Channeling 44

It's been dubbed “PoliOptics” by the media but what it simply is, is political theater being used almost on a daily basis to try and hide what is both the failed Biden presidency and his gaffe ridden persona. A modern day art form has now become the hallmark signature of what is really the unconstitutional third term of the Obama presidency.

And it started with the fake Oval Office set that Charlie Kirk, the founder of Turning Point USA, exposed via his tweeting a “wide shot” photo of Biden receiving his (supposed) covid booster with both reporters and media equipment clearly visible in the photo. And while the excuse given for the set being built was so that Biden could easily read teleprompted scripts for formal public addresses, that very set has morphed into the routine destination point for almost, but not all, of Biden's addresses.

But beyond the stage where Biden performs...albeit his being a terrible actor...it goes deeper than the superficial to land at policies door...policies controlled, orchestrated, and implemented for and by his puppet master Barack HUSSEIN Obama. So while Biden himself has turned America into a laughing stock no longer truly trusted by our allies and friends alike, it's his channeling Obama's policies where the tangible damage to this country is being done. And here I'll briefly compare and contrast a few policy examples of Obama's with those of Biden on the energy, economic, foreign policy, and most importantly national security front.

So let's start with the “Green Energy” nonsense where Biden, just like Obama, wants to eliminate much needed fossil fuels, ranging the gamut from coal, to oil, to what becomes gas at the pumps. How so...simply, Obama's failed green energy policies have now come back to haunt with the Biden administration channeling the same basic policies just under a different and way more expensive name. An example of this can be seen when one compares Obama's green energy dealings regarding the solar energy company Solyndra with that of the AOC initiated, Biden supported, fiasco known as the “Green New Deal.”

Now, remember back to when in May 2010, Obama claimed that California based Solyndra was “leading the way toward a brighter and more prosperous future” with solar panels that were both cost effect and “kinder to the environment” than were fossil fuels. Obama said these words even while knowing well that Solyndra lacked the so-called “financial health” to pull this claim off, and also that Solyndra would simply become a conduit by which he could funnel our hard earned taxpayer dollars into his then “legacy project” no matter that said funding bypassed key taxpayer protections.

Also, remember that it was then Vice President Biden who actually announced Solyndra's receiving hundreds of millions of our taxpayer dollars to develop and bring to market said product no matter that he, Obama, and Solyndra themselves knew they could not deliver on its promises. A disaster from the get-go where in the end, after wasting millions of dollars, Solyndra not only went bankrupt and left 1,100 people without a job, but left we taxpayers “obligated” to pay for the $535 million in federal loans Obama gave to them.

And Biden's reborn version is but Solyndra “on steroids” courtesy of AOC's aforementioned disastrous “Green New Deal” which, if it were implemented, would basically bankrupt our nation to a tune of 93 trillion...yes trillion... dollars, and send us living as if we were in the dark ages. Much needed fossil fuels would become but a thing of the past as coal mines would be closed, oil drilling would now come to a screeching halt, with nuclear power plants also being shut down...leaving what were originally designed solely as adjunct energy sources...wind, water, and solar energy...being all that would be left to power our nation, with blackouts and energy rationing becoming our new norm. And who would oversee this new norm but the federal government...after all “big government” was and remains both Obama's and Biden's calling card. So what Obama started with his wanting Solyndra being part of his “fundamental transformation of America,” now continues on with his pulling the strings to Biden's sanctioned “Green New Deal.”

And while most of Obama's “green energy” projects thankfully resulted in failure, albeit to the tune of billions of taxpayer dollars lost...his“Cash for Clunkers” being one such failure...Biden now wants to spend trillions of dollars on reinventing“Clunkers” under the guise of “battery powered automobiles and charging stations.” And so Biden, the man who signed the executive order that killed the Keystone Pipeline now has placed even harsher restrictions on oil and gas drilling...restrictions hurting both the oil and gas industry and the adjunct jobs those industries create...knowing well that this would leave even more Americans dependent on government handouts. What better way for Biden to help carry through Obama's “fundamental transformation” than by making even more people dependent on the federal government for all their energy needs.

