From Our Cold Dead Hands

His props were in place on the stage with him...family members of those lost to gun violence...as Barack HUSSEIN Obama laid out his new gun-control measures NOT because he gives a damn about those lost in said violence but because he wants this for his legacy. Remember, ObamaCare is NO longer a legacy plus nor is his Foreign Policy actions so what's left...gun control.

And what really is gun-control in 'Obamaspeak' but his trying to take away our Second Amendment rights...rights that help protect all our other rights from a government running amok...for no amount of gun-control nor any law passed will keep guns out of the hands of those who wish to do us harm...meaning Obama is simply pandering to those who still do not get that guns do not kill people...people kill people...period.

And Obama's saying that each year over 30,000 people lose their lives to gun violence is quite the misnomer for the great majority of those 30,000 are criminals killed while doing their dastardly deeds...criminals who don't care and will never care about any laws Obama puts in place, and whose deaths actually save we taxpayers from having to have our hard earned taxpayer dollars spent on keeping them alive in cushy jail cells as they await a trial that might take years to come. And if truth be told, in the majority of cases that trial will result in an outcome quite unsettling to the victim's families for our current liberal judicial system favors the perpetrator over the victim.

“We are here to prevent the next mass shooting,” said the man whose own administration sold guns to terrorists and foreign drug dealers, and he said so while like in other recent speeches his eyes darted back-and-forth not ever truly focusing on the camera or those he was addressing. Delivering a rambling often repetitive teleprompted speech albeit with a few personal side-takes thrown in for good measure...Obama tried to get us to believe that his proposals have nothing to do with his wanting to take our guns away, but like always, he lied. He lied...for there are already provisions in place...provisions just like with our immigration laws which too are not enforced...that do exactly what he is now proposing to do and doing so without jeopardizing our Second Amendment right “to keep and bear arms.”

“This is not a slippery slope to try and confiscate guns,” he said, but this is exactly what it is for if it was not why is Obama doing what he is doing through Executive Order instead of proposing laws for Congress to act or not act upon.

And what are Obama's so-called “series of common-sense executive actions”? As to his main touch point of background checks especially concerning gun show sales (Gun Show Loop Hole), currently background checks are done, as per federal law, on all who wish to purchase a firearm from a licensed gun shop, but only five states (Nebraska, Iowa, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina) require said checks on handguns purchased at gun shows from private sellers...with private sellers being defined as per the '1986 Firearm Owners Protection Act' as people who do not rely on gun sales as their prime way of obtaining their livelihood. And eight other states (California, Colorado, Oregon, Illinois, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Massachusetts) mandate universal background checks on all firearm purchases, including those bought at gun shows and over the Internet.

So exactly what four steps has Obama taken with his newest Executive Order? First, by his signing on the dotted line Obama is rewriting the law...a law Congress has rejected numerous times...with his dictatorial demand that anybody, including private citizens, must themselves be licensed before they sell a firearm at a gun show or online, and would require said gun sellers to order background checks on any and all prospective buyers before said firearm changes hands or they, the seller, will be subject to federal prosecution.

But get this...with most gun shows lasting maybe two days at most and with most background checks taking three to four business days to run...longer for some needing closer scrutiny...Obama is actually denying or at least making it more difficult for the gun seller to conduct their business. Nice huh...

Second, Obama spoke that he is adding "200 new ATF agents" to help thwart gun violence and to make our communities safer. Totally ignoring the fact that an armed citizenry is what would keep our communities safer, Obama never said where these agents will be sent or exactly what they will be doing to help in that endeavor, but he did, however, make a point of saying that the FBI will be overhauling the existing background check system even though we all know the 'bad guys' will always find a way to get guns with or without their ever having gone through a background check.

Third, Obama spoke that to a tune of $500 million he is increasing access to mental health care especially for those deemed a danger to themselves or to others, and that the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is finalizing steps to remove, according to them, “unnecessary legal barriers” that prevents states from reporting and sharing any information about people barred from possessing a firearm for “specific” (but not named) mental health reasons. But again Obama omits from his discourse that we already have legal procedures in place to deem, if need be, someone mentally unfit to possess a firearm, but that just like with the above said immigration law we do not under this administration follow or enforce that either.

And here's a little something Obama dared not mention in yesterday's speech but I will...the Social Security Administration has stated that it will begin the process to include information in the background check system about its beneficiaries...and that includes our veterans...who are prohibited from possessing a firearm for what they deem 'mental health reasons'...completely denying said beneficiaries their Constitutional right to 'due process.' But with Obama as the steward of America's ship what's another one or two of our rights thrown to the wind.

And lastly step four, as in Obama's outlined push for the technology industry to get involved in the gun-control issue. Wanting to move forward research into the area of gun safety...as in what he called "smart guns" that can only be fired by authorized users...excuse me Mr. Robber or Mr. Rapist or Mr. Murderer but let me check to see if I'm authorized to use this gun to stop you....Obama wants this technology to happen through the Departments of Defense, Justice, and Homeland Security alone. Translation: the federal government departments under his control will have even more control over our firearms than they already do.

And some still claim Barack HUSSEIN Obama is not after our guns.

So in the end what can we make from Obama's gun-control speech followed by his signing yet another in a long line of Executive Orders...EO's that once again overstep his job description. First, Obama thinks what he proposed will stop gun violence but to that I say he is a fool for he completely refuses to understand that guns need a human operative to inflict said violence, and that no one intent on doing harm will be stopped from doing so by anything as simple as a background check or by his ridiculous Executive Order.

