“Can You Hear Me Now?”

By: Diane Sori / The Patriot Factor / Right Side Patriots on http://cprworldwidemedia.net/

“It’s our belief that the man put U.S. national security in great danger and he needs to be held to account for that.”
- State Department spokesman John Kirby in regards to whistleblower Edward Snowden

The European Union (E.U.) in urging its member nations to protect American whistleblower Edward Snowden from extradition to the U.S. got it right...NO ifs, ands, or buts about it.

You all remember Edward Snowden, the former U.S. government tech who, in 2013, while working for the consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilon, 'leaked' thousands of top-secret National Security Agency (NSA) documents that exposed the U.S. global electronic surveillance program known as 'Prism' ...as in eavesdropping and wiretapping...by the U.S., the U.K., and others. Now a fugitive living on a three-year residency permit in Russia, paramount to temporary asylum as Russia refuses to extradite him, Snowden is facing two counts of violating the 'Espionage Act of 1917'...an act which forbids the disclosure of state secrets meaning Snowden is NOT allow to argue in his defense that his disclosures had a public benefit...and one count of theft of government property. And here's a little side note...this law has only been invoked a total of nine times against whistleblowers, but with six of those times occurring during the Obama administration...NOT unexpected as this administration has so much that needs to be kept hidden.

Case in point...earlier this year a federal appeals court ruled that the 'Prism' program was actually illegal, yet just last week the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New York struck down a preliminary injunction brought by the American Civil Liberties Union that would have brought an immediate halt to the above said NSA warrantless bulk phone metadata program...the very program Snowden exposed...and instead allowed the NSA to continue in operation for another 180-days to assure what they called an “orderly transition” period so the program could come to a timely end. A timely end...I really don't think so...more like the liberal court giving Obama and crew more time to 'dispose' of documents they fear might reach 'We the People's' eyes.

"An abrupt end to the program would be contrary to the public interest in effective surveillance of terrorist threats, and Congress thus provided a 180-day transition period...under the circumstances, we will defer to that reasonable decision," wrote Circuit Judge Gerard Lynch, the very same judge who originally ruled what the NSA was doing to be illegal. Quite interesting I would say.

And at the same time this particular ruling came down the European Parliament tried to protect Snowden from prosecution by voting for a symbolic nonbinding resolution that would have all pending charges against him dismissed. In a vote of 285 to 281, the resolution called on all 28 E.U. member nations to “drop any criminal charges against Edward Snowden, grant him protection and consequently prevent extradition or rendition by third parties, in recognition of his status as whistle-blower and international human rights defender.” And then in a separate vote, the same body voted that "too little has been done to safeguard citizens' fundamental rights following revelations of electronic mass surveillance" by passing in a vote of 342 to 274 with 29 abstentions, another resolution urging the E.U. Commission to make sure that all data transfers to the U.S. have an "effective level of protection," while at the same time calling for more Internet technology independence and online privacy among European nations themselves.

But can you really blame them, after all the documents Snowden revealed showed one and all that the U.S. under the Obama administration had spied...YES spied...NOT only on we American citizens, but on foreign leaders, nongovernmental organizations, and on the United Nations as well. And this has led the E.U. Commission to now consider the ramifications of the European Court of Justice's ruling that struck down the U.S./E.U. data-transfer agreement known as 'Safe Harbor'...the very agreement that allows American companies to move personal data between the European Union and the U.S...rendering it invalid because U.S. surveillance of tech companies conflicted with E.U. privacy guarantees. This translates into American tech companies financially being hurt as foreign companies and governments have been forced to reject their products out of fear that the NSA has, if you will, 'compromised' them, as well as their now having to figure out how to legally transfer European employee and customer data back to their U.S. servers.

And now according to his lawyers, Snowden, who currently is a director at the 'Freedom of the Press Foundation,' would like to come back to the U.S. if...and only if...he’s guaranteed a fair trial with full due process...which is kind of a misnomer as Snowden is charged under a law that allows for NO mitigating circumstances. And via a newly opened Twitter account (Edward Snowden@Snowden ... https://twitter.com/Snowden) Snowden called the E.U. Parliament’s non-binding vote a “game-changer,” while at the same time his lawyers called it a “symbolic blow” to the Obama administration’s efforts to get Snowden back to the U.S. to face charges.

Remember, the U.S. has in place long standing extradition treaties with all the European nations...except in death penalty cases...and this vote sends a slap-in-the-face message that the E.U. will, in Snowden's case, NOT honor this agreement, thus making it clear to Obama that they feel that Snowden did NOTHING less then protect democracy from itself...further translating into the fact that Snowden may soon be granted 'safe passage' to travel freely throughout other countries in the European Union...freely travel and freely talk to anyone he so chooses.

But why is the European Union really protecting Edward Snowden... to find the answer to that we must go back to 2004, when the U.N. special rapporteur (the person appointed to report on the proceedings of its meetings) for freedom of expression, as well as his counterparts in the Organization of American States and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, issued a joint call to all governments to protect whistleblowers from all "legal, administrative or employment-related sanctions if they act in 'good faith.” Then in 2010, the parliamentary assembly of the Council of Europe stated in resolution 1729 that "the definition of protected disclosures shall include all bona-fide warnings against various types of unlawful acts,” and that member countries' laws "should therefore cover both public and private sector whistle-blowers, including members of the armed forces and special services."

And to the members of the European Union, Edward Snowden fits the definition of a whistleblower to a tee as what Snowden exposed, they felt, threatened their very sovereignty, privacy, as well as their founding principles. So the E.U. countries feel they owe, if you will, Snowden a debt of gratitude for his revelations, which clearly and undoubtedly were in the public interest...as they are here in America as well but which the Obama administration could care less about as the public interest...as 'We the People'...be damned.

So in the E.U. now giving Snowden a form of legal protection they have done two things, first being what our First Amendment failed to do in Edward Snowden's case...protect the privacy of individuals in a clear case of need-to-know public interest as it relates to the freedom of information and second, the Whistleblower Protection Act...a federal law that protects federal whistleblowers who work for the government and report agency misconduct...seems to have been completely negated as it did NOT protect Edward Snowden whose sounding the alarm was indeed an act done in the public interest...an interest having NOTHING whatsoever to do with national security issues being breached as would be interpreted by our intelligence services.

