The Fix is In

A key player for sure for what was Susan Rice but a bought and paid for political operative working on behalf of the Obama administration. Now exposed as the person responsible for the 'unmasking' of President Trump’s transition team, this was found out after the White House Counsel's office reviewed her document log requests. But know that in no way did this woman devise this wiretapping scenario on her own for Susan Rice is neither smart enough nor powerful enough to pull off this scope of targeted wiretapping without help and instructions.

And when you dismiss the currently circulating possibilities that maybe she was acting in connection with a joint investigation into Russian interference into the election or that she was simply seeking insight about foreign governments, what is left is the more likely scenario that Susan Rice was conducting the kind of political espionage President Trump has alleged all along, and did so on the behest of her boss Barack HUSSEIN Obama.

And to that likely affect, this past Monday, Senator Rand Paul called for Susan Rice...Obama’s last National Security Advisor...to testify under oath...believing as do I that Obama himself might have ordered her to “unmask” Trump officials for “unspecified purposes”...actually for political purposes as in to bring the Trump administration down before it even began if truth be told. And then on Tuesday, Susan Rice herself admitted that she had asked for U.S. citizens to be “unmasked” on several occasions while hemming and hawing about whether any of those persons were on Trump’s transition team. And of course she vehemently insisted that she had done nothing wrong.

“The allegations that somehow Obama administration officials utilized intelligence for political purposes are absolutely false...unmasking] is necessary to do my job...imagine if we saw something of grave significance about Russia, or China, or anybody else interfering with our political process,” were Susan Rice’s exact words...words based upon lies but then again words coming from the mouth of the ‘Liar of Benghazi’...words basically trying to insert into the discourse the Democrats nonsense that Russia ‘fixed’ the election so Hillary would lose...done so she could justify her what I and others truly believe to be criminal actions.

Saying that she was asked by the intelligence community to turn over the names of those in the Trump transition team who had been ‘caught,’ if you will, speaking via phone to or meeting in person with foreign officials under surveillance...and it was here that General Flynn was named...but what Susan Rice is not saying is that while these names...civilian names...are usually redacted in transcripts that high-level government officials can and do 'request' through a process called ‘unmasking.’ And what is ‘unmasking’ exactly...simply it is the identifying of those whose communications and conversations were inadvertently caught during a coordinated effort of intelligence gathering even though those persons were not the subject of a search warrant.

Now as for Susan Rice’s specific 'requests'...'requests' that are kept under ”tightly-controlled conditions”...these 'requests' are what exposed her actions. It must also be noted that each person requesting such information has to log-in by signing their name before being granted access to requested information, and it is important to know that Susan Rice was one of but three people (with the other two being CIA Director John Brennan and then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch) that Obama gave permission “to request and consume unmasked NSA-based intelligence reports about U.S. citizens.”

And when this past February during a routine review of requests, Ezra Cohen-Watnick, the National Security Council’s Senior Director for Intelligence, discovered that Susan Rice, on dozens of occasions, filed 'requests' for the identities of persons in ‘raw intelligence reports’... persons whose monitored conversations were between Trump associates and foreign officials who discussed then-president-elect Trump’s transition...conversations that were collected ‘incidentally’ without said persons being the targets of specific electronic eavesdropping and whose identities instead of being redacted became known. And this led Cohen-Watnick to (rightfully) bring all this to the attention of the White House General Counsel’s office, who in turn reviewed more of Rice’s requests and instructed Cohen-Watnick to end his own research into the ‘unmasking policy’ and that they would handle it from there on out as the information garnered included 'sensitive information' about not only who the president’s associates were meeting, but their views on foreign policy issues, and further transition plans. as well

And then when National Security Advisor H. R. McMaster was informed of these goings on he sent his aide, one Derek Harvey, to Capitol Hill to brief Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee Devin Nunes on these findings...and the rest is history as they say.

But now that we know the wiretapping on President Trump did indeed happen and that it involved Obama’s flunky Susan Rice, the questions remaining become what if any hand did Barack HUSSEIN Obama have in this, what if any crime did Susan Rice commit, and if a crime was indeed committed and if Obama was involved...as I and others suspect...what should their punishments be?

So did the woman who said “I leaked nothing to nobody and never have and never would” commit any crime...I say ‘yes.' And that crime starts with what she does best...lie. But why lie if Susan Rice felt she did nothing wrong...why lie if there was nothing to cover up... why...because Susan Rice was instructed to make a crime far worse than Watergate go away. And while that lie might not involve how the information was collected it does involve the hows and the whys it was publicly disseminated.

And just like with Benghazi Rice's lies started with her appearance last month on yet another talk show, this time on the 'PBS NewsHour' where she was asked about reports that Trump and his transition officials were "swept up in" an incidental intelligence collection concerning possible Russian interference with the election. And Rice’s response, "I know nothing about this...I was surprised to see reports from Chairman Nunes on that account today."

Liar...for like I said earlier, this past Tuesday, Susan Rice admitted that she asked for U.S. citizens to be ‘unmasked’ and that nothing she did was for political purposes, which again is a lie...a lie told to deliberately create controversy and questions involving the Trump team, and to delegitimize the Trump presidency in any and every way possible even before he was sworn into office.

So, was the monitoring of Trump’s campaign and his transition team and then doing nothing to safeguard their identities as per the law paramount to spying as some say?  To answer that it is first important to remember that while government surveillance of U.S. citizens is indeed constrained by statute and the Constitution, spying on foreigners... including diplomats...is permitted as per the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) which allows so-called ‘secret courts’ to issue surveillance warrants for non-Americans. 

