Economics + War = A Maybe Midterm Loss...Part Two
By Diane Sori / The Patriot Factor
This opinion piece is my opinion alone, and does not necessarily represent the views of blogspot.or google.com

In last week's article, “Economics + War = A Maybe Midterm Loss...Part One”... I wrote as to why, in my opinion, we Republicans might well lose both the House and the Senate come November's midterm election by focusing on the economic perspective. Now here, in Part Two, the focus is on President Trump's, what I believe to be, mishandling of the still ongoing war with Iran...a war that has become highly unpopular and polarizing here at home, and even more so as the November midterms draw near.

So let's begin with the cardinal rule that Trump has broken, as in the U.S. does not...I repeat not...negotiate with terrorists. And yes, Barack Obama did break that rule with his infamous “5-for-1” Taliban deal...as in five top Taliban operatives being released in exchange for U.S. traitor Bowe Bergdahl's release...which saw many of us chastising Obama's actions en-mass, and rightly so. But when now President Trump outwardly strives and continues to strive to make “deals” with Iran's terrorist regime...as in the world's leading “State Sponsor of Terrorism,” the silence from way too many Republicans remains quite deafening.

And to make matters worse, when some of us do call Trump out for dealing and negotiating with terrorists... which includes the still ongoing ultra secretive behind closed doors negotiating aspect...along with the fact that we have yet to actually win this war...wars being fought do need both an actual winner and a loser...we who do so are then deemed by Trump loyalists to be traitors to the president and to the party because we, according to our naysayers, suffer from what they deem to be “Trump Derangement Syndrome” or “TDS” as it's more commonly known, and it's no matter that most of us voted for Trump three times, and still do support many of his domestic policies, but dare disagree with him on anything, well you know the rest.

So here I must say that I see we dissenters as being true “American patriots” for we know that one's ultimate loyalty should not be to one man or to a party, but to the United States Constitution...the very document that the shadow of Trump hovers over for both right and wrong reasons depending on whose side of the political discourse one is on.

And this very aspect in relation to what is deemed to be misplaced loyalty by some, as well as it having divided the Republican Party, has become not just the second (second only to the economy itself) “albatross” dangling from what could be a Republican midterm loss, but it is something Trump cannot simply just walk away from.

Why so? Think of it this way, as defined by these seven proven to be facts.

Fact One: Besides Trump wanting to make deals with terrorists, he also set an unrealistic time frame as to when this war will end... six weeks tops he said.

Fact Two: Right from the beginning President Trump made unfortunate what are strategic miscalculations regarding Iran's ability to fight back, which included his not taking into account Iran's regional proxy army/drone retaliations against Iran's own Arab neighbors, as well as his telling our ally Israel what they can and cannot do in regards to this war, as in his wanting a diplomatic solution to end the war vs. Israel's wanting to finish the war last summer when we truly were in control of the discourse.

Fact Three: the remnants of what's left of the regime... as in the IRGC...still does remain in control of Iran, and continues to execute jailed “Freedom Fighters” by the day, and they show no sign of backing away from battle anytime soon, after all their religion simply will not allow them to do so.

Fact Four: Trump, to date, still has not yet made any serious public statement regarding Iran's bio-weapons program...the very program I have been calling out since this war began for these are Iran's “last stand” weapons of choice...weapons that the regime would surely use either against Israel, our military personnel stationed at bases in the region, or if desperate enough against the Iranian people themselves.

Fact FIVE: And most important of all is our original reason for going to war with Iran, as in to permanently stop any and all of Iran's nuclear ambitions... the very thing we have yet to accomplish for Iran has agreed to nothing nuclear wise...no agreements has been made let alone their signature appearing anywhere on the dotted line.

Fact Six: And dare we not forget how the Strait of Hormuz did turn this war into a war that many now deem to be but a war for “control over oil;” and how that one aspect does affect not only the global market, but the price at the pump here in our own country as well. And then there's the fact...whether some like it or not...that this war has to some degree actually depleted or at least has run down the numbers of certain of our important  military stocks...military stocks such as U.S. Patriot Missiles, components of our THAAD anti-missile defense system, and our all important Tomahawk Missile inventories, to name but three.

Fact Seven: Also something very telling that must not be forgotten is that while President Trump has again raised troop presence in the Middle East...a good thing as it increases our show of strength...yet he still keeps the all important so-called “boots” locked up on battleships and aircraft carriers instead of allowing them to do the job they were expertly trained for and are willing to do...as in to outright win this war and not be but “hands tied behind their backs” window dressing bystanders.

