The True Instigators of Hate vs. Freedom of Speech

Pamela Geller and her group 'American Freedom Defense Initiative' have been the center of controversy this week because of the happenings in Garland, Texas...controversy over her right to free speech...controversy over her right to hold an event depicting the 'so-called' prophet muhammad in cartoon form. And we all know by now the unfolding chain of events that led to the rightful deaths of two homegrown muslim islamic terrorists that were hell-bent on murdering Pamela and other innocents in attendance. And while Pamela's detractors say she is a true instigator of hate, the ISIS fatwa shows to what extent those who wish to kill us all will go to in their effort to reach that nefarious goal.

“We incited no one. We didn’t call for violence, justify violence, or approve of violence,” was Pamela's response adding that, “No one is forced to kill for being insulted. Those who choose to do so are responsible for their actions. No one else is.” And how right Pamela is for one major problem facing American society today is the 'so-called' passing of the buck in the refusal of many...especially those who 'behave badly'...to take responsibility for their own actions.
 
But what remains the touch point of this entire incident is 'We the People's' right to free speech...Pamela's right, your right, and my right to say what we think without being slammed or threatened by those on the kumbaya left who sympathize with the enemy or by those 'supposedly' on our side who in reality are anything but. And being that the right to free speech is both afforded us and protects us as per the First Amendment to the Constitution, the Supreme Court still at times addresses the question of what exactly constitutes 'protected speech'...interpreting those words to mean that NO 'arm' of the government...neither federal nor state...can abridge or deny the right to free speech. Simply, the bottom line remains that “Congress shall make no law...abridging freedom of speech”...period.

And that freedom includes the right to engage in 'symbolic' speech as per Texas v. Johnson, 491 U.S. 397 (1989) and United States v. Eichman 496 U.S. 310 (1990)...and what are cartoons but individual or collective 'symbols' of people, thoughts, convictions, or ideas. But the basis of free speech goes back to James Madison who proposed the notion of 'freedom of speech' when addressing the First Congress on June 8, 1789.

In an address that adhered to the Founder's belief against minimizing the limits of what people could say coupled with their belief that open exchanges of ideas would encourage tolerance among people of opposing views...Madison proposed two separate phrases about the 'freedom of speech' be added to the Constitution, with the first phrase being that, "The people shall not be deprived or abridged of their right to speak, to write, or to publish their sentiments; and the freedom of the press, one of the great bulwarks of liberty, shall be inviolable," and with the second phrase being that, "No state shall violate the equal rights of conscience, or of the press." Madison's first proposal was incorporated into the First Amendment while his second proposal, rejected at first, became part of the Bill of Rights a century later...after the 14th Amendment was enacted...and remains so to this day NO matter that the media and the 'blue' states seem NOT to have any conscience at all when it concerns the free speech of conservatives.

NO conscience at all when conservatives like Pamela Geller...who is in the forefront of pointing out the dangers that 'so-called' radical islam...complete with the abomination known as Sharia Law...pose to our country...dares to speak her mind and hold an event that refuses to embrace the left's and the media's placating the wishes of the muslim occupying the White House...wishes that include acceptance of an ideology counter to all our American values, morals, and ideals. And of course the administration, the media, the left, and some on the right, refuse to accept that others may hold and express beliefs different than their own, and so they start attacking the messenger instead of attacking those who deserve to be attacked...as in 'those out to kill us all.'

And one of the saddest things in this ongoing debate over Pamela Geller's right to free speech happens to revolve around those we thought were on our side...those who continue to criticize Pamela for putting on an event they claim she knew would be incendiary...an event they say defames and mocks all muslims for the actions of a few. And people like FOX's Bill O'Reilly do NOTHING but add fuel to this rhetoric's fire with his expressing disdain over Pamela's inviting people to draw mohammad, deliberately, according to him, provoking muslims in such a manner that she brought the attack upon herself. And why...because as per O'Reilly she knew that any depiction of muhammad is a 'supposed' sin to those who practice islam. Adding that Pamela's event was NOT about free speech, O'Relly bloviated that it had everything to do with behavior...Pamela's behavior NOT the behavior of those who ended up as chalk silhouettes on a sidewalk outside the event.

And to that I say NO way as O'Reilly and his 'supposedly' on our side bunch who are anything but are ignorant to the fact that the people they're defending are the very same people who cut others heads off simply for being Christians or Jews...need I say more. These are who they defend when they should be heralding those, like Pamela Geller, who speak out against these very savages and the things they do.