But with Obama having given Susan Rice permission to request the names of Americans picked up in such surveillance, especially when it is being claimed that there was a “compelling national security” reason to do so (as in the Democrats still unproven claim that Russia interfered with our election) some say that disclosing the names of transition officials who were caught up in legal wiretaps of foreigners is not the same thing as illegally spying on the Trump campaign. 

And with some legal experts saying that the standard for senior officials to learn the names of U.S. persons ‘incidentally’ collected is that it must have some foreign intelligence value, a standard that can apply to almost anything, which Rice has now used to defend her actions; and with others like Susan Hennessey, a former attorney for the National Security Agency and current Brookings Institution fellow, saying that they believe there would have been “nothing worrisome” about Rice asking for the names of Trump officials to be unmasked while in her post as the Obama administration’s top national security official....others are saying that while Susan Rice’s actions did indeed if not break the law did cross over into very dangerous ground because as per the law the redacted names...'classified names’...were never supposed to be released and they deliberately were.

In fact, John R. Schindler, a conservative columnist for the 'New York Observer' and a former NSA analyst with deeply placed ‘sources’ in the intelligence community, wrote that "Rice had perfectly legitimate reasons to want to know the full story about those reports"...meaning intelligence reports tracking foreign-government officials discussing Trump or talking to Trump associates....but that Rice was a "deeply unpopular figure" in the intelligence community. "Rice didn't like to play by the rules, including the top-secret ones," he wrote in the New York Observer. "On multiple occasions, she asked the NSA to do things they regarded as unethical and perhaps illegal. When she was turned down, the NSA fears breaking laws for any White House, since they know they will be left holding the bag in the end, Rice kept pushing."

So, while Susan Rice might technically not have done anything legally wrong in asking for redacted names to be ‘unmasked’ in reports involving Trump and his people, she did do something wrong...very wrong...when instead of keeping those should be ‘classified names’ to herself she released them in an effort to not only play politics with said ‘classified names,’ but to also keep the lie going that Russia had tried to influence the 2016 presidential election. 

And what is the punished for leaking classified information whether it be something as simple as ‘classified names’...as per 18 U.S. Code § 798 - Disclosure of Classified Information...”Whoever knowingly and willfully communicates, furnishes, transmits, or otherwise makes available to an unauthorized person, or publishes, or uses in any manner prejudicial to the safety or interest of the United States or for the benefit of any foreign government to the detriment of the United States any classified information...Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.”

So now as we wait and see if anyone has the courage to charge her with anything... especially since both the gender and race cards are now being thrown out by the media in that this attack on Susan Rice is only happening because she is a woman and a black woman to boot...more lies of course...we need to know what role exactly did Barack HUSSEIN Obama play in all this...and know that his hand is all over it as he on so many occasions made public statements to the effect that he would be keeping his eye on now President Trump and calling him to task for anything he did not agree with him on.

And let’s be honest here...Obama was more than a bit angry that Hillary Clinton did not get the chance to finish off his ‘fundamental change of America’ as he and his fellow leftist Democrats counted on her doing. So what better way to funnel that anger than do a bit of payback by any means possible and using any conduit possible.

And so enter center stage Susan Rice who in her capacity as National Security Advisor became Obama’s conduit of choice. And what better proof of that is there than her lies, her alludings, her declining to say whether she personally saw intelligence on Trump's associates or whether she asked for their identities (which the log rolls show she did), along with the fact that neither she nor her Democrat cohorts have said a word defending “We the People’s right to privacy in such surveillance sweeps...right’s assured us by law...right’s she as National Security Advisor should have been screaming for loud and clear.

So with us now knowing that Susan Rice was indeed the 'front man' behind the wiretapping of President Trump, it also must be know that even if she is called to testify that she will invoke ‘the 5th’ no matter what question is asked. And why...because Susan Rice will go 'missing' or worse if she were to squeal even to save her own butt. And besides, the national security excuse is already in place and being shoved down our throats by the media...the fix and the cover-up of the whole sorted mess is firmly in place...just saying.

Gay Marriage, Gay Weddings, and the Candidates

Last week was a busy week for the regime...first we had Barack HUSSEIN Obama calling to task Senate Republicans for delaying a vote on his attorney general nominee Loretta Lynch, and then Samantha Power, our Ambassador to the U.N., telling the foreign operations subcommittee of the House Appropriations Committee that the U.S. would continue to support Israel “when it matters” but that Obama would NOT rule out the possibility that the U.S. would support anti-Israel resolutions at the U.N...or as I call them the U(seless) N(ations). Also, we had DEA agents once again cavorting with hookers but NOT a one was fired, and a postal worker went 'postal' and landed a gyrocopter on the White House lawn.

And let's NOT forget Hillary's big week as she and her mini-van headed out to Iowa to 'test the waters' if you will. Let's see...multimillionaire Ms. 'I Left the White House Broke' stiffed a waitress of a tip, parked in a handicapped parking spot and was NOT ticketed, and hid behind dark sunglasses so NO one would recognize her...the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee. The 'Butcher of Benghazi' did NOT want people to know it was her...one has to wonder why.

But the big news story carried by all the media was...drum roll please...Republican presidential candidate Marco Rubio...and my personal first choice...being asked in a recent interview with Fusion network's Jorge Ramos if he would attend a gay wedding...oh the inhumanity of it all.