And here it is important to remember that that actual strategy planning itself...whether it be economic or a military/war type strategy...is most assuredly a multi-tiered endeavor...but that whatever strategy is agreed upon said strategy's implementation...whether it be war time or economic strategy...is actually initiated solely by the president, no matter if he decides to listen to or not listen to what his advisors or experts tell or suggest him to do or not do.

So here let me say that while I personally do still agree with President Trump's original reasons for going to war with Iran, I still do not support his actual handling of the war to date as its components of non-tangible and unrealistic solutions continues to weigh heavy on the minds of many voters, and could well be being a contributing factor in the Republicans possibly losing the midterm election. Why so...because the midterms are actually a referendum on how the sitting president and his party are doing...as in have promises made to “We the People” actually been kept or not.

And sadly, for this president who promised us “no new wars” on his watch while campaigning in 2024, that does not sit well now for the man or his (and my) party, especially when it's coupled with the issues I discussed in “Part One” of this article...including Trump's what is tariff fiasco. And here might I add the fact that while job numbers have increased as have wages...good things indeed...wages themselves have not been able to keep up with inflation which is not a good thing, meaning one cancels out the other, something no one wants to see happen around midterm time.

So to sum it all up, and to prove that 2 +2 in the political realm can still or at least should = 4...the fact remains that a midterm loss for Republicans is thankfully not yet guaranteed, but unfortunately nor is a midterm win. But maybe the odds can be shifted back in the Republicans favor if President Trump were to tell the voters that he's now putting his ego aside so that what are his true economic and foreign policy successes (like the Abraham Accords) can finally shine though on their own, and also that this now unpopular war with Iran is guaranteed to soon be coming to an end and with a U.S. “written in stone” victory.

A hard sell for sure but it can be done, and maybe this midterm election can be the turning point to where we on both sides of the political aisle finally realize that we ourselves, courtesy of in-party fighting, are actually helping to destroy our beloved America from within. So maybe it's time that both the uber far left and the uber far right rhetoric in each party needs to be toned down or better yet ditched completely, for both the far left and the far right are actually one and the same...unyielding, deliberately divisive, with hatred alone being their driving factor...solutions to problems be damned.

So maybe come November 3rd we Republicans and Democrats together as Americans can finally understand that adopting some Reagan-style bipartisanship can actually be what saves our country from ultimately imploding from within, after all nothing else has. Case closed.

From Vietnam to Iran Questionable Decisions Made

...And whether some like it or not...no matter which side of the political aisle one is currently on...previous wars both won and lost have shown that when wars are fought minus ground troops peace is usually not achieved. Why so... because airstrikes, missiles, and drones can do only so much. From Vietnam to Iran Questionable Decisions Made
By: Diane Sori / The Patriot Factor
This opinion piece is my opinion alone, and does not necessarily represent the views of blogspot.or google.com

Last week I wrote about the “maybe or maybe not” of today's war with Iran possibly becoming a war not unlike Vietnam...a war we lost back in 1975 when we pulled out of the country minus what should have been an easy and overwhelming military victory.

And it was a defeat that still has a haunting degree of political ramifications even today, for the fact remains that misplaced diplomacy was chosen as the path to try and end the Vietnam War, just as still failed diplomacy was chosen to end the war in Afghanistan, and now is still what President Trump hopes will succeed in regards to Iran.

And while diplomacy is altruistic by its very nature, the fact remains that when ones enemy continues to fight back...to engage militarily while talks...whether they be in the open or via back channels...are ongoing, the enemy wins in the “court of public opinion” for they look strong while we look weak. This was the case in both Vietnam and Afghanistan, and as long as Iran has the ability to keep lobbing missiles and drones at their fellow Gulf neighbors and of course at our U.S. military bases and interests, it's Iran that looks strong no matter our newly intensified bombings. Why so...simply because President Trump has not yet stricken the words “diplomatic solution” from his vocabulary.

Remember, in Afghanistan...President George W. Bush's initiated war...we saw our military needing but mere weeks to oust the Taliban from the country, yet twenty years later on August 30, 2021 thanks to then President Joe Biden...whose entire presidency was really a joke at best...we left Afghanistan in humiliating defeat, Why so, because Biden chose to ignore what was then obvious Afghan government corruption along with the fact that the Taliban were still being able to cause massive havoc from what was their safe haven in Pakistan...the very same Pakistan now involved in the ever dubious still somewhat ongoing Iran negotiations. Seems President Trump and his advisors did not learn a lesson in what was then Afghanistan/Pakistan betrayal.

