FBI Director Kash Patel found a trove of sensitive documents related to the origins of the Trump–Russia probe buried in multiple "burn bags" in a secret room inside the bureau, sources told Fox News Digital. 

Sources told Fox News Digital that the "burn bag" system is used to destroy documents designated as classified or higher. Sources told Fox News Digital that multiple burn bags were found and filled with thousands of documents. Sources told Fox News Digital that one of the documents FBI officials found in a burn bag was the classified annex to former special counsel John Durham's final report, which includes the underlying intelligence he reviewed. 

The declassification of the classified annex is being done in close coordination between CIA Director John Ratcliffe, Patel, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, Attorney General Pam Bondi and acting National Security Agency Director William Hartman. 

The declassified annex will be transmitted to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, who ultimately will release the document to the public. Read more and see video here.

The ubiquitous image of the boy’s skeletal frame in his mother’s arms is indeed heartbreaking. Terribly sad as well is the fact that the boy is now fatherless.

UK to Recognize State of Palestine Unless Israel Meets Certain Conditions

The United Kingdom's prime minister, Keir Starmer, announced on Tuesday that his country will recognize a Palestinian state in September during the United Nations General Assembly, if Israel does not abide by certain conditions the UK has laid out. According to a written handout of the cabinet meeting he held, the conditions state that: 

"The Israeli government [must] take[s] substantive steps to end the appalling situation in Gaza, reache[s] a ceasefire, make[s] clear there will be no annexation in the West Bank, and commit[s] to a long-term peace process that delivers a two-state solution."

In a video statement released by the prime minister, he states that "Every day since [October 7th], the horror has continued...[but] now in Gaza." He also reaffirmed that the UK still champions a two-state solution, a "safe and secure" Israel along with a "viable and sovereign" Palestinian state. Read more, see X and video here.

Attorney General Pam Bondi Just Took Major Action Against Activist Judge

Attorney General Pam Bondi announced on Tuesday that she directed the Justice Department to file a misconduct complaint against a federal judge who has clashed with the Trump administration over immigration.

 

“Today at my direction, @TheJusticeDept filed a misconduct complaint against U.S. District Court Chief Judge James Boasberg for making improper public comments about President Trump and his Administration,” Bondi wrote in a post on X. “These comments have undermined the integrity of the judiciary, and we will not stand for that.” 

The complaint alleges that US District Judge James Boasberg violated judicial ethics by making politically charged comments about President Donald Trump during a Judicial Conference session that took place on March 11, 2025.

Federal Judge Blocks a Major Provision in Trump's 'Big Beautiful Bill'

A federal judge has halted enforcement of a provision in the 2025 Reconciliation Act that would cut Medicaid funding to Planned Parenthood.

The provision would have prohibited Medicaid reimbursements to any abortion provider affiliated with the organization that performs elective abortions and receives over $800,000 in funding.

US District Judge Indira Talwani ruled that this measure violates multiple constitutional protections — especially for Planned Parenthood affiliates that do not provide abortions. She argued that the provision “burdens the exercise of Planned Parenthood Federation and its Members First Amendment rights of association and is thus subject to strict scrutiny review.”

Betraying America...Part One

On the morning of Friday, July 18th, National Intelligence Director Tulsi Gabbard released “declassified documents” garnered from the intelligence community proving, without a shadow of a doubt, the existence of what was called “manufactured and politicized intelligence” relating to 2016's “Russia Hoax.” You remember the infamous “hoax” where Democrat party loyalists and operatives tried to “subvert” not only Donald Trump’s lawfully won election, but tried to destroy the man himself, his family, and to undermine what was to be his presidency.

And they did so even though Obama and those in his administration knew well that the narrative they were putting out about Trump working in tandem with Russia to win the election was but a maliciously fabricated lie. In fact, as per the released documents, there exists “overwhelming evidence” that these folks knew all along that there was no threat whatsoever of Russia “directly manipulating the vote count in 2016” via a cyber attack or by any other means, and that Russia would not be able to shift the outcome of any U.S. election or vote no matter who wanted it done. And the nonsense about Vladimir Putin wanting to help Trump “win the election” was nowhere to be found simply because it did not exist, yet it was being reported as fact in the liberal mainstream media.