Gay weddings have now become the media's cause de jour once again....yawn. As if we did NOT have enough of this nonsense a few weeks ago with all the bruhaha over wedding cakes and pizza being splashed all over the news almost non-stop.

NOT jobs creation, our limping economy, immigration reform, sealing our borders, Obama's sellout to Iran, or other issues of true importance but gay weddings...a social issue...a state's issue...is what the left wants brought to the forefront so it can divide we conservatives even more over religious lines just like Mitt Romney being a Mormon was used by the very same left...and successfully I might add...to get the ubber-religious right in a tizzy. And while those candidates who have declared they will run or those whose announcements are expected to come shortly all hold the traditional view that marriage is between a man and a woman, Marco Rubio dared to say that he would attend a gay wedding, Ted Cruz told the media that since he had yet to be invited to any gay weddings he does NOT know at this point in time if he would or would NOT attend, while Jeb Bush as usual hemmed-and-hawed, and Rick Santorum said he most assuredly would NOT.

“If it's somebody in my life that I care for, of course I would,” Rubio said, adding that “I'm not going to hurt them simply because I disagree with a choice they made... you respect that because you love them.”

Very wise words in my opinion from a very wise man who knows that the issue of gay marriage is a state's issue and who does NOT let his personal religious beliefs...that marriage is between one man and one woman...to overrule the love he might have for someone who he refuses to define by their sexuality alone...as many sadly on our side do.

And what of the other 'in the media spotlight' Republican hopefuls...

Ted Cruz...my personal second choice...at least was honest enough to say he's NOT sure and would decide when and if he was ever asked, but also rightfully blamed the news media for trying to“twist” the same-sex marriage debate into a “battle of emotions and personalities” that comes off as though “any conservative must hate people who are gay.” And Cruz, like Rubio, also rightfully believes that questions about marriage should be left to the states and NOT be decided in court.

Scott Walker has already attended a wedding reception for a gay member of his family, while still holding onto his religious belief that marriage should be between a man and a woman. And he too, like Rubio and Cruz, believes this issue should be a state's issue and should be honored if passed and becoming law.

Jeb Bush...my former once great Florida governor who should now just put a 'D' next to his name and be done with it...is a bit more accepting to some degree of gay marriage and gay weddings in general. While NOT an endorser of marriage equality he still believes that America needs all forms of loving families, including loving same-sex parents who “should be held up as examples for others.” And one thing I will say in Jeb's favor... maybe the only thing I can say in Jeb's favor right now...is that he too knows this issue of gay marriage as a whole is a social issue and as such belongs on the state's level, and said so during a recent Hannity interview.

However, Rick Santorum...the darling of those basing their vote on their religious convictions alone...emphatically said when asked if he would attend a gay wedding, “NO I would NOT...as a person of my faith, that would be something that would be a violation of my faith.” But Santorum added that he “would love them and support them but NOT participate in that ceremony.” Now my question to Rick Santorum is this...if you love someone and support someone how can you turn your back on that someone on what to them is the happiest day of their life...that is NOT love nor is it support...it is hypocrisy plain and simple.

As for Mike Huckabee...a genuinely good and decent man but like Rick Santorum NOT presidential material in my opinion (although he might might make a good VP choice)...a man set to announce his presumed run for the presidency on May 5th...but again like Santorum his stance on gay weddings mirrors his personal religious convictions on gay marriage in general in that he wants gay people...even those NOT of his personal religion...to practice his religion by NOT getting married. Very odd stance from the man who has said time and again on national television that he has close personal gay friends.

And last comes Rand Paul...the Libertarian dressed in the guise of a Republican... who has now flip-flopped to some degree in order to appear more conservative as just this past March, while pandering for votes when speaking to a group of pastors in Washington D.C., said that “a moral crisis is leading people to believe that same-sex marriage is acceptable...it's not.” This from the man who also like Rubio and Cruz once believed that gay marriage was solely up to the states to decide whether to accept it or NOT.

So why now has gay marriage and gay weddings suddenly become the issue de jour facing the Republican candidates...first, because later this month or early next month the Supreme Court is set to decide to either strike down the remaining state bans on gay marriage or leave them in place. Second, because...gasp...gay marriage in general is becoming more acceptable to people of both both parties. And third, because what better way to divide we conservative than to drive a wedge between religious conservatives and the growing number of non-religious conservatives.

Drive a wedge NO matter that Pew research polls show that 55% Americans believe that homosexuality is something people are born with and thus favor gay marriage, compared with just 21% of those who think it is just the way that some people prefer to live. And 49% of those who think homosexuality cannot be changed favor gay marriage, compared with 19% of those who think it can. And 51% believe homosexuality should be accepted, while 42% disagree.

And according to the Public Religion Research Institute more than 62% (6-in-10) of 'millennials' favor allowing gay and lesbian couples to marry, 69% favor allowing gay and lesbian couples to adopt children, 71% favor civil unions, and 79% favor employment discrimination protections for gay and lesbian people. And 67% of non-Christian religiously affiliated Americans, 52% Catholics, and 51% of white mainline Protestants favor allowing gay and lesbian couples to marry.

But the bottom line in all this is people love who they love thus boiling this issue down to legalities on the state's level in that committed gay couples need access to 'civil marriage'...legally binding marriage...for the same reason that heterosexual couples need it for only the law can create a family relationship between adults that will be recognized by the state and third parties...third parties like employers and insurance companies. And gay couples want the cultural status of marriage...NOT just civil unions...because that’s what people in general rightfully look for when they want to show their family and friends their commitment to each other.