And when all Biden's fence-sitting diplomatic efforts failed to win even a modicum of U.S. political legitimacy amongst the Afghan people...people who saw Biden's withdrawal efforts as being both a betrayal and an outright abandonment of the Afghan people...the Taliban quickly moved back into Afghanistan to again rule the country sending the people back to the sixth century while they got to keep all our foolishly left behind advanced weaponry. And again, this was no matter the limited diplomatic efforts the Biden administration put forward to at least try to recoup some of that equipment.

“Diplomacy” and “deals”...two words that infuriate me when it comes to Iran because for years numerous presidents and their administrations...including that of Trump during his first term in office...told us that Iran was the world's leading state sponsor of terrorism, and that they had to be dealt with before another 9/11 type scenario were to occur. Yes, numerous administrations “talked the talk” yet no real actions were taken not even after Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu...the man whose very country was deemed to be Iran's arch enemy number one...we were number two...addressed a joint session of Congress during Trump's first term in office, and came replete with charts and graphs which laid out the ugly truth for the whole world to see.

But did we listen then...no...are we listening now...yes...while at the same time a certain individual within the current administration publicly stabbed the messenger and his country in the back, and continues to do so albeit trying to choose his words a bit more politically correct and cautiously.

Yet the bottom line is that it took until last summer when Iran was literally on the verge of finalizing construction of a nuclear weapon that we, together with Israel, sprung into action and turned Iran's nuclear facilities into rubble while at the same time Israel sent numerous key members of the regime on a one way trip to allah. And it seems that it was at this high point when things started to “go south” with talks of “negotiations and deals” entering into and dominating the discourse.

Simply, “negotiations and deals” with those infamously famous for making “deals” with fingers crossed behind their backs is something Trump, and his people, have yet to learn go nowhere, because Trump had again put his reinstated bombings on temporary hold, as he once again wanted to negotiate a deal...this time to reopen the Strait of Hormuz.

And so while President Trump's intentions and ensuing military actions taken at the beginning of this war, and again now in the war's later stages, were done for all the right reasons and should not as such come into question, what should come into question...and it's long overdo...is why both our president and his advisors do not understand...or simply chose not to accept as fact... that “negotiations and deals” made with the enemy actually do fail more times than they are successful. And why...because not only do these scenarios give both sides time to regroup, rearm, and re-strategize, but what physical actions said deals temporarily stop Iran from doing see their proxies picking up the slack and doing.

Gives new and quite dubious meaning to these six ever truthful words, “with fingers crossed behind their backs,” I'd say.

And then there's this...the difficult balance between compromise and demands, which both sides tend to look at differently...as in non-negotiable demands (Iran demands to be a nuclear power), vs. what are deemed to be transitional time-framed demands (if Iran is still behaving in a decade or so we'll revisit the issue of Iran enriching uranium for peaceful uses alone... meaning if Iran meets our carved in stone demanded time frame, then maybe in time we'll give them one of their lesser demands...you give us this, maybe we'll give you that.

Not a good way to win a war I'd say for all negotiating for deals does...and remember they usually do fail...is prolong the inevitable defeat for one side or the other whether the inevitable is the “good guy” or not. And here let's remember that when he ran for office...all three times that is...that Trump actually pledged to keep our beloved America out of what seemed to be “forever wars”...wars like Vietnam and Afghanistan...and yet now here we are in what could turn Iran into just such a war if we don't figure out a way to end this war with us being the victor, with that sadly meaning having to send in ground troops if that be the case.

And whether some like it or not...no matter which side of the political aisle one is currently on...previous wars both won and lost have shown that when wars are fought minus ground troops peace is usually not achieved. Why so... because airstrikes, missiles, and drones can do only so much. Yes, they do blow things up thus making certain needed things unavailable to the enemy., but bombings alone cannot secure areas, control the population, or secure a war's much needed objective of the enemy completely and “unconditionally surrendering.”