“The information we are releasing today clearly shows there was an effort at the highest levels of government to subvert the will of the American people.” So said Tulsi Gabbard right before she released 114 pages of what, at times, was a slew of somewhat heavily redacted and sometimes completely blocked out information. And yet when read, said findings were able to prove to those who read the report in full, which of course I did, that not only was there a blatant abuse of power committed by those loyal to Obama, but that the deliberate undermining of our country had at its core from which all revolved around the very man whom, I still believe, is responsible for all the problems we as a country face today. And who is that man but none other than Barack Hussein Obama himself... who with his “Transformation of America” agenda in hand, did knowingly, willingly, and with malicious intent set the stage for the “weaponization” of our intelligence community against ”We the People,” with Donald Trump being the conduit by which to do so.

Remember, “collusion” has always proven to run deep between DHS, FBI, CIA, NSA, and those whose loyalties were then and still are today to Obama...the very man who appointed most of them to the positions they held.

“The implications of this are frankly nothing short of historic.”

So said Tulsi Gabbard on Fox's 'Sunday Morning Futures' a week ago.

And to Tulsi's statement I say, no truer words spoken for the Obama administration was so riddled with corruption that included in the released report was a key document sent to top intelligence officials very soon after Hillary's overwhelming loss to Trump that tasked said officials with creating an assessment as “per the President’s request ” ...meaning Obama...about the “tools Moscow used and actions it took to influence the 2016 election,” even while knowing that absolutely nothing of the sort had occurred.

Cleverly orchestrated “collusion” plain and simple, and every person involved in trying to take down duly elected President Donald J. Trump...including then President Obama's former Secretary of State and Trump's opponent Hillary Clinton (whose campaign helped to fund the research needed), then Mr. “Steele Dossier” himself aka Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, then FBI Director James Comey (whom I believe also deliberately “mishandled” the investigation into Hillary's email server), then CIA Director John Brennan, and then National Security Adviser Susan Rice...must all not only be investigated but must be criminally prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Why so...because with such nastiness and what I believe amounts to “subversion” against the U.S. government now definitely proven to have happened back in 2016, there remains a possibility that if left unchecked it could happen again in 2028 unless certain guilty individuals are the recipients of much needed legal punishment. And this, in my opinion, includes all the aforementioned individuals being charged with “treason: for not doing so is the willful covering up of a crime committed,

But why do I believe that “treason” has entered into the mix? The answer is because it was key members of the Obama administration who, on his orders...written orders...deliberately and with malice intended tried to “fix” the 2016 election by both “manipulating and withholding” key intelligence information relating to the knowingly aforementioned false narrative of Russian interference in said election. In other words, and thanks to the now declassified documents having been released, Barack Obama...the man who seems to think that the law does not apply to him...along with his minions actions or lack thereof...constitutes, in my opinion, as being “acts of treason” in the sense of their having not only willfully betrayed the allegiance they are Constitutionally“presumed to owe” to the United States, but that they have, as per “18 USC Ch. 115” as it applies to“Treason, Sedition, and Subversive Activities” …conspired together to “fix” the 2016 presidential election by willfully subverting our election process via their manufacturing and deliberately promoting a knowingly false narrative that Russia was interfering in said election.

Simply, Obama and his minions named in the disclosed document must now be called to task for not to do so means that the rule of law only applies to some but not to all. And with Director Gabbard having publicly and rightfully stating that this issue should be of concern to all Americans regardless of party affiliation, along with the fact that all documents collected are now in the hands of both AG Pam Bondi...who has discretion regarding what to do with said “criminal referrals”...and the FBI...Tulsi's words “to deliver the accountability that President Donald Trump, his family, and the American people deserve”...show's it's the morally right thing to do. Also, not only will it help to set the record straight as to the truth about the Democrats having deliberately manufactured evidence to sabotage the Trump presidency, but it will prove to all that no one...including Barack Obama...is above the rule of law.