Now as for Biden's economic policies. It was President Trump who sent our economy soaring with his “America First” initiative encompassing the “Made In America” movement. Starting with his cutting back Obama's out of control regulations on businesses to help make it advantageous for them to bring manufacturing jobs back home; to his creating more jobs for minority groups; to his lowering unemployment numbers by his cutting taxes to where Americans could actually start to save money again; to where inflation became basically a non-issue; now sees Biden reinstating the exact same draconian economic policies of his puppet master Obama.

How so? Remember, it was during Obama's first year in office when our economy was coming out of a recession and where our GDP averaged but a miserly 1.9% recession,  growth rate making it the worst post-recession recovery in history. And if you add in the entirety of Obama's two terms in office his overall GDP growth rate average was but a dismal 2.75%, which is well below the average 3.3% GDP growth rate...a rate seen every year since 1930, including during the Great Depression and every year after a recession since then. And with Biden's economic policies being but a mirror image of Obama's, especially in regards to where spending money is deemed the Democrat's answer to all America's economic woes, Biden is throwing our hard earned taxpayer dollars away on funding both “woke” and gender nonsense, as well as on Obama's generated and ever so divisive “racial inequity” and his faux “climate change” initiatives.

And with Joe Biden also reinstating Obama era business regulations, plus his raising taxes on both large and small businesses, this itself has directly led to the current rise in inflation, which is at its highest level in over 40 years. And while some low level jobs are still being created, it's not enough to slow the rate of inflation...which started to rise when Biden (most probably on Obama's orders) ended Trump's sanctions on Russia and the Baltic gas line... nor will the amount of jobs created increase our GDP, which along with the stock market is the key indicator of America's economic success or failure.

So with Biden still on board with expanding ObamaCare, and his wanting to throw even more dollars at the supposed “global climate crisis”...dollars wasted on trying to control the weather...you can see that Biden's “fundamental transformative” efforts lack any meaningful incentives for growth, major jobs creation, or for quality based private sector entrepreneurship. In fact, Biden's economic policies, to date, are just another Obama update...with socialism in one form or another still being America's saving grace...or so says the progressive, Obama loyalist far left.

Now as for foreign policy where Obama's “apology tour” both directly and indirectly led to the war in Afghanistan dragging on; to his disaster known as Benghazi which helped lead to the rise of ISIS; his losing the war in Iraq that George W. Bush had won; the Arab Spring gone horribly wrong; coupled with his failing to come to the aid of those involved in Iran's Green Revolution; all seemed to culminate in Russia's 2014 illegal incursion into Crimea and Ukraine...where he did nothing but send blankets...all of which now has rightfully come back to haunt Joe Biden for he was Obama's Vice President when all said occurrences were in play.

Simply, Joe Biden's foreign policy decisions, to date, especially his Afghanistan withdrawal fiasco and his basic inactions regarding Ukraine, mimics those of Obama's with his decisions now also detrimentally affecting our economy, our national security, as well as peace and security both here and abroad especially with Obama's very bad Iranian nuclear deal being back on the negotiating table once again. All Joe Biden has offered us is a return to Obama's globalist style foreign policy initiatives that see freedom being replaced by both abject terrorism and threats of nuclear war in conjunction with an endless cycle of ground wars where we no longer allow our military to fight to win. Even the fiasco at our southern border, which lays at Obama's feet, proves just that.

Our southern border, where we are most vulnerable to manned invasion, where our national security now seems most at risk, sees all of Obama's disastrous policies basically still in play under Joe Biden. Remember back when Obama, a man who loved spouting rhetoric backed up with but empty promises, said that, “We're a nation-state. We have borders. The idea that we can just have open borders is something that...as a practical matter, is unsustainable.” Well, we all know that all his actions taken proved otherwise for our border remained open under Obama and now even more so under Joe Biden. In fact, Biden in expanding Obama's failed policies has turned our border into an abject “come and get it free for all.”

