...And yet all these years later neither Obama nor Hillary have been called to task for their involvement in what is probably one of the worst politically generated scandals in our nations history. And why so...because left leaning “legal experts” have stated that thanks to a July 2024 Supreme Court decision, presidents both past and present have “absolute immunity” for what is considered to be “official acts” taken while in office. And with Obama covered to some degree, the fact that Hillary was never president shows this ruling in no way relates to her...so why hasn't she been indicted or better yet been taken away in handcuffs?

But also being lost in the shuffle remains the fact that since when is Obama's trying to interfere in a presidential election...to actually take part in trying to fix both said election and its aftermath...considered to be an above board “official act”...simply it is not...Read entire article here.

By now we all know that certain key indictments have been leveled against some of the main cast of characters who cooked up not just the pack of lies that became the Trump/Russian collusion scandal, but also involved the more recent 2020 election as well.

And the gamut of those now facing or likely to be facing charges ranges from former FBI Director James Comey who was indicted on charges of making false statements and obstructing a congressional proceeding; to former National Security Advisor John Bolton indicted on charges relating to his mishandling, transmitting, and retaining of highly classified information under the “Espionage Act;” to former CIA Director John Brennan who, as I write this, has been referred to the DOJ for criminal prosecution after he knowingly “made false statements” to Congress regarding his role in the Russia collusion hoax; to none other than New York AG Leticia James who is now indicted for the same crimes she accused President Trump of in regards to bank fraud of which he was found not guilty. And know that more indictments are sure to come, and rightfully so.

And while said indictment list will certainly be long and telling, two prominent names supposedly will not...at least for now...be on that list as they should be...as in Barack Hussein Obama (the root cause of all the racial animosity and most of the problems we and our beloved America face today), and Hillary Rodham Clinton (of the infamous so-called “Clinton body count list”). And why are both said individuals not on the current list when both persons, in my opinion, were not just part and parcel of all lies and innuendos fabricated against President Trump, but together were the ringleaders that not only wanted to destroy Donald J. Trump the candidate, then president, but Donald J. Trump the man as well.

Also, remember that without what had to be both Obama's and Hillary's direct involvement in also trying to take down Trump in the 2020 election, Joe Biden would not have become president. Just think how the world at large and “We the People” would be if we did not have to face the multitude of problems we and President Trump still face today, all thanks to Joe Biden being Obama's third term in office.

And while some continue to claim that neither Barack Obama nor Hillary Clinton can ever be legally arrested, let alone be federally indicted in regards to the “Steele Dossier” hoax, its corresponding Russian collusion scandal, the numerous coup attempts that were made against President Trump when he first assumed office, or the still ongoing power plays attempting to sabotage Trump's now second term in office, I truly believe those persons might well be proven wrong.

How so...first some background info. Remember, Hillary's 2016 presidential campaign in conjunction with the DNC did indeed pay for the Steele dossier to be constructed, and that back in March 2022, both parties faced FEC charges related to what were considered to be “highly technical” rules regarding funding for the very type of research they conducted, and that said funding was deliberately not disclosed to the public. And when handed what amounted to a civil penalty...instead of what I consider to be a federal crime relating to “election tampering”...the DNC and the Clinton campaign collectively agreed to pay $113,000 in fines, with the DNC paying $105,000 and the Clinton campaign paying a mere $8,000 as the court chose to ignore the illegality of the dossier's made up lies and innuendos.

Simply, with the FEC charges being but a “slap on the wrist” so to speak, the Democrats were able to turn what were uncharged but true allegations into but a cleverly orchestrated, in-our-face cover-up of what truly was Obama's and Hillary's involvement in trying to take down then candidate Donald J. Trump by any and all means possible short of violent intent. And from what was a public placating of the civil charges coupled with the verdict rendered, no federal charges were brought against these two, whom I consider to be traitors to our country.