And while the public's reaction to the document's release was fast in coming the Democrats, of course, tried to downplay its findings including Barack Obama himself who, courtesy of a spokesperson, issued a statement a few days after the documents release that,“Out of respect for the office of the presidency, our office does not normally dignify the constant nonsense and misinformation flowing out of this White House with a response,” but that, “these claims are outrageous enough to merit one. These bizarre allegations are ridiculous and a weak attempt at distraction.” A distraction to some but, in my opinion, Obama's words are but a distraction trying to mask what will surely be yet another attempt at a cover-up.

Why so...because the truth must never be deemed a distraction, and that Barack Obama's words are just another in a sure to come series of what is expected to be just more in an ongoing series of “divert and deflect ploys”... “ploys” encompassing his hoped for continued indoctrination of the party faithful.

And as for President Trump's reaction to what was the first documents release, Trump stated that Obama and several senior intelligence officials still involved in the ongoing 2016 investigation, “may face prosecution” due to the declassification of new documents having revealed their knowledge of the “collusion narrative’s falsehood.” Truth simply stated...truth that payback could rightfully be a bitch for“They tried to rig the election, and they got caught. And there should be very severe consequences for that.” Simple words, truthful words, words that I hope are not somehow swept under the proverbial “political rug.”

In fact, in the scope things revealed, what Tulsi Gabbard released on July 18th makes both Nixon's “Watergate scandal” and the Clinton's “Whitewater scandal' seem like a mere walk in the park

What Obama and his loyalists did to Donald Trump was not only try to rig and then falsify the 2016 presidential election results, but to then ruin his presidency and his reputation after he, surprisingly to them, won. And this after the fact “collusion” aspect itself took place in a secret December 9, 2016 meeting where the previously folks gathered together to make-up lies and innuendos, and pass them off as “truth.” And to add to Obama's now woes, last week President Trump “formally cautioned” Obama against meddling in current U.S. foreign policy matters, warning him that doing so could involve possible “Hatch Act” violations being leveled against him. So Obama best mind his “p and q's” for again payback would surely not be pretty.

So as we now wait to see how this all plays out...especially in regards to Obama hopefully being formally charged...all I can say is, “case not yet closed.”

Ghislaine Maxwell granted limited immunity while giving DOJ ‘100 different people’ linked to Jeffrey Epstein: report

Notorious sex criminal Ghislaine Maxwell answered questions from Justice Department officials about “100 different people” linked to late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, an attorney for the disgraced socialite claimed Friday following two days of interrogation led by Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche during which she was reportedly granted limited immunity. 

David Oscar Markus told reporters that his client, currently serving a 20-year sentence after being convicted in Manhattan of federal sex trafficking and conspiracy charges in December 2021, was “asked about every possible thing you could imagine – everything.”

“This was the first opportunity she’s ever been given to answer questions about what happened,” Markus added. “The truth will come out about what happened with Mr. Epstein and she’s the person who’s answering those questions.”

Blanche had “every single question” answered during the sitdown, Maxwell’s attorney also said, with the British-born convict declining to plead the Fifth Amendment. Read more and see video here.

Nvidia CEO says Trump's AI plan will 'fundamentally change' US' position in years to come

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang said in an interview Wednesday that the Trump administration's artificial intelligence (AI) plan is poised to boost innovation and AI deployment in the U.S.

Huang was interviewed on Fox News' "Special Report" and told host Bret Baier that, "We're at a transformational time, an inflection point in technology." 

"We are reinventing computing for the first time in 60 years," Huang said after President Donald Trump unveiled the White House's AI action plan. "This is a very big deal."

"What the president is announcing today is going to accelerate AI innovation in America," Huang said. "It's going to accelerate AI deployment in America with all of the infrastructure and the energy that he's going to put to bear."

"He's going to enable [the] American tech stack to be proliferated around the world at an incredible rate. I think that those three initiatives are going to fundamentally change the United States position in the years to come," Huang said. Read more, and see video here.

Senate Democrats Just Showed They Were Never Serious About Releasing Epstein Files

After nearly two weeks of screaming about the Jeffrey Epstein files, Senate Democrats blocked a resolution that would call for the release of information related to the sex trafficker’s illicit activities.

Usuall, Democrats are a bit more subtle with their hypocrisy, but it appears the beating they received in the 2024 election has still thrown them off their game.

Sen. Markwayne Mullin (R-OK) announced on X that he was introducing the resolution. 