Second, after the fiasco known as 'Fast and Furious' where the Obama administration allowed the ATF to give permission to licensed firearms dealers to sell guns to illegal 'straw buyers' with the hopes of tracking said guns to Mexican drug cartel leaders and then to arrest them...and with them loosing track of over 2,000 of the guns sold...many of which were found to have been used in the committing of crimes including murder...what makes anyone think that the government under Obama can prevent gun violence by something as simple as running a background check of those who for the most part will be law-abiding buyers. Remember, criminals do not need legitimate sellers to get their guns...they never have and they never will.

So if Obama, who in his speech tried to wipe away phony non-existent crocodile tears when speaking of the victims of gun violence...a political stunt if there ever was one...if that man was really serious about wanting to stop gun violence...actually violence by persons using a gun...all he would have to do is make sure that the laws currently on the books are enforced in total. And he could do that instead of wasting his and our time on declaring what amounts to a war on we law-abiding gun owners, but he won't.

And here's a thought...if Obama would do that he would then have free time to focus on the major threat that faces our country today...as in islamic terrorism and islam's so-wanted invasion of America. But then again these are 'the brethren' so I guess gun violence it is and will remain...and so will the old adage, 'from our cold dead hands'...just saying.

A Conversation Between Craig and Diane

Craig: I think it's time we have a conversation about the election coming up on November 4th. I'm seeing a lot of stuff in social media that has nothing to do with the election and it's starting to concern me that people are getting apathetic and won't go out to vote.

Diane: Yeah Craig, I know what you mean... apathy just like in 2012...and we all know how that turned out now don't we.

Craig: It seems a lot different now in 2014 than in the last midterm in 2010. In 2010 everybody on our side was on the same page, we showed up at the polls in record numbers for a midterm, and we voted on the politics and policies of Obamacare.

Diane: ObamaCare...the anything but healthcare we were promised...lie after lie being shoved down our throats by those who didn't even bother to read it before they voted on it.

Craig: It seems to me that we only have a couple of weeks left to get our side motivated and focused on the real issues. If we can do that we can turn this midterm into the 2010 midterm part 2.

Diane: I agree and to do that we need to prioritize the issues and send the social issues back where they belong...to the states where our 'Founders and Framers' intended them to go.

Craig: In 2010 we had one issue...Obamacare... and everybody was focused on it. Maybe part of the problem this time is that thanks to the liberals we have a lot more real issues to focus on. ObamaCare is still a real issue and because of the agenda being pushed with the dictators pen, the same real issues we considered with Obamacare in 2010 are still on the ballot this year. Aside from Obamacare we have a lot of other real issues to be concerned with...border security, foreign affairs, all of the Obama scandals from Fast and Furious, to Benghazi, to the IRS targeting and NSA spying...we have got a lot to focus on this time. Lets break down the REAL issues.

Diane: And let's not forget the issues of Israel and ISIS in particular or should I say al-Qaeda resurrected. Anyway, Obama did say his agenda is on the ballot so let's keep it there even if his minions don't want it there. (article continues below video)

Craig: Yeah but just because it's on the agenda let's not forget this is the LIBERAL agenda and Obama is not on the ballot but all of Obama's policies and politics that the liberals in Congress are pushing ARE on the ballot.

Diane: Exactly...and border security is probably one of the most critical. I mean look at what our unsecured borders have already caused us. Besides having record numbers of ILLEGALS coming in here to rape our welfare and healthcare systems and take our jobs...look at the little nasty called enterovirus they brought with them that's now ravaging our children NOT to mention the fact that the as you say "dreaded ebolas" will probably be the next thing they bring in too.

Craig: And what about the economy? Obama was supposed to fix the economy but instead he made it worse. The stock market is crashing, people's investments are disappearing, the average American's cost of living is going up while their income is coming down, and the combination of Obamacare, taxes, and regulations are making it almost impossible for small business owners...who are the backbone of our economy...to stay in business. As long as we have a Senate controlled by liberals, Harry Reid will not allow ANY of the over 350 bills sitting on his desk that would start bringing our economy back to even receive a vote. That's one of the big reasons we have to turn the Senate red. Between Obama's policies and politics, and his pen and his phone, keeping our borders open, we're screwed unless we can retake the Senate.

Diane: All true. And what's critical to me and many others is getting to the bottom of Obama's lies about Fast and Furious and Benghazi. I mean there's a possibility of Hillary running in 2016 and since she was an integral part of both, using her connection to both in November might actually help stop her from running...I mean she can try and run from ghosts but ghosts do eventually catch up.

Craig: Yeah...just because she's out of the regime and Holder's on his way out doesn't mean the problems they caused are gone.

Diane: Very true and when she left we got even more problems courtesy of John Kerry. 'Mr. Swiftboat' himself screwed up any hopes for a possible Israeli/Palestinian peace accord, and he screwed up...or should I say actually did Obama's bidding...with Iran who now is going full steam ahead with their nuclear enrichment program even after agreeing NOT to.

Craig: Yeah and you know the only thing keeping the truth from getting out on all of this is the liberal socialist controlled Senate. Think about it, the NSA spying investigation stalled by the liberal socialist Senate. The IRS targeting investigation stalled by the liberal socialist senate. Fast and Furious and Benghazi...the same thing. And if it wasn't for the liberal control of the Senate we could be putting a stop to the funding of our enemies and start standing behind our allies.

Diane: Yup, allies like Israel whom this regime delights in stabbing in the back every chance they get. Allies like Iraq where this regime lost the peace after GWB had won the war. The Iraqis were deserted by a man who now...to save political face...is engaging in some limited bombing raids on empty warehouses and long deserted ISIS training camps and killing as few of his brethren as possible.