And so with Joe Biden being anointed in 2020...and note I did not say his legally being elected...we saw both Obama (not so secretly) and Hillary (closeted somewhat from public view) pulling Biden's presidential strings as Joe Biden alone did not have the mental capacity nor the acuity to destroy both America's economy and her reputation on the world stage, but Obama and Hillary combined most certainly did. And so entering center stage into the political discourse was what we Republicans sarcastically yet rightfully referred to as the O'Biden presidency. And said presidency came replete with the puppet master Obama himself and his still somewhat closeted shill Hillary Clinton, in an attempt to not only bolster up mentally floundering Joe Biden, but to destroy America from within by reviving what was Barack Obama's socialist driven, Constitutional republic destroying, “fundamental transformation of America”...with America, Republicans, we in the MAGA movement, and President Trump be damned.

And but one example of this can be seen courtesy of AG Pam Bondi's so-called “strike force” having opened, not too long ago, a grand jury investigation into a number of claims brought by now Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard. And the crux of said claims encompassed the fact that the Obama administration had indeed engaged in what was called a "treasonous conspiracy" by their knowingly and willingly using their bought and paid for “Steele Dossier” to push forward onto the public their fabricated claim that Russia...that Putin...directly interfered in the 2016 election.

These were Director Gabbard's own words that helped to tie Obama directly to what became the January 2017 “Intelligence Community Assessment” after Trump defeated Hillary in the 2016 election. And it was this “assessment” that not only morphed into the Democrats what turned out to be a now nine years long coup attempt against duly elected President Donald J. Trump, while at the same time trying to delegitimize his presidency itself as well as the will of “We the American People.”

So with all that said, misconduct by former President Obama, and former Secretary of State, U.S. senator, and presidential candidate Hillary Clinton...I believe constitutes both acts of “treason” and “election interference” as laid down in our laws.

First...“treason.” As per the Constitution's “Article III, Section 3”...”treason” involves “levying war against the U.S. or adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort;” and is also part of federal criminal code “Title 18 U.S. Code §2381” making it a federal crime. In fact, “treason” is considered the most severe of all crimes committed against the U.S., and if one is found guilty of having committed “treason,” they then face a minimum prison sentence of five years in federal prison, fines up to $10,000, and possibly even a sentence of death. But nowhere in the Constitution does it define “war” as solely being a physical act.

And second, with U.S. “election interference” usually being defined as “unlawful acts or attempted acts intended to significantly influence voters, undermine public confidence, or alter an election,” one can easily see how this certainly did occur courtesy of the fabricated, proven to be lying “Steele Dossier”...the dossier paid for by the DNC and Hillary's campaign...and done solely in a concerted attempt to defame and dishonor Hillary's presidential opponent Donald J. Trump both before and then after Trump's 2016 election win. And this indeed falls under the banner of “political origins” that even a blind man could see.

And yet, as previously stated, mere “civil charges” were what was filed regarding the “Steele Dossier's” origins  ...something I believe to be a true miscarriage of justice that not only let the perpetrators get away with their nefarious deeds committed, but saw deliberately being overlooked the fact that with there being no statute of limitations in regards to certain federal level crimes, then why haven't charges of “treason” or charges of “election interference,” been leveled against those in question? To me, one possible answer might be that in doing so it could well create a Constitutional crisis unlike that which we've never seen before, especially with the two key players involved.

So while, to date, no charges of “treason” or “election interference” have been brought against either Barack Obama or Hillary Clinton, that does not mean that legally, on the federal level and with the right prosecutor in place, that it cannot be done even now especially with there being no “statutes of limitations” regarding the crime of “treason.” And nor does it mean that a legitimate “whistleblower” cannot come forward to blow the lid off the cleverly crafted cover-up that is still in place...whether said “whistleblower” be someone simply trying to do the right thing or someone attempting to “make a deal” so as to temper down what was their involvement. And also remember that “treason” has never been Constitutionally defined as solely being a physical act of war, as war itself on the political level can be as dirty as war fought on the battlefield.

And as for “election interference” it's my opinion that again both Obama and Hillary can be so charged with the right legal prosecutor in place. How so...because even with the statute of limitations regarding campaign finance crimes and the 2016 election having occurred nine years ago, and with the 2020 election occurred five years ago, that does not mean that all the i's have been dotted nor all the t's crossed. 

 

For example, Section 245(b)(1)(A) of Title 18 of the U.S. Code addresses interference in elections by force or threats; while 18 U.S.C. §595, prohibits government employees (of which technically Obama and Hillary both were} from using their official authority in connection with federally financed activity to interfere with or affect a federal election, also with a time limit not specifically mentioned.