Simply, for Iran not to have yet officially surrendered (which was Trump's original objective that he foolishly strayed away from)...whether it be unconditionally or otherwise... in spite of our overwhelming military victories Iran has incurred...still means that we...that the United States of America...has yet to win this war. Why so...because Iran and its regime has outlasted and outmaneuvered President Trump courtesy of its simple ability to endure, and shift the war outward to encompass its fellow Arab neighbors while also now starting to move outward from there...outward even into the Red Sea at last report.

In fact, when I started writing this article...the bombings were back on again do to Iran's not only having launched a targeted missile attack against U.S. troops stationed in Jordan which resulted in three American deaths... to which President Trump then rightfully vowed to,“beat the f-king s-t out of” Iran...but the bombing attacks continued on as we and Saudi Arabia jointly struck Iran's proxy-aligned terrorists in Iraq...terrorists who had launched 30 drone attacks on U.S. aligned forces and assets in the region included Saudi's oil fields.

But now those “payback” attacks have ended...at least as I finish writing this...for we did what needed to be done while Trump remains caught up in a cycle that hoped for negotiations and deals can still end this war, which in my opinion it cannot. Why so...because right from the beginning President Trump and his people underestimated Iran's military arsenal as witnessed by the fact that they're still fighting back which has helped in the destabilizing of global energy markets, while at the same time putting some long held U.S. alliances in jeopardy.

In fact, in Iran's successfully playing the “let's make a deal and then break it game” it shows that they still possess “strategic liabilities” for the U.S., Israel. and all those aligned with us. Why so...because to date no winner has been declared in this war...no one on either side has surrendered to the other, for the fact remains that the true end to any war fought is solely attained when one side “surrenders” in defeat to the other.

And while I really don't see that happening anytime soon...unless Israel is allowed to do our job for us...I ask with all due respect that President Trump rejoin together with Israel...but leave JD Vance at home...and together finish the job that you started together. We as a nation do not need or want another Vietnam let alone another Afghanistan, most especially with not just the midterms fast approaching, but the 2028 presidential election only two years away. President Trump, it really does all rest on your shoulders...do what needs to be done, and please do it soon for there really might not be a later. Case closed.

A Rightful Military Action Taken
By: Diane Sori / The Patriot Factor
The article is the author's opinion alone, and does not necessarily represent the views of blogspot.com or Google

“Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei is now confirmed “DEAD!”... ”DEAD” in a so called “decapitation operation.”
that saw 40+ top Iranian officials in total also now being confirmed “DEAD.”

After weeks of escalating Mideast tensions, and negotiations that should never have taken place, in the early morning hours of Saturday, February 28th, the U.S. and Israel launched a long awaited joint “military operation” against Iran...“Operation Epic Fury” it was called on our end and “Operation Roaring Lion” on Israel's end...that when combined will in the end either culminate in the birth of a new and free Iran (the more likely scenario) or will it lead to a wider regional conflict if some naysayers...like Iran's still somewhat operational proxy armies...have their nasty way.

In my opinion, I see this combined “military operation” as the beginning of a true quantum shift towards lasting peace in not only the Middle East, but worldwide as well. Why so...because with the death of Khamenei...the world's leading architect and sponsor of terrorism...along with his top henchmen...the world itself becomes a safer place, but only if no one like him arises to take his place.

“Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei is now confirmed  DEAD along with his heir-apparent son.”

But make no mistake, this “military operation” is indeed both righteous and just, and President Trump need not justify his actions to those “lets impeach him again” folks here at home who are trying to play the word semantics game...as in is this so called “military operation” really an “undeclared war.” And here know that for a president to actually declare war Congressional approval is indeed needed even before the president, in his role as Commander-in-Chief, drops of the first American bomb on its then declared enemy.

And while the usual cast of Democrat characters is once again now leading the anti-Trump/anti-war/Americans are being killed allegations...reported by U.S. Central Command is that three U.S. service members were killed and five seriously wounded as part of the U.S. strikes in Iran...we now sadly see certain misguided Republicans...not so veiled anti-Semitic/anti-Israel sorts I believe...who instead of rallying behind our president as he gives the Iranian people a chance at freedom...have chosen instead to join Democrat party leaders in forcing a vote on what they deem to be President Trump's misuse of the “War Powers clause.”

And which Republicans are the ones now co-sponsoring the Democrats resolution to halt attacks on Iran without Congressional approval, but Rep. Thomas Massie from Kentucky and Sen. Rand Paul from Kentucky...says a lot about Kentucky's elected officials now doesn't it.