And gay couples marrying in NO way affects traditional marriage for even traditional marriage officiated by a clergyperson still needs governmental legal status. And when you think about all the ubber religious who say that marriage is all about reproduction just think about all the childless 'traditional' couples you know...because they could NOT reproduce either by choice or by circumstances...does that damn them to hell in religious people's eyes...I would sincerely hope NOT.

So the bottom line is this...we have important issues facing 'We the People,' our country, and our candidates right now...Iran, our unsealed borders, our limping economy, those out to kill us all, just to name a few...who marries whom...who shares ones bed with whom...who would or would NOT attend a gay wedding...should NOT and must NOT be one of them.

Focus people focus...the true issues and priorities for the candidates and for us are in plain sight if you just open your eyes to see them.

Never Again...Never Ever Again

As Benjamin Netanyahu entered the halls of Congress they walked out like little ducks in a row...the Democrats who said they would NOT attend Netanyahu's speech...most but NOT all from the Black Caucus...backing up (I believe) a traitor of a president who did NOT even have the decency to attend...or to have anyone from his administration attend...NOT a one was present for this most important of speeches by the leader of our closest ally in the Middle East...in the world...the Jewish State of Israel.

And an extraordinary speech bordering on the magnificent it was...a speech that gave America a taste of what real leadership looks and sounds like...a speech given in the midst of controversy and outright partisanship solely initiated by the same man who would NOT attend the French rally against muslim islamic terrorism.

And so Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu...invited to speak by Speaker of the House John Boehner...for the third time addressed a joint session of Congress where he explained why he and Israel oppose the Obama administration's deal in the making with Iran. Saying this deal could NOT only threaten the very survival of Israel but could indeed start a Middle East arms race...Netanyahu never wavered in his goal of exposing the flaws in Obama's deal...a deal worked on behind closed doors...a deal in the making ever since a secret meeting was held in Bahrain some time ago...a deal with (I believe) fellow traitor Valerie Jarrett's hands all over it.

And while the Obama deal...which has Iran restricting the number of centrifuges it has for enriching uranium for at least ten years and allows international inspection of its facilities...a deal Netanyahu referred to as the 'Sunset Clause'...actually makes it easy for Iran to move forward enriching uranium then going on to building bombs...bombs with the names 'Israel' and 'America' written upon them.

“Tentacles of terror” that “could well threaten the survival of my country,” BiBi said, making it clear that the deal Obama seeks will NOT prevent a nuclear-armed Iran, but “will all but guarantee” it...will guarantee it as "Iran plans to have 190,000 centrifuges enriching uranium" BiBi warned NOT the 1,600 called for in the 'supposed' deal...NOT the 1,600 the inspectors would only be allowed to inspect and report...the 1,600 whose violations they could do NOTHING tangible about (article continues below video).

And while Netanyahu explained that Obama's deal is to limit Iran’s capacity so that it would take at least a year for them to build a nuclear weapon even if they choose to violate or break the agreement (which we know they will as they've done it every time before)...giving the West enough time to respond...BiBi reiterated the truth of how Iran could NOT ever be trusted, saying it had a long history of cheating, breaking deals, all while continuing to make “hostile statements” about Israel. Saying again how the Obama deal would give away too much, BiBi rightfully demanded that Iran give up all uranium enrichment.

"The alternative to this bad deal is a much better deal" the Prime Minister said, but if truth be told NO wise man would dare make a deal with the head of the snake who is out to kill us all. Yet under these words said, Benjamin Netanyahu knows this well, that's why he added in a loud and clear voice that, "The days of the Jewish people remaining passive in the face of annihilation...those days are over." 

And with those words those in attendance rose and applauded but one more time out of the 40+ times that BiBi's words brought them to their feet.

And what did Obama do while Netanyahu spoke the truth he dare NEVER speak...Obama's staff had him attending a hastily arranged 'video' conference with some EU leaders to talk about Ukraine at exactly the same time as BiBi's speech so it could be claimed that Obama was NOT snubbing BiBi but was busy. Like 'We the People' are NOT smart enough to see through the ruse of the man who has opposed Netanyahu's address from the time it was first announced...from the man who in retaliation has worked to derail NOT only the speech itself but who has sent his crack campaign A-team to Israel to try and defeat Netanyahu in the upcoming Israeli elections and have him replaced with a more Obama-friendly head of state...from the man who still considers ISIS or ISIL as he calls them (his shout-out of approval to his blood brethren)...a JV team.

And this very man had the audacity to criticize Netanyahu's words after being forced to read the transcript as he could NOT even be bothered to watch a rebroadcast or tape of the address. Answering a reporter's question about the speech and the ongoing Iran negotiations, Obama said that in this address Netanyahu added nothing new to the discussion, that Netanyahu had made many of the same claims before when the still in effect interim agreement was first put in place, that the facts show that what Netanyahu said then did NOT come true (remember Iran continues to enrich uranium albeit on a smaller scale so what Obama said is indeed yet another of his many bold-faced lies), and that people should reserve comment on the negotiations until an actual deal is proposed and accepted. Sort of like Obama basically saying in regards to his narcissistic America-hating self that he will NOT seriously attack the enemy (Iran) until that enemy has attacked and done personal damage to him...very bad policy initiated by one very bad president.