Craig: You see these are the REAL issues that our side needs to focus on. These are the issues that are threatening our country. These are the issues that are threatening our personal security, our national security, our economy, and our position on the world stage. If we focus on these political and policy issues and elect the people on the ballot with the 'R' after their name we can start to turn this all around and take our country back. The liberals have NO strategy other than to hope we self-destruct this November like we did in 2012. The liberal key issues are all social issues and they don't even have to campaign on them because too many people supposedly on our side are doing that for them.

Diane: Boy are you right on that one. And some supposedly on our side are actually more a danger to this election than the liberals are. I mean don't you just love how some keep shoving in our faces videos claiming the sky will fall if the oh so dangerous to our country gay people are NOT stopped. I mean come on...really gay people are a danger to our country...Iran is a danger to our country...ISIS is a danger to our country...ILLEGALS are a danger to our country...Congress is a danger to country....but gay people being a danger to our country has about as much credence to it as Obama being a Christian does.
  

Craig: None of the real issues that pose a threat to our country have anything to do with the social issues that people like Wild Bill, Pastor Manning, and so many others that we see in social media seem to think are the defining issues for this election. If we're going to win this election it has to be about politics and policy and NOT a referendum on religious doctrine. All different brands of the Judeo-Christian principals put different emphasis on different aspects of the social issues, and it seems there's lot of people supposedly on our side HELL BENT on making this election all about their individual brand of religion.

Diane: So true and last time I looked God was NOT on the ballot.

Craig: Voting a straight RELIGIOUS ticket is how you elect Elders to your church board...voting a straight REPUBLICAN ticket of the names that are on your ballot is how we start taking our country back. I don't know about you but I'm sick and tired of being told that I'm not a good Conservative if I don't vote a straight ultra Christian ticket, regardless of who's on the ballot, by people like Wild Bill, Manning, Rick Warren, and so many others. They're the ones who are playing in deep LEFT field and here's why...if our 'Founders and Framers' would have wanted this country under the control of a theocracy they would have never fought a war of independence to get away from one.

Diane: How true is that and you know what...I'm sick of the ubber religious right telling me if I do NOT believe as they do and vote as they say I'm going to hell. I don't know when God appointed them the God police because I thought God and God alone was our judge and jury. I must've been asleep or out shoe shopping the day that happened. But in all seriousness, I wish people would realize that the social issues...all the social issues...ranging from the 'supposed' gay agenda, to contraceptives and abortion, to school prayer and prayers at sporting events, even to the incursion of sharia law into our courts...are state's issues alone and have NO place in a federal election. We need a RED Senate if we're ever to be able to address the social issues because a BLUE Senate NEVER will. So it's all about numbers here...putting the social issues on the back burner for now...putting a clothespin on your nose if need be...I know I have to...and pull that 'R' lever to get the needed numbers or the social issues won't amount to a hill of beans for probably generations to come, and our country will further slide into socialism tempered with islamic doctrine.

Craig: The bottom line is this...when we as Conservatives make an election about policy and politics we WIN...but every time we get distracted by the social issues we LOSE. No REAL Conservative would ever advocate a form of government so intrusive as to legislate morality and every aspect of our personal life choices because that is exactly what liberals do. The job of raising the level of morality in this country is the job of the family, the churches, and other faith based organizations. The job of strengthening our economy, our national security at home and abroad, and providing for the defense of freedom around the world and here at home, is the job of those we elect to Congress. The job of 'WE THE PEOPLE' is to see that they do so in accordance to the Constitution and to replace those who fail in that duty.

Diane: So guys if you get what Craig and I are saying here you will understand the nature of what has to be done on November 4th...pull that 'R' lever and we will start the process of taking our country back...don't pull it and 2016 won't matter at all...period.

ISIS Is Coming to America...If They're NOT Already Here

"I agree that there is no hard evidence...(but) my point is do we need to wait until there's an attack on America before we secure the border?"
- Texas Governor Rick Perry's words when asked if he believes ISIS is coming to attack the U.S.

And so it seems that our State Department has now issued yet another of its many 'travel warnings' for Americans going to Mexico...another warning to remain ever vigilant as “organized criminal groups” threaten the safety and security of Americans traveling in that country.

"Organized criminal groups" my eye...they're talking about ISIS but dare NOT admit it. And they know that it's just a matter of time before ISIS enters our country through our unsecured southern border...and worse...they know that some ISIS members already have.

Fact: our southern border is NOT secure meaning 'those out to kill us all' could very well sneak into our country lost amongst the hoards of ILLEGALS...hoards that show NO real sign of abating. And with ISIS believed to already be in Juarez, Mexico (which is just across the border from El Paso, Texas), this means that any and all acts of terrorism coming across the border...along with any American deaths resulting from those acts of terrorism...I believe...falls squarely on the shoulders of the traitor in the White House...Barack HUSSEIN Obama...for deliberately and purposely NOT sealing our borders.

Fact...while NO specific or verifiable threats to target the U.S. have been made...at least NOT yet that is...a Texas law enforcement bulletin from last week...a three-page 'situational awareness' bulletin called 'ISIS Interest on the U.S. Southwest Border'...along with ongoing radio chatter and social media postings that are increasing in number as the 13th anniversary of  9/11 fast approaches...all point to the fact that ISIS is going to “carry out an attack on the border.” And these attacks will most likely start out with isolated car bombings then increase in number, intensity, and mode of operations. And this in turn has forced Homeland Security along with the Justice Department and numerous Defense Department agencies to be placed on alert to work any and all leads coming in that relate to the strong "possibility of an imminent terrorist threat."