And with Snowden tweeting that, “This [E.U. ruling] is not a blow against the U.S. Government, but an open hand extended by friends. It is a chance to move forward,” the truth is it is indeed a well deserved blow to an administration run amok that has NEVER been called to task for their criminal actions. And you have to love that when Edward Snowden signed onto Twitter that he chose to follow only one account...that being the NSA...whose first tweet to them was “Can you hear me now?” Yeah they can and so too can 'We the People.'

Is the key to the IRS scandal hiding in Russia...part 3 of 3
By: Diane Sori and Craig Andresen

As more testimony is given in the IRS scandal it's becoming obvious that the missing e-mails could very well be the key to collapsing the entire Obama administration, but it first must be understood that the IRS e-mails were NOT being secured because the IRS did NOT want them to be secured...period.

And why...because e-mail messages are considered official documents and can be offered as evidence in court and therefore can be legally binding...especially e-mails regarding the transaction of official business...of IRS business.

And the missing e-mails in question needed to be destroyed because...we believe ...they contained evidence that the IRS...a supposed nonpartisan government agency...knowingly engaged in criminal activities to cover for the actions of Barack HUSSEIN Obama as explained in part 2 of this investigative report (http://thepatriotfactor.blogspot.com/2014/06/op-ed-is-key-to-irs-scandal-hiding-in.html). We also believe that NSA whistle blower Edward Snowden could also have noticed something was amiss at the IRS especially concerning e-mail correspondence...and with his vast computer expertise he could have 'secured' copies of those e-mails for himself out of fear such incriminating e-mails would go missing...which indeed they did...as outlined in part 1 of this report (http://www.thenationalpatriot.com/2014/06/24/is-the-key-to-the-irs-scandal-hiding-in-russia-part-1/).

Now what everyone needs to understand is how the IRS...a mega-agency that according to government records spent more than $4 billion on contracts labeled 'information technology and software' over the last five years...yet according to last week's testimony by IRS Commissioner John Koskinen himself...the IRS had NO funds with which to save and store e-mails due to budgetary constraints...due to “declining budget resources”...that he claimed prevented the agency from spending the $10 million needed to save and store e-mails...basically to upgrade their system from having to use tape for backups, from having to use hard-drives instead of servers to store information, and from only having the capacity to hold information garnered for six months.

Now ain't that a kick as 'We the People' are told to store our records for a minimum of seven years yet the very agency telling us to do just that only stores their information for six months...talk about the epitome of hypocrisy.

Excuse me but with $4 billion dollars having been spent over five years...and what a coincidence that such extravagant spending occurred during the exact time frame that Barack HUSSEIN Obama has been in office...that $10 million could NOT have been put aside from their $4 billion spending spree for such an important endeavor as securing critical interdepartmental e-mails. Of course it couldn't and for very good reason as those e-mails (we believe) were NEVER intended to be saved because to save them would possibly risk exposing...if they fell into the wrong hands...hands like those of Edward Snowden...the truth about an administration and about a traitor of a president run amok.

NO...that could NOT be risked so all e-mails of critical importance that tied Obama in any way into the IRS scandal...especially those between Lois Lerner and Obama himself..had to go 'poof' either by using the cooked up phony crashed computer story or by someone simply hand destroying the hard-drives themselves.

But the question remains where was $4 billion of our taxpayer dollars spent if it was NOT spent on securing and protecting these critical computers and the important information they housed...well let me tell you and it will NOT make you, the reader, happy at all. First, between 2010 and 2012...covering most of the time frame of the missing e-mails...some $50 million of that $4 billion was spent by the IRS on 220 conference trips...with $38 million of that in 2010 alone. And if you break that $50 million down into more easily recognizable and manageable numbers that comes out to $227,272.72 being spent on each conference trip. And this includes our tax dollars being spent on...actually wasted on...$3,500 per night hotel rooms, promotional materials, paintings, and other frivolities all while our economy was tanking, many were without jobs or health insurance, and some even without a roof over their heads.

Now let's look at one conference in particular...a conference approved by then IRS Deputy Commissioner Mark Ernst (who left the IRS in 2010), and then Commissioner Steve Miller... one of many conferences where our taxpayer dollars were spent on IRS hierarchy having a grand old time instead of having those monies spent on securing and upgrading IRS computers. In 2010, with the IRS already engaged in the targeting of TEA Party and Conservative groups seeking 501(c)(3) status, they had the audacity to spend $4.1 million for its entire management staff to attend the Small Business/Self-Employed (SB/SE) Division Conference, called 'Leading into the Future,' held in Anaheim, California...a conference where none of those attending were required to document their attendance at the supposedly important training sessions.

But where exactly did the money for this conference come from...according to SB/SE Division management, they were allocated $132.7 million in the IRS's FY 2010 budget to hire 1,315 full-time employees, and the conference was paid for with what they called "leftover money" as they did NOT hire all the employees they could have hired...all the Americans they could have put back to work.

However, a complaint about this conference's cost was filed, and after conducting a thorough investigation the Treasury Department's then Inspector General for Tax Administration Steve Miller (who was forced to resign amid revelations that the IRS targeted conservative groups for special scrutiny and who was replaced by Daniel Werfel who was then replaced by John Koskinen) concluded that the IRS did indeed spend excessive sums of money on what they deemed to be "questionable expenses" during this conference.

And "questionable expenses" they were with some of the 2,600 attendees receiving high-priced baseball tickets and stays in 'presidential' hotel suites that normally cost $1,500 to $3,500 per night. And the 15 non-IRS speakers at the conference were paid a total of $135,000 in fees, with artist Erik Wahl being paid $17,000 to talk about what was called "leadership through art"... like art has anything to do with IRS business...and another $11,430 being paid for so-called 'positive psychology' guru Shawn Achor...referred to as a 'happiness expert'...to lead a 90-minute workshop. I guess the only one made happy by that expenditure was Achor himself because I know 'We the People' sure ain't happy about our hard-earned tax payer dollars being spent on such nonsense.

