Another Benghazi Email...More Trouble for Obama and Crew

Oh dear...it seems Hillary and Obama are in trouble yet again as 'sticks and stones' might NOT break their bones but lies told concerning Benghazi will surely hurt them. And rightfully so I might add as once again they're being exposed courtesy of a Judicial Watch 'Freedom of Information Act' (FOIA) lawsuit, and who just a few days ago released a two-year old previously unseen by 'We the People' Benghazi email bearing the subject line 'Libya'.

Sent from the Pentagon's then Chief of Staff Jeremy Bash to the State Department's top deputies at 7:19 p.m. EST on the night of September 11, 2012, the email urged them to accept the offer of “forces that could move to Benghazi” in time to help diffuse the terrorist attack on the compound...contradicting both Hillary's and then Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta's testimony that NO forces were available and within reach to provide 'help' to the compound that was under siege.

“I just tried you on the phone but you were all in with S...a reference to then- Secretary of State Hillary Clinton...and after consulting with General Dempsey, General Ham and the Joint Staff, we have identified the forces that could move to Benghazi. They are spinning up as we speak.” were the words in Bash's email.

And this Obama and Hillary hoped 'NEVER-to-be-exposed-email' was sent to Deputy Chief of Staff Jacob Sullivan; Under-Secretary of State for Political Affairs Wendy Sherman; and Deputy Secretary of State for Management and Resources Thomas Nides amongst others, but it appears NOT to Hillary herself, and sadly arrived after the first attack had already resulted in the deaths of Ambassador Christopher Stevens and Information Officer Sean Smith. However, it did arrive before a mortar strike on the CIA annex killed Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty during what turned into an eight-hour siege on the compound.

But most importantly this email directly contradicts the February 2013 testimony given by Leon Panetta before the Senate Armed Services Committee, proving his words that, “time, distance, the lack of an adequate warning, events that moved very quickly on the ground prevented a more immediate response,” were NOTHING but a lie told under oath...a serious and punishable offense of its own.

And in further dishonoring the memory of those lost at Benghazi comes the fact that the Obama administration also redacted the details of the above said military forces available from the official Benghazi report citing a 'Freedom of Information Act' (FOIA) exemption...an exemption that allows for the withholding of so-called 'deliberative process' information...information the Obama administration claims would negatively affect national security.

So what actually has been disclosed in this email...to me and my Right Side Patriots partner and friend Craig Andresen...it screams loudly of something that we stated from day one in our 3-part series, 'Benghazi...The Truth Exposed'... http://thepatriotfactor.blogspot.com/p/investigative-articles-from-time-to.html...that a 'stand down' order of sorts was indeed given by the Obama administration for now it appears that all that was supposedly needed for 'help' to be sent was a State Department 'sign-off' which did NOT happen.

And why didn't it happen...because (I believe that) Hillary and her State Department simply did NOT want it to happen. Remember, neither she nor Obama could risk having their (in my opinion) involvement in the illegal gun and weapons running operation to the anything-but moderate Syrian rebels exposed...even though her job description legally includes ensuring the protection of the U.S. government to American citizens, property, and interests in foreign countries. And to make this even more grievous, Obama and Hillary both knew that immediate military assistance could have made a difference between life and death for those trapped at the CIA Annex...could have saved those who knew about the above said illegal operation.

So, a Special Operations team of six security officials from Tripoli along with a Libyan military unit went to Benghazi on their own accord to provide at least some support during the waning hours of the attack. And after the attack was over, only then were 'military assets' used to recover the bodies of the dead, to remove some but NOT all of those wounded, and to evacuate U.S. personnel from Libya on the one U.S. plane that Obama made available for this task. What a sad commentary for America's Commander-in-Chief, who basically did NOTHING but watch in real-time and I suppose smile as Americans died.

And while some, including the left-leaning 'Media Matters' website, claim that this newly disclosed email in NO way contradicts Panetta's under oath testimony, they are playing a game of word semantics to the affect that Panetta's testifying that forces had been deployed that night, but that the above said, "time, distance, the lack of an adequate warning, events that moved very quickly on the ground prevented a more immediate response,” is certainly NOT true as the attack lasted almost throughout the night and Tripoli, where U.S. forces were stationed, was only 404 miles away by land...361 nautical miles away by sea...meaning U.S. military 'help' by air could have arrived within an hour or less while the attacks were still ongoing.