Fact...the government watchdog group, Judicial Watch, has accused Obama and his administration of covering up the increase in crime along the Mexican border, especially the news that heavily armed drug cartels have taken over portions of the area. Judicial Watch also says that Border Patrol officials actually ordered officers to avoid the most crime-infested areas because they’re “too dangerous” and patrolling them could result in an “international incident” of cross border shooting... reminiscent of 'Fast and Furious' NO doubt. And let's NOT forget the infamous words of ex-Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano and 'Prince' Harry Reid when both said that the southern border is “as secure as it has ever been.”

When pray tell has our southern border ever really been secured...just saying.

And while Napolitano and Reid, along with the usurper in the White House, appear to some as totally and completely clueless, they are in reality actually calculatingly clever in their ignoring of the facts...facts like the ones I've mentioned above in addition to the fact that ISIS is making more than $2 million a day on the black market by selling crude oil captured from Iraq and Syria, which means they have a source of continuous funding from which to finance their operations. And lastly, ignored is the fact that terrorist groups use drug cartels...like those operating in Mexico...to cross borders...as in they help the drug dealers transport their drugs and in return the drug dealers help them get into their country of choice...and right now their country of choice is our beloved America.

And they all know it...the entire Obama administration knows these facts yet what does Obama say in regards to these facts, “I think what I’ve seen in some of the news reports suggest that folks are getting a little further ahead of what we’re at than what we currently are.”

Oh really...NO way...for I believe Barack HUSSEIN Obama is deliberately turning a blind eye to the facts so that his brethren can start their march across America unimpeded as they ultimately join up with terrorist groups already here...terrorist groups like the Muslim Brotherhood and CAIR whom Obama and crew have welcomed into our country with open arms. And now with Obama's policies having basically sold out all our allies and friends, I doubt anyone will be coming to America's rescue any time soon.

And while British Prime Minister David Cameron raises his country's terror alert level to 'high,' Obama does NOT a thing on our end as Homeland Security so-called expert Ron Bee says, “I’m sure that Homeland Security would raise the level when they saw fit because they’re all professionals and have been working there since 2001.” I guess he...like so many others tied to this administration... forgets a little 'incident' known as Benghazi (remember, our foreign embassies are indeed on American soil, so to speak, thus they too come under the auspices of Homeland Security to some degree).

And the bottom line NO matter how hard this administration tries to hide the truth is that 'We the People' must know that ISIS is NOT just a far away threat 'over there' but that ISIS is coming to our country just like al-Qaeda did before them. And it must also be known that ISIS and the Mexican drug cartels do indeed 'chat'...if you will...back and forth with each other, and that these 'narco-terrorists' (as Rick Perry calls the cartels) use the same tactics against their opposition as ISIS does against theirs...as in beheading them and bragging about it all over the social media...making them 'blood brothers' of sorts...and that the drug cartels will provide safe passage for anyone trying to cross our unsecured border for a price.

And with ISIS reportedly having assets of nearly $2 billion plus from which to draw upon to feed their blood lust...money is NO object to them. And sadly, some of that money might very well be used to buy their way across our unsecured borders as Barack HUSSEIN Obama slyly looks away.

Justice NOT served

On Monday, sentence was handed down for one of those involved in the cold-blooded murder of Federal Border Agent Brian Terry...30 years in prison. 

 

Manuel Osorio-Arellanes...the only man taken into U.S. custody in connection with Terry's murder and the only one to date sentenced in said murder...is 37 years old, meaning he'll probably get out of prison before he ever serves the full 30 years...hell...Obama will most likely pardon him before he leaves office.

Is this justice served...NOT in my opinion especially when Osorio-Arellanes is NOT the actual shooter of Brian Terry, and is but a man who pleaded guilty to felony murder in a plea deal with federal prosecutors in exchange for their taking the death penalty off the table...in other words a man who was out only to save his own life NOT caring about the life he helped take.

The life he helped take in what became known as 'Fast and Furious'...the nefarious gunwalking operation that happened between September 2009 and December 2010, where Eric Holder's Justice Department sanctioned the ILLEGAL sale of more than 2500 rifles that allowed suspected straw gun buyers and drug smugglers to obtain weapons from gun shops in Arizona.

'Fast and Furious'...with more than 1400 of those guns still missing in Mexico.

'Fast and Furious'...where weapons from that operation were found at the scene of Brian Terry's murder and at numerous crime scenes in Mexico and the United States.

'Fast and Furious'...where just one man out of the five involved has been brought to justice and again, he's NOT even the shooter of Agent Terry.

'Fast and Furious'...where two other suspects in Terry's murder have been taken into custody in Mexico and are awaiting extradition to the U.S. (which might never happen as Mexico will NOT extradite anyone who is facing a death sentence... meaning it's alright to kill one of ours but we dare NOT kill one of theirs even if found guilty in a court of law) while the two others involved still have NOT been caught.

'Fast and Furious'...where certain guilty parties of name...as in Attorney General Eric Holder and President (gag) Barack HUSSEIN Obama who have yet been called to task...one who is hiding something by his evoking 'executive privilege' over documents involved even after he denied having any knowledge of the event...and doing so on the same day the other one was found in contempt of Congress for his refusal to cooperate with the investigation.

Something still stinks here doesn't it for we know Obama and Holder are experts at covering-up any semblance of anything even related to the word 'truth'...and neither has answered for their deflection and dismissing of the truth about 'Fast and Furious'...just saying.

And before handing down the sentence U.S. District Court Judge David C. Bury said to Osorio-Arellanes, “You illegally entered the United States with the sole intention of committing armed robbery...there is no doubt that your prey was human. Law enforcement got in your way, as is their duty, and as a result a good agent died.”

And herein lies the crux of all that went wrong and all can be summed up with two simple words ..."illegally entered."