Also, at this conference was shown two now infamous videos...the 5 minute and 40 second 'Star Trek' video that consisted of a scripted presentation featuring SB/SE Division managers portraying Star Trek characters in a 'supposed' tax-themed parody that SB/SE Division upper-level executives claimed was used to open the conference by highlighting "current issues facing the IRS and SB/SE [Division] in the leadership arena and set the stage for the many topics being covered at the conference," and the other called the 'SB/SE Cupid Shuffle' where IRS managers were seen dancing on a stage. And the cost to make these two videos...over $50,100 of our taxpayer dollars spent on pure unadulterated nonsense that had NOTHING really to do with the IRS or the actual business being conducted at the conference.

But the most egregious aspect of this most egregious of conferences...besides the $35,800 spent on three planning trips before the conference...remains the fact that about $3.2 million of the $4.1 million spent (actually spending when all was said and done $4,297,285 but the IRS could NEVER account for the additional $1 million plus spent) did indeed come from the unused funds that had been allocated for hiring...meaning instead of creating all the jobs the monies had been allocated for...instead of putting Americans back to work...the IRS spent that which they called "leftover money" on themselves...as in to party hardy on our taxpayer dime and 'We the People' be damned.

So now we have a 'perfect storm' brewing between an arrogant government agency who thinks they're untouchable...sounds a bit like the 'anointed one' doesn't it...and a gutless Congress who holds hearing after hearing to get to the bottom of what should be in-your-face obvious and who in the end will most likely do NOT a thing...thus leaving it up to the likes of Edward Snowden or others like him to do what needs to be done...that is find and release the missing e-mails for all to see...for all to realize that they've been duped by the man who would be king.

Now that we have shown, beyond ANY reasonable doubt that a lack of funding was not responsible for not having the sort of computers or retention services necessary to minimize hard drive failures and properly store emails and documents at the IRS, as Commissioner Koskinen fraudulently claimed in hearings last week, it’s time to take a hard and fast look at the probabilities OF having 7 key hard drive crashes such as those that supposedly wiped out the subpoenaed documents.

Professor Ken Homa at Georgetown University looked into this and what he discovered is stunning.

According to BackBlaze, an IT group that tests hard drives, tens of thousands of them at a time by keeping them running 24/7/365 until they crash…of average consumer grade hard drives, about 4perent fail annually. Only 4 percent.  Of the LOWEST grade hard drives available, the failure rate is about 25 percent annually.

During the hearings last week, Congressman Massie of Kentucky challenged Koskinen as to how many computers are used in the IRS and how many hard drives crashed.

According to Koskinen…90,000 employees suffer about 2000 hard drive crashes per year which points to the 4-5 percent category and NOT the 25 percent group of lowest rated hard drives available so…and hold onto your seats…by using a factor of 7 because of the 7 key hard drives...the odds of them failing all at the same time are...

Well, let’s put it this way…the odds are better that you will be struck and killed by lightning (1 in 2,320,000) than you becoming a saint recognized by the Catholic church (1 in 20 million) and yet we are asked to believe that 7 key people of interest in the IRS targeting scandal all had their emails wiped out when their individual hard drives crashed…all just days after first being notified that house committees were interested in LOOKING at those emails when the odds against that VERY thing are…a staggering 6 BILLION to 1.

To put this another way…while the odds of such a 7-way hard drive crash at the IRS is 1 in 6 billion…YOUR odds of being audited are about 1 in 104 and while the IRS only keeps THEIR crucial information for 6 months, you had damn well better have the last 7 YEARS of yours.

It’s clear that these 7 key hard drives didn’t just up and fail but, to wrap all this up…exactly to whom did these 7 hard drives belong?

Agent Julie Chen, IRS ID number 31261 an Exempt Organizations Official in the Cincinnati office.

Agent Nancy Heagney, IRS ID number 31306…another Exempt Organizations Official from the Cincinnati office who worked under Lois Lerner.

Both Chen and Heagney would be considered small fish and likely the “couple of rogue agents” cited by Obama in the early days of this breaking scandal…those he would gladly throw under the bus in order to stay above the fray himself but, the fish get bigger.

Supervisory Agent Tyler Chumney, IRS ID number 31321 who, like Heagney and Chen operated out of the Cincinnati office and likely the supervisor to whom Heagney and Chen reported.

Then, there’s Agent Kimberly Kitchens, IRS ID number 31457 who, along with the previous three, worked in Cincinnati and Kitchens was also a donor to Obama’s 2012 campaign.

What we can take from the information on these IRS employees is that the spate of computer crashes were not confined to, as we have been led to believe, the DC office but also took place in Cincinnati meaning that the odds of these 7 hard drive crashes occurring in 2 separate offices to the exact 7 key people whose emails had just been drawn into question just went from 1 in 6 billion to something substantially more improbable.

Every scandal complete with a cover up needs someone to handle PR and feed the media only what propaganda is deemed suitable and the IRS targeting scandal seems to have had their own, built-in control for just such an occasion…IRS National Media Relations Chief Michelle Eldridge, the woman who took the IRS through the media gauntlet after IRS whistle blowers were targeted by the agency AND from allegations leveled by none other than CHUCK GRASLEY when the IRS leaked confidential info on Conservatives to the LIBERAL nonprofit organization, ProPublica.

And, it gets even more interesting when one considers that Eldridge met with Joe Biden, in the White House, on March 22nd 2010…about the time the targeting scandal started.

Want one more?

How about Former Chief of Staff to IRS Commissioner Steven Miller, one Agent Nikole Flax who also worked for Lois Lerner in the Exempt Organization division. Yes, that’s the exact same Nikole Flax whose name appears on the WHITE HOUSE VISITOR LOGS a surprising 31 times between... July 12th, 2010 and…May 10th, 2013…exactly 3 days before the targeting scandal went public last year.

Still not convinced that this targeting scandal goes all the way to the Oval Office?