But again that's for the legal experts and Constitutional scholars to delve into, as I'm just presenting what I believe to be possible options for what I consider to be both election crimes and treasonous acts committed by the aforementioned individuals. And I believe said actions were so vile that it might have, with a different election outcome, changed the very fabric of our Constitutional Republic forever. And if we came so close in 2016, and again in 2020, there is no guarantee that said actions won't surface again in 2028. Case closed.

And doing damage control has become Fauci's prime directive, so to speak, what with the vaccinated and boosted now more than the unvaccinating not only getting sick, but being hospitalized with a few even dying.

And damage control has morphed into the continuation of the media's spewing of medical lies, especially the lies regarding the vaccine itself and its seemingly endless round of booster shots. And it's the number of booster shots in conjunction with the original “jab” that, I believe, might cause dangerous modifications to one's DNA...as well as the media keeping both the “duration of immunity factor” and the "immune cascade response" from public consumption...

Year Three and No End In Sight

As we move forward into year three of the Covid pandemic...a year that will see an all important mid-term election...the one thing that seems to be a given is that the Covid boogeyman will continue to be the very thing the Democrats will use to try to sway this election. And while most of the Democrat powers-that-be know well that even though a growing number of Americans are no longer buying into the Covid nonsense and lies they're spewing, the fact remains that fear and panic will remain the Democrats go-to weapon of choice.

Stir up the masses to the point where they're afraid of even their own shadows and you'll soon have them believing that the only safe way, the only Covid-free way to vote is by mail-in ballot. If you think that Joe Biden being elected president was as bad as it can get...use your air-quotes regarding the word “elected”...you ain't seen nothing yet if Republicans fail to take back the House and the Senate. And if you also think the 24/7 Covid news cycle is overwhelming now, just wait until you see what's coming...as in more executive orders being put into place in Biden's attempt to circumnavigate the recent SCOTUS rulings. Think of the administration composing lists of we the wisely still unvaccinated and then federally charging us with God only knows what offense...a threat to public safety perhaps.

And folks, don't laugh, as I'm sure doing just that has crossed the minds of those tasked with “sheeple control,” because to that affect. last week Biden actually called on social media companies (like Facebook) and media news outlets in general to “step up their censorship of Americans” as it relates to “Covid-19 misinformation”...a true First Amendment violation. But what better way is there than censorship...especially media implemented censorship...to control the “sheeple”...as in the majority of those who compose the uninformed masses...than to hide behind politically driven faux science to get them to believe that it's we the “unvaccinated” alone who are not only their personal enemy but the enemy of our county as well.

How so? First, what is the “duration of immunity factor” but the length of time before a given vaccine's potency begins to wane...as in a vaccine's ability to keep whatever pathogen it's given for at bay. And it's this waning factor which causes one, in some cases, to need either one or more booster shots or another vaccine entirely. So while booster shots are not uncommon, the fact is that never before have boosters been needed within such a short period of time as we've seen with Covid. Remember, even a flu shot...which is actually medically classified as a “vaccine”...is given but once a year not needed within mere months let alone weeks.

And as for the “immune cascade response,” which while a bit more complicated boils down to the simple fact that COVID-19, as we know it, derived from a virus native to bats in the Wuhan area of China and originally was a non-human caught virus...a virus that then was modified via genetic engineering and manipulated in such a way as to be able to be passed on to we humans. And here it gets interesting for, I believe, said viral manipulation likely involved keeping intact at least part of its animal (bat) component...a component the bio-engineers knew our human immune systems would not recognize nor be able to fight successfully without specific recourse. In other words “gain-of-function” research in action. 

And illness came not because the virus at face value overwhelms our immune system, but because our immune system simply does not recognize the animal (bat) component within the now modified viral invader. And while our immune system will try to fight off the invader and succeed in those with overall less viral load in their bodies and/or those with stronger immune systems in general, for others the now clearly engineered virus does lead to uncontrolled viral replication in the airways of those that cannot fight off. And why... because their immune system has never before been forced to mount a "response" to this type of animal (bat) component let alone recognize what is not really a virus in the conventional sense, but a component driven bio-weapon manifesting itself as a virus.