“Military actions, combat missions, or even the word war itself” are all dirty games that at times must be played, but no matter the name used to describe the actions taken, more times than not said actions will eventually lead to peace. In fact, former IDF intelligence official Yossi Kuperwasser has said that Iran's military now views what he calls the “conflict” as being an “existential war,” leading him to issue a warning that what little is left of the regime is likely to escalate and use all military and proxy capabilities they have left against both Israeli and U.S. interests. And that to me seems way more important that what word one uses to describe what needs to be done.

So it's not surprising that Israeli officials immediately with the first bomb being dropped declared a “state of emergency” in Israel, which sent Israeli's hurrying into bomb shelters as Iranian ballistic missiles started targeting both Israeli civilian areas and U.S. military bases and installations, and continue to do so.

Also, forgotten by those way too busy playing the word semantic game in hopes of impeaching President Trump, is that Trump gave Iran plenty of chances to tone down their rhetoric, and to comply with his demands that they, Iran, will never be allowed to possess a nuclear weapon, and he did so in hopes of stopping this “military action” before it even began. But instead, Iran willingly chose to play “cat and mouse” with the U.S. while they continued to murder their own people...people as in those brave Iranians protesting against the theocratic, islamic driven, regime.

Simply, Iran knew that the final days of Trump's countdown was fast approaching, as well as their knowing that the anti-regime movement within Iran was not only growing but showing no signs of abating, which has led President Trump to say to the people of Iran to “seize the moment and take control of the government, now,” to which I add especially since Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei is now confirmed “DEAD.”

An interesting objective this compound was, for it was the very place that both Israeli and U.S. military intelligence (most especially Israel's Mossad who are known for their ability to catch its enemies at its most vulnerable and unaware of times) had long watched in the hope that at some point Khamanei would gather together his senior political and military leaders for a meeting at said compound, and where they could then all be “taken out” at the same time.

And while such a hoped for scenario seemed fleeting at best...what with “Operation Epic Fury” having been scheduled to begin under the cover of darkness, this unexpected early morning gathering of Khamenei's people allowed the attack to happen when it was least expected...as in broad daylight...which saw Amos Yadlin...former head of Israeli military intelligence...to call it a total “tactical surprise”...indeed a great way to begin what is a “military operation” which, by the way, needs absolutely no Congressional approval whatsoever..

And when you couple that “surprise” with the optics of Khamenei's compound laying in utter ruin, Trump's ever so truthful words that, “One of the most evil people in history is dead,” really should hit home not just for the Iranian people, but for Israel, and all the others who have been the recipient of evil personified.

And so joint U.S and Israeli bombing took out Khamenei’s compound leaving it scorched, battered, and totally uninhabitable, but more importantly was the fact that not only was Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatolla Ali Khamanei killed in the air strike, but so too were Ali Shamkhani, a top security adviser to Khamenei; Mohammad Pakpour, commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps; and Defense Minister Amir Nasirzadeh to name but a select few.

And also killed on that fateful Saturday...killed in an Israeli targeted strike on his home...was former Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad...a confrontational hard line ideologue who became the face of Tehran's nuclear defiance, and its vile anti-Israel rhetoric...rhetoric which included his calling the Jewish State of Israel a “disgraceful cancerous growth” that “must be wiped off the map.” And at the time of his death, Ahmadinejad was under “house arrest” for attempting to carry out a coup aimed at steering Iran in an even more extreme direction than that of Khamenei...if that's even remotely possible.

So as Iran still lobs what remains of its ballistic missile inventory into Israel...where on Sunday a ballistic missile impact in the Beit Shenesh area west of Jerusalem killed nine people and wounded nearly 50 others including several children...as well as into U.S. army bases, and certain now U.S. aligned Arab nations...the question becomes what happens next now that “Khamenei, his heir-apparent son, and 40 other top leaders are DEAD”... what happens now that the entire top two tiers of the Iranian regime are “DEAD?” Will what is a “military action” now end quickly or will a “vacuum of power” be created with chaos being the outcome...only time, and what the Iranian people do next, will tell.

But President Trump said it best when telling the Iranian people that, “this will probably be your only chance for a generation to take back your country, seize the opportunity now.” No truer words spoken especially when I'm sure that the “Death to Israel, Death to America” chants will now and forever be a thing of the past.