And as for those on the left who say this event in its artistic criticism of muhammad borders on...if NOT outright is...a form of 'hate speech'...speech NOT protected under the First Amendment...critics like Evan Kohlmann, NBC's terrorism expert, who on 'Hardball' said Pamela and her supporters are “trying to provoke a response from the Muslim community, and unfortunately, this was predictable” ...just do NOT get that Pamela's event actually helps to protect their right to freely criticize both her and her event without fear of physical reprisal...without fear of having a fatwa placed on their oh so cowardly heads.

And with muslim placators ignoring our Constitutionally afforded right to speak freely against islam, whether through a cartoon event or through pen to paper, comes a nightmare from which 'We the People' might NEVER wake up. Now having federal attorney's looking at ways muslim civil rights might have been violated by those posting inflammatory or negative words against either islam or muslims on social media...social media like facebook...Obama says the Federal government may have the right...the legal right...to imprison those exercising their First Amendment right to criticize, mock, or even insult those with their butts up in the air facing East.

NOT giving a damn about the growing persecution of Christians and Jews both here in America and worldwide, Obama and crew are holding an event on June 4th called 'Public Disclosure in a Diverse Society'...anything but coincidentally on the same day as he is set to give away part of our Second Amendment rights by signing the U(seless) N(ations) Small Arms Treaty. This event will 'supposedly' focus on muslim culture (a culture of savage barbarism if you ask me) and how that 'supposed' culture is NO different than that of any other peaceful culture or religion, clearly ignoring the fact that nearly all terrorist acts to date have been committed in the name of islam...in the name of allah...including the attack on an innocuous cartoon event. And with Obama and his media cohorts clearly trying to promote islam...choosing to protect islamist's First Amendment rights but NOT the rights of American like Pamela Geller...he and the media forget that islam is truly offensive to we Americans, our American culture, and our American way of life.

And now with muslims here in our country having been emboldened by Obama's demands that America cater and bow down to those who issued a fatwa on a patriot's head, the Obama regime nor the FBI lifts NOT a finger to protect Pamela Geller from the savages out to kill her. And the media is complicit in spewing the hate against Pamela and in turning the First Amendment into empty words written long ago in a document called the Constitution that thanks to Obama seems NO longer to be the law of our land.

And know that we must stand up for free speech...we must stand up for the Constitution...and we must NEVER allow those in power to make us afraid to criticize a 'supposed' religion responsible for so much death and suffering throughout the world. And, most importantly, we must understand that if a patriot like Pamela Geller can be turned into the villain by a regime and its media cohorts, then what happened to Pamela will happen again...I just wonder who among us will be next.

Ferguson...Unfortunately...is NOT Going Away

- Al Sharpton's words upon hearing the NO indictment grand jury decision

How dare he...how dare this most miserable excuse of a president invite the race-baiting, white-hating, inciter of mob violence, and anything but 'Reverend' Al Sharpton to the White House to again discuss race relations in Ferguson's aftermath...to discuss race relations before Sharpton starts off on his 40-city 'Spread the Hate and Incite Violence Tour'...to discuss race relations with this vile man for the 83rd time.

To invite Sharpton and other 'so-called' civil rights leaders to discuss race relations and police attitudes towards 'people of color' without local Ferguson police representation being present feeds into the black perceived mistrust that 'supposedly' exists between law enforcement and black communities...communities where facts show most violent crimes occur and where police presence is needed the most. And this has led Obama to declare that he will be now demand...YES demand...from Congress that they 'redirect' $263 million of our taxpayer dollars (probably ordering the dollars be taken away from our military knowing him) to 'retrain' the Ferguson police, to put 50,000 body-worn cameras in U.S. police departments across the country (to limit distrust between police and criminal suspects following physical encounters or so he claims), as well as to train local cops to better use surplus military equipment now in their possession.

And he's doing all this while completely ignoring the fact that it's his very own self-claimed 'black brothers' in the street...isn't it always as when was the last time you ever saw whites rioting or looting...along with the media that selectively chooses to ignore their true actions...that need 'retraining' NOT the police.

And 'retraining' puts it mildly if you know what I mean.

$263 million to 'retrain' the police while the Oathkeepers are in Ferguson protecting businesses and citizens because all this political correctness crap about racial profiling and such, along with 'orders' to NOT engage the protesters handed down by the racist AG Eric Holder, has tied the Ferguson police department's hands from doing their jobs...doing their jobs as in following the rule of law as laid down in the Constitution.