“All credible information on the Epstein case must be made public so that the American people can decide,” he wrote. “The Dem’s political football resolution tells the FBI and DOJ how to do their jobs. We’re moving towards justice and maximum transparency.”

Mullin’s resolution “calls upon applicable Federal and State courts to immediately unseal all materials, including grand jury materials, sealed as part of any criminal investigation, proceeding, or prosecution of Mr. Jeffrey Epstein or Ms. Ghislaine Maxwell, subject only to continuing redactions to protect victims and preserve ongoing prosecutions; and supports full transparency and public access to these materials.” Read more, see Xs, video, and the Resolution here.

New Russiagate evidence 'directly' points to Obama, DOJ will decide 'criminal implications': Gabbard

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard doubled down at a White House press briefing Wednesday, alleging the Obama administration promoted a "contrived narrative" that Russia interfered in the 2016 election. 

"There is irrefutable evidence that details how President Obama and his national security team directed the creation of an intelligence community assessment that they knew was false," Gabbard said. "They knew it would promote this contrived narrative that Russia interfered in the 2016 election to help President Trump win, selling it to the American people as though it were true. It wasn't." 

Gabbard’s comments come amid the declassification of a trove of documents from the U.S. intelligence community that allege the Obama administration politicized intelligence, and that U.S. intelligence organizations did not have direct information that Russian President Vladimir Putin sought to support Trump’s election in 2016.

"All come back to and confirm the same report: There was a gross politicization and manipulation of intelligence by the Obama administration intended to delegitimize President Trump even before he was inaugurated, ultimately usurping the will of the American people," Gabbard said.

"President Obama is considering a recommendation by Defense Secretary Ash Carter and Director of National Intelligence James Clapper to separate the commands of the National Security Agency and U.S. Cyber Command that could lead to the removal of Admiral Mike Rogers who heads both commands.

Rogers' potential removal as the head of the National Security Agency was first reported by the Washington Post.

Federal Judges Block Alina Habba’s U.S. Attorney Role

Federal judges in New Jersey have declined to extend attorney Alina Habba’s temporary role as interim U.S. Attorney, a decision that many see as politically motivated. Habba, a staunch defender of President Donald Trump and personal lawyer, has been a rising figure in legal circles, and the judiciary's refusal to keep her in the role smacks of partisan bias and an effort to sideline voices unwilling to toe the liberal establishment line.

On Tuesday, judges on the U.S. District Court for New Jersey chose not to extend Habba’s role as interim U.S. Attorney, which means she will not continue in that position beyond the temporary term. In practical terms, this decision ends her appointment unless a formal nomination is made and confirmed. U.S. Attorneys typically require Senate confirmation, and interim appointments can only serve for a limited time unless extended or replaced through the usual process.

Jerome Powell Referred to DOJ for Perjury

House GOP ally of President Trump, Representative Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL), is referring Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell to the Department of Justice (DOJ) for criminal prosecution alleging two instances where he lied under oath.

 

The letter to the DOJ, obtained by Fox News Digital, accuses Powell of perjury in two cases. The letter read: 

"On June 25, 2025, Chairman Powell provided testimony under oath before the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs regarding the renovation of the Federal Reserve’s Eccles Building. In his statements, he made several materially false claims."

Representative Luna specifically accused him of lying about lavish amenities at the Federal Reserve's Eccles Building, where renovations characterized as minor would cost taxpayers between $1.9 and $2.5 billion. Read more and see X here.

DHS Secretary Noem Slams Sanctuary Cities Following Shooting of Off-Duty CPB Officer

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem took time on Monday to visit the off-duty Customs and Border Protection officer who was shot in New York City during an attempted robbery. Noem held a press conference later that day blaming sanctuary cities as complicit in the shooting of this officer. 

"Make no mistake," said Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem. "This officer is in the hospital today fighting for his life because of the policies of the mayor of this city, the city council, and the people who were in charge of keeping the public safe." 

One of the two suspects has been identified as Dominican national Miguel Francisco Mora Nunez, who was released into the United States during the Biden administration, according to the Department of Homeland Security.