You may not be familiar with the name Jeanne Lambrew but she met with Flax TWICE, in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building, next door to the West Wing of the White House where the offices for White House staff are housed and Jeane Lambrew, a top aide to Barack Hussein Obama did in fact, act as a conduit for confidential info on Conservative groups with…Lois Lerner.

It’s now time to connect the dots by asking a few pertinent questions.

What are the chances that all six of the IRS agents and executives named above along with Lois Lerner had their hard drives crash, in concert just days after first being asked to turn over their emails?

Well…as we now know…the chances are 1 in 6 billion.

Why would a top aide to Obama, one we know acted as an agent in exchanging confidential information regarding Conservative groups during the IRS targeting scandal, be meeting with the former Chief of Staff to the IRS Commissioner who also worked for Lois Lerner during the targeting scandal if Obama himself wasn’t intimately involved?

If Obama isn’t intimately involved, there would be no reasonable explanation for the Flax and Lambrew meetings.

Why would Lois Lerner be giving the fast tax exempt green light to the organizations highlighted in part 2 of this series (http://thepatriotfactor.blogspot.com/2014/06/op-ed-is-key-to-irs-scandal-hiding-in.html) if Obama wasn’t intimately involved?

She wouldn’t.

Along with the criminal activities exposed here in this 3 part series, the IRS has also violated privacy laws by leaking confidential information on American citizens to the FBI, obstructed house and senate investigations, and Lois Lerner has been found to be in contempt while current IRS Commissioner John Koskinen may well have committed perjury during his testimony last week.

Given all of this and what is undoubtedly yet to come, is there any reasonable reason to believe that the IRS can or should be trusted as the enforcement arm of Obamacare?

Simple answer…no way in hell.

Given what we have presented in this 3 part series, can anyone reasonably believe that Obama didn’t know of the IRS targeting of Conservative groups until he heard about it in the media?

Absolutely not.

Can ANYONE reasonably believe THIS statement from Obama on the day the IRS targeting scandal broke…May 13th, 2013: "If in fact IRS personnel engaged in the kind of practices that have been reported on, and were intentionally targeting conservative groups, then that's outrageous. And there's no place for it. And they have to be held fully accountable. Because the IRS as an independent agency, requires absolute integrity and people have to have confidence that they're applying it in a nonpartisan way. Applying the laws in a nonpartisan way. And you should feel that way regardless of party. I don't care whether you're a Democrat, Independent or a Republican."

Can anyone now reasonably doubt that Obama was launching a preemptive strike against what he knew would be breaking news regarding the IRS targeting scandal just one week earlier when he told graduates:

Edmund Burke said: “All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent,” and given the long and growing list of abuses of power, contempt, high crimes and misdemeanors and treason committed over the past 5 ½ years…tyranny is not “lurking around the corner…” it is personified by Obama’s insistence that “people of good conscience remain silent.”

Can ANY credibility be assigned to Obama's response to a question regarding the possibility of corruption or mass corruption at play in the IRS targeting scandal when he said: “Not even mass corruption -- not even a smidgen of
corruption?"

Are you kidding?

And while we realized that the theory put forth in Part 1 of this series (http://www.thenationalpatriot.com/2014/06/24/is-the-key-to-the-irs-scandal-hiding-in-russia-part-1/) appeared on its face to be something of a stretch, with what we have exposed in Parts 2 (http://thepatriotfactor.blogspot.com/2014/06/op-ed-is-key-to-irs-scandal-hiding-in.html) and here in part 3 of this series, what do you now think are the chances that there were enough red flags flying to garner the interest and attention of Ed Snowden and that he just might, in fact, have copies of the emails the IRS claims are now unrecoverable?

A whole hell of a lot less than 1 in 6 billion…and if the names Lois Lerner, Nikole Flax, Nancy Heagney, Julie Chen, Tyler Chumney, Kimberly Kitchens or Michelle Eldridge just happen to appear on the Ed Snowden leaked, soon to be published full list of all Americans upon whom the NSA was spying…the odds against Snowden having copies of those incriminating emails drops significantly.

Obviously, the targeting scandal was not just a couple of rogue agents in the Cincinnati office, it was a rogue agency operating above the law and we believe at the personal direction of Barack Hussein Obama for his political gain and to seek political revenge on his behalf.

This is a Constitutional Republic not a dictatorship.

We are a nation of laws and when government agencies, our highest elected officials and government as a whole are allowed to operate outside and above the law there can be no reasonable expectation that the people of the nation should act within or abide by the law.

Op-ed:
The NSA Scandal…Obama tried to make it go away...he failed
By: Diane Sori

“I will end the program as it currently exists."                                                     - Barack HUSSEIN Obama, 1/17/14

OK folks…I’ll begin at the end…Barack HUSSEIN Obama saying “God Bless America” twice at the end of yesterday’s press conference just turned my stomach because you could see him choking on those words while trying to get them out…good thing they were on the teleprompter or I doubt they would have come out at all, but back to the beginning.

Yesterday, after a six-month White House ‘supposed’ investigation into whistleblower Edward Snowden’s flood of disclosures about the true scope of U.S. spying, President Obama (gag) held a press conference to discuss the changes he will implement in how the NSA collects and stores data on ‘We the People,’ our allies, and our enemies.

Saying that the NSA officials did NOT “intentionally abuse” the program to invade our privacy…yeah right…Obama went on to say that he believed opponents of the program had been correct in saying that without proper safeguards the data collection could be used to garner even more personal information about the private lives of Americans then they already had, and that it could open the door to even more intrusive programs.  Nice words but the thing is Barack HUSSEIN Obama was the very man who ordered the NSA to 'spy' on American citizens and will continue to order them do so.

And critical to all he said…actually to what he did NOT say (taqiyya in action)…is that in NO way will the invasion of our privacy be stopped… translating into the information will still be collected just NOT as much of it…at least that we can see that is.

Also, Obama said that ‘some’ of the changes he intends to make will take effect immediately, but that ‘other’ changes will require further study…which means more of our taxpayer dollars will be wasted on a study of a program that clearly violates our 4th Amendment rights…and that those changes may take an action of Congress to be implemented.  Uh oh…this sitting Congress does NOTHING as it is so I guess that means that in regards to spying on ‘We the People’ they will do even less than NOTHING.