A bio-weapon released on the public with truth known only to a few. And this, I believe, is why the vaccines truly aren't working...as proven by the ever increasing number of “breakthrough cases” and the multiple booster shots needed. But this is also why a therapeutic antidote is needed for antidotes are effective against bio-weapons... which simply are a poison...and why vaccines are not. And, I believe, Fauci has known this all along.

Now here let's delve a bit into some medical truths about certain jargon that has recently been making social media rounds...jargon even we unvaccinated folks need to understand.

• First, a “vaccine's” job is to “teach” your immune system to recognize and fight off a specific pathogen...in the case of Covid read “virus”...in order to give one “immunity” to said specific pathogen.

• Second, “immunity” is but the ability of one's immune system to resist or fight off a certain infection or toxin via the action of certain antibodies and/or sensitized white blood cells (T-cells). So while Fauci continues pushing “immunity through vaccination” as the only way to beat or at least get a handle on Covid...remember “herd immunity” is not in his or the Democrats vocabulary...Fauci deliberately remains close-mouthed to the fact that a certain degree of “immunity” can be garnered simply by one having had Covid itself whether it be with or without symptoms being present...meaning those who test positive but are asymptomatic.

• Three, “inoculation” is just a synonym for “vaccination” and “immunization,” basically being just the process by which one is “jabbed.”

• Four, what is called a “flu shot” is but another name for “flu vaccine.” Our own side at times tends to forget this thus turning medical facts into a game of word semantics...which when dealing with “sheeple” can be fun at times...is still something that Fauci and his cohorts feed upon and try to use against us. Simply, a vaccine and a shot in the case of Covid is one and the same thing.

One and the same being that Covid-19 and its ensuing variants remain what they were always intended to be by both the Chinese Communist government and Democrat party shill “gain-of-function” researchers here in the U.S., with Dr. Fauci being number one on that list...as in a purposely engineered and manipulated bio-weapon that was derived from what was once a naturally occurring virus. And with Covid-19, once again, seeming to cause a number of genetic modification to human DNA, courtesy of the fact that the “jab” apparently causes a suppression of one's own natural immune system in favor of its producing more Covid spike proteins...proteins that eventually do overwhelm its host's immune system...“breakthrough cases” they're being called. And it's these very folks who are at the “virus shedding” center of both Covid's increased spread and it's ongoing variant mutations as these folks "shed" more virus even if asymptomatic.

Now imagine if you will a scenario where Fauci and crew have the “sheeple” laden masses believing that in order to stop the mutations and therefore Covid itself that a continuous round of booster shots is needed in order to prevent you from getting sick...sick with a virus that after enough mutations truly does become but the common cold or a mild flu. This indeed could happen and seems to be already be trending that way. How so...it seems that as the flu season takes hold it's becoming nearly impossible to tell the difference between COVID-19 and the flu except in the lab.

In fact, unless one gets a definitive positive COVID-19 test result from a lab conducted PCR test or an in-lab antigen test...as opposed to an Antigen Rapid Self-Test which is notorious for producing both false positive and negative results...the chances are that one does not have Covid but instead has the flu. And why...because the symptoms of each illness does mimic the other coupled with the fact that we are now in the midst of flu season.

Simply, not everyone who thinks they have Covid has Covid no matter Biden's, Fauci's, and the media's fear mongering call to “Covid Arms,” for the current spike in new Covid cases truly is courtesy of the vastly weaker omicron variant...a variant manifesting more like a cold or the flu than a new incarnation of the more virulent delta variant...a variant which did increase for a given amount of time both the number of hospitalizations and deaths. Omicron for the most part can indeed be treated at home with therapeutics, as can the flu, and contrary what Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor recently claimed there are not 100,000 children with Omicron laying in hospitals and on ventilators.

