On Minneapolis Behaving Badly

...I also believe that that the protesters current defiant, non-peaceful, and increasingly violent actions taken against the federally deployed ICE agents clearly do not meet the Constitutional definition regarding the right of citizens to “peacefully assemble,” and thus these folks should be legally deemed “domestic terrorists”...“terrorists” who should be locked up in jail cells awaiting trial for “insurrection,” along with their governor and Minneapolis' mayor, no matter their recent so-called “constructive” phone conversation with President Trump.

And why...because history has shown that incidents of violence do tend to increase when local government officials either egg said violence on or simply choose to ignore it, that is until a given situation gets so out of hand...as it is in Minneapolis as I write this...that said officials politically can no longer look away, especially when knowing that they truly did allow an “insurrection” against the federal government to take place...Read entire article and see video here. 

Iran’s Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi calls for ‘day of action’ on February 14

In a statement posted Monday on social media platform X, the exiled opposition leader called on Iranians abroad and supporters worldwide to gather in major cities.

Iranian Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi has issued a call for mass demonstrations across the globe on February 14, designating the date as a "Global Day of Action" in support of what he termed Iran's "Lion-and-Sun Revolution."

In a statement posted Monday on social media platform X, the exiled opposition leader called on Iranians abroad and supporters worldwide to gather in major cities, including Munich, Los Angeles, and Toronto, to pressure the international community into taking concrete action against the Islamic Republic.

Pahlavi, son of the late Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, who was deposed in the 1979 Islamic Revolution, has emerged as the most prominent voice among the Iranian opposition in the diaspora advocating for regime change.

His call to action outlined six specific demands directed at Western governments and international bodies. 

“Our six demands are clear:

1. Dismantle the regime’s machinery of repression and protect the people of Iran

It’s the same dark money, with new signs.

Anti-ICE protests in Minnesota may appear to be “grassroots” efforts organized by concerned citizens, but they’re really funded with megadonor money — some coming from China.

A so-called “ICE Out” march drew an estimated 15,000 left-wing political activists to a frozen, snow-covered Minneapolis on Friday, with attendees chanting “ICE out now” and demanding an end to federal immigration enforcement in the city.

Although framed as a spontaneous uprising of concerned, everyday people, the demonstration — like countless that have regularly metastasized during President Trump’s terms — featured a familiar cast of politically obsessed activists and terminally online characters.