“Soon after the initial reports about the attack in Benghazi were received, General Dempsey and I met with President Obama, and he ordered all available DOD assets to respond to the attack in Libya and to protect U.S. personnel and interests in the region. It's important to remember that in addition to responding to the situation in Benghazi, we were also concerned about potential threats to U.S. personnel in Tunis, Tripoli, Cairo, Sana'a and elsewhere that could potentially require a military response,” is part of what Penetta said before the committee...lied actually...but why pray tell worry about “potential threats” that have yet to happen when an actual attack is ongoing...ongoing and where Americans are dying.

Kind of knocks the wind out of 'Media Matters' argument now doesn't it especially when you add in that Panetta also testified that, “Only 12 hours after the attacks had begun, all remaining U.S. government personnel had been safely evacuated from Benghazi,” which directly contradicts the words of Benghazi survivor, Diplomatic Security Agent David Ubben, one of the only survivors to have witnessed both attacks in Benghazi, and the man who waited for over 20-hours for help to arrive after fighting alongside Navy SEALS Doherty and Woods. Stranded on the rooftop with a 'shredded leg,' NO medical aircraft was sent to the compound to get him out...NO help at all was sent for him for just a few hours short of a full day...so much for Penetta's statement...for Panetta's lie...that all remaining personnel were taken out of Benghazi within 12 hours.

So could Judicial Watch's newly disclosed email be the piece of the Benghazi puzzle that finally allows all the pieces to fit together...I believe it is as this email shows that NOT only did Obama, Hillary, and Penetta, lie about the happenings before, during, and after the attacks at Benghazi, but it also shows that some other statements Panetta gave under oath, including that Obama was “simply absent” despite being told that the Benghazi attacks were ongoing, and that Obama did NOT call or communicate with him during that night at all, but that “we were aware that that information [concerning the ability to send help] went to the White House,” are actually contradictions of sorts.

And how so...because how could Panetta “be aware” that the White House received information which included the offer of 'help', and then NOT admit before the Senate Armed Services Committee that since Obama did receive these critical emails and willingly chose to do NOTHING to help those trapped and under attack at the compound, leads one to rightfully believe that Barack HUSSEIN Obama himself in his role as Commander-in-Chief refused to authorize any 'help', and in his NOT authorizing any 'help' translates into the same thing as ordering what 'help' was available to 'stand down'.

And while many still want to believe that Hillary was the one who ordered 'help' to 'stand down' what they forget is that under the Constitution a ‘stand down’ order follows a specific chain of command, and the one relating to Benghazi would go like this, in order from top to bottom...President, Secretary of Defense, Secretary’s of the various armed services (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines), Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the various Chiefs of Staff for each military service, the Commanding General for AFRICOM, and the local command structure under AFRICOM...and NOWHERE in that pecking order is the Secretary of State.

So why didn't Penetta himself...who was in that pecking order in his role of Secretary of Defense...order 'help' to go in after the State Department and Hillary refused to do so...the only possible reason is that Obama had already issued the 'stand down' order, and he would have had to go against Obama in order to do so...which by the way would have been the right and honorable thing to do.

And while Hillary acted 'inappropriately' in doing NOTHING to help prevent American deaths, in her capacity as Secretary of State she could have influenced...insisted... that Obama give the order to send in 'help'...but she instead willingly and maliciously chose to do NOT a thing. So she too is just as guilty of being an accessory to murder...to treason...as is Barack HUSSEIN Obama, while Leon Penetta has been shown to be a weak, cowardly, Secretary of Defense who also did NOTHING but watch as Americans died.

And all this is proven thanks to Judical Watch and its one little, now in the public venue, email. Now if Congress would just grow a 'set' and do something about it, 'housekeeping' could be getting GITMO ready for its newest additions...just saying.

Hillary's Emails...Hopefully the End of Her Presidential Aspirations

Another facelift...or botox perhaps...and lots of new pants suits for Hillary as she supposedly is gearing up to run in 2016...but yet another scandal has surfaced to block her (she thinks) 'destined' path to the presidency and now so many more lies to construct...oh dear what will she do...what pray tell will Hillary Clinton do.

Lie, cheat, and blame everybody but herself for this newest of the many scandals that have her finger prints all over them is what Hillary, as expected, will do.