Trying to use their First Amendment right of 'freedom of speech' to justify all the mayhem that is happening in Ferguson after so NOT liking the decision of the grand jury NOT to indict Officer Darren Wilson in the justifiable shooting death of 18-year old thug and criminal Michael Brown, these anything but peaceful protesters claim the Constitution protects their right to do what they're doing...as in rioting, looting, stealing, and basically burning the city to the ground.

Feeding off the violence-inciting words of the dead thug's thug of a stepfather or should I say mother's boyfriend, Louis Head, who upon hearing the decision called for his 'bros' to "Burn this motherf---er down" and "Burn the b*tch down," these 'animals'...have to call them what they are you know...then acted upon his words... acted upon the words of this twice convicted drug dealer who spent five years in the St. Louis penitentiary. And in the very act of speaking those vile words...of yelling them in a heated out-of-control frenzy...the man who called for violence violated his own parole...meaning his sorry butt needs to be arrested and hauled back into jail like right now. NO waiting around is needed for Lt. Governor Peter Kinder to investigate Head's words as a possible First Amendment violation, because I can save him time and tell him right here and now that they are indeed a violation for his words posed 'a clear and present danger' to the citizens and businesses of Ferguson.

And while proponents of free speech along with the race-baiters are claiming that Louis Head had a First Amendment right to say those words NO matter the outcome of said words, the fact is that the Constitution does NOT grant 'absolute immunity' to those who would abuse the freedom of speech to incite violence, especially in regards to the concept of 'clear and present danger.' And that very concept has been ruled and adapted by the Supreme Court (Brandenburg v. Ohio, 1969) to determine under what circumstances limits can be placed on First Amendment freedoms of speech, press, or assembly. And under the 'imminent lawless action test' speech NOT protected by the First Amendment is speech or in this case words...the words of Louis Head...that were intended to incite or produce a violation of the law that is both imminent and likely.  And all one has to do is look at Ferguson to see just how imminent and likely his vile words were.

Louis Head...thug and convicted felon that he is...knew damn well what the outcome of his words would be as soon as they spewed forth from his disgusting mouth thus negating any protection he might have had under the First Amendment and so becomes a direct violation of his parole.

And Al Sharpton himself is as guilty of inciting violence as is Louis Head. Obama's chief cohort in instigating a racial divide in this county...the man who has $4.5 million in state and federal tax liens placed against him and his businesses...always puts himself dead center of any national racial controversy...after all race-baiting is big business and he could use the money to pay off above said debt.

Remember, Al Sharpton was the one stirring up trouble even before Louis Head opened up his big mouth with his insinuating that the Ferguson protesters could...might...probably will...become violent if Wilson was NOT indicted. And for all intents and purposes this was Sharpton's attempt to sway...to blackmail...the grand jury into sending an innocent man to trial simply because he was white, and in doing so hoping to stop the 'animals' from doing what they pledged to do NO matter the verdict. And last time I checked, blackmail was a felony crime punishable by serious jail time.

What Sharpton did was blackmail...was extortion of sorts...based upon the legal precedence of fear...fear put into the minds of the jury that if they decided in favor of his self-perceived 'wrong' that they will be the cause of a city falling victim to violence, economic loss, and additional social stigma. And while Sharpton did NOT actually use the oh-so descriptive words of the like that Louis Head did, he still said what he did to instill fear into the jurors. And even if the jurors did NOT physically feel fear, the law clearly states that it is NOT necessary that a person actually experiences fear, but only that the perpetrator...as in Al Sharpton...intended to cause fear...which he most certainly did.

And as Sharpton now sets out on what I call his cross-country 'Spread the Hate and Incite Violence Tour' to stir up the 'element' in the inner cities, it becomes obvious that he is being protected...especially from prosecution...by his race-baiting brethren-in-arms AG Eric Holder and Barack HUSSEIN Obama himself.

AG Eric Holder...a racist of the first degree, who like his buddy Sharpton outwardly and publicly refuses to accept the verdict of the grand jury will try and send Darren Wilson to jail anyway he can.