And what of his sidekick House Minority Speaker Nancy Pelosi...while she stood when the others did, she turned her back time and again on Netanyahu as he spoke sending a message to those in attendance...to the Prime Minister himself...and to those of us watching...that first, she is a classless, disrespectful, unmitigated bitch and second, this gesture set the tone for her words to come. And come they did in an issued statement immediately after Netanyahu finished which were, “I was near tears throughout the Prime Minister’s speech...I am saddened by the insult to the intelligence of the United States as part of the P5 +1 nations...Netanyahu could have made the same speech to AIPAC or he could have made the same speech to Congress after the Israeli election. But either of those options would not have directly benefited his reelection campaign and would not have created the same high level of disagreement with the White House...disagreement that benefits the Republican Party whose leader invited him to speak in the well of Congress in the first place.”

How dare she...how dare this miserable excuse of a woman even insinuate that Netanyahu's address was for his political expediency alone when every damn thing she does...every vote she casts...every word out of her vile mouth...is to support the agenda of the islamist residing in the White House.

But we knew before BiBi even started speaking what Obama and his ilk would say, but along with them one supposedly on our side must be called to task as well for while Republicans and some Democrats showed their outward support for Netanyahu's words and for Israel, shame must be shouldered by possible Republican candidate Rand Paul. While Paul rose and moved his hands ever so slowly together in a silent clap, the look of disgust on his face showed how he...just like his father before him...truly feels about the Jewish State of Israel...and folks...Israel does NOT need....and America does NOT need...another president who does NOT have Israel's back.

So while some on the vile left feel the true purpose for Netanyahu's address was political, and that it will hurt Israeli and American relations for years, NOTHING could be further from the truth for the Prime Minister of Israel...the world's last great statesman...made it clear that Israel will stand alone if need be...that Israel will do what this president will NOT do...that the world must know that Israel will NEVER allow Iran to be in possession of nuclear weapons...and that he knows that “America stands with Israel...that you (Congress) stand with Israel"...and notice NO mention of Obama in those words for Benjamin Netanyahu knows in his heart that Barack HUSSEIN Obama does NOT stand with Israel let alone stand with the country he is supposedly steward of.

Congress...mandated to ObamaCare...let's see how they like it

Democrats vs. Republicans…the ruling elite vs. ‘We the People’…what’s NOT good for the goose is so good for the gander…or so it seems.

“Notwithstanding any other provision of the law, after the effective date of this subtitle, the only health plans that the Federal Government may make available to Members of Congress and Congressional staff with respect to their service as a Member of Congress or congressional staff shall be health plans that are — (I) created under this Act (or an amendment made by this Act); or (II) offered through an Exchange established under this Act (or an Amendment made by this Act).”

In other words, as required by law Congress must sign up for Obamacare.

And now under emotional duress the Republicans…who all voted against ObamaCare by the way…are now one by one being forced…just like the American people are being forced...into signing up for the very thing they oppose. And while I am NOT now or ever was a fan of Rand Paul and now NOT a fan of Paul Ryan after his caving to the Democrats on the budget, they are following the law even though they oppose the law. And now that it’s been mandated, they like the rest of us need insurance for themselves and their families, so there really is NOTHING wrong with Senator Rand Paul (R-Ky.) and Representative Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) joining the ObamaCare DC Health Link, the healthcare exchange designated for members of Congress…as has my Senator…Senator Marco Rubio.

And just yesterday Republican…albeit RINO…Sen. Lindsey Graham decided to sign up for ObamaCare in the South Carolina (his home state) exchange instead of the DC Exchange but ObamaCare is ObamaCare NO matter where you sign-up for it. “Obamacare is being pushed on the American people and we should live under it just like everyone else,” Graham said.

Sen. John Hoeven of North Dakota and Sen. Michael Enzi of Wyoming will also be signing up in their home states, and Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann…whose insurance was cancelled because of ObamaCare…will be doing so too but at almost three times the amount she was previously paying. And the numbers of Senators and Representatives signing up will be increasing as the website starts working better…gagging on that one.

And while all to date except Graham and Enzi have taken the subsidies offered…a ‘perk’ that comes with the job…neither they nor their staff will get any benefits they don’t already get. And you really cannot blame them for taking the subsidies when one has a number of young children. Also, remember the simple fact that Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley added an amendment to ObamaCare that all members of Congress and their aides would be required to obtain their health care coverage from the newly created exchanges to make sure they had a stake in the quality and efficiency of the exchanges…but what was NOT added to ObamaCare was the elimination of the subsidies automatically given.

“My interest in having Members of Congress participate in the exchange is consistent with my long-held view that Congress should live under the same laws it passes for the rest of the country,” Grassley said.

But just the thought of doing away with that subsidy…employer contributions actually as in the federal government being the employer…put fear into Democrats in Congress and into said government employees...all Obama loyalists who faced large premium increases under ObamaCare as originally written and passed. And with Obama’s fears of losing his loyalists…and knowing all the LIES he concocted just to get ObamaCare passed…caused this administration to step in and surprise... surprise…the subsidies stayed as Obama announced that the federal government would continue to contribute to health care premiums for members of Congress and their aides once they enrolled in ObamaCare.

And this is what Rubio, Paul, Ryan and the others signed onto…and they can always down the road return the subsidies…which I’m sure they will do…hint, hint. These three worked together to try and…for lack of a better word…kill…the dreaded Obamacare, and all declined to support a ‘stopgap bill’ to fund the government unless that bill also defunded as Rubio said, “this Obamacare bill that is going to be an absolute disaster for the American economy.” 