And so Ms. 'What Difference Does It Make' now finds herself in yet even more hot water...this time over emails...emails of a government nature used for official State Department business while she was Secretary of State...emails that should have been constructed on a government site NOT over a private, unencrypted, and unsupervised account on a private server initiating from her Chappaqua, New York, home (of which she alone had control and which could be easily hacked into by numerous foreign governments)...emails that are an obvious breach of NOT only established protocol but of rules that require all such correspondence to be kept in the public domain...a breach that is a felony criminal offense as Hillary most definitely violated both the Federal Records Act and the Freedom of Information Act.

Hillary Clinton...the very woman who served as First Lady, a (carpetbagging) Senator from New York, and Secretary of State, knew damn well that her decision to use a private email account...a non-government approved non-government secured email account...an account where foreign policy matters were discussed in length and where she alone decided what would be kept in the record and what was to be removed from the record...was a conscious decision deliberately made to keep certain critical and telling correspondence from scrutiny...a decision made to keep what information was sent and to whom she sent it secret from 'We the People.'

So much for transparency from yet another member of the Obama administration. So much for the woman who back to 2007 when she was running against Obama for the Democratic nomination accused the Bush administration...most specifically former Secretary of State Colin Powell...of doing exactly what she herself went on to do...as in use private emails to conduct government business...hypocrite...thy name is Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Using the email address hdr22@clintonemail.com the actual 'clintonemail.com' domain was registered in 2009, right after newly-elected (gag) Obama nominated Hillary to become Secretary of State. But under certain rules in place from 2009 to 2013...the time Clinton served as Secretary of State...government officials were NOT required to only use official government email accounts. But...and this is important... since 2009 federal regulations required that if a government official did perchance use a private email account for public business, said emails were to be considered the same as government records and were to be preserved as part of the official record-keeping system. However, Hillary did NOT do so and took the emails with her in 2013 when when she stepped down as Secretary of State...and herein lies her criminal breach of the Federal Records Act.

Remember now back to 2011 when then Obama spokesmouth Jay Carney issued a statement to the effect that, “We are definitely instructed that we need to conduct all of our work on our government accounts...” that it was the "Obama administration's policy” to use government accounts...well this means that even if Hillary can somehow wheedle her way out of her breech from 2009 through 2011, it does NOT excuse her for the breach from 2011 to 2013...it does NOT excuse her from deliberately withholding emails from the time frame of Benghazi...hmmm. And know that Benghazi is at the bottom of all her subterfuge...just something to think about... just another thing for Trey Gowdy to investigate.

And while in December 2011 when asked by the State Department for those emails, Hillary did turn over some emails from said private account, with her personal spokesmouth adding that in the instances where she wrote to department heads and officials at their formal government addresses, those emails should still be in the department’s system...I guess just like Lois Lerner's emails from the same time period should have still been around somewhere...yeah right.

And of course the Obama administration is now piping in to say they had NO clue what Hillary was doing even though every email sent and every email received had a .com address instead of the mandated .gov address. And isn't it quite odd that just this past November, Obama 'suddenly' signed a law that requires government employees who use private email for official business to forward those e-mails to government systems within twenty days.

Control, subterfuge, and secrecy...the hallmark of people like Hillary who have things to hide...things in addition to her direct involvement in Benghazi... important things like in 2012 when the Clinton State Department, in effect, forced the resignation, by way of an extremely scathing job performance evaluation, of U.S. Ambassador to Kenya Scott Gration. And why was this done...simply because Gration dared to do the very thing Hillary was then and still now is guilty of...that be in using a private, unsanctioned email service for official business. And Gration, just like Hillary, had ordered a commercial Internet connection be installed in his embassy office (in his case to be put in his office's bathroom) so he could work there on a laptop NOT connected to the State Department's email system, as well as issuing a mission policy statement authorizing that he and the other mission personnel use commercial email for daily communication of official government business in their handling of what was deemed to be 'sensitive but unclassified' material.

So of course Hillary and crew had to throw Gration under the bus to cover their own much more serious tracks now didn't they.

And what of Hillary's involvement in Benghazi...what truths did she try to hide...what lies did she have to construct...via her private hopefully never to be found out emails of course. Remember, it was the House Committee investigating the attack at the Benghazi compound that discovered that Hillary was illegally maintaining and using a private email account for official business...doing so obviously to keep what she plotted, wrote, and sent secret from prying eyes...when those on the Committee...as per the Freedom of Information Act and Congressional requests...asked for all correspondence between Hillary and her aides pertaining to the lead-up to the attack, the attack itself, and to its aftermath.