"The reforms I am proposing today should give the American people greater confidence that their rights are being protected, even as our intelligence and law enforcement agencies maintain the tools they need to make us safe,” Obama said during the press conference.

Greater confidence in an administration that shoved the ObamaCare monstrosity down our throats, still covers-up ‘Fast & Furious and does even worse in regards to Benghazi…NO...I don’t think we have any confidence at all in anything this most miserable of presidents proposes.

So folks here now is just a bit of what Obama proposed…and just this bit alone should have you hopping mad.  First off, effective immediately, the NSA will be required to get a ‘secretive' court’s (actually the Foreign Surveillance Intelligence Court) permission before accessing phone records and data that will still be collected from millions of law-abiding Americans…but I say why NOT an ‘open court’ of public record...why a ‘secretive court’…what’s he still trying to hide…hmmmmm…

And Obama said that those phone records...which includes numbers dialed and length but NOT content of calls...will NO longer be stored by the government itself but either by a third party or by the phone providers themselves. Oh really…and what of the huge data mining storage center that he had built in Bluffdale Utah…who now will be the keeper of the phone records when a  ‘For Sale’ sign gets tacked to its front door.  And with the phone companies opposing the expense and potential liability of holding said data, and with NO ‘credible’ third party yet to come forward, you can rest assured that if a third party does takes over they will be one hand-picked from his many campaign donors so that all Obama has to do when he wants to do his snooping is just mossy on over to that third party and say, ‘let me see’…just a slight detour in his targeted control of ‘We the People.’

And this little goody…which al-Qaeda operatives and other assorted terrorists will love…borders on the outright dangerous when it comes to the monitoring of true terrorist activity (the only activity that actually should be monitored), as Obama has said that the government will NO longer be allowed to access phone records beyond two so-called ‘hops’ from the person they are targeting... meaning NO access to phone records for someone who called someone, who called someone, who called the suspect, will be allowed…. NOTHING like helping the brethren yet again.

Also saying that the U.S. won’t monitor the communications of “our close friends and allies overseas” unless there’s a ‘compelling’ national security reason is pure hogwash as Obama is NOT releasing a list of which countries fall under that category…and Obama being what he is with America’s allies being his enemies and America’s enemies being his allies, heaven only knows where he’s going with this one…or should I say hell only knows to be more exact.

And Obama stating that he will be issuing a ‘presidential directive’ (an order that has the same legal standing as an executive order that remains in effect until a change in administration deems otherwise),that will state the government can only use collected phone data for counterintelligence, counterterrorism and cyber-security to protect U.S. forces and allies, and to "combat weapons proliferation and transnational crime” is again even more hogwash as first, we cannot believe a single word coming out of his proven to be lying mouth ("If you like your current health insurance policy you can keep it…period”) and second, everyday Americans like you and me are NOT involved in spying, terrorism, cyber-hacking, weapons trading, or international crime and Obama and his NSA buddies know it as well as we know that it’s ‘We the People’ who will still be the ones spied on.

And proof is that Obama wants to give foreigners protections against spying and is directing the Director of National Intelligence and his ‘good bud’ AG Eric ‘Fast & Furious’ Holder to put in place safeguards as to how long the U.S. can hold information on non-citizens overseas, and restrictions on how the data is used.  This he does for non-Americans while ‘We the People’ continue to get the proverbial shaft…and again continue to be spied on.

But NO matter what changes Obama says he will make but NOT really do, the bottom line remains that Barack HUSSEIN Obama stands by and completely supports the NSA’s spying on ‘We the People.’  By calling said spying "necessary for national security” he continues to look away at what he called ‘the foreigners’ in our country…meaning his muslim brethren…who are the only real terrorists this program needs to keep track on. And being that he left all the final decisions primarily to Eric Holder's anything but Justice Department and to intelligence agencies that oppose making any changes to the current surveillance operations at all, you just know this entire matter will soon be swept under the rug...or at least that is what Obama will try to do.  Maybe this time Congress will make sure it's NOT but I'm NOT going to hold my breath for that.

Oh and by the way, Obama's shiny and sweating face...that you can see got shinier, sweatier, and pastier as time went on...is a dead give-away that even he knows all his talk was NOTHING but empty political bloviatings...smoke and mirrors if you will...as he tried to get our attention focused off ObamaCare and Benghazi...and to that I say he failed miserably.

Op-ed:
And so it continues…on and on ad-nauseum         By: Diane Sori

It seems to NEVER end for this administration…for this president…and yet he remains in office NO matter what improprieties come to light. Everything Obama does seems to roll off him…to roll of him as his cohorts and minions circle their wagons around the man the media anointed as the great black ‘savior’ of us all.

Scandal after scandal…lie after lie…shame after shame have surfaced…led off with Fast & Furious…Benghazi…IRS targeting conservatives…spying on ‘We the People’…shootings deemed workplace violence that are anything but..a farce of a government shutdown…defaming and dishonoring our vets…debt ceiling woes…and crying the sky will fall if we default on notes due.

And let’s NOT forget all the ObamaCare lies NOT only about the ACA itself, but the lies surrounding the nightmare of a government sign-up website that simply does NOT work…a website federal officials failed to fully test even after one small test crashed the site.

In fact yesterday, Senior Vice President Cheryl Campbell of contractor CGI Federal, in testifying before the House Energy and Commerce Committee…the committee investigating the website’s failures…said the HealthCare.gov site should have been tested for months before it went live, and that her company informed the White House there were operational problems with the website BEFORE it debuted on October 1st, and yet the White House did NOTHING about it.

And so the Obama White House chose NOT to delay its rollout because that would have delayed Obama’s causing ‘We the People’ pain…something he so likes to do.

Obama’s namesake healthcare bill is his hallmark piece of legislation…that’s what he keeps telling us…the highlight of his legacy…and he is protecting it like a mother lion protects her cubs…yet his legacy now seems to be tarnished…maybe even beyond repair…and rightly so.