So retuning the subsidies would be the right and honorable thing to do and they know it.

And if you think about it, their signing on might in the end actually be a good thing for their experiences now become a true gauge of the exchanges and how they work or more likely how they don’t work…a gauge we can trust a hell of a lot more than what we’re being fed by Obama’s people….and we get it without the phony, done for money endorsements given by those handpicked by the left. And Rand Paul’s experience last week shows the true nightmare ObamaCare really is for even with said subsidies in place, Rand Paul saw firsthand the sticker shock regular Americans are seeing when he had to pay $20,000 for his plan, four times as much as he paid five years ago. And as an added little bit of happiness Paul said it took him over two hours to successfully enroll because the anything but wonderful ObamaCare DC Health Link lost the data he entered the first time he put it in.`

And this sticker shot hit Paul Ryan and Marco Rubio as well allowing them to feel the pain just like ‘We the People’ are feeling it.

“Senator Rubio spent time looking at all the options and decided to enroll through the D.C. exchange for coverage for him and his family,” Rubio’s spokeswoman Brooke Sammon said, adding that “Senator Rubio is following the law, even though he opposes it.” And contrary to the media rantings and political pundit put downs against Rubio for enrolling in the DC Exchange, this is the action of a man who truly has Americans best interests at heart.

By NOT putting themselves above ‘We the People’ when they easily could have, Marco Rubio, Rand Paul, Paul Ryan, and the others have indeed done the right thing for this shows they are NOT above America’s citizenry but stand united with us.

Standing strong a must when surrounded by RINOS

And so it continues…

“Congress must do its job and raise the debt limit to pay the bills we have incurred and avoid default,” White House mouthpiece Jay Carney bloviated a few days ago.

And Jimmy Carter…now the second worst president in US history…called NOT raising the debt ceiling like Obama wants a “threat to the integrity of this government….a short-term deal to avoid default would be better than nothing,” adding but even that “just means you’ll have another crisis.”

This from the man who derailed the American economy before Ronald Reagan came in to clean up his mess.

Then in charged the House Republicans who put forth a compromise bill suggesting a temporary six-week raising of the debt ceiling…suggesting a delay in Obamacare’s tax on medical devices for two years while replacing the lost revenue by altering the way pensions are calculated…suggesting giving increased autonomy to the heads of federal agencies under the constraints of sequester spending levels…and suggesting funding increases for fire suppression.

Notice there was NO delay of the individual mandate section of ObamaCare in the Republican proposal…you know the delay Obama gave businesses…as Boehner and crew caved to Obama’s demand that ObamaCare for the most part is off the negotiation table.

But NO matter as Obama rejected this proposal as the Democrats argued it would set up another fiscal crisis right before the crucial ‘holiday’ shopping season. They can’t even say the Christmas/Hanukkah shopping season now can they…PC sellouts that they are.

By the way, what holiday shopping season as Obama’s failed economic policies have just about destroyed any hope of a successful Christmas/ Hanukkah shopping season that we might have had this year.

But wonders of wonders hell froze over a bit yesterday as ‘Prince’ Harry Reid lost some of his so-thought all encompassing control over the Senate as Senators voted down Obama’s oh so wanted ‘clean’ continuing resolution regarding raising the debt ceiling.

Score one for our side at least.

And so after talks between Obama and House Republicans collapsed on Saturday morning with Obama’s rejection of Boehner’s compromise proposal that would have reopened the government while setting up a budget negotiating process...and after Boehner said the House will present Obama with another compromise bill in a few days...the ire of we patriots throughout the land was awoken en-masse and we can’t say this loud enough, ‘Hey Boehner…NO MORE COMPROMISES PERIOD!

And with ObamaCare the ultimate bargaining chip, it’s high time Boehner puts away his crying towel and stands strong with the wishes of ‘We the People’…uses ObamaCare to our advantage…and NOT accept Obama’s nails on a blackboard bloviations that ObamaCare is off the table.

This is the bottom line…and it’s the ONLY bottom line acceptable…if Obama and the Democrats want the debt ceiling raised then ObamaCare goes…NO ifs, and, or buts…and there is NO compromise on that.

And all that nonsense spewed forth by Obama and the Democrats that if Congress does NOT raise the government’s borrowing limit by October 17th the Treasury will NOT have enough money to cover the country’s bills needs to be strongly countered…for we know that it’s an out-and-out LIE for the true reality is that all that needs to be paid is the interest on the notes due and NOTHING more.

And it’s high past time that this sinks into Boehner’s head and that he throws it back in Obama’s face…that is if he can grow a set and stop cowering in a corner.

Besides, default is NOT an option as defaulting would be in clear violation of our Constitution… the 14th Amendment Section 4, to be exact…which states,

“The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any state shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.”

And if Obama knowingly violates the Constitution…and we know he knows the 14th Amendment because he claims to have been a Constitutional attorney…or perhaps that’s yet another LIE…then that is grounds for immediate impeachment. So Obama does NOT control this game… Republicans do…that is if they can clear the cobwebs from their heads and stop cowering in the corner from fear of the race card being used against them.