Simply, Obama failed to enforce our already on the books immigration laws, as does Biden, and he did so by finding legal loopholes that actually incentivized illegal immigration whereas illegals and their children were released from detention after their having been caught. And by allowing them to live in our country on our taxpayer dime while their immigration cases were pending, the outcome of said hearings had little to no meaning at all. And it was this policy act of Obama's that became an open invitation for even more illegals from Central America to make their way to the U.S./Mexico border. And dare not forget that sanctuary cities expanded in number under both the Obama and Biden administration. But worst of all is that Joe Biden...who halted construction of the much needed border wall...is basically doing what Obama did...turning a blind eye to the ongoing chaos and surge at the border. After all the more that come, the more Democrat votes garnered...Obama's mindset and now Biden's as well.

And so now the game of political posturing continues to be played, played on a set designed for a man who has no idea of what's really going on, and yet he's more than willing to dance and perform at his puppet master's whim. And he does so while both Russia and China are trying to reset a new world order that's more to their liking...a true “transformation of the global governance architecture and world order,” Chinese General Secretary Xi Jinping and Russia's Vladimir Putin call it...done so to challenge both U.S. power and influence on the world stage. And if the world's number two and three superpowers did succeed in said endeavor our country, with clueless Joe Biden at the helm, is in deep trouble...so much trouble that even Obama's puppet master George Soros couldn't buy America's way out of it. Case closed.

The Fix is In

A key player for sure for what was Susan Rice but a bought and paid for political operative working on behalf of the Obama administration. Now exposed as the person responsible for the 'unmasking' of President Trump’s transition team, this was found out after the White House Counsel's office reviewed her document log requests. But know that in no way did this woman devise this wiretapping scenario on her own for Susan Rice is neither smart enough nor powerful enough to pull off this scope of targeted wiretapping without help and instructions.

And when you dismiss the currently circulating possibilities that maybe she was acting in connection with a joint investigation into Russian interference into the election or that she was simply seeking insight about foreign governments, what is left is the more likely scenario that Susan Rice was conducting the kind of political espionage President Trump has alleged all along, and did so on the behest of her boss Barack HUSSEIN Obama.

And to that likely affect, this past Monday, Senator Rand Paul called for Susan Rice...Obama’s last National Security Advisor...to testify under oath...believing as do I that Obama himself might have ordered her to “unmask” Trump officials for “unspecified purposes”...actually for political purposes as in to bring the Trump administration down before it even began if truth be told. And then on Tuesday, Susan Rice herself admitted that she had asked for U.S. citizens to be “unmasked” on several occasions while hemming and hawing about whether any of those persons were on Trump’s transition team. And of course she vehemently insisted that she had done nothing wrong.

“The allegations that somehow Obama administration officials utilized intelligence for political purposes are absolutely false...unmasking] is necessary to do my job...imagine if we saw something of grave significance about Russia, or China, or anybody else interfering with our political process,” were Susan Rice’s exact words...words based upon lies but then again words coming from the mouth of the ‘Liar of Benghazi’...words basically trying to insert into the discourse the Democrats nonsense that Russia ‘fixed’ the election so Hillary would lose...done so she could justify her what I and others truly believe to be criminal actions.

Saying that she was asked by the intelligence community to turn over the names of those in the Trump transition team who had been ‘caught,’ if you will, speaking via phone to or meeting in person with foreign officials under surveillance...and it was here that General Flynn was named...but what Susan Rice is not saying is that while these names...civilian names...are usually redacted in transcripts that high-level government officials can and do 'request' through a process called ‘unmasking.’ And what is ‘unmasking’ exactly...simply it is the identifying of those whose communications and conversations were inadvertently caught during a coordinated effort of intelligence gathering even though those persons were not the subject of a search warrant.

Now as for Susan Rice’s specific 'requests'...'requests' that are kept under ”tightly-controlled conditions”...these 'requests' are what exposed her actions. It must also be noted that each person requesting such information has to log-in by signing their name before being granted access to requested information, and it is important to know that Susan Rice was one of but three people (with the other two being CIA Director John Brennan and then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch) that Obama gave permission “to request and consume unmasked NSA-based intelligence reports about U.S. citizens.”