"Illegally entered"...the murderers of Brian Terry entered our country ILLEGALLY... were able to cross our borders ILLEGALLY simply because our borders are NOT sealed. Would Brian Terry be alive today if our borders had been sealed...there's more than a good chance that he would be.

The fact is that in the past few years drug related violence of all kind has increased ten-fold in many northern Mexican cities, with ILLEGAL drugs and so-called 'undocumented' (translation: ILLEGAL) immigrants continuing to cross over the border into our country undetected...or as in the case of 'Fast and Furious'...eyes were being closed to their entry.

Drugs...drug smugglers...the last thing America needs any more of. And while most of those who ILLEGALLY cross the border are people coming here to work in the fields or in construction, there still is a large number of people...a number that increases everyday...who come here solely to sell drugs (monetarily advantageous to working in the fields for minimum wage or less) or to be part of criminal gangs hell bent on committing crimes...including murder. And to that effect there are hundreds of drug tunnels all along the U.S./Mexico border built by the drug cartels. And the smugglers (like those who murdered Brian Terry) who used to move just illegal drugs across the border have now branched out into smuggling these very ILLEGAL immigrants that this country does NOT need any more of.

And all this adds even more credence to all the other reasons (just being ILLEGAL is criminal, taking jobs away from Americans, raping our welfare rolls and health care system, etc., etc., etc.) why sealing our southern border with Mexico...all 1,969-miles of it...is a must...a must with the final goal being 'zero tolerance' for any and all ILLEGAL crossings...for we cannot allow more Brian Terry's to happen... period.

And oh YES...we must bring charges against Barack HUSSEIN Obama and Eric Holder for their cover-up of the facts concerning the murder of Border Agent Brian Terry and for the 'Fast and Furious' operation itself...it's simply the right thing to do.

The media and the truth...diametrically opposed

Some important happenings this past week...as the one-year anniversary of Mohamed Morsi's ouster is fast approaching, four explosions rocked the center of Cairo, Egypt and people with machine guns were firing on civilians after the explosions. All shop windows within the surrounding areas were shattered. The dead and injured were taken to area hospitals...and the coverage of this has been slim.

The Supreme Court will soon hear the 'Abramski' case concerning the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) attempting to create laws on their own. Claiming universal background checks in regards to straw purchases isn’t a law but is a gross government overreach and an illegal expansion of the Gun Control Act of 1968, this case cuts to the heart of our Second Amendment rights... and the media has given this NO coverage at all.

The Dow drops below 16,000 for the first time in months losing 376 points in a matter of days as the "rout in emerging markets" continued to spillover into U.S. stocks. Yesterday’s 200-point drop, combined with Thursday’s 176-point drop is the Dow’s biggest two-day down slide since June, resulting in the Dow being down 2.9% for the week, its worst weekly performance since May 2012. So much for Obama's economic recovery...and the media coverage has been cursory and fleeting at best.

The cover-ups concerning Benghazi continue in the wake of the recently released 85-page bi-partisan report that while saying inadequate security left Americans vulnerable in a dangerous and unstable county, it refused to out-and-out lay the blame for the four American deaths at the feet of its rightful owners...Hillary 'What Does It Matter' Clinton and Barack HUSSEIN Obama.  And while the media coverage was strong for a day or two it then dropped to almost NOTHING as Hillary's possible 2016 presidential run has to be protected at all costs.

'Bridgegate' continues to be big news to some in the media.  The 'traffic jam' albatross hanging around NJ Governor Chris Christie's neck got full non-stop media coverage...media coverage ad-nauseum in fact...for days on end. In the first 24-hours alone, 'Bridgegate' got more media attention than Benghazi got over the last 6 months...and all in the hopes of ruining the man...declaring him guilty until proven innocent...that right now numbers show could beat Hillary Clinton in a head-to-head race.

And this all leads up to the most important of all stories breaking this week...pop-singer, teen idol, and Miley Cyrus wannabe, Justin Beiber, was arrest for DUI, drug use, driving with an expired license, resisting arrest, and drag racing at 4am on Miami Beach. Justin Bieber...more important than Benghazi...more important than the NSA spying on 'We the People'...more important than the on-going ObamaCare fiasco...more important than Iran trying to acquire nukes while they make a laughing stock of our beloved America...more important than the stock market in a tailspin...more important than all this plus more as spoiled brat Justin Bieber has been the headline news story with non-stop coverage on all the alphabet media stations...and most sadly on FOX too, who is calling it 'Bieber Fever'....makes me want to scream.

Justin Bieber...the ultimate divert and deflect story of the week...and the masses are lapping it up. Makes you wonder what little bit of mischief the 'anointed one' has been up to while our attention is diverted away...doesn't it.

And herein lies some of what's wrong with America today and it can be summed up in one word...priorities. Priorities...highest or higher in importance...something taking precedence over something of less importance.

Priorities...according to all the media coverage given him, Justin Bieber is more important than all the Obama scandals combined. Justin Bieber is more important than the fight for 'God and Country,' and will be shoved down our throats until the next so-called 'celebrity' does something stupid and illegal, and who most likely will get but a legal slap on the wrist simply because they are a so-called 'celebrity.'

God help our country...puleeze!

Seriously though, it's high time we called the media to task for NOT doing the job they are supposed to do...that is report the news NOT make-up the news or refuse to report the news they don't like. The media is supposed to focus on facts NOT rumors or innuendos. The media is supposed to challenge and question our political leaders NOT broadcast their own personal opinions or agendas. In fact, according to our Founders, the media's sole job is to keep the electorate informed so we can monitor our government and vote responsibly.

