U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz said that Judge James Boasberg, a federal judge in Washington, D.C., signed a gag order that prevented AT&T from telling the senator about a subpoena of his phone records.

Trump demands Senate Republicans invoke ‘nuclear option’ to end ‘country destroying’ government shutdown

Trump explained that during his whirlwind Asia trip “the one question that kept coming up, however, was how did the Democrats SHUT DOWN the United States of America, and why did the powerful Republicans allow them to do it?”
The president said he pondered the question on his long flight back from South Korea.

Zohran Mamdani’s Mother Says He Is 'Not an American at All' in Resurfaced Interview

Zohran Mamdani's mother, in a resurfaced interview with the Hindustan Times from 2013, said her son is "not an American at all." She also used terminology that many view as derogatory to the United States.
"He is a total desi," filmmaker Mira Nair said about her son while he was attending Bowdoin College. "Completely. We are not firangs at all. He is very much us. He is not an Uhmericcan (American) at all. He was born in Uganda, raised between India and America. He is at home in many places. He thinks of himself as a Ugandan and as an Indian."
In
Hindi and Urdu, the word "firang" refers to foreigners, particularly
Westerners. But Mehek Cooke, an attorney born in India who now works as a
consultant for the GOP, told Fox News the term is not “some harmless
cultural term,” but rather a “slur.”
"It’s the word used back in India to mock outsiders, to say you don’t belong," Cooke said. "Using it here about your own child raised in the United States carries the same tone as calling someone a derogatory word — or worse. It’s flippant, divisive, and dripping with contempt for the very country that gave your family a better life."

Uh Oh, Even CNN Is Admitting the Schumer Shutdown Isn't Going Well for Democrats

The Schumer shutdown isn’t going so well for Democrats. In fact, the optics are so bad for them that even CNN is admitting it.
CNN chief data analyst Harry Enten, during a recent broadcast, was shocked by polling numbers showing how Republicans are faring under the shutdown, which has entered its fourth week. When asked about the polling, Enten responded, “You might think, given that the Republicans are in charge of both the House and the Senate, that a government shutdown might actually hurt the Republican brand.”
However, this has not been the case, according to the
analyst. “f anything, it’s been helped a little bit! Take a look here,
the shift in net popularity versus pre-shutdown. When we’re looking at
the Republican Party overall, that brand, actually up two points. That’s
within the margin of error, but clearly it hasn’t dropped,” he
continued.
He noted that the GOP’s net approval has risen by five points since before the shutdown. He explained that the increase in approval comes from the Republican base — but that it also comes from “folks in the middle.”