And when this past February during a routine review of requests, Ezra Cohen-Watnick, the National Security Council’s Senior Director for Intelligence, discovered that Susan Rice, on dozens of occasions, filed 'requests' for the identities of persons in ‘raw intelligence reports’... persons whose monitored conversations were between Trump associates and foreign officials who discussed then-president-elect Trump’s transition...conversations that were collected ‘incidentally’ without said persons being the targets of specific electronic eavesdropping and whose identities instead of being redacted became known. And this led Cohen-Watnick to (rightfully) bring all this to the attention of the White House General Counsel’s office, who in turn reviewed more of Rice’s requests and instructed Cohen-Watnick to end his own research into the ‘unmasking policy’ and that they would handle it from there on out as the information garnered included 'sensitive information' about not only who the president’s associates were meeting, but their views on foreign policy issues, and further transition plans. as well

And then when National Security Advisor H. R. McMaster was informed of these goings on he sent his aide, one Derek Harvey, to Capitol Hill to brief Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee Devin Nunes on these findings...and the rest is history as they say.

But now that we know the wiretapping on President Trump did indeed happen and that it involved Obama’s flunky Susan Rice, the questions remaining become what if any hand did Barack HUSSEIN Obama have in this, what if any crime did Susan Rice commit, and if a crime was indeed committed and if Obama was involved...as I and others suspect...what should their punishments be?

So did the woman who said “I leaked nothing to nobody and never have and never would” commit any crime...I say ‘yes.' And that crime starts with what she does best...lie. But why lie if Susan Rice felt she did nothing wrong...why lie if there was nothing to cover up... why...because Susan Rice was instructed to make a crime far worse than Watergate go away. And while that lie might not involve how the information was collected it does involve the hows and the whys it was publicly disseminated.

And just like with Benghazi Rice's lies started with her appearance last month on yet another talk show, this time on the 'PBS NewsHour' where she was asked about reports that Trump and his transition officials were "swept up in" an incidental intelligence collection concerning possible Russian interference with the election. And Rice’s response, "I know nothing about this...I was surprised to see reports from Chairman Nunes on that account today."

Liar...for like I said earlier, this past Tuesday, Susan Rice admitted that she asked for U.S. citizens to be ‘unmasked’ and that nothing she did was for political purposes, which again is a lie...a lie told to deliberately create controversy and questions involving the Trump team, and to delegitimize the Trump presidency in any and every way possible even before he was sworn into office.

So, was the monitoring of Trump’s campaign and his transition team and then doing nothing to safeguard their identities as per the law paramount to spying as some say?  To answer that it is first important to remember that while government surveillance of U.S. citizens is indeed constrained by statute and the Constitution, spying on foreigners... including diplomats...is permitted as per the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) which allows so-called ‘secret courts’ to issue surveillance warrants for non-Americans. 

But with Obama having given Susan Rice permission to request the names of Americans picked up in such surveillance, especially when it is being claimed that there was a “compelling national security” reason to do so (as in the Democrats still unproven claim that Russia interfered with our election) some say that disclosing the names of transition officials who were caught up in legal wiretaps of foreigners is not the same thing as illegally spying on the Trump campaign. 

And with some legal experts saying that the standard for senior officials to learn the names of U.S. persons ‘incidentally’ collected is that it must have some foreign intelligence value, a standard that can apply to almost anything, which Rice has now used to defend her actions; and with others like Susan Hennessey, a former attorney for the National Security Agency and current Brookings Institution fellow, saying that they believe there would have been “nothing worrisome” about Rice asking for the names of Trump officials to be unmasked while in her post as the Obama administration’s top national security official....others are saying that while Susan Rice’s actions did indeed if not break the law did cross over into very dangerous ground because as per the law the redacted names...'classified names’...were never supposed to be released and they deliberately were.