And as to keeping me informed, I want to know the true 'real' numbers of those who have enrolled in ObamaCare NOT just put an insurance plan in their shopping cart or who simply perused the exchanges. And the media knows these true numbers but dares NOT cross the 'anointed one' by reporting said true numbers...so we get the numbers Obama wants us to get and NO more.

I want to know the truth about Iran pulling the wool over Obama's and Kerry's eyes with their getting these two miscreants to agree to a deal in Geneva that still allowed them to enrich uranium and dismantle NOTHING. “We did not agree to dismantle anything,” said Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, claiming that the Obama administration had created a false impression in the language it used to describe the six-month agreement. Why isn't the media reporting non-stop on this important story whose ramifications affects the entire Middle East and beyond....I know why...the media is complicit in covering up the fact that Barack HUSSEIN Obama sides with his true blood brethren over America...and over Israel of course...and again they dare NOT cross the man whose pocket they're all in.

And I want to know the truth as to why under this most miserable of president's watch thousands of brave American troops have died in vain as Iraq falls to the enemy with Afghanistan close behind. I want to know the truth about Benghazi...about why those in the media allowed Christopher Stevens to be painted as the one who caused his own death. I want to know about the massive voter fraud NOT reported on and about the true job numbers and still limping along economy. I want to know about the radical left takeover of our public schools through a monstrosity called Common Core...and about the islamization of America so counter to our Constitution. I want to know why the wants of ILLEGALS now trump the wants of LEGAL Americans...and I want to know about why a man is sitting in the highest office in our land who this very same media helped put there all the time knowing he was NOT qualified or Constitutionally able to be there.

I want to know about all this and so much more...and I want the media to do their jobs and report to me the truth NOT manufacture words that pass for the truth...NOT fabricate the truth...NOT cover for the truth...NOT white-wash the truth...and most importantly NOT ignore the truth...for if they don't the time will come when they're NO longer under the protective orb of the man who currently 'stole' the office of the presidency. And what will become of the media then for once one falls into a pattern of lies and cover-ups...once one falls from grace...it's hard to get credibility back...if it even can be gotten back at all.

So try doing the job you're supposed to do dear media...report the truth and the truth alone...there's still a bit of time before we retake the Senate and increase our numbers in the House for you to shape up or we will ignore you completely. And as we bloggers have taken to doing your job for you...let me tell you we're doing a hell of a lot better job at it than you have ever done.

The NSA Scandal…Obama tried to make it go away...he failed

OK folks…I’ll begin at the end…Barack HUSSEIN Obama saying “God Bless America” twice at the end of yesterday’s press conference just turned my stomach because you could see him choking on those words while trying to get them out…good thing they were on the teleprompter or I doubt they would have come out at all, but back to the beginning.

Yesterday, after a six-month White House ‘supposed’ investigation into whistleblower Edward Snowden’s flood of disclosures about the true scope of U.S. spying, President Obama (gag) held a press conference to discuss the changes he will implement in how the NSA collects and stores data on ‘We the People,’ our allies, and our enemies.

Saying that the NSA officials did NOT “intentionally abuse” the program to invade our privacy…yeah right…Obama went on to say that he believed opponents of the program had been correct in saying that without proper safeguards the data collection could be used to garner even more personal information about the private lives of Americans then they already had, and that it could open the door to even more intrusive programs.  Nice words but the thing is Barack HUSSEIN Obama was the very man who ordered the NSA to 'spy' on American citizens and will continue to order them do so.

And critical to all he said…actually to what he did NOT say (taqiyya in action)…is that in NO way will the invasion of our privacy be stopped… translating into the information will still be collected just NOT as much of it…at least that we can see that is. 

Also, Obama said that ‘some’ of the changes he intends to make will take effect immediately, but that ‘other’ changes will require further study…which means more of our taxpayer dollars will be wasted on a study of a program that clearly violates our 4th Amendment rights…and that those changes may take an action of Congress to be implemented.  Uh oh…this sitting Congress does NOTHING as it is so I guess that means that in regards to spying on ‘We the People’ they will do even less than NOTHING.

"The reforms I am proposing today should give the American people greater confidence that their rights are being protected, even as our intelligence and law enforcement agencies maintain the tools they need to make us safe,” Obama said during the press conference.

Greater confidence in an administration that shoved the ObamaCare monstrosity down our throats, still covers-up ‘Fast & Furious and does even worse in regards to Benghazi…NO...I don’t think we have any confidence at all in anything this most miserable of presidents proposes.

So folks here now is just a bit of what Obama proposed…and just this bit alone should have you hopping mad.  First off, effective immediately, the NSA will be required to get a ‘secretive' court’s (actually the Foreign Surveillance Intelligence Court) permission before accessing phone records and data that will still be collected from millions of law-abiding Americans…but I say why NOT an ‘open court’ of public record...why a ‘secretive court’…what’s he still trying to hide…hmmmmm…

And Obama said that those phone records...which includes numbers dialed and length but NOT content of calls...will NO longer be stored by the government itself but either by a third party or by the phone providers themselves. Oh really…and what of the huge data mining storage center that he had built in Bluffdale Utah…who now will be the keeper of the phone records when a  ‘For Sale’ sign gets tacked to its front door.  And with the phone companies opposing the expense and potential liability of holding said data, and with NO ‘credible’ third party yet to come forward, you can rest assured that if a third party does takes over they will be one hand-picked from his many campaign donors so that all Obama has to do when he wants to do his snooping is just mossy on over to that third party and say, ‘let me see’…just a slight detour in his targeted control of ‘We the People.’

And this little goody…which al-Qaeda operatives and other assorted terrorists will love…borders on the outright dangerous when it comes to the monitoring of true terrorist activity (the only activity that actually should be monitored), as Obama has said that the government will NO longer be allowed to access phone records beyond two so-called ‘hops’ from the person they are targeting... meaning NO access to phone records for someone who called someone, who called someone, who called the suspect, will be allowed…. NOTHING like helping the brethren yet again.