And when she had NO other option but to turn over those emails...Hillary and her advisers were the ones who went through thousands upon thousands of her personal emails and they were the ones who decided which emails to turn over to the State Department and which to dispose of...translation: Hillary had time to destroy any and all emails that might incriminate her NOT only in the attack on our compound but in the hastily concocted story about a now and forever infamous YouTube video, along with her also being able to destroy any emails that might directly incriminate her in the deaths of Ambassador Christopher Stevens, Information Officer Sean Smith, and ex-Navy SEALS Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty.

And it's also now being reported that some of Hillary's private emails from the night of the Benghazi attack...emails NOT destroyed...show that she knew that Saudi Arabia... the very same Saudi Arabia who helped finance the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center...also helped finance the attack on Benghazi and that the attack had absolutely NOTHING to do with that ridiculous God-awful video. The specific email in question quotes an "individual with sensitive access" saying that information provided by French security services indicated the funding for both the Benghazi and ensuing Algeria attacks “originated with wealthy Sunni Islamists in Saudi Arabia.” For this alone Hillary Clinton should immediately be arrested for treason for 'aiding and abetting' the enemy for she knew the truth about the attack on Benghazi and kept said truth hidden from both the public and from the victim's families.

So with the Select Committee on Benghazi now issuing subpoenas for all of Hillary's private email correspondence, the bottom line is that Hillary has been using private emails to conduct government business...classified government business...to some degree or another since 2009.

Also of note is that many Conservative groups have filed numerous requests over the years for information about Hillary's email correspondence, but true to form their requests have either been lost, denied, or supposedly bogged down in paperwork. However, later today Citizens United is expecting a court ruling in reference to a lawsuit they filed last year (they wanted to cross-reference the agency’s flight manifests with the donors who contributed to the 'Bill, Hillary & Chelsea Clinton Foundation') after the State Department would NOT turn over to them said flight records. And why...because those records would show who exactly went with Hillary and where they went on her many 'questionable' overseas trips. And these records include in them correspondence between Hillary and the infamous Muslim Brotherhood affiliated Huma Abedini.

And as Trey Gowdy and crew start the task of wading through 55,000+ personal emails of Hillary's...out of the who knows how many she has already destroyed...know that if Hillary was smart she would now give up her presidential aspirations because she cannot lie her way out of this one, especially when the ubber liberal New York Times was the one who broke this story and who continues to stay on top of it. And NOT only is Hillary part of the 'old guard' of her party, this woman...like so many others who aspire to public office today...has now and forever broken the public's trust in her...NOT that those on our side ever trusted her.

Hillary Clinton is a has-been and most likely a criminal who would be better served just being a grandmother as would her husband be better served staying away from questionable goings-on on yachts with questionable characters. The time has come for Democrats of the 'old school' to come forward and restore their party to the days of JFK when being a Democrat was something one could be proud of...to a time when Democrats and Republicans alike had a love of God and country...when America's enemies were clearly defined and NOT made excuses for...and most importantly to a time when American exceptionalism was front and center for all the world to see and for all Americans to strive for.

And that my friends is something the likes of enemy-coddling, America-hating, still presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton knows NOTHING about.

Update: an email from 2011 has been discovered where Hillary told State Department workers NOT to use private email for State Department business or for any government business...and it was sent from her private email address. Talk about a hypocrite who believes she is above it all...as in do what I say NOT what I do, and know this attitude will NOT change if she were ever to become president.

Just like Barack HUSSEIN Obama wouldn't know the truth if it came and knocked him upside his head neither would Hillary 'What Does It Matter' Clinton. Birds of a feather...as the saying goes.

Listening to her bloviations on FOX the other night one cannot help but be amazed at how someone can lie with such a straight face, but she's had years of practice doing so going even further back than to her days as Arkansas First Lady when Bubba was governor. Remember the Whitewater scandal complete with all its lies that became the subject of a federal investigation, prosecutions, and convictions...Whitewater will always taint her Arkansas years.

And let's NOT forget that Clinton may...and I only say may...have been involved in numerous civil rights violations during Billy-Boy's 1992 presidential campaign when it was believed she was involved in the monitoring, illegal wiretapping, and domestic spying of hubby's political opponents. Maybe she was the one who taught the NSA how to do it...just saying.