In fact, John R. Schindler, a conservative columnist for the 'New York Observer' and a former NSA analyst with deeply placed ‘sources’ in the intelligence community, wrote that "Rice had perfectly legitimate reasons to want to know the full story about those reports"...meaning intelligence reports tracking foreign-government officials discussing Trump or talking to Trump associates....but that Rice was a "deeply unpopular figure" in the intelligence community. "Rice didn't like to play by the rules, including the top-secret ones," he wrote in the New York Observer. "On multiple occasions, she asked the NSA to do things they regarded as unethical and perhaps illegal. When she was turned down, the NSA fears breaking laws for any White House, since they know they will be left holding the bag in the end, Rice kept pushing."

So, while Susan Rice might technically not have done anything legally wrong in asking for redacted names to be ‘unmasked’ in reports involving Trump and his people, she did do something wrong...very wrong...when instead of keeping those should be ‘classified names’ to herself she released them in an effort to not only play politics with said ‘classified names,’ but to also keep the lie going that Russia had tried to influence the 2016 presidential election. 

And what is the punished for leaking classified information whether it be something as simple as ‘classified names’...as per 18 U.S. Code § 798 - Disclosure of Classified Information...”Whoever knowingly and willfully communicates, furnishes, transmits, or otherwise makes available to an unauthorized person, or publishes, or uses in any manner prejudicial to the safety or interest of the United States or for the benefit of any foreign government to the detriment of the United States any classified information...Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.”

So now as we wait and see if anyone has the courage to charge her with anything... especially since both the gender and race cards are now being thrown out by the media in that this attack on Susan Rice is only happening because she is a woman and a black woman to boot...more lies of course...we need to know what role exactly did Barack HUSSEIN Obama play in all this...and know that his hand is all over it as he on so many occasions made public statements to the effect that he would be keeping his eye on now President Trump and calling him to task for anything he did not agree with him on.

And let’s be honest here...Obama was more than a bit angry that Hillary Clinton did not get the chance to finish off his ‘fundamental change of America’ as he and his fellow leftist Democrats counted on her doing. So what better way to funnel that anger than do a bit of payback by any means possible and using any conduit possible.

And so enter center stage Susan Rice who in her capacity as National Security Advisor became Obama’s conduit of choice. And what better proof of that is there than her lies, her alludings, her declining to say whether she personally saw intelligence on Trump's associates or whether she asked for their identities (which the log rolls show she did), along with the fact that neither she nor her Democrat cohorts have said a word defending “We the People’s right to privacy in such surveillance sweeps...right’s assured us by law...right’s she as National Security Advisor should have been screaming for loud and clear.

So with us now knowing that Susan Rice was indeed the 'front man' behind the wiretapping of President Trump, it also must be know that even if she is called to testify that she will invoke ‘the 5th’ no matter what question is asked. And why...because Susan Rice will go 'missing' or worse if she were to squeal even to save her own butt. And besides, the national security excuse is already in place and being shoved down our throats by the media...the fix and the cover-up of the whole sorted mess is firmly in place...just saying.

Exposing the Truth... A BREACH OF NATIONAL SECURITY?

As you know, Craig Andresen from thenationalpatriot.com and I, Diane Sori, from thepatriotfactor.blogspot.com have a radio show, RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS, on the CPR Worldwide Media Network airing every Wednesday from 2-4pm EST and Saturday’s from 11-1 EST and we do NOT hold back. We tell the truth and we do so openly and without reservation.

Our first show, on February 26^th, 2014 was hacked and knocked off the air.

We did NOT back down and returned the very next week, and have been broadcasting ever since through multiple attempts to hack and attack our show and the station as well.

Late last night, Saturday May 10^th, CPR was taken OFF THE AIR by the licensing company and, this morning, the CEO of CPR Worldwide Media Network found the following email in his inbox:

“Michael,”

“With regret, we are closing your coverage effective today due to a complaint of a possible violation of United States National Security. Contact me asap Monday morning and we can discuss this further. You will not be able to access your account here, but you can reach me by emailing me at this address and or calling my office.”