  Also saying that the U.S. won’t monitor the communications of “our close friends and allies overseas” unless there’s a ‘compelling’ national security reason is pure hogwash as Obama is NOT releasing a list of which countries fall under that category…and Obama being what he is with America’s allies being his enemies and America’s enemies being his allies, heaven only knows where he’s going with this one…or should I say hell only knows to be more exact.

And Obama stating that he will be issuing a ‘presidential directive’ (an order that has the same legal standing as an executive order that remains in effect until a change in administration deems otherwise),that will state the government can only use collected phone data for counterintelligence, counterterrorism and cyber-security to protect U.S. forces and allies, and to "combat weapons proliferation and transnational crime” is again even more hogwash as first, we cannot believe a single word coming out of his proven to be lying mouth ("If you like your current health insurance policy you can keep it…period”) and second, everyday Americans like you and me are NOT involved in spying, terrorism, cyber-hacking, weapons trading, or international crime and Obama and his NSA buddies know it as well as we know that it’s ‘We the People’ who will still be the ones spied on.

And proof is that Obama wants to give foreigners protections against spying and is directing the Director of National Intelligence and his ‘good bud’ AG Eric ‘Fast & Furious’ Holder to put in place safeguards as to how long the U.S. can hold information on non-citizens overseas, and restrictions on how the data is used.  This he does for non-Americans while ‘We the People’ continue to get the proverbial shaft…and again continue to be spied on.

But NO matter what changes Obama says he will make but NOT really do, the bottom line remains that Barack HUSSEIN Obama stands by and completely supports the NSA’s spying on ‘We the People.’  By calling said spying "necessary for national security” he continues to look away at what he called ‘the foreigners’ in our country…meaning his muslim brethren…who are the only real terrorists this program needs to keep track on. And being that he left all the final decisions primarily to Eric Holder's anything but Justice Department and to intelligence agencies that oppose making any changes to the current surveillance operations at all, you just know this entire matter will soon be swept under the rug...or at least that is what Obama will try to do.  Maybe this time Congress will make sure it's NOT but I'm NOT going to hold my breath for that.

Oh and by the way, Obama's shiny and sweating face...that you can see got shinier, sweatier, and pastier as time went on...is a dead give-away that even he knows all his talk was NOTHING but empty political bloviatings...smoke and mirrors if you will...as he tried to get our attention focused off ObamaCare and Benghazi...and to that I say he failed miserably.

Iran and ‘Fast & Furious’…tied together in lies and deceit by our ever-loving media

You know things are bad…real bad…when even Iran calls Barack HUSSEIN Obama out as the liar that we all know him to be.

Late Thursday night Iran quit and walked out of the ongoing nuclear disarmament talks on enforcement mechanisms currently ongoing with the P5+1 in Geneva. Iran’s chief nuclear negotiator, Abbas Araqchi, claimed Washington agreed that NO further or new sanctions would be placed against Iran for six months, and that Obama is now “going against the spirit of the landmark agreement reached last month by expanding its sanctions blacklist…and Tehran was weighing the 'appropriate response.’”

And Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif said that any new sanctions would most assuredly kill the agreed to comprehensive deal.

Washington countered this by saying the black listings were carried out within the "framework of the existing sanctions"…the very same sanctions that brought Tehran to the negotiating table and thus did NOT constitute new measures. Continuing with their bloviations, Washington tried justifying their blacklisting of a dozen additional foreign firms and individuals (for helping Tehran evade the international oil sanctions currently in place) by saying it was done to “head off Congress” from imposing additional sanctions that would be in clear breach of the Geneva agreement.

Now let these words sink in…words directly from the Obama administration…words directly from Obama's mouth…“to head off Congress.” This most miserable of presidents and his equally miserable administration are now outwardly working against the United States Congress to stop them from doing what they know needs to be done…as in impose even tougher and more sanctions against the very country that calls America ‘The Great Satan’ and wants Israel wiped off the map.

And true to form our spineless, gutless wonders in Congress agreed late Thursday night NOT to vote on any new sanctions this year…and I bet they won’t vote on any come the New Year either.

So here we have Obama continuing to lie to ‘We the People’ about any and every thing…we have Obama now lying to the enemy…and we have Obama getting Congress to back down on doing what they know must be done…ain’t Obamaland such a happy place (sarcastically said with a deep sigh).

And coming right on the heels of this Iran nonsense is the fact that today marks three years since the murder of Brian Terry, the Border Patrol agent who was killed in a firefight on the Arizona-Mexico border in December 2010...killed in what has become forever known as the ‘Fast and Furious’ gun running scandal yet NOT a word about that from Obama, AG Eric Holder, or the rest of his merry band of miscreants.

To date NOT one single person has been fired over ‘Fast and Furious’ let alone even been called to task…shades of Benghazi isn’t it. In fact, last month a federal court threw out a case brought by Brian Terry’s family against the government saying that money already awarded to the family precludes this sort of case from proceeding.

Saying the rule of law is that if the victim's surviving family members received compensation from another government statute…in this case money Congress gives to families of federal law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty…they cannot sue the government for more. The ruling also stated that federal worker’s comp law prohibits an award in this case.