By now we all know that certain
key indictments have been leveled against some of the main cast of
characters who cooked up not just the pack of lies that became the
Trump/Russian collusion scandal, but also involved the more recent 2020
election as well.
And while said indictment list
will certainly be long and telling, two prominent names supposedly
will not...at least for now...be on that list as they should be...as
in Barack Hussein Obama (the root cause of all the racial animosity
and most of the problems we and our beloved America face today), and
Hillary Rodham Clinton (of the infamous so-called “Clinton body
count list”). And why are both said individuals not on the
current list when both persons, in my opinion, were not just part and
parcel of all lies and innuendos fabricated against President Trump,
but together were the ringleaders that not only wanted to destroy
Donald J. Trump the candidate, then president, but Donald J. Trump
the man as well.
And while some continue to claim
that neither Barack Obama nor Hillary Clinton can ever be legally
arrested, let alone be federally indicted in regards to the “Steele Dossier” hoax, its corresponding Russian collusion scandal, the
numerous coup attempts that were made against President Trump when he first assumed
office, or the still ongoing power plays attempting to sabotage Trump's now second term in office, I truly believe those
persons might well be proven wrong.
Simply,
with the FEC charges being but a “slap on the wrist” so
to speak, the Democrats were able to turn what were uncharged
but true allegations into but a cleverly orchestrated, in-our-face
cover-up of what truly was Obama's and Hillary's involvement in trying
to take down then candidate Donald J. Trump by any and all means
possible short of violent intent. And from what was a public
placating of the civil charges coupled with the verdict rendered, no federal charges were brought against these two, whom I consider to be
traitors to our country.
And
but one example of this can be seen courtesy of AG Pam Bondi's
so-called “strike force” having opened, not too
long ago, a grand jury investigation into a number of claims brought
by now Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard. And the crux
of said claims encompassed the fact that the Obama administration had indeed
engaged in what was called a "treasonous conspiracy"
by their knowingly and willingly using their bought and paid for “Steele Dossier” to push forward onto the public their fabricated claim
that Russia...that Putin...directly interfered in the 2016 election.
First...“treason.”
As per the Constitution's “Article III, Section
3”...”treason” involves “levying war against the
U.S. or adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort;”
and is also part of federal criminal code “Title 18 U.S. Code §2381” making it a federal crime. In fact, “treason”
is considered the most severe of all crimes committed against the U.S., and
if one is found guilty of having committed “treason,” they then face a minimum
prison sentence of five years in federal prison, fines up to $10,000,
and possibly even a sentence of death. But nowhere in the
Constitution does it define “war” as solely being a
physical act.
And
yet, as previously stated, mere “civil charges” were what was filed regarding the “Steele Dossier's” origins ...something I believe to be a true miscarriage of justice
that not only let the perpetrators get away with their nefarious deeds
committed, but saw deliberately being overlooked the fact that with there being no statute of limitations in regards to certain federal level crimes, then why haven't charges of “treason” or charges of “election interference,” been leveled against
those in question? To me, one possible answer might be that in doing so it could well create a Constitutional crisis unlike that which we've never seen before, especially with the two key players involved.
And
as for “election
interference”
it's my opinion that again both Obama and Hillary can be so charged
with the right legal prosecutor in place. How so...because even with
the statute of limitations regarding campaign
finance crimes and the 2016 election having occurred nine years ago,
and with the 2020 election occurred five years ago, that does not mean
that all the i's have been dotted nor all the t's crossed.
And
the gamut of those now facing or likely to be facing charges ranges
from former FBI Director James Comey who was indicted on charges of
making false statements and obstructing a congressional proceeding;
to former National Security Advisor John Bolton indicted on charges
relating to his mishandling, transmitting, and retaining of highly
classified information under the “Espionage
Act;”
to former CIA Director John Brennan who, as I write this, has been
referred to the DOJ for criminal prosecution after he knowingly “made
false statements”
to Congress regarding his
role in the Russia collusion hoax; to
none other than New York AG Leticia James who is now indicted for the
same crimes she accused President Trump of in regards to bank fraud
of which he was found not guilty. And know that more indictments are
sure to come, and rightfully so.
Also, remember that without what had to be both Obama's and Hillary's direct involvement in also trying to take down Trump in the 2020 election, Joe Biden would not have become president. Just think how the world at large and “We the People” would be if we did not have to face the multitude of problems we and President Trump still face today, all thanks to Joe Biden being Obama's third term in office.
How so...first some background info. Remember, Hillary's 2016 presidential campaign in conjunction with the DNC did indeed pay for the Steele dossier to be constructed, and that back in March 2022, both parties faced FEC charges related to what were considered to be “highly technical” rules regarding funding for the very type of research they conducted, and that said funding was deliberately not disclosed to the public. And when handed what amounted to a civil penalty...instead of what I consider to be a federal crime relating to “election tampering”...the DNC and the Clinton campaign collectively agreed to pay $113,000 in fines, with the DNC paying $105,000 and the Clinton campaign paying a mere $8,000 as the court chose to ignore the illegality of the dossier's made up lies and innuendos.
And so with Joe Biden being anointed in 2020...and note I did not say his legally being elected...we saw both Obama (not so secretly) and Hillary (closeted somewhat from public view) pulling Biden's presidential strings as Joe Biden alone did not have the mental capacity nor the acuity to destroy both America's economy and her reputation on the world stage, but Obama and Hillary combined most certainly did. And so entering center stage into the political discourse was what we Republicans sarcastically yet rightfully referred to as the O'Biden presidency. And said presidency came replete with the puppet master Obama himself and his still somewhat closeted shill Hillary Clinton, in an attempt to not only bolster up mentally floundering Joe Biden, but to destroy America from within by reviving what was Barack Obama's socialist driven, Constitutional republic destroying, “fundamental transformation of America”...with America, Republicans, we in the MAGA movement, and President Trump be damned.
And yet all these years later neither Obama nor Hillary have been called to task for their involvement in what is probably one of the worst politically generated scandals in our nations history. And why so...because left leaning “legal experts” have stated that thanks to a July 2024 Supreme Court decision, presidents both past and present have “absolute immunity” for what is considered to be “official acts” taken while in office. And with Obama covered to some degree, the fact that Hillary was never president shows this ruling in no way relates to her...so why hasn't she been indicted or better yet been taken away in handcuffs?
But also being lost in the shuffle remains the fact that since when is Obama's trying to interfere in a presidential election...to actually take part in trying to fix both said election and its aftermath...considered to be an above board “official act”...simply it is not.