And so, dear reader, I leave you with this thought...maybe with the death of Khamenei and the fall of his terrorist regime, and with the combined military power of the U.S, and Israel on display for the whole world to see...including its now intensified combined offensive targeting Iran’s military infrastructure, missile systems, and command centers...maybe... just maybe...China will rethink its hoped for takeover of Taiwan, and Russia will end its quite unsuccessful war with Ukraine. Just something for them to think about, after all we have our eyes on you, and even they know that karma can indeed be a bitch. Case closed.

...let me say that while we all know...or at least should know if one has been paying even a mere modicum of attention to what's happening in our country today...the overtly partisan “activist judges” who currently sit on US court benches are not the only ones in need of change. Why so...because the game that is politics itself has also played a big part in the infiltrating and thus the corrupting of our overall system of justice.

A truth unnerving, but a truth that cannot be ignored especially in light of the politically based “assassination” of “Turning Point USA's” founder Charlie Kirk by one Tyler Robinson. Be prepared for a “not guilty by reason of insanity” plea coming into play to help drag out what should be an open and shut case, for this is a classic ploy used by defense attorneys and heralded by “activist judges when there's nothing left to build a defense case on. What a sad commentary indeed...Read entire article here.

A Justice System Run Amok
By: Diane Sori / The Patriot Factor
The article posted here is the authors opinion alone, and does not necessarily represent the views of blogspot.com or Google

When I was growing up my dad was not only a junior high school math and science teacher, but was directly involved in politics. He was what was then called a “ward leader” which today would be comparable to a powerful precinct captain or a district-level political operative, My dad worked on many major political campaigns from presidential, gubernatorial, down to my town's mayoral campaigns, but one thing he always told me right before an election was to take place...told me even years before I was even old enough to vote...was that when it came to the judicial elections always remember to vote the incumbent judges out. And when I asked him why his answer was simply that too many judges do, in time, tend to either be “bought” by one party or another, or simply become beholden to a given party's ideologies or agenda.

And while I did not really understand his reasoning back then, I surely do understand it and herald it now.

So here let me begin by saying that there are, unfortunately, still some serious problems and issues facing our beloved America today, and it's mostly thanks to the liberal far left and their America-hating agenda. And one of the most serious of problems, in my opinion, is the increase in overt acts of politically generated physical violence now having become both an unwelcome and undeserved hallmark of who we are as both a people and as a nation. And while that alone should give one pause to think, so too should the fact that thanks to “activist judges” and tainted juries, the guilty are often either deemed innocent or given what amounts to a mere slap on the wrist. And this is no matter the seriousness of their crime(s) committed, while their innocent victim(s) are often verbally ripped apart and dragged through the “court of public opinion” courtesy of the Democrats bought and paid for media fodder.

In fact, and it pains me to say this, but the entirety of our legal system as it stands now... thanks to the infiltration of “activist judges” who ignore the fact that their job is to interpret the law as written and apply it accordingly, not twist said law to meet their personal political agenda or ideology...is indeed a contributing factor to the increase in acts of physical violence we are facing today. Why so...because the “catch, book, and release” mentality of the left has overtaken both the law and common sense.

And while the police do try to do their job...which is to protect and serve
“We the American People”...their hands continue to be somewhat tied behind their backs what with the police still being seen as “public enemy #1” in many of the still Democrat controlled “blue” cities and states.

But the fact remains that while the legal process itself will always remain tainted to some degree...it's just the nature of the beast as nothing having any relation to government or politics is perfect...the most serious problems in regards to law and order today remains mostly on the federal and state levels while it has, albeit to a lesser degree, now started filtering down to the local level as well. However, there is a common denominator between all said levels in that when a trial is over and a defendant faces sentencing a given judge's partisan loyalties seem to outweigh the actual rule of law.

Simply, what these “activist judges,” especially those on the federal level, have done is literally thrown Constitutional law aside in the name of their personal “body politics.” Why so...because they as “activist judges” really do put their politics, their party, and their personal agendas above what they consider to be “outdated” Constitutional law, while at the same time deliberately overlooking legally set precedent.

And then there's what's called “judge shopping” coming into play more times than not, and know it's rampant on the federal, district, and state levels. How so? When a case is filed on any level it generally does go through what's called a "case-assignment process"...a process designed to randomly draw a judge out of a “general pool” of all eligible judges, thus supposedly allowing for what's called “impartial authority.” However, today we do find party partisanship overriding impartiality as left leaning attorneys relish in exploiting any and all so called “quirks in the system.” And this is done solely to help in their evading a randomly selected judicial assignment, which then allows them to push for a judge who is sympathetic to or actually shares their ideological agenda and goals.