And also Republicans need to stuff a sock into the mouths of the kumbaya RINOs who NOT only are doing Obama’s bidding for him…either knowingly or NOT…by attacking the true men of courage within the party for we all know that the reason the likes of John McCain and Lindsey Graham put down and ridicule the likes of Ted Cruz and side with Obama’s demands to raise the debt ceiling is because McCain, Graham, and their buddies..the ‘Old Guard’ if you will…do NOT want to give up power to those like Ted Cruz, Mike Lee, Marco Rubio, and Rand Paul…the ‘New Guard’. And it’s such a sad sight to see when those whose time as party leaders has come and gone can’t step down for to them it’s better to destroy their party from within on their way out then to leave with at least a shred of dignity and honor to their names.
 
These are the men who will NOT stand strong…who continue to push for compromise…who control Boehner and are playing him like a fiddle. But the loser in the end will NOT be Boehner for if he capitulates and gives in to Obama’s demands the losers will be ‘We the People’ and our beloved America…and that is something the RINOs will own…hook…line…and sinker.

Cutting deals with Obama is NOT an option

They turned him down…

And so it seems that ‘Prince’ Harry Reid is now pulling Obama’s strings for late yesterday afternoon Reid announced that he and Obama will NOT accept Boehner’s proposal regarding the short term raising of debt ceiling unless a ‘clean’ continuing resolution goes along with it…as in do what we originally demanded or you get NOTHING!

And so Speaker of the House John Boehner has been blowing smoke into the air with his proposal for a 6-week raise in the debt ceiling in exchange for the Democrats to be willing to sit down with the Republicans and negotiate on other matters…matters such as ObamaCare and spending cuts.

But why did Boehner even offer a negotiation proposal in the first place when Obama’s approval ratings have fallen to 37% in the polls, and with the fact that the sky will NOT fall if the debt ceiling is NOT raised…and all Obama’s bloviations to the contrary are just threatening game-playing words of NO substance at all.

So what was Boehner thinking when he announced that he was willing to negotiate with Obama on an extension to raise the debt ceiling…why doesn’t Boehner and his fellow Republicans get that we patriots want him and the House Republicans to stand strong and united against this most miserable excuse of a president and most assuredly NOT to negotiate with him.

I guess Boehner missed school the day the lesson was taught that you do NOT negotiate with the enemy…neither foreign nor domestic…ever.

And now it pains me to have to say that for the most part the Republican Party has let us down yet again. So to the few Republicans who publicly stood strong against Obama…especially to our hero Ted Cruz and also to Mike Lee, Marco Rubio and even Rand Paul…I apologize to you for Speaker of the House John Boehner choosing to betray you and your dedication to doing what’s right for ‘We the People’ as he caved and sold us out once again.

So it does NOT matter that Obama and Reid turned him down for Boehner did the deed and we patriots are NOT happy that he did so.

And I cannot say this enough, and I wish Boehner would let it sink into his brain…we will NOT default if we do NOT raise the debt ceiling as we have 5 times the monies needed to pay the interest on the notes due…and interest is all that has to be paid out…and Boehner should have thrown this fact in Obama’s face and used ObamaCare as his ace-in-the-hole bargaining chip if he was going to meet Obama half-way or anyway on anything.

So here the House Republicans had a chance to stand united…to stand their ground…to stand strong…as our side had the upper hand over NOT only Obama, but Harry Reid and the Senate as well. But Boehner blew it for now it sadly seems that NO matter what Obama dishes out he and the likes of McCain, Graham, and a host of other ‘so-called’ Republican party leaders will cower and cave before the man who NOT only stole an election through voter fraud, but a man whose ultimate goal is to destroy all we Americans honor and hold dear…all we honor and hold dear as he deliberately and with malice gets joy in inflicting pain...as much pain as possible on ‘We the People’…and laughs as he holds the race card over everyone’s head while doing so.

Caving to a man whose satisfaction…a satisfaction that only the most vile of human beings would revel in…is inflicting pain on those who deserve it the least…and Boehner’s offer adds an added slap to the face of true American heroes.

And as we all know Obama’s recent round of vileness was calculatingly directed at our veterans and troops starting with the closing of the World War II Memorial to our aging and frail heroes…and moved on to closing the Viet Nam Memorial to those finally getting the respect so long overdue…then continued on to closing the D-Day Memorial at Normandy...and most reprehensible of all to NOT restoring immediately the military death benefits that the government shutdown took away to family members of recently fallen troops …and Obama’s doing so out of NOTHING but sheer meanness makes what Boehner did even more reprehensible.

To say shame on him puts it oh so mildly for if Boehner had truly wanted to send something over to Obama that had true substance and teeth it should have been that the only way he would agree to raise the debt ceiling…and to raise it only temporarily at best…then removing ObamaCare from the general budget and making it a ‘stand alone bill’ would be the only way he would agree to it.

And now it’s over as Boehner was turned down and while some might think Boehner looks the hero for making the offer of compromise, if truth be told he looks like the sell-out that he is. Boehner betrayed those in his own party...brave men like Ted Cruz…and most of all he betrayed the hope that we Republicans and Tea Party members had in him to stand strong against this most vile of presidents.

And that my friends is the saddest thing of all.

A train wreck of a law upheld by 23 RINOS

Thank you Senator Ted Cruz for helping we true Conservative Republicans in our efforts to weed out the RINOS in both the House and Senate.

Yesterday, after last week’s 21-hour ‘non-filibuster’ filibuster by Texas Senator Ted Cruz…with a little help from his friends Senators Mike Lee, Marco Rubio, and Rand Paul…the Senate reached a vote on the Republicans efforts to avoid a shutdown of the government and to defund the dreaded monstrosity known as ObamaCare.