And dare we forget the true precursor to ObamaCare... and it was NOT RomneyCare as many believe but was HillaryCare...the monstrosity she tried to force down our throats while we were subject to the Bill Clinton 'I didn't inhale' years. HillaryCare, along with the task force she headed, was her dream...our nightmare...of creating a national health care system...what in reality was a single-payer system. And while thankfully HillaryCare NEVER made it to vote, the secrecy of how she handled the task force was at issue in cases that made it to trial resulted in a ruling that disclosures had to comply with the law.

Also, let's NOT forget the questionable and 'untimely' death of her 'supposed' friend Vince Foster.

And remember her famous...or should I say infamous...line "a vast right-wing conspiracy" when she admonished conservatives in Congress for criticizing the Clinton's...especially Billy-Boy's...oh-so scandalous lifestyle...as in Monica, Jennifer, and so many others too numerous to count. 

And Hillary learned all this...learned how to deceive...how to lie...how to cover-up and in simple words...learned how to be an all around b*tch...when she was a young attorney working on the Watergate investigation all those many years ago. And least it be forgotten that Hillary was FIRED for her lies and unethical behavior when she violated the all-important rules of confidentiality. And the woman who now thinks she's quite untouchable was refused a letter of recommendation...and rightly so.

But all this nastiness was a mere prelude to the mother of all her lies and cover-ups...the one directly linked to the deaths of four brave Americans...Benghazi.

And now Hillary Clinton, in an interview just this past Tuesday with Fox News' Brett Baier and Greta Van Susteren, tired to get us to believe that she had doubts right from the beginning about whether the attacks at Benghazi were triggered by a protest over an anti-islam video or were what was proved to be a terrorist attack. "This was the fog of war," she spewed when asked about the administration's controversial public explanation of the attack adding that, "There's no doubt terrorists were involved."

And so Hillary 'What Does It Matter' Clinton...one of the most vile of women in politics today...knew damn well that NO video was involved in the attacks at Benghazi and she knew it from the get-go as she (I believe) was one of those who along with Barack HUSSEIN Obama deliberately helped craft this lie. Remember, it was her State Department on her go ahead who put out a statement the very night of September 11th...while the attacks were still ongoing...that claimed "inflammatory material posted on the Internet" were the cause of the attacks.

Yet as Hillary continues to pull the wool over the eyes and play the foolish...the blind followers who think she will be America's first woman president ...she won't be by the way...the State Department itself now rightfully faces a Trey Gowdy led Congressional probe over its actions...or lack thereof...concerning both the events of that fateful night and in regards to events leading up to it...events including why Ambassador Stevens' security issues and concerns were ignored, and why the State Department deliberately overlooked direct evidence of Benghazi being a terror attack instead choosing to push hard the LIE that it was fueled by a protest.

And again with a straight face, Hillary claimed that it "remains unclear to this day the motivations of all the attackers." Uh...excuse me but the motivations are quite clear...at least to this writer and to those who have put their kool-ade glasses down...that Benghazi was a planned and orchestrated attack by Obama...with her hand well into it...to silence Ambassador Stevens for getting ready to expose Obama's ILLEGAL guns and weapons running operation to the al-Qaeda backed and supported Syrian rebels...was getting ready to expose that Barack Hussein Obama was directly 'aiding and abetting' the enemy.

So while Clinton croaked that, "I took responsibility for being at the head of the State Department at the time...That doesn't mean I made every decision, because I obviously didn't" what I want to know is why the woman who added that the U.S. often sends people into dangerous places to represent its national security interests doesn't just send herself straight to hell as that would be in the best security interest of the U.S. and of our allies worldwide.

Just saying.

"Drill Baby Drill"...or should I say "Build Baby Build"

Well leave it to the second worst president in U.S. history to suck up to the worst president in U.S. history as last week Jimmy Carter, together with a group of nine Nobel Peace Laureates... including South Africa’s Desmond Tutu...sent a single letter through the Nobel Women's Initiative to both Obama and John 'Swiftboat' Kerry urging them to reject the proposed Keystone XL Pipeline... TransCanada’s long-delayed $5.5-billion project...on the grounds that it would add to climate change concerns and other environmental issues.

But the truth is that the pipeline would NOT negatively affect anything...for it would NOT contribute to greenhouse gasses nor would it contribute to global warning simply because there is NO such thing. (So-called global warming and global cooling are naturally occurring weather cycles that have occurred since the Earth began and will continue until the Earth is NO more.)