These were Director Gabbard's own words that helped to tie Obama directly to what became the January 2017 “Intelligence Community Assessment” after Trump defeated Hillary in the 2016 election. And it was this “assessment” that not only morphed into the Democrats what turned out to be a now nine years long coup attempt against duly elected President Donald J. Trump, while at the same time trying to delegitimize his presidency itself as well as the will of “We the American People.”
So with all that said, misconduct by former President Obama, and former Secretary of State, U.S. senator, and presidential candidate Hillary Clinton...I believe constitutes both acts of “treason” and “election interference” as laid down in our laws.
And second, with U.S. “election interference” usually being defined as “unlawful acts or attempted acts intended to significantly influence voters, undermine public confidence, or alter an election,” one can easily see how this certainly did occur courtesy of the fabricated, proven to be lying “Steele Dossier”...the dossier paid for by the DNC and Hillary's campaign...and done solely in a concerted attempt to defame and dishonor Hillary's presidential opponent Donald J. Trump both before and then after Trump's 2016 election win. And this indeed falls under the banner of “political origins” that even a blind man could see.
So while, to date, no charges of “treason” or “election interference” have been brought against either Barack Obama or Hillary Clinton, that does not mean that legally, on the federal level and with the right prosecutor in place, that it cannot be done even now especially with there being no “statutes of limitations” regarding the crime of “treason.” And nor does it mean that a legitimate “whistleblower” cannot come forward to blow the lid off the cleverly crafted cover-up that is still in place...whether said “whistleblower” be someone simply trying to do the right thing or someone attempting to “make a deal” so as to temper down what was their involvement. And also remember that “treason” has never been Constitutionally defined as solely being a physical act of war, as war itself on the political level can be as dirty as war fought on the battlefield.
For
example, Section 245(b)(1)(A) of Title 18 of the U.S.
Code addresses
interference in elections by force or threats; while 18 U.S.C. §595, prohibits government employees (of which technically Obama and
Hillary both were} from using their official authority in connection
with federally financed activity to interfere with or affect a
federal election, also with a time limit not specifically mentioned.
But again that's for the legal experts and Constitutional scholars to delve into, as I'm just presenting what I believe to be possible options for what I consider to be both election crimes and treasonous acts committed by the aforementioned individuals. And I believe said actions were so vile that it might have, with a different election outcome, changed the very fabric of our Constitutional Republic forever. And if we came so close in 2016, and again in 2020, there is no guarantee that said actions won't surface again in 2028. Case closed.