And so as I conclude this article where I began with year three of Covid now upon us, yet we still see no retribution being levied against China for what they released upon the world...whether it be knowingly or unknowingly...no retribution from our country nor from other countries as well. So will the Covid Pandemic be but relegated to the pages of history like the Spanish Flu Pandemic of 1918 was, or can those who did us harm be brought to justice, including Dr. Anthony Fauci whose lies and deceit led us to where we are today...a country cowering in fear being at the helm of an administration totally clueless to the true Covid realities. Can actual charges of treason be levied against Fauci for knowingly getting us involved in dangerous “gain-of-function” research with one of America's enemies, and can Joe Biden himself be removed from office for his gross mishandling of a medical crisis...a crisis which caused many lives to needlessly be lost...a crisis that should never have been turned into the Democrats political weapon of choice?

All those questions can only be answered on November 8th when and if we take back the House and the Senate, and if in doing so Republicans actually grow a spine. Case closed.

The Unprotected Truth

An undeniable truth is that no one can make a truly informed decision about anything unless they have the facts. Without facts things one thinks of as truths are usually nothing but lies told, and more times than not it's lies used to help push forward a political agenda, an agenda that sometimes is coupled with a monetary bonanza for a select few.

And herein lies the case, I believe, regarding Covid-19, the actual disease itself, the vaccine, and deaths that should never have been.

Let me explain. We all know Covid-19 is real, in fact most of us know either someone who currently has the virus, has recovered from the virus, or unfortunately even has died from the virus. And while I'm sure many of us have lined up to be “jabbed” thinking said “jab” would prevent us from getting sick or to at least help prevent a worse case hospital scenario if we did get sick, others of us continue to refuse to put into our bodies a vaccine which is still going through all-important clinical trials...some of which will not be completed until 2023. And I personally fall into that latter category for in no way will I put into my body any of the Covid vaccines currently available even though to some small and quite limited degree they might help to slow the spread of this horrific disease. 

So why exactly won't I submit to being "jabbed"...because the fact remains that the “jab” does not and will not stop one from actually getting infected by the very disease the vaccine is supposed to prevent.

And this, unfortunately, applies to all three of the Covid vaccines being used in our country today...the Johnson & Johnson, Phizer, and Moderna vaccines...none...I repeat none...of which can actually stop the spread of Covid-19 dead in its tracks...which is the only way to truly bring this ongoing pandemic to an end. But before I get into that aspect in detail, let's first put this fact on the table by my saying that if you think any of these three vaccines now being advertised as being “free” are actually free, please know that you are horribly mistaken for it's our collective taxpayer dollars that are paying for the vaccines to be produced as well as to be distributed. Simply, the government is using our monies to pay “Big Pharma” to produce what they, the “powers that be,” deem is the amount needed, and maybe even to grease a few political palms in the process...politics is a dirty game after all...something November 2020 had us all bearing witness to as unequivocal truth.

Now in regards to the actual medical aspects of the Covid vaccines, the fact is that while the overall premise of how a given vaccine works is sound in regards to its helping to prevent one from getting sick with the same viral infection over and over again, the truth sadly is that not all of the vaccines given protect one from getting the very disease said vaccine was targeted for nor does it stop one from passing it along even if one is asymptomatic. And this is now the case regarding Covid-19, because even if one is vaccinated against the nasty little gift from China, one can, as has been proven, still become infected...“breakthrough infections” they're being called...thus becoming sick, passing the virus along to others, or even succumbing to the very virus that they were supposedly vaccinated against.

And why...because like with the flu vaccine, the Covid vaccines while inducing protection from disease do not necessarily protect one from actually becoming infected or from spreading Covid to others.

And while I am not a doctor. nor do I pretend to be one, I'm sure those with the letters M.D. after their name will agree that the key issue regarding the vaccine and its supposedly "protecting" one against Covid-19 is a vastly different scenario than its "protecting" one from getting infected by Covid-19 or by any of its now newly emerging variants.

And why...because again like with today's flu vaccines, in order not to become infected by Covid-19 or by its ever-changing and emerging above stated variants, the vaccine one has been given must be what's called a “sterilized vaccine,” which none of the three Covid vaccines nor the current flu vaccines are. And while the current generation of vaccines might make its host's illness...as in the person now infected...less severe than it might have been sans vaccine, the fact remains that only a “sterilized” version of said vaccine will prevent the Covid virus from actually infecting a new host or allowing for a noticeable across the board reduction in the virus' spread.