Religion in War...A Factor Overlooked

Religion in War...A Factor Overlooked

Religion...“organized religion” to be more precise...has a long and somewhat sorted history...man-made to those who are non-believers...the “One Most Holy” who has dominion over us all to those who do believe. And yet neither side, to date, has been able to offer tangible here and now proof positive of either the existence of God or the lack thereof.

And while to the Christian faithful the Holy Bible is all the proof they need of God's existence, yet that proof is actually not tangible proof for the Bible in reality is but the words of mortal men...men “inspired” by the words of God yet not written by the hand of God. That deed alone belongs to the Jewish faith...which preceded Christianity by thousands of years...for it was the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob who, with his own hand, set the words of the Ten Commandments upon rock tablets giving them to Moses after he led the Jews out of bondage in Egypt. In fact, history itself has shown that religious “tensions,” if you will, is what contributed to the rise of extremist ideologies as witnessed by the Crusades, what was the Papal initiated religious wars of “reclamation” fought during the Middle Ages; the Thirty Years War (1618-1648) between Catholics and Protestants; and islam's numerous still ongoing wars of hoped for“islamic conquest.” But the most vile of all wars having religion as one of its driving forces was, in my opinion, World War II, for not only did one evil man promote anti-Semitism to justify what was to become the “Holocaust,” but he, Adolf Hitler, deemed an entire group of people...the Jewish people...to be “sub-human” and in need of “extermination,” thus claiming that in doing so it would help to “purify” the so-called “Aryan race.” Remember, Hitler was obsessed with “racial purity” and used the word “Aryan” to describe his idea of a “pure German race.”

And Hitler's personal hatred for the Jewish people...the people he identified as “enemies of the state”...became the very people he foolishly held responsible for both Germany's economic and cultural decline. And when it was coupled with Hitler's all but consuming jealousy of the Jews economic and personal successes...the Jews fate was sealed. And when Hitler's hate fueled rhetoric morphed into his selling the justification for murdering six million+ Jews, even the most devote and faithful of religious believers legitimized and gave credence to what was truly the saddest chapter in this, the most unholy of wars.

Simply, Hitler was able to unify the vast majority of the German people together in an act of cleverly crafted preordained hate, thus laying the groundwork for the creating of selectively targeted victims hidden within a most vile of masqueraded causes, while at the same time negating...or at the very least masking...for way too many of the faithful the guilt factor that some must have carried...guilt for their having remained silent about the unspeakable acts knowingly being committed while they willingly and shamefully looked away.

And Hitler did relish in using the influence of Christian religious leaders...religious leaders too afraid to stand up against the man who literally threw aside the Biblical concepts of knowing right from wrong, good from evil... and did so to garner their help in keeping the faithful in line...as in loyal to Hitler's party line that is. And so the clergy became but one of the propaganda arms of the “Third Reich.”

So here the question then becomes, why did the majority of Germany's religious leaders...why did the majority of Europe's religious leaders...not stand up against the evil that walked amongst them? The answer is really not at all that surprising in that once Nazi Germany was able to manipulate both religious rhetoric and its clerical deliverers, churches became gathering places by which Hitler successfully spread Nazi propaganda while instilling in the faithful what he believed to be the “legitimization of his actions.” And he did so while at the same time fostering a sense of what some call “divine support” for the eliminating of those deemed “unholy”...as in the Jews...the now easily and frequently blamed “Christ killers.”

And so for too many countries of Europe “Jew hatred” became a then quite acceptable norm for way too many folks, while the systemic murdering of six millions Jews...babies and children amongst them... morphed into a complex play between Biblical teachings of religious doctrine, and the fact that on some level both the German people and the people of Europe had to know what was really going on. Why so...because Nazi Germany became experts in manipulating religious rhetoric to help propagate its hate filled ideology and propaganda.

Simply, Hitler was successful in using religious musings to turn neighbor against neighbor, friend against friend, all in an effort to not only place blame on those who were actually blameless, but to use the religious faithful as one of the means by which to help spread the doctrine that became known as the “Final Solution.” Churches across Germany and Europe were forced to align their teachings with Nazi state rhetoric and propaganda, and unfortunately too many of the faithful did fall sheepishly in line no matter that the smell of death reeked even inside houses of worship, And while some stood strong against this most perverse style of indoctrination, those who did so were also deemed “enemies of the state,” and like the Jews they tried to protect their bodies joined that of Jews piled high inside the anything but “work camps.”

