, meetings, and discussions between himself and President Trump, and his claiming he did so because he believed Trump would likely offer misleading accounts about said interactions sometime in the future.

So much for trust and loyalty to the man who was his boss and to the country he himself pledged an oath to...an oath that states that "...I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic..."

And James Comey is indeed a domestic enemy of the first degree for it seems he wants us to believe that he can predict future events while forgetting past events and memos not written, especially those not written of his all-important sham of an interrogation of Hillary Clinton, along with his admitting that he became aware of "cyber intrusion" by the Russians in the summer of 2015 but did nothing, said nothing, and composed no memos to that affect.

And this action of omission alone proves Comey's loyalties remain with both the man who appointed him F.B.I. director...one Barack HUSSEIN Obama...and more importantly with Hillary Clinton...the very woman he claimed then Attorney General Loretta Lynch...the woman who makes him "queasy"...pressured him into not recommending she be indicted for the email scandal and that he refer to the then still ongoing proceedings as a 'matter' not an 'investigation.' (If true, charges of obstructionist must be brought again Lynch.) And Comey claimed this regardless of the fact that he had previously testified under oath that Hillary had indeed violated the 'statutory language' of the Espionage Act with her improper email activities and corresponding lies about it, while even now still claiming there was no criminal case to be made.

And while the word 'liar' immediately comes to mind, the words 'coward,' 'obstructionist,' 'weakling,' and 'traitor' fits James Comey just as well.

And might I add the word 'felon' for in James Comey's admitting that he orchestrated the leaks of notes and information to the press via memos composed on government computers...notes and information that actually belong to the government...means that he, James Comey, knowingly and willingly broke the law for he leaked, as per President Trump's personal attorney Marc Kasowitz, information that was “selective and illegal.” That in turn presents a case that Comey could be arrested under the Espionage Act if the information he leaked contained even a modicum of 'classified' national security information no matter James Comey's claiming that that he had ''deliberately written" the specific memo in question as an unclassified document.

"Deliberately written" proving that James Comey calculatingly and with deliberate malice executed his plan to destroy the President of the United States with lies, innuendos, and illegal actions taken. And that includes the strong possibility that it was also James Comey who leaked information that now-former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn spoke to the Russian ambassador about U.S. sanctions against his country soon after then-President Obama announced them.

But even with all this being said there is something that has been grossly overlooked...something hiding in plain sight...for the simple facts as presented during his testimony show that former F.B.I. Director James Comey is nothing but yet another whining and desperate bureaucrat out for revenge for being fired, and that all his actions taken are but a form of workplace violence... albeit workplace violence without a single physical shot being fired. Let me explain.

Everyone is under the assumption that the Russian scandal is of Hillary Clinton's doing...that she alone planned it, orchestrated it, and implemented it as revenge for losing the election to the man she derogatorily loved to call 'Donald'...but I say there is another scenario that actually makes more sense and falls in line with James Comey's current testimony. And that scenario is that James Comey himself created the Russian scandal to hold as blackmail over Donald Trump's head should Trump win the election... and why...simply because Comey did not believe Trump would keep him on as director of the F.B.I. if he became president.

And like all greedy self-serving Washington scoundrels, James Comey craved power and all of the perks that accompany said power.

And so in desperation the Russian blame game was constructed post-haste by Comey (with probable input by both Hillary and Billy-Boy), fueled on by Hillary and crew, acted upon by the rioting snowflakes, and ran with ad-nauseum by the media, forcing President Trump for the time being to keep Comey on for it would look bad if he outright replaced him too early on in his presidency what with his call for bipartisanship to help 'Make America Great Again.' But with Comey being an Obama pick... Comey knew his days were numbered so he created the memo in question with the intention of leaking it at just the right time to cause the most damage as revenge for what he knew would be his eventual firing.

But it also must be understood that James Comey was not...I repeat not...Obama's puppet but was the puppet of the Clinton's themselves and that every decision he made was done to protect both Bill and Hillary for it was them who lined his deep pockets and gave him the power he craved...translating into any impartiality while investigating Hillary be damned.