With the exporting of crude oil from tar sands in Canada to refineries here in America, Sarah Palin's much ballyhooed slogan "Drill Baby Drill" should be the rallying cry for building the Keystone Pipeline. The U.S. span of 1,179 miles alone would create tens of thousands of jobs and that does NOT include all the jobs created by the much needed adjunct industries. And the benefits to having access to oil from Canada... our friendly neighbor to the north...would help cut down our dependency on foreign oil...on Arab oil.

But that is obviously NOT what Obama wants for he is in the pocket of and bows down to the wishes of his muslim brethren...and their wish is for American dollars and having a choke-hold on America's energy needs.

Stonewalling a decision on the pipeline for years now, Obama is also placating and playing to the powerful leftist environmentalist groups that have turned the pipeline into a test of Obama's credibility on (non-existent) climate change. After Obama's saying that he would deal with the “threat of climate change, knowing that the failure to do so would betray our children and future generations,” during his January State of the Union Address, these groups have positioned themselves and their wallets to make sure Obama does NOT renege on his words...to make sure the scientific truth about the LIE of climate change is kept hidden from the public.

But the truth is that the building or NOT building of the pipeline has already been decided by politics and politics alone. Obama claims that he and the State Department (which has to be involved because the pipeline crosses an international border thus needing a presidential permit and a State Department review) are delaying the pipeline permits because of a Nebraska state court case that could affect the route of the pipeline...a case that may NOT be decided until next year...a case citing that the pipeline would cut through the ecologically sensitive Sandhills and the Ogallala aquifer, the main drinking water source for the Great Plains. But the truth is Obama has again LIED to the American people, because in February he said the court's decision either way would NOT influence his final decision but come March he did his usual about face and is holding up the pipeline because of that very case...and of course about fear of losing the environmental lobbyists monies.

So it boils down to the fact that Obama himself is trying to delay the decision until after the November mid-terms to get himself and Democratic candidates off a politically dangerous precipice what with at least a half-dozen Democrat senators most likely to lose their Senate seats...so it's best to keep this hot-button issue off the table. And while Democratic incumbents from oil-rich states have quietly urged Obama to approve the pipeline, they realize that in Obama's approving the pipeline before the election it could stop the flow of money from liberal donors and fund-raisers who oppose the pipeline.

And so Obama has virtually stopped a project so wanted by 'We the People'...a project that would create tens of thousands of jobs and take thousands off the government welfare rolls. But wait...if the pipeline is built and Americans are put back to work, they would come off Obama's welfare rolls causing him to most likely lose their votes. This is the real reason why Obama does NOT want this pipeline built...it was and is all about votes...votes and control.

And what of the environmentalists who pull Obama's strings and pad his wallet... well they love to say that the oil harvested from this Hardisty, Alberta originating line is 'dirty' oil NOT understanding that all oil is 'dirty' before it's refined. And as for the environment itself, the pipeline would actually help wildlife survive the harsh northern winters because the animals would be able to gather around the heat given off by the pipe. The more that could survive the winter because of this, the more that would survive to be able to breed in the spring and thus increase the endangered populations.

And while the environmentalists also claim they fear massive leaks and breaches in the line, this too is without merit for there is NO need to fear environment damaging leaks because the pipeline will be built in sections, and if something happens to a specific section, that section would then be shut down, thus having minimal affect on the surrounding environment.

And something most do NOT realize is the fact that even if Obama does NOT sign off on the pipeline the oil sands crude will still be extracted and brought to market by other means, like by rail, and then processed and burned. And what a waste that would be for the hoped for jobs that would put Americans back to work would NEVER come, and the monies made by the Canadian side of the pipeline would NEVER have a chance of reaching American hands...would NEVER help the still stalled American economy recover

Delaying the pipeline means "the United States will continue to rely on suspect and aggressive foreign leaders for the eight to nine million barrels of oil that is imported every day," said TransCanada Corporate chief executive Russ Girling when he heard of Obama's again stalling a decision on the pipeline.

But when you have a vehemently anti-American president at the helm who's being egged on by a babbling senile has-been like Jimmy Carter what else would you expect.

Enforce the law...NO need to change the law

Simply put, America's already on the books immigration laws do NOT need to be reformed...they need to be enforced...period.

Trying to rendering yet another of our rules of law null and void, our Traitor-in-Chief...YES traitor...Barack HUSSEIN Obama rendered our Constitution basically invalid yet again as he moves forward with his quest to fundamentally change our beloved America from within.

And still Congress sits back and does NOTHING while yet another law written by them that Obama does NOT like is replaced with one that he does.