Translation…as per this administration’s warped vindictive logic, because the Terry family have been awarded the death benefits they were legally and rightfully entitled to receive, they cannot now or ever sue the government for Brian’s wrongful death. Basically saying your son’s life was worth what we oh so generously give you and NOTHING more reeks of the now normal practice of NEVER dare go up against the Obama administration…period. NEVER mind that the Obama administration was ILLEGALLY running guns to Mexican drugs cartels…NEVER mind that Obama and Holder orchestrated the operation, armed the drug runners, and then orchestrated its subsequent cover-up with lie upon lie (including Holder’s lying under oath to Congress) when the operation went sour…NEVER mind any of that for Barack HUSSEIN Obama and those who orbit around him believe they are indeed untouchable.

And the 'in-the-pocket-of-Obama’ main stream media helps them along every step of the way…helps Obama and his minions cover-up all the scandals that shadow this administration for the media has forgotten how to factually and without bias report the news. Instead they have chosen to decide what is and what isn’t news…what should be and what shouldn’t be reported…and if they deem something newsworthy for how long it should or shouldn’t be reported on.

Today's media is as much a cause of the problems in this country today as it is the problem in this country today. The media created the myth that is Barack HUSSEIN Obama choosing to ignore the facts about the man behind their created myth, and this directly resulted in rogue nations like Iran telling the US what they will or will NOT do...resulted in the cover-ups and lies spewed in the cases of Benghazi and 'Fast and Furious'...and God only knows what else they're covering-up for the worst president in US history.

Sorry Jimmy Carter but you've now been bumped down to number two.

It seems to NEVER end for this administration…for this president…and yet he remains in office NO matter what improprieties come to light. Everything Obama does seems to roll off him…to roll of him as his cohorts and minions circle their wagons around the man the media anointed as the great black ‘savior’ of us all.

Scandal after scandal…lie after lie…shame after shame have surfaced…led off with Fast & Furious…Benghazi…IRS targeting conservatives…spying on ‘We the People’…shootings deemed workplace violence that are anything but..a farce of a government shutdown…defaming and dishonoring our vets…debt ceiling woes…and crying the sky will fall if we default on notes due.

And let’s NOT forget all the ObamaCare lies NOT only about the ACA itself, but the lies surrounding the nightmare of a government sign-up website that simply does NOT work…a website federal officials failed to fully test even after one small test crashed the site.

In fact yesterday, Senior Vice President Cheryl Campbell of contractor CGI Federal, in testifying before the House Energy and Commerce Committee…the committee investigating the website’s failures…said the HealthCare.gov site should have been tested for months before it went live, and that her company informed the White House there were operational problems with the website BEFORE it debuted on October 1st, and yet the White House did NOTHING about it.

And so the Obama White House chose NOT to delay its rollout because that would have delayed Obama’s causing ‘We the People’ pain…something he so likes to do.

Obama’s namesake healthcare bill is his hallmark piece of legislation…that’s what he keeps telling us…the highlight of his legacy…and he is protecting it like a mother lion protects her cubs…yet his legacy now seems to be tarnished…maybe even beyond repair…and rightly so.

So is Obama fainting yet from all the lies…from all the cover-ups…from all the shame that is HealthCare.gov…phony fainting for the camera like his Rose Garden prop did a few short days ago. NO of course NOT as his narcissistic self would NEVER allow that, yet true to form in the midst of this political circus of horrors and hyped-up on his self-perceived victory in raising the debt ceiling, the ‘anointed one’ is hightailing it out of DC to hit the campaign trail for eight fundraising events over the next few weeks for House and Senate Democrats running in 2014.

Leaving the fallout in DC behind…running away like the coward he is…leaving others to shoulder the blame and to clean up his mess…yet maybe this ObamaCare mess just got a bit too big for even his cronies to clean for right on cue enter center stage yet another diversion to try and force us to look away. But this diversion can have major ramifications as it’s a major breach of trust x 35…for it seems Barack HUSSEIN Obama has been a bad boy again as the NSA has been monitoring…and the final orders to do so could only have come from the top…the personal phone calls of at least 35 world leaders.

NOT good…NOT good at all.

And who exposed this yet another scandal in the making…none other than whistle-blower Edward Snowden who in a classified document revealed that after being given phone numbers by an official in another government department, senior officials in ‘customer’ departments such the White House and the Pentagon were “encouraged" to share their contact list details with the NSA…the infamous spying on ‘We the People’ National Security Agency...who then added the phone numbers of world leaders to their surveillance lists and then started to ‘spy’ on them…to ‘spy’...to listen in on...to bug their personal phone calls…a breach of recognized diplomatic protocol.

And wouldn’t it be quite interesting to see Vladimir Putin’s name on that list.

200 phone numbers to 35 world leaders…many allies and friends including the leaders of Brazil, Mexico, and France…and Germany’s Chancellor Angela Merkel who was the first of the 35 to come forward and who is anything but happy about this…as I’m sure the others will NOT be as their names come to light. Yet the Obama White House denied listening in on Merkel’s phone calls saying that the US government “is not monitoring and will not monitor” her phone calls.

So then why did Obama mouthpiece Jay Carney issue a statement saying, ‘The [NSA] revelations have clearly caused tension in our relationships with some countries, and we are dealing with that through diplomatic channels. These are very important relations both economically and for our security, and we will work to maintain the closest possible ties.”

Hmmm…Obama denies monitoring has been going on yet Carney admits it has been. I wonder if Carney will now be called to task for contradicting the ‘anointed one’…called to task just like the low-level government worker with the Twitter account criticizing Obama was…as in he was fired. We just might be getting a new press secretary pretty soon with the excuse that he is moving on to a private sector position.

And rest assured all this will surely be the albatross around the neck of the upcoming EU summit in Brussels as beyond furious European leaders have threatened to delay or outright cancel important trade negotiations with us, and have even hinted that this could very well disrupt the joint counter-terrorism collaborations currently in place.

And once again Barack HUSSEIN Obama built it and owns it all.