So is Obama fainting yet from all the lies…from all the cover-ups…from all the shame that is HealthCare.gov…phony fainting for the camera like his Rose Garden prop did a few short days ago. NO of course NOT as his narcissistic self would NEVER allow that, yet true to form in the midst of this political circus of horrors and hyped-up on his self-perceived victory in raising the debt ceiling, the ‘anointed one’ is hightailing it out of DC to hit the campaign trail for eight fundraising events over the next few weeks for House and Senate Democrats running in 2014.

Leaving the fallout in DC behind…running away like the coward he is…leaving others to shoulder the blame and to clean up his mess…yet maybe this ObamaCare mess just got a bit too big for even his cronies to clean for right on cue enter center stage yet another diversion to try and force us to look away. But this diversion can have major ramifications as it’s a major breach of trust x 35…for it seems Barack HUSSEIN Obama has been a bad boy again as the NSA has been monitoring…and the final orders to do so could only have come from the top…the personal phone calls of at least 35 world leaders.

NOT good…NOT good at all.

And who exposed this yet another scandal in the making…none other than whistle-blower Edward Snowden who in a classified document revealed that after being given phone numbers by an official in another government department, senior officials in ‘customer’ departments such the White House and the Pentagon were “encouraged" to share their contact list details with the NSA…the infamous spying on ‘We the People’ National Security Agency...who then added the phone numbers of world leaders to their surveillance lists and then started to ‘spy’ on them…to ‘spy’...to listen in on...to bug their personal phone calls…a breach of recognized diplomatic protocol.

And wouldn’t it be quite interesting to see Vladimir Putin’s name on that list.

200 phone numbers to 35 world leaders…many allies and friends including the leaders of Brazil, Mexico, and France…and Germany’s Chancellor Angela Merkel who was the first of the 35 to come forward and who is anything but happy about this…as I’m sure the others will NOT be as their names come to light. Yet the Obama White House denied listening in on Merkel’s phone calls saying that the US government “is not monitoring and will not monitor” her phone calls.

So then why did Obama mouthpiece Jay Carney issue a statement saying, ‘The [NSA] revelations have clearly caused tension in our relationships with some countries, and we are dealing with that through diplomatic channels. These are very important relations both economically and for our security, and we will work to maintain the closest possible ties.”

Hmmm…Obama denies monitoring has been going on yet Carney admits it has been. I wonder if Carney will now be called to task for contradicting the ‘anointed one’…called to task just like the low-level government worker with the Twitter account criticizing Obama was…as in he was fired. We just might be getting a new press secretary pretty soon with the excuse that he is moving on to a private sector position.

And rest assured all this will surely be the albatross around the neck of the upcoming EU summit in Brussels as beyond furious European leaders have threatened to delay or outright cancel important trade negotiations with us, and have even hinted that this could very well disrupt the joint counter-terrorism collaborations currently in place.

And once again Barack HUSSEIN Obama built it and owns it all.

Crying wolf for the most devious of motives
By: Diane Sori

Ramadan...meaning 'Scorched Earth'...began on July 8th and ended on August 4th, the so-called 'Night of Power' (Laylet al-Qadr)...the 'Night of Revelation'...the 'Night of Destiny'...when the first verses of the (vile) qur'an were revealed to mohamed...or so the muslims claim.

And on that day, on orders initiating from Barack HUSSEIN Obama, 19 US embassies across the Middle East, North Africa, and certain parts of Asia were closed and locked down as a precautionary measure.  Closed and locked down because of what government officials and 'supposed' intel operatives said was an 'unspecified' terrorist threat coming from al-Qaeda and its affiliates...as in intercepted communiques which 'supposedly' included an attack order from al-Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahri to Yemen-based al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula.

But of course NOTHING happened as most of us knew it wouldn't, because Obama gave the game plan away (probably to warn his brethren) giving al-Qaeda time to change their plans...if there were ever any plans to attack our embassies to begin with. And even if this was true, the ONLY embassy that should have been closed was the one in Yemen, the new ground point zero for al-Qaeda operations.

And now a week later as all the embassies are reopening, except for the one in the Yemeni capital of Sanaa, the stage has been set for Barack HUSSEIN Obama to do what he does best...campaign about how wonderful he is and what a great decision he made in order to keep our embassy personnel safe.  But wonderful he is NOT for whether the threat was real or NOT is quite the distraction from the fact that this miserable excuse of a president once again allowed our beloved America to seem weak in the eyes of the world...allowed America to be seen as backing down to the enemy...allowed America to be seen as a coward who high tails it and runs when threats...'unspecific' threats at that...get too great.

And this 'We the People' can NEVER forgive him for as America caters to and backs down to NO one...to NO nation...especially to NO muslim (YES muslim) terrorist organization...at lest this was so before this man...this muslim...usurped his way into the presidency.

But what can we expect from a man who sides with the enemy every chance he gets...a man who welcomes the enemy into the White House...the American people's house...to break bread.  Remember, just last month Obama hosted his fifth,...YES fifth...White House ' iftar' dinner in the State Dining Room to celebrate Ramadan.  Joined by members of his administration, elected officials, religious leaders, and members of the diplomatic corps Obama saluted muslims (on national television NO less) who claim to be Americans (I will NOT hyphenate anyone claiming to be an American) for their, according to him, contributions in helping build the nation as business entrepreneurs, technology innovators, and pioneers in medicine (gagging BIG time on that one).

Remember at that dinner Obama said the holy month of Ramadan was “a time of reflection, a chance to demonstrate ones devotion to God through prayer and through fasting, but it’s also a time for family and friends to come together”...as in his family...his friends...his devotion to his God...the false pseudo-god known as allah...for NO true Christian or Jew would grovel like that before those out to kill them.

Remember it well for this is where Barack HUSSEIN Obama's allegiances lie...always have and always will.

So knowing where Obama's true allegiances lie why did he really close all those embassies...why would he do something so drastic, at a huge cost to we taxpayers based on what amounts to little definitive information...why when one year ago direct communications were received from Ambassador Stevens begging for back-up and help at Benghazi...why when Obama saw with his own eyes the video coverage of the attacks from the drones flying above the compound did he and his people claim they didn't have enough information to act...why...why...why.