Sadly, our side lost as 23 RINOS sided with the Democrats, and in a vote of 79 to 19 invoked cloture and formally ended debate on H.J. Res 59 (Continuing Appropriations Resolution, 2014), and helped put into place the funding mechanism to destroy America’s health care system, America’s jobs market, and according to leading economists...one-sixth of the American economy.

Requiring 60 votes for passage, even a straight party line vote would have Republicans still losing in the Democratic controlled Senate, but at least it would have shown a united front. Instead only 19 true Conservative Republican Senators stood strong… Mike Crapo (Idaho), Ted Cruz (Tex.), Mike Enzi (Wyo.), Deb Fischer (Neb.), Charles Grassley (Iowa), Dean Heller (Nev.), James Inhofe (Okla.), Mike Lee (Utah), Jerry Moran (Kan.), Rand Paul (Ky.), Rob Portman (Ohio), James Risch (Idaho), Pat Roberts (Kan.), Marco Rubio (Fla.), Tim Scott (S.C.), Jeff Sessions (Ala.), Richard Shelby (Ala.), Pat Toomey (Pa.), and David Vitter (La.).

And we thank them for that.

As Senator Marco Rubio said after the vote, “Today, we had an important opportunity to stand with America’s working class and defund ObamaCare before it continues to hurt people even more. That did not happen. I will continue to fight to stop ObamaCare in its entirety and replace it with an alternative that truly gives Americans more affordable high-quality health care options without hurting their jobs, incomes and current health plans they are happy with."

And hopefully, he will get all our support in that.

So back to the House the bill now goes and there will be a fight…a BIG fight…as Republican lawmakers in the House must pass a bill…any bill…and send it back to the Senate.  However, they have said time and time again that ObamaCare is a disaster for the middle class, and that they will NOT pass any bill that funds it…and remember that funding comes from the House. So by vowing to reject the restoration of funding, the Republicans may instead decide to send the bill back to the Senate again with more changes. But with a government shutdown hanging in the balance House leaders have NOT yet decided exactly how they will proceed.

But as our hero Senator Ted Cruz said, when the bill returns to the Senate, “I hope that all 46 Republicans are united against ObamaCare and standing with the American people.”

Unfortunately for 'We the People' with the now exposed for all to see RINOS in the Senate...led by the likes of John McCain and Lindsey Graham...that will probably NOT happen.

And at the heart of yesterday’s vote...of yesterday's betrayal...is the procedure known as ‘cloture’… the only procedure by which the Senate can vote to place a time limit on consideration of a bill, thereby overcoming a filibuster and forcing a vote.  However, that only works in the Senate NOT for the House and some in the House have already hinted about a filibuster when the bill comes back to them.

But with that comes Barack HUSSEIN Obama's threat that if the House does NOT pass the Senate bill as is that the government will shut down early next week. In a televised statement from the White House after the Senate vote, Obama accused the Republicans of “political grandstanding” and said the GOP-controlled House now has the fate of a potential government shutdown in its hands.

Oh how that man loves to blame everybody but where the true blame belongs…with himself.

Bloviating that he will NOT negotiate with Republicans (but he will negotiate with Iranian terrorists) over the debt ceiling increase because he’s heard that a few Republicans have alluded that they might now tie the defunding of ObamaCare to the debt ceiling debate, Obama acts once again like a spoiled child stamping his feet as he whined, “My message to Congress is this: do not shut down the government, do not shut down the economy, pay our bills on time.”

Do NOT do this…do NOT do that…Obama does NOT understand that NO one takes his threats seriously…NOT after his ‘red lines’ fiasco, and Vladimir Putin proving himself to be more of a leader than he is.

And NO matter his bloviations Obama does NOT get that we could pay our bills on time if he had bothered to learn Economics 101…do NOT spend more than you take in…if he understood that the government being shut down is NO biggie as it’s been shut down many times before…if he accepted as fact that our economy would be so much better if he had even an inkling of how to run the ‘business’ of government…if he would admit that he has NO idea how to create jobs and put Americans (legal Americans) back to work…and if he and those who orbit around him would accept the fact that one being a ‘community organizer’ does NOT make for a successful president.

So in lieu of yesterday's vote the bottom line is this…more than half (57%) of the country wants nothing to do with ObamaCare and do NOT want it forced down their throats…more than half the country says NO to raising the debt ceiling...more than half the country knows that by Congress exempting itself from ObamaCare that in and of itself is an admission of how bad it is, and that 'We the People' will be the ones footing the bill for their private health care with our taxpayer dollars and they could care less.

And the 23 RINOS who voted ‘YES’ on cloture are now exposed for all to see for they knew full well that a vote to invoke cloture was indeed a vote for ObamaCare, and they knew full well that a 'YES' vote would allow ObamaCare to grow and thrive at the expense of the middle class who are hurting enough under this miserable excuse of a president and his equally miserable administration... and they voted for cloture  anyway.

So again many thanks to America's new shining star, Senator Ted Cruz, for standing strong against 'Prince' Harry Reid who wished he would have just shut-up and gone away, and to the 19 Republican Senators who were strong of conviction and courageous enough to join him and vote the will of their constituents…to vote on behalf of ‘We the People’…to vote 'NO' on a bill that is NOTHING but a nightmare come to life...and let the 23 RINOS who did NOT know that they will hear our voices loud and clear come their re-election day…a day that can’t come soon enough for me.