"The Justice Department's investigation into the shooting death of Michael Brown...remains ongoing and active," the nation's highest cop said while now calling for an investigation of Wilson on civil-rights grounds. But this investigation will most likely lead nowhere as the standard for a civil-rights prosecution is extremely high, and with all the evidence presented to the grand jury NOT even resulting in a routine criminal prosecution, there is NO way Holder can reasonably and legally bring such a charge against Darren Wilson.

But with the key word being 'legally' and with an administration made up (I believe) of criminals of all sorts...criminals who refuse to honor or accept the Constitution as the law of our land...Holder will try and try again to 'railroad' Wilson as he wastes our taxpayer dollars to do so for his hatred of anybody white...NO matter their innocence...rivals that of Obama's personal hatred for his white half.

And what of Barack HUSSEIN Obama in all this...while he too refuses to accept the grand jury decision his words and actions are politically tempered so as to try and deflect attention off his racist white-hating self. As a lame-duck president whose only weapon left is his pen and his phone, Obama must tread lightly for fear of alienating what's left of his party's faithful...a party that is slowly but surely alienating itself away from his traitorous, America-hating politics and policies.

Hiding behind his now called-for task force to investigate and remedy police actions like those that happened in Ferguson...NOT that they need remedying...the political fallout on Obama will add to his grief as the simple fact remains that while for the most part 'you can take the boy out of the ghetto you cannot take the ghetto out of the boy,' and Obama's ghetto actions in his words to the rioters to "stay the course" say more than anything I ever could.

Exposing the Truth... A BREACH OF NATIONAL SECURITY?

As you know, Craig Andresen from thenationalpatriot.com and I, Diane Sori, from thepatriotfactor.blogspot.com have a radio show, RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS, on the CPR Worldwide Media Network airing every Wednesday from 2-4pm EST and Saturday’s from 11-1 EST and we do NOT hold back. We tell the truth and we do so openly and without reservation.

Our first show, on February 26^th, 2014 was hacked and knocked off the air.

We did NOT back down and returned the very next week, and have been broadcasting ever since through multiple attempts to hack and attack our show and the station as well.

Late last night, Saturday May 10^th, CPR was taken OFF THE AIR by the licensing company and, this morning, the CEO of CPR Worldwide Media Network found the following email in his inbox:

“Michael,”

“With regret, we are closing your coverage effective today due to a complaint of a possible violation of United States National Security. Contact me asap Monday morning and we can discuss this further. You will not be able to access your account here, but you can reach me by emailing me at this address and or calling my office.”

“Please remove all banners/logos and/or text indentifying you as a StreamLicensing affiliate. StreamLicensing is a registered United States Federal Trademark of StreamLicensing LLC and may only be displayed by our active affiliates.”

“Once and if this matter is resolved, I will gladly reactivate your account.”

“Sincerely,” and was then signed by the licensing agent.

It seems we have struck a nerve within the federal government…

Was it the 'Benghazi' expose Craig and I wrote and broadcast on it’s own that brought this about? Was it the 'Land Grab' series of articles and broadcast we did or the combination of the two that caused the federal government under the Obama regime to suspend the streaming license for CPR?

Perhaps it has something to do with the fact that CPR was able to trace and track the IP addresses and coordinates of the hits RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS and CPR were taking for the past several weeks coupled with the ability to clearly recognize those IP addresses as belonging to the federal government?

At any rate, CPR and RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS have now been labeled as a ‘being possible violation of national security.’

However, that’s not the half of it.

Last Thursday, The CEO of CPR Radio, Michael Collins-Windsor parked his vehicle in a parking garage as he ran some errands. Upon returning to his vehicle a short time later, he found all four tires slashed…obscenities scratched into the paint job and a note on his windshield warning him that should he and his “radio cronies” continue their little investigations, his tires wouldn’t be the only things slashed.

At this time, CPR is continuing to broadcast in a limited fashion, NO music or podcasts that contain music as that would be a violation of licensing and session fees which CPR pays for however, Craig and my show, RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS Benghazi special and the Government Land Grab special along with other programing that does NOT violate terms are being aired.

Tomorrow, Michael Collins-Windsor and the CPR attorney team will be in conference with the streaming company to find out which government agency did this, who approached the licensing company executive and exactly what threat speaking our mind, delivering the facts and doing so with complete honesty by Craig and I, our show…RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS…and CPR Radio poses to our national security.

CPR will continue to work toward a resolution to what can ONLY be described as a violation of the 1^st Amendment by the federal government.

Neither Craig nor I will  back down and we will continue to speak out!