Why...could it have something to do with what I've said since day one...that Ambassador Stevens caught Obama and his people smuggling guns and military grade weapons to the al-Qaeda supported and financed Syrian rebels and was going to expose him...could those weapons have been the ones unaccounted for that he ILLEGALLY gave to the Libyans in violation of our Constitution's 'War Powers Clause'.  And why last week were US Navy amphibious ships in the Red Sea moved closer to Yemen and then pulled back...

Or...and this is a biggie...did all these closings have to do with Edward Snowden and Obama's fear that Snowden found out 'certain things' and is 'talking' to his nemesis Russian President Vladimir Putin. Could Obama have had to destroy all the evidence housed in our embassies to hide 'certain' high-level classified spying programs...to shred documents...to delete files and films...to try and wipe his fingerprints NOT only off of Benghazi with his weapons running but to wipe clean his role in spying on Russia, especially with Russia supporting Assad's government forces and he supporting the al-Qaeda backed rebels.  Could this be the real reason for the closings...what better way to stealthily operate than to do closings in plain sight while the world's eyes were diverted away by phony terrorist threats...this way he could do his 'dirty work' behind closed and sealed doors while the world was fooled into thinking the doors were closed for the safety of our embassy personnel...and doing this to coincide with Ramadan is the perfect cover for it all.

I put NOTHING passed this most vile of men, for Obama is NOT trying to get Snowden back because of his disclosures about spying on 'We the People'...he needs Snowden back because he might spills the beans on him. And don't think for a minute that Eric Snowden won't end up being in an 'unfortunate accident' somewhere...but above all else NEVER forget that Barack HUSSEIN Obama's loyalties will NEVER be with America, with American interests, or with 'We the People' but will always be with those out to kill us.

The NSA leaks...a diversion like none ever before
By: Diane Sori

It was the OJ car chase revisited…Snowden was in the air…he was going to Moscow…he was going to Cuba…he was going to Iceland…he was going to Ecuador…he circled and went back to Hong Kong…stay tuned as the circus continues.

And the infamous WikiLeaks was the ringmaster of this circus, a role they happily took on when issuing this statement:
“Mr Edward Snowden, the American whistleblower who exposed evidence of a global surveillance regime conducted by US and UK intelligence agencies, has left Hong Kong legally. He is bound for a democratic nation via a safe route for the purposes of asylum, and is being escorted by diplomats and legal advisors from WikiLeaks”
“Mr Snowden requested that WikiLeaks use its legal expertise and experience to secure his safety. Once Mr. Snowden arrives at his final destination his request will be formally processed.”
NOW there’s a real trusted source of information and protection for you (gag).

And while we had asked Hong Kong to issue a provisional arrest warrant for Snowden, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region said there were problems with the request.
“Since the documents provided by the U.S. government did not fully comply with the legal requirements under Hong Kong law, the HKSAR government has requested the U.S. government to provide additional information,” Hong Kong officials said.

Adding because Hong Kong didn’t have enough information,“there is no legal basis to restrict Mr. Snowden from leaving Hong Kong,” and so Snowden supposedly left the country.
Yeah right…how about he was let go because that was the plan all along…for what Snowden supposedly ‘exposed’ was made public long ago.

On October 4, 2001 in the aftermath of 9/11, President Bush authorized the NSA to track suspected terrorists by monitoring domestic communications without a warrant. However, the 1978 Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act prohibited the government from eavesdropping inside the United States without first getting a warrant from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (known as the FISA court), so he had to work around this and thus the Patriot Act came into being...well intentions turned into a nightmare.

And on October 26, 2001, Bush signed the Patriot Act into law, thus expanded the government’s electronic surveillance powers. Bush said, “The existing law was written in the era of rotary telephones. This new law that I sign today will allow surveillance of all communications used by terrorists, including emails, the internet, and cellphones”.

Notice the word ‘terrorists’ NOT American citizens…NOT ‘We the People’.

And none of that was ever kept hidden from the public. In fact, in February 2002, The New York Times reported that the Information Awareness Office, a Pentagon agency, “is developing technologies to give federal officials instant access to vast new surveillance and information-analysis systems” and in November they reported on “a vast electronic dragnet” that could sweep up electronic and voice communications as well as financial data.

Fast forward to 2006 when USA Today reported that the NSA has diverted from Bush’s original intent, and had been tracking tens of millions of Americans’ phone calls using data provided by AT&T, Verizon, and BellSouth…data they claimed was needed if they had even an inkling of a reason to believe those 'targeted’ were connected to foreign terrorists or terrorist organizations.

And major newspapers reported on other incidents like this over the years including a New York Times report back in May 2006 stating that immunity had been given to phone companies that had participated in the NSA’s warrantless wiretapping program, and in June 2009 the New York Times reported that private information was being disseminated by Facebook and Google among others.

The difference now from what Bush did then is that Barack HUSSEIN Obama is willfully and deliberately misapplying the intent of the Patriot Act to allow expanded domestic surveillance...spying...on people they know in NO way have connections to terrorists or terrorist organizations.

So Snowden did NOT report…expose… whistleblow…on anything that wasn’t already known and reported on, therefore, NO acts of treason have been committed and NO damage has been done to the United States by his supposed disclosures making this entire situation a ruse of the first degree…a ruse to divert us away from a truth that has been almost a year in coming…a diversion to keep us focused on a scandal that was NEVER a scandal to begin with.

And as events unfold, I now believe Snowden is working for ‘someone’...was sent to Hong Kong by ‘someone’...is being paid by ‘someone’...will get asylum (it seems like in Ecuador) with the help of ‘someone'...all to keep us baited and focused on leaks that are NOT leaks at all for all this information was always out there…one just had to search newspaper archives or the internet to find it.

And who is that 'someone'...who has the major amount of money and power needed to pull this off...only one name comes to mind...the 'puppet master' himself...Mr. George Soros...for the 'anointed one' must be protected at all costs.