“Please remove all banners/logos and/or text indentifying you as a StreamLicensing affiliate. StreamLicensing is a registered United States Federal Trademark of StreamLicensing LLC and may only be displayed by our active affiliates.”

“Once and if this matter is resolved, I will gladly reactivate your account.”

“Sincerely,” and was then signed by the licensing agent.

It seems we have struck a nerve within the federal government…

Was it the 'Benghazi' expose Craig and I wrote and broadcast on it’s own that brought this about? Was it the 'Land Grab' series of articles and broadcast we did or the combination of the two that caused the federal government under the Obama regime to suspend the streaming license for CPR?

Perhaps it has something to do with the fact that CPR was able to trace and track the IP addresses and coordinates of the hits RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS and CPR were taking for the past several weeks coupled with the ability to clearly recognize those IP addresses as belonging to the federal government?

At any rate, CPR and RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS have now been labeled as a ‘being possible violation of national security.’

However, that’s not the half of it.

Last Thursday, The CEO of CPR Radio, Michael Collins-Windsor parked his vehicle in a parking garage as he ran some errands. Upon returning to his vehicle a short time later, he found all four tires slashed…obscenities scratched into the paint job and a note on his windshield warning him that should he and his “radio cronies” continue their little investigations, his tires wouldn’t be the only things slashed.

At this time, CPR is continuing to broadcast in a limited fashion, NO music or podcasts that contain music as that would be a violation of licensing and session fees which CPR pays for however, Craig and my show, RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS Benghazi special and the Government Land Grab special along with other programing that does NOT violate terms are being aired.

Tomorrow, Michael Collins-Windsor and the CPR attorney team will be in conference with the streaming company to find out which government agency did this, who approached the licensing company executive and exactly what threat speaking our mind, delivering the facts and doing so with complete honesty by Craig and I, our show…RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS…and CPR Radio poses to our national security.

CPR will continue to work toward a resolution to what can ONLY be described as a violation of the 1^st Amendment by the federal government.

Neither Craig nor I will  back down and we will continue to speak out!

The NSA Scandal…Obama tried to make it go away...he failed

OK folks…I’ll begin at the end…Barack HUSSEIN Obama saying “God Bless America” twice at the end of yesterday’s press conference just turned my stomach because you could see him choking on those words while trying to get them out…good thing they were on the teleprompter or I doubt they would have come out at all, but back to the beginning.

Yesterday, after a six-month White House ‘supposed’ investigation into whistleblower Edward Snowden’s flood of disclosures about the true scope of U.S. spying, President Obama (gag) held a press conference to discuss the changes he will implement in how the NSA collects and stores data on ‘We the People,’ our allies, and our enemies.

Saying that the NSA officials did NOT “intentionally abuse” the program to invade our privacy…yeah right…Obama went on to say that he believed opponents of the program had been correct in saying that without proper safeguards the data collection could be used to garner even more personal information about the private lives of Americans then they already had, and that it could open the door to even more intrusive programs.  Nice words but the thing is Barack HUSSEIN Obama was the very man who ordered the NSA to 'spy' on American citizens and will continue to order them do so.

And critical to all he said…actually to what he did NOT say (taqiyya in action)…is that in NO way will the invasion of our privacy be stopped… translating into the information will still be collected just NOT as much of it…at least that we can see that is. 

Also, Obama said that ‘some’ of the changes he intends to make will take effect immediately, but that ‘other’ changes will require further study…which means more of our taxpayer dollars will be wasted on a study of a program that clearly violates our 4th Amendment rights…and that those changes may take an action of Congress to be implemented.  Uh oh…this sitting Congress does NOTHING as it is so I guess that means that in regards to spying on ‘We the People’ they will do even less than NOTHING.

"The reforms I am proposing today should give the American people greater confidence that their rights are being protected, even as our intelligence and law enforcement agencies maintain the tools they need to make us safe,” Obama said during the press conference.

Greater confidence in an administration that shoved the ObamaCare monstrosity down our throats, still covers-up ‘Fast & Furious and does even worse in regards to Benghazi…NO...I don’t think we have any confidence at all in anything this most miserable of presidents proposes.