And Germany of the 1930s and 1940s clearly shows that when religious idealism and fervor is entwined within the reasons for war, a most dangerous of combinations is created for it causes divisions and hatreds amongst people that might not have existed before. And this in turn gives birth to radical extremism which can easily morph into immeasurable suffering and loss of life with God's holy name becoming anything but holy. And when a U.S. president is faced with such a quandary their actions, or lack thereof, becomes part of history itself with both religious and secular history melding into one and the same.

Such is the case with then war time President Franklin Delano Roosevelt (FDR) who simply ignored what was deemed to be the “industrial scale killing” of Jews taking place in Europe. Believed by some to be an anti-Semite, FDR's actions...or lack thereof...did speak for themselves then as they do now that history has been written.

FDR was a practicing Episcopalian who not only embraced a “Jesus based theology,” but one who mentioned God and religion in his war time speeches,  yet he literally turned his back on Hitler's systemic annihilation of Europe's Jewish population. And in Roosevelt's taking no actions to help save the Jews, his disdain for the Jewish people and their faith was on full display for all to see if only their eyes had been open.

And so, the claimed to be “man of faith”...never once publicly spoke out against Hitler's systemic murdering of Europe's Jews not even after “The Auschwitz Protocal”* was released to the American press in the fall of 1944. Briefly, this document described, in detail, the atrocities committed at Auschwitz and Birkenau by three camp escapees, and how Auschwitz and others like it needed to be bombed. In fact, in the summer and early fall of 1944, the “World Jewish Congress” along with the “War Refugee Board” (WRB) forwarded requests to bomb Auschwitz to the US War Department. These requests were denied by both the department and by FDR himself. And this was no matter that the US Army Air Force had recently carried out a heavy bombing raid of the I.G. Farben synthetic oil and rubber (Buna) factory which was less than five miles away from the “Auschwitz-Birkenau killing center.”

A truly sad commentary indeed, and no excuses made can mask the fact that the plight of European Jews was of little to no concern to Roosevelt or to those in his eyes closed administration. 

Simply, religion...the Jewish religion...did indeed color the landscape of WWII and in the way we fought. And while our military shoulders no blame, the fact remains that World War II...especially in the European Theater... was indeed a religious colored war, making this war even uglier than it already was. In fact, if it was not for the “extermination camps” still operating unimpeded, and Roosevelt not allowing the bombing of said camps or the rail lines continuing to bring Jews to what he well knew were the gas chambers...the war might have been over sooner and countless Jewish lives would have been saved, and the children murdered would have been able to grow up.

In fact, in a February 2013 edition of the Jerusalem Post, former South Dakota Senator and 1972 Democrat presidential nominee, George McGovern spoke about his having piloted a B-24 “Liberator” in December 1944, and how his squadron bombed Nazi oil facilities less than five miles from Auschwitz. And in an earlier interview in 2005, McGovern stated that, “There is no question we should have attacked Auschwitz,” adding that, “ There was a pretty good chance we could have blasted those rail lines off the face of the Earth, which would have interrupted the flow of people to those death chambers, and we had a pretty good chance of knocking out those gas ovens.”

Could have, should have, would have...no tangible reason not to have bombed both Auschwitz and the rail lies except for the “no-go” from Roosevelt himself with his flimsy excuses being that our priority was to defeat the Axis powers before anything else. Sure some “collateral damage” would have happened, but that would have been a small price to pay for the “ovens” and “crematories” to be permanently rendered out of commission.

So when some say there was no basis in religion for WWII...when some evil sorts still say the Jews got what they deserved and that the job Hitler started needs to be finished; when supposed men of God throw their faith aside in order to focus on the perpetrators instead of the victims; remember that religion is indeed a first, last, or somewhere in the middle...and probably forever...factor regarding all aspects of war.

And really why shouldn't it be for God seems to have done nothing to help stop hate, war, or injustice. God basically walked away from us after (what some believe) to be creation for it seems, at least to me, that “He” never intended to be “hands on” if you will, as “free will” was given to us for a reason. Case closed.