NO leaks NO scandal...yet someone is obviously being being protected...so what is behind all this...what would cause such a scandal to be concocted…the one and only scandal that must permanently be made to go away is...in a word...Benghazi.  Benghazi…the stuff of murder…cover-ups…aiding and abetting the enemy…orders to ‘stand down’… gun and weapons running…true treason committed by this president of the United States and his former secretary of state.

Benghazi…the Obama called ‘bump in the road’…the only thing that can actually take down this president and his administration, and they know it…and thus the NSA leaks were born so that the word ‘treason’ would be shouldered by another…willingly it seems…willingly and for a high price I would assume…someone who didn't mind taking the heat off Barack HUSSEIN Obama and Hillary Clinton for as long as possible so that attention would be diverted away from the fact that on June 26th General Carter Ham, head of AFRICOM during the Benghazi attack, testifies before the House Armed Services Committee on the events of that night (in a closed hearing and there would only be one reason for it to be held behind closed doors), and I’m willing to bet that it won’t be pretty...and notice NOT a mention of it in the media.

Benghazi...the ghosts of four dead Americans taint everything this miserable excuse of a president and his administration do, concoct, and cover-up, but maybe now those ghosts will finally be able to Rest in Peace...and it might just take this phony scandal to do it.

A hero NOT quite but a traitor NOT
By: Diane Sori

Obama is mad…furious is more like it…as the scandals plaguing his administration just keep coming but one in particular has ramifications for us all…for this president has, to put it bluntly, been spying on ‘We the People’.

Unbeknownst to the American public, under the banner of a program called PRISM, the National Security Agency (NSA) has had access to all our customer data logs, meaning all telephone calls we make and all e-mails we send, with the information being given to them by major (left leaning) internet companies that we all use, including Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, Apple, and Skype…in other words BIG Brother is indeed watching us…and his name is Barack HUSSEIN Obama.

And this is tantamount to violating our Fourth Amendment rights, “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized”.

And that is at the heart of these recent events.

Enter center stage Edward Snowden, a former NSA contractor who just a few short weeks ago leaked information about this secretive surveillance program (including newly released leaks that NSA analysts can access the contents of a ‘target’s’ phone calls and e-mails without a court order), and true to form for crossing and angering ‘the anointed one’ Snowden has now been formally charged as Federal prosecutors filed a criminal complaint of espionage against him, which included theft, ‘unauthorized communication of national defense information’ and ‘willful communication of classified communications intelligence information to an unauthorized person’, as well as asking Hong Kong (where Snowden is suspected of still being) to detain him on a provisional arrest warrant.

The last two charges against Snowden were brought under the 1917 Espionage Act of which this White House is responsible for bringing six of the nine total indictments brought since the Act went into effect (and there have only been fourteen convictions for treason in the entire history of our country). But is Snowden actually guilty of espionage or treason as some claim, or is he really a hero for alerting the American people to yet more wrong doings by this administration…and that question will most likely decide his fate if he ever is brought back to or returns on his own to the United States.

And while Obama and those in his administration continue to defended PRISM and other programs in the same genre, claiming many terrorist plots have been thwarted because of them, that still does NOT give him or anyone else the right, whether it’s technically legal or NOT to spy on we law abiding citizens for there are some things that are NOT only unconstitutional but just plain morally wrong and this is one of them…but then again morals is something so lacking from this entire administration.

Now according to our Constitution treason, the only crime actually defined in the Constitution, is spoken of in Article III, Section 3: “Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court. The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attained.”

So is what Snowden did treason via espionage…NO I don’t think so as he has NOT levied war against the US, given aid and comfort to the enemy, nor does what he did pose an immediate or tangible danger to this country. In fact, what he did was quite the opposite as he alerted the American people to the immediate and tangible danger we are in at the hands of our own government and from our own president.

Also, the crime of treason requires a traitorous intent, which again he had NO intent for what Snowden did was ‘whistleblow’ on his corrupt employers and alert the public to acts perpetrated by those in power against ‘We the People’… that makes what he did a classic example of the definition of a whistleblower. And what really is a whistleblower but an informant who exposes wrongdoing within an organization in the hope of stopping it…and that is what Snowden did by going public with the information he had.

Now here’s the dilemma…in order to expose this contemptuous act by this administration Snowden had to ‘take’ the proof…steal it if you will…and stealing is indeed a punishable crime as is releasing confidential information he, when hired, agreed NEVER to do. But in a case such as this where the American public is actually the victims of a crime perpetrated on them by their own government…by their own president…does that excuse what he did, because what he did was for the common good.

And how are whistleblowers going to be able to prove their accusations unless they have real tangible in-hand documents to back up what they claim unless they ‘take’ them, because no one is going to voluntarily give them the documents needed.

And now with Snowden being both condemned as a traitor and lauded as a champion of ‘We the People’s’ right to privacy, the fact remains that America is still at war, and while we can criticize our government during a time of war, unless one adheres to the enemy one is NOT a traitor. And NOTHING Snowden did adheres him to any of our enemies for Snowden is being accused of ‘possibly’ passing information to China, and we are NOT at war with China for a state of war actually has to be levied against a country before there can be charges of treason made against anyone, and NO state of war has been levied by this country against China, hence NO adhering has been done to an enemy.

And anyway, to date there is NO proof Snowden has given China or any other nation classified information of any kind…just supposition put out by the media in an attempt to cover for and dilute the crime this president and his administration have committed by spying on the American people…done and gotten caught doing to be more exact. And let’s NOT forget how can Snowden be guilty of treason or espionage, let alone any crime, when both the NSA and Obama continue to claim they are NOT spying on us.

The bottom line in all this is that the right thing will always be that if our government is doing something illegal we have a duty to report it…and that is what Edward Snowden did when all is taken into account (albeit by breaking the law and stealing what wasn’t his), for what he did was expose serious Fourth Amendment violations knowingly and willing done by our government against the American people.

But because he broke the law to do what he did Edward Snowden might NOT be a hero per se, but he sure as hell is NOT a traitor…that distinction goes to our ‘aiding and abetting’ traitor of a president Barack HUSSEIN Obama.