For example, in the case of what now seems to be any judicial ruling in President Trump's or his administration's favor, these now hand-picked “activist judges,” who sit on district appeals court benches, will do any and everything possible to find ways to override what was a lower court's decision, And this usually results in their blocking said decision via the issuing of an “injunction,” thus forcing what was a settled case to go higher up in the court system. And in President Trump 's case that usually means fighting an “injunction” all the way up to the Supreme Court, which his attorneys have rightfully and successfully done on a number of occasions.

And not to be forgotten is that judges sometimes, especially when presiding over what is a dual federal/state case, actually do see said case being melding together, with said state's district attorney (DA) now also coming into play. Remember, it's the DA's job to not only bring charges but to make said charges stick, while it's the judge/justice's job to not only keep decorum in the courtroom while at the same time helping to move a given trial forward, but to only after a verdict has been reached are they to adjudicate a sentence. But this, unfortunately, is not what happened last week when New York, Justice Gregory Carro...a party loyal Democrat...tossed out the “terrorism charges” in Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg’s murder case against Luigi Mangione, the man who planned, orchestrated, and then executed said plan by murdering...by shooting in the back...UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.

Saying in his ruling that DA Bragg had not proved that Mangione “acted with terroristic intent” after he alone decided that Mangione's writings only “indicated a desire to draw attention to what he perceived as the greed of the insurance industry,” and therefore was not a threat against the country nor the general public, thus ruling that said charge did not reach the level of domestic terrorism. But what Carro actually did was take what should have been a decision made by a jury and render said decision himself. And that is indeed a true example of judicial overreach ...an overreach that in my opinion, should see Justice Carro being both removed from the case and then see him facing disbarment charges for willfully and knowingly doing a jury's job for them.

But even with that said, one has to remember that it's not just the judges/justices themselves who are the sole problem, but that the actual jury selection process is as well. Why so...because many times a seated jury consists of folks with a decidedly political agenda and who use said agenda to try and sway their fellow jury members to their side no matter the presented facts or evidence of a given case. The “George Floyd” verdict is a perfect example of a criminal being turned into a supposed saint courtesy of a jury verdict while the police officers involved became the devil incarnate all because the actual presented into evidence autopsy report seemingly was being ignored.

Simply, today's jury system itself...from selection to verdict rendered...should be called into question because at times...especially in high profile cases like the “George Floyd” case,...jury selection, in my opinion, is seemingly being manipulated by either lawyers for the defense or the prosecution in order to either balance out the racial, sexual, and/or intelligence level (whether to dumb it down or smarten it up) of a given jury in order to help sway, in a timely manner, a verdict in that specific case. And how is this done... simply by the attorneys on said case looking for signs at interview time as to whether a called to jury duty individual actually wants to be a jurist or not. Remember, jury decisions have, at times, been rendered based not on the facts presented, but by the wants of the jury to simply wrap up a case that is either taking too long or that they never wanted to be seated on in the first place.

A truly sad but true commentary on what should be ones civic duty.

And then there's this regarding today's judicial system in general, for the fact is that not only does the system itself seem to have been taken over and corrupted by not just
“activist judges,” but by countless left leaning defense attorneys who have been using.... or should I say misusing...what are actual court processes to help “reset”...if you will... the time frame for certain verdicts rendered to actually being carried out. And it's done courtesy of said attorneys filing countless...and most times useless...appeals in order to buy more time for the guilty in the misplaced hope of overturning what was a jury's original verdict. Case in point...how many times have we heard of long convicted murderers finally being put to death years, it not decades, after having committed the crime to which they were found guilty…as their“on-the-clock” attorneys were raking in the big bucks while the victim's family and friends were being denied the much needed act of closure.

And here let me say that I firmly believe in one trial, one appeal...or two appeals if it involves a complicated case...but in both cases with a set time frame for appeals in place...and then sentence should be fully carried out as originally adjudicated.

So now in closing let me say that while we all know...or at least should know if one has been paying even a mere modicum of attention to what's happening in our country today...that the overtly partisan “activist judges” who currently sit on US court benches are not the only ones in need of change.

What a sad commentary indeed.

And lastly, come the 2026 midterm elections don't forget to vote all the sitting judges out. So with that said, case closed.