And certain events through the years show this to be true starting with Billy-Boy's and Loretta Lynch's oh so infamous and highly unethical meeting on the Phoenix tarmac...a meeting that was about anything but the grandchildren and golf. And what I believe that meeting was really about was the finalizing of plans to bring down whomever became the Republican nominee...and I guarantee James Comey was the mastermind of this plan as he was the sole author of the politicization of the criminal probe into Hillary Clinton's emails.

In fact, according to a Washington Post article, Comey himself obstructed justice when he personally decided to let Hillary off scot-free after seeing and believing the contents of a forged memo the F.B.I. had intercepted...a memo that claimed Attorney General Loretta Lynch 'had assured' a Clinton associate that the Department of Justice would not "vigorously pursue" the case against Hillary for her use of what he knew was an "illegal and unsecure server."

Basically what Comey did was take it upon himself to fully exonerate then-candidate Hillary Clinton of her mishandling of classified material and he did so during the height of the presidential campaign...something that in and of itself reeks of both improprieties and of his trying to rig the election in Hillary's favor. And that is a criminal offense in its own right.

But James Comey's deep ties and giving passes to the Clinton's for what were criminal wrongdoings goes back further than the tarmac meeting and his obstructing the email investigation. In fact, those ties go back to Whitewater when Comey was appointed deputy director of the Senate Whitewater Committee...the very committee that was investigating both Clinton's for shady real estate deals while Billy-Boy was governor. Remember, the Clinton's escaped all charges even though Comey acknowledged that Hillary obstructed the investigation and destroyed evidence, yet he still decided not to prosecute her due to "lack of intent,” while their business partners Jim and Susan McDougal and former Arkansas Governor Jim Tucker were convicted and served time.

"Lack of intent"...the exact same words James Comey used when deciding not to recommend indicting Hillary in the email scandal.

Now fast forward to 2002, when as a federal prosecutor, James Comey took over the investigation looking into the legalities of Bill Clinton’s questionable 2001 pardon of then fugitive Marc Rich, a hedge-fund manager indicted on numerous counts of tax evasion, wire fraud, and racketeering...a pardon Billy-Boy granted without the required D.O.J. review process...a pardon granted only after Rich’s wife contributed $450,000 to the Clinton library fund, $70,000 to Hillary's New York senate campaign, and with another million thrown in for good measure. And James Comey upheld said pardon even though he knew it was a bought-and-paid-for pardon granted courtesy of monetary bribes.

And remember the Sandy Berger case...the case where Berger, then Clinton’s National Security Advisor, stole documents showing that Billy-Boy could have taken out Osama Bin Laden years before 9/11 but chose not to do so. Berger, though caught with said documents, was not charged as it was James Comey who headed that investigation.

Moving on to 2005 we now find James Comey joining Lockheed Martin as senior vice president and general counsel. Comey was paid $6 million in one year alone from Lockheed. And why is this important... because before Comey left Lockheed in 2010...before he held a membership position on a Clinton Foundation corporate partner’s board...before it became known that his own brother Peter Comey was an executive at DLA Piper, the law firm that does the Clinton Foundation’s taxes...and before it was disclosed that he, James Comey, holds the mortgage on his brother’s mansion...Comey convinced Lockheed to become a major Clinton Foundation donor, a Clinton Global Initiative member, and helped Lockheed win 17 approvals for private contracts while Hillary was Secretary of State.

And then in 2013, Comey joined the board of directors of HSBC Holdings, a British bank that is a long-time partner of the Clinton Foundation...the very foundation whose corporate partner board he once served on.

So you can see James Comey's ties to the Clinton's run deep and run long...both monetarily and politically...and are deep enough to assure his loyalty to do everything possible to seek revenge against President Trump not just for his firing, but for both Hillary's loss and fall from political grace as well. And so Comey concocted a plan using the Russians who he knew never hid the fact that they were not fans of Hillary no matter that she sold America out to them in the Uranium One deal while she was Secretary of State.

And now with James Comey's testimony...testimony that signals possible legal trouble for Comey himself...Hillary's hoped for revenge has come to a screeching halt for Comey failed to provide any evidence that would end the Trump presidency. And even though President Trump has been cleared so to speak, be prepared for the Comey/Hillary/Trump saga to continue on until the 2018 mid-term election simply because the Democrats and the media want to keep the drama going...and there is not a damn thing we can do about it.