Bernie Sanders Just Broke With His Party Over This Trump Policy
Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) is
breaking ranks with the party he caucuses with to say this fact: Joe
Biden was total garbage on border security and immigration. Sure, he was
more diplomatic, but he essentially said the quiet part out loud about
Biden on this matter.
We knew he was a disaster, but for liberals who continue to maintain that all was well along the Rio Grande and that DHS under Alejandro Mayorkas was doing its job, it's not the case, cupcakes. President Drool-in-Soup created this fiasco, which Trump has cleaned up. Sanders credited Trump with that aspect as well (via Fox News):

Grassley releases memo showing DOJ 'unleashed unchecked government power' on Trump associates

Grassley posted the four-page memorandum on X, saying it proves top Biden administration officials "personally approved" the case — which he referred to as "Arctic Frost" — and that it "unleashed unchecked government power at the highest levels."
The Iowa Republican added, "My oversight will continue."
The April 2022 memo, signed by Garland, Monaco, and Wray, authorized the FBI’s Washington Field Office to open what the bureau designated a "Sensitive Investigative Matter." The document details the FBI’s request to examine whether individuals connected to Donald Trump’s 2020 campaign conspired to obstruct Congress’ certification of the Electoral College on Jan. 6, 2021. The Lithuanian Ministry of Defense said: "Russian military aircraft briefly entered Lithuanian airspace. Our forces acted quickly with NATO jets on patrol."
The ministry said around 6 p.m. local time two Russian airplanes - an Su30 and IL78, a refueling aircraft, entered Lithuanian airspace for about 18 seconds. A government source guessed it was a refueling exercise.
Two Spanish fighter jets on a NATO air police mission flew to the site of the violation.
"This is another demonstration of NATO’s readiness to respond to any developments and ability to ensure the safety of the Alliance’s airspace," a NATO official said.
Russian diplomats in Vilnius have been called in to meet with the foreign ministry on the matter.

'Schumer Shutdown' Continues As Dems Refuse to Reopen Government for 12th Time

The Senate voted 54-46 to keep the government shutdown. The Senate needs 60 votes to pass a funding bill. Republicans support the measure, but not all Democratic lawmakers do.
The federal government has been shut down for 22 days, which is the second-longest federal shutdown since 1981. The longest shutdown stretched for 35 days.
If the federal shutdown continues much longer into November, then 42 million people might not get food stamp benefits next month.
When pressed about the consequences of extending the federal shutdown, Democrat Whip Rep. Katherine Clark said: "Shutdowns are terrible. Of course, there will be families that are going to suffer. We take that responsibility seriously, but it is one of the few leverage times we have." See Xs and videos here.

Mamdani, the lefty Democratic nominee, was left sweating on stage Wednesday night as he took big hits from independent hopeful Cuomo and Republican candidate Curtis Sliwa, making a poor showing with less than two weeks before the election.
“Cuomo won the debate,” Lee Miringoff, director of the Marist University Institute for Public Opinion, said of the 90 minute slugfest hosted by Spectrum NY1.
“He had a good night. He landed more punches and exposed weaknesses in Mamdani’s presentation. He presented doubts about Mamdani.”

Trump Scraps Meeting with Putin After Russia Proves Unwilling to Seek Peace

According to an official familiar with the situation, the Russians demonstrated a lack of willingness to align themselves with Trump's plan for peace between Ukraine and Russia. The war has been ongoing for more than three years.
“Secretary Rubio and Foreign Minister Lavrov had a productive call,” a White House official told The New York Post on Tuesday. “Therefore, an additional-in-person meeting between the Secretary and Foreign Minister is not necessary, and there are no plans for President Trump to meet with President Putin in the immediate future.”

The Steele dossier was a series of reports detailing President Donald Trump’s alleged ties to Russia. It was compiled and delivered to the FBI in 2016 by former British intelligence agent Christopher Steele.
In Jordan's letter, he alleged subsequent investigations "confirmed that the Clinton campaign and the DNC paid Steele via the law firm Perkins Coie and opposition research firm Fusion GPS to provide derogatory information about Trump’s purported ties to Russia, which resulted in the discredited dossier."