This time it involves his amnesty push...a push to increase the Democratic voter rolls and change the 'so-called' complexion of America itself. Now wanting to allow those from Arab countries...as in muslims... with "limited" or "loose" ties to known terrorists or terrorist organizations into our country, this man has yet again crossed the line into 'aiding and abetting' the enemy, but now his actions have seriously compromised the 'health, safety, and welfare' of the American people.

And to make matters worse, fellow traitor and muslim/Palestinian sympathizer Secretary of State John 'Swiftboat' Kerry will be the final judge and jury of who will be deemed a terrorist and who won't be deemed a terrorist...who poses NO danger to America and who might pose a danger to America. But the bottom line is something that Barack HUSSEIN Obama needs to hear loud and clear...and it's what many of the politically correct are thinking but dare NOT say...'We the People' do NOT want or need any more muslims...complete with their sharia law and burqa nonsense...in our country...period.

And why...it has NOTHING to do with racism as muslims come in all races...in all colors...in all nationalities...it has everything to do with the documented fact that 24,500+ deadly terrorist attacks by muslims have occurred worldwide since 9/11, and some have happened right in our country...let's NOT forget the Fort Hood Massacre (and it was NOT 'workplace violence' as out Traitor-in-Chief claims) and the Boston Marathon Bombing, to name just two. And at least 50...most likely a lot more...planned terrorist attacks against us have been thwarted...but hey, throw open the doors as Obama and crew want to do and made 'We the People' ripe for the pickings at the hands of his muslim brethren...and increase the Democratic voting block NOT to mention allowing sharia law to creep more deeply into the fabric of our American society at the same time...a two-for-one if you will.

And to that affect, this past Wednesday, The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the State Department added new exemptions to the existent Immigration and Nationality Act removing provisions that previously excluded refugees and asylum seekers who had provided limited material support, no matter how minor, to terrorists.

According to DHS, “These exemptions cover five kinds of limited material support that have adversely and unfairly affected refugees and asylum seekers with no tangible connection to terrorism: material support that was insignificant in amount or provided incidentally in the course of everyday social, commercial, family or humanitarian interactions, or under significant pressure.”

"Adversely and unfairly affected refugees and asylum seekers"...NO...I do NOT think so for there is NO such thing as an "insignificant amount" of terrorism...one is either a supporter and/or a willing participant in terrorism or one is NOT. It is that simple...just as one is either a follower of islam (a muslim) and the qur'an demanded call to jihad or one is NOT a muslim...period.

And to prove the point that the law actually needs to be tightened...seriously tightened NOT relaxed... and that once a muslim terrorist for the most part always a muslim terrorist...is the case of two al-Qaeda operatives who were living in Bowling Green, Kentucky after being let into the U.S. in 2009 as refugees by claiming they faced persecution back home in Iraq. However, the FBI found out and had the two arrested for attacking U.S. soldiers in Iraq, which they admitted to in court. They also admitted that they were still loyal to al-Qaeda and were awaiting orders to a call for jihad against America.

And these are the kind of people who will now be allowed into our country under the Obama tampered with law...seeming political refugees who are anything but.

And so by unilaterally ordering a change to the existent law, Barack HUSSEIN Obama has placed the safety of American citizens below that of the enemy as he once again oversteps his executive bounds and steps close to the bounds of...if NOT outright crossing over those bounds into treason for this change makes it easier...hell...it clearly opens the doors for his brethren to get around and work the immigration system to their advantage. Now those evaluating these cases...which 'Mr. Swiftboat' himself will have authority over...will for all intents and purposes be ordered to ignore certain 'red flags' in the applications that they previously would have tagged, especially if the one applying for asylum happens to sponsored by one of the so-called very vocal, very anti-American, very dangerous muslim advocacy groups like CAIR.

This change, according to Jessica Vaughan...former State Department official and current Director of Policy Studies for the Center for Immigration Studies...means that since “The (Obama) administration already approves of the admission of gang members as asylees and criminals in the DACA program and grants of prosecutorial discretion, so I don’t expect them to be troubled by the admission of terrorists and garden variety fraudsters in our refugee program. This is how we end up with families like the Tsarnaev brothers [the Boston marathon bombers], who were originally admitted for political asylum.”

NOT good folks...NOT good at all.