So folks here now is just a bit of what Obama proposed…and just this bit alone should have you hopping mad.  First off, effective immediately, the NSA will be required to get a ‘secretive' court’s (actually the Foreign Surveillance Intelligence Court) permission before accessing phone records and data that will still be collected from millions of law-abiding Americans…but I say why NOT an ‘open court’ of public record...why a ‘secretive court’…what’s he still trying to hide…hmmmmm…

And Obama said that those phone records...which includes numbers dialed and length but NOT content of calls...will NO longer be stored by the government itself but either by a third party or by the phone providers themselves. Oh really…and what of the huge data mining storage center that he had built in Bluffdale Utah…who now will be the keeper of the phone records when a  ‘For Sale’ sign gets tacked to its front door.  And with the phone companies opposing the expense and potential liability of holding said data, and with NO ‘credible’ third party yet to come forward, you can rest assured that if a third party does takes over they will be one hand-picked from his many campaign donors so that all Obama has to do when he wants to do his snooping is just mossy on over to that third party and say, ‘let me see’…just a slight detour in his targeted control of ‘We the People.’

And this little goody…which al-Qaeda operatives and other assorted terrorists will love…borders on the outright dangerous when it comes to the monitoring of true terrorist activity (the only activity that actually should be monitored), as Obama has said that the government will NO longer be allowed to access phone records beyond two so-called ‘hops’ from the person they are targeting... meaning NO access to phone records for someone who called someone, who called someone, who called the suspect, will be allowed…. NOTHING like helping the brethren yet again.

  Also saying that the U.S. won’t monitor the communications of “our close friends and allies overseas” unless there’s a ‘compelling’ national security reason is pure hogwash as Obama is NOT releasing a list of which countries fall under that category…and Obama being what he is with America’s allies being his enemies and America’s enemies being his allies, heaven only knows where he’s going with this one…or should I say hell only knows to be more exact.

And Obama stating that he will be issuing a ‘presidential directive’ (an order that has the same legal standing as an executive order that remains in effect until a change in administration deems otherwise),that will state the government can only use collected phone data for counterintelligence, counterterrorism and cyber-security to protect U.S. forces and allies, and to "combat weapons proliferation and transnational crime” is again even more hogwash as first, we cannot believe a single word coming out of his proven to be lying mouth ("If you like your current health insurance policy you can keep it…period”) and second, everyday Americans like you and me are NOT involved in spying, terrorism, cyber-hacking, weapons trading, or international crime and Obama and his NSA buddies know it as well as we know that it’s ‘We the People’ who will still be the ones spied on.

And proof is that Obama wants to give foreigners protections against spying and is directing the Director of National Intelligence and his ‘good bud’ AG Eric ‘Fast & Furious’ Holder to put in place safeguards as to how long the U.S. can hold information on non-citizens overseas, and restrictions on how the data is used.  This he does for non-Americans while ‘We the People’ continue to get the proverbial shaft…and again continue to be spied on.

But NO matter what changes Obama says he will make but NOT really do, the bottom line remains that Barack HUSSEIN Obama stands by and completely supports the NSA’s spying on ‘We the People.’  By calling said spying "necessary for national security” he continues to look away at what he called ‘the foreigners’ in our country…meaning his muslim brethren…who are the only real terrorists this program needs to keep track on. And being that he left all the final decisions primarily to Eric Holder's anything but Justice Department and to intelligence agencies that oppose making any changes to the current surveillance operations at all, you just know this entire matter will soon be swept under the rug...or at least that is what Obama will try to do.  Maybe this time Congress will make sure it's NOT but I'm NOT going to hold my breath for that.

Oh and by the way, Obama's shiny and sweating face...that you can see got shinier, sweatier, and pastier as time went on...is a dead give-away that even he knows all his talk was NOTHING but empty political bloviatings...smoke and mirrors if you will...as he tried to get our attention focused off ObamaCare and Benghazi...and to that I say he failed miserably.