But what exactly is a “sterilized vaccine?” It's simply a vaccine that after being received allows one's own immune system to become strong enough to prevent the virus it's given for from ever entering one's body's cells and replicating itself because immune cells within the body are now able to bind to the virus in places that prevent it from entering a cell and start making copies of itself. And some of these immune cells may produce actual “sterilizing antibodies,” which are proteins that recognize other specific proteins and structures on the surfaces of pathogens (viruses and/or bacteria) thus being able to then render them harmless. But to achieve “sterilizing immunity,” your body needs to not only produce enough neutralizing antibodies but to do so in the long term, which in turn leads to life-long immunity.

And again, none...I repeat none...of three Covid vaccines being used in our country today are “sterilized vaccines,” and thus do not prevent the virus from replicating itself, making its host sick, or prevent said host from infecting others even if they are asymptomatic. And with vaccines that do induce “sterilizing immunity”...for example the vaccines developed for the human papillomavirus (HPV) which does stop the virus infection and spread in full... being difficult to produce due to the mode of any given virus' transmission...is why most vaccines used today do not and will not produce such lifelong immunity while greatly lowing spread.

Now in more common layman's vernacular, the fact is that to be a “sterilized” vaccine” a vaccine must actually prevent infection. Simply, if one never gets infected by a given virus said virus never gets a chance to replicate, and thus you don't “shed” virus...meaning you cannot infect others. In turn, if you don't “shed” virus particles, in this case Covid virus particles, the likelihood of infection spread then ends with you, meaning you cannot pass the virus on nor cause a mutation in the virus itself because you are now what's called “sterile against” the virus.

A bit confusing I know, but to break it down even further this means that if a vaccine, any vaccine, is not a “sterilized vaccine” the virus it's being used against can still infect you, replicate itself, and thus allow you to infect others. So, does that vaccine then become basically useless...in a way....yes it does, for to be a true vaccine said vaccine must actually prevent infection and not just be used or touted as either a prophylactic measure in misplaced hopes of preventing an illness or as an adjunct therapy if one unfortunately does get sick...both of which are the propaganda Dr. Fauci and the CDC crew are still trying to sell to we, the still unvaccinated, as truth.

But no matter the hype surrounding the vaccine the truth is and shall remain that one can still catch Covid-19, or whatever is the current variant de-jour, even after having been “jabbed” no matter that they might not even exhibit the outward symptoms of illness nor will it prevent those unknowingly infected from shedding said virus and thus infecting others. And again, it's because only a “sterilized” Covid vaccine would be strong enough to induce the needed immune response that would prevent any viral particles that had entered one's body from replicating...thereby helping the much needed “cytotoxic T cells” and “non-neutralizing antibodies” to become strong enough to prevent all who receive the vaccine from getting sick.

And this is why more and more vaccinated people are now appearing as not only “breakthrough cases,” but ending up so seriously ill because they didn't present themselves for treatment until it was too late to save them. After all, they sadly bought into Fauci's hype about the “jab” being the end all and be all to the Covid pandemic.

So the fact remains that all the Covid vaccines still in their current “unsterilized” forms...which includes the Johnson & Johnson, Phizer, and Moderna vaccines...does not and will allow for the aforementioned “cytotoxic T cells” and “non-neutralizing antibodies” to become strong enough to prevent all who receive it from getting infected and thus “shedding” even more virus. And Dr. Fauci knows this to be medical truth as do other public health officials, as well as their knowing that's why Covid cases are now increasing and why Covid will continue to come roaring back just in different variations...continue to come roaring back simply because there is no...I repeat no..."sterilized" Covid vaccine in use today nor will there be in the near future.

And yet these folks still hold out hope that the currently on the market vaccines, even in their lacking said “sterilizing immunity,” can still slow down Covid's viral replication to such a degree that the number of those actually getting sick and “shedding” virus gets reduced just enough so that the masses continue to buy into their hype of being not only our medical saviors, but that it's enough so that their Democrat cohorts hold onto power thus allowing their medical and bureaucratic careers to survive intact. And with Covid continuing to be an all around profitable dollar and cents business for “the powers that be,” the “health, safety, and welfare” of the American people will remain delegated to second...or even third, fourth, or fifth...place. Case closed.