By making this unilateral change to our immigration laws even before the dialogue in Congress on possible (unwanted) immigration reform has ended let alone begun, a dangerous precedent is being set, for now Barack HUSSEIN Obama...the President of the United States (gag) ...is welcoming with open arms a potential act of terror to occur on American soil...and that goes beyond just 'aiding and abetting' the enemy ...it goes all the way to an outright act of treason against the United States of America.

It will now be interesting to see if our gutless Congress finally stands up and says 'NO' but I'm NOT going to hold my breath for that to happen.

Hillary exposed...maybe now she'll kiss 2016 goodbye

Wasn’t it nice that CBS finally decided to actually do some hard core, serious journalistic reporting for a change as this past Sunday, their flagship news show ’60 Minutes’ helped to expose the Obama regime’s cover-up of the deadly attack on the US Consulate in Benghazi. Running a report by Lara Logan about Ambassador Stevens having told the State Department that al-Qaeda was taking over buildings at the consulate hours BEFORE he was dragged from the compound brutalized, tortured, and then murdered, CBS did the right thing…albeit a year too late to stop the second usurping of the presidency…and took a big step away from the one they helped ‘anoint’ as the savior of us all.

Reporting that the State Department…as in Hillary ‘What difference does it make’ Clinton’s State Department…knew for quite some time that the Benghazi consulate was NOT as secure as it should have been, especially with the anniversary of 9/11 fast approaching, and with the al-Qaeda flag flying over numerous government buildings throughout Libya. The entire Obama administration was aware of all this…hell…Stevens himself told them that…and still they ignored his requests for additional security even having the knowledge that the few Benghazi consulate security officers that were present both on 9/11 and before were unarmed.

Also, the report did reiterate quite a few times that the State Department (but still NOT mentioning Hillary by name) knew the seriousness of the situation in real-time as it was unfolding…that they knew Stevens needed help…and that they did NOTHING nor recommend that anyone do anything to help…and rest assured that if the State Department knew Barack HUSSEIN Obama knew as well.

They all knew Benghazi was a terrorist attack from the get-go, and yet when the bodies of Ambassador Stevens, Information Officer Sean Smith, and ex-Navy SEALS Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty returned home, Hillary and Obama put on their best phony faces of heartache, stood in front of the coffins of those murdered and played to the cameras…and lied to the families of the fallen…lied to ‘We the People’…and lied to the world about a two-bit YouTube video (The Innocence of Muslims) being the cause of it all.

And when Hillary was called to testify before Congress she bold-faced lied to the committee investigating Benghazi…and guess what…lying to Congress is a felony and most felons go to jail…as should she and her then boss Barack HUSSEIN Obama…for murder.

“Was it because of a protest or was it because of guys out for a walk one night who decided they’d go kill some Americans? What difference at this point does it make?” croaked Hillary at the Congressional hearings when she knew full well that the 8-hour siege was an al-Qaeda planned, highly sophisticated and coordinated attack on the bare-bones protected Benghazi compound.

The British head of the Libyan guards, whistle blower Security Officer Morgan Jones, the man at the heart of the ’60 Minutes’ report…a man who was on the ground at Benghazi when the attack occurred…even said that the attackers told the few compound guards on duty that night that they were “here to kill Americans, not Libyans.”

And kill Americans they did…four brave men…four brave men who did NOT have to die if Hillary Clinton and Barack HUSSEIN Obama had heeding Ambassador Stevens’ calls for help in the days…in the weeks…leading up to the Benghazi attack.

But they could NOT heed Stevens’ pleas for help for then they risked having the truth about Benghazi being exposed…the truth that Hillary surely knew…the truth about Obama’s illegal guns and weapons smuggling to the Syrian rebels…the truth that Stevens found out and was going to expose…the truth that he had to be silenced for.

So while the ’60 Minutes’ report did NOT directly address the goings on at the White House during and after the attack per se…focusing instead on the actual night of the attack and its lead-up…much was implied about both Hillary and Obama’s cover-up, lies, and the truth that must be kept secret at all costs.

But now ’60 Minutes’ must follow-up on what they started and they must point fingers and name names…in other words hold NOTHING back if they are ever to regain a reputation as anything but another liberal media mouthpiece for Obama.

And this expose…even as limited in its scope as it was and again a year late in airing…must serve as the catalyst for Congress to demand more answers...many more answers...from both the White House and Hillary Clinton, because Benghazi is NOT going away...and that is something Barack HUSSEIN Obama and his minion in lies...Hillary Clinton...can count on as she kisses 2016 good-bye.
