...But no matter the two parties current differences, the root cause of all the“problems” we as a nation still face today, whether we be Republicans or Democrats...I believe... remains the same, as in one Barack Hussein Obama, America's 44th president, whose platform when running for office was “Hope and Change” which when elected morphed into the “fundamental transformation of America.” And this in turnset into motion not only what became known as the “weakest recovery from a recession in modern American history,” but all the hate, divisiveness, and anger that follow us to this day. How so...because the America Obama led for eight years was then and remains now, vastly different than the America he inherited, but obviously not in a good sense for his presidency heralded in extreme social, demographic, and cultural changes that caused tenuous shifts in both government policy and in the “court of public opinion.”

The very nature of the word “problem” itself...whether it be an individual's personal problem or a generalized all encompassing political problem...usually implies that a specific situation has gone against what is considered to be the accepted “norm,” and thus must be either resolved in full or at least tempered down to some degree via what is known as “compromise,” a seemingly “dirty word” in relation to today's political discourse.

And while the word “problem,” vernacular wise, does tend to encompass the sum of American politics no matter which political party one aligns themselves with, said “problem” more times than not has its basis in a commonality that is either willingly being ignored by one party or simply not being addressed by the other party out of fear of facing what are sure to come ramifications. And while most Republicans rightfully feel that today's Democrat party has lost all vestiges of what is both “common sense” and “rational thinking,” thus leaving them in multi-stages of chaos, misdirection, and an uncertain political future; most Democrat's feel that the Republican party is not willing enough, not open minded enough, in its thinking to even try to understand why they deem the concept of “inclusion” to be so important.

Known also in some Democrat circles as the “Father of DEI,” Obama started said transformation by establishing “The Diversity & Inclusion Council” via “Executive Order 13583,” beginning with the infamous  Department of Education...and not surprisingly we all know how well that turned out now don't we. And while Obama claimed that DEI would, “lead us down the path to true equality,” DEI instead turned out to be a guise for anything but “equality” as skin color and misguided sexual deviations overrode not just common sense, but merit based qualifications in both educational endeavors and in the public work force hiring.

And again, America's current troubles were courtesy of the“media anointed” first black president...a misnomer to begin with as Barack Hussein Obama technically is of “mixed race”...or what's scientifically classified as “bi-racial”...as his mother was white and his father black...yet he still deliberately ripped open what was, at the time, healing racial wounds. How so...by his outwardly embracing radically dangerous groups like “Black Lives Matter” and “Antifa” while turning black criminals...like Michael Brown, George Floyd, and the infamous, “If I had a son...” Trayvon Martin...into heroes and victims simply because their skin color was black.

And while Obama's supposed “blackness” was and does remain his true driving force, his political ineptitude while in office led to more Americans receiving government aid...aka “welfare”...then working full-time, thus creating a new generation of “welfare dependent” individuals, which unfortunately continues to this day. Remember too, that it was Obama who, in 2012, helped shield from deportation over 1.2 million so called “Dreamers”....as in children brought to our country at a young age and whose families our taxpayer dollars helped to support...as well as his 2014 spending of our monies on five million then called “undocumented residents.” Simply, Obama loved spending what was our hard earned taxpayer dollars on individuals that it should never have been spent on.

And dare not forget that Obama's answer to all America's money “problems”...“problems” including his putting us on a so-called “fiscal cliff” by having added $6.5+ trillion dollars to the then national debt...was simply to “print more money,” never mind the fact that the needed “treasure” to back it up was simply not there.

And while Americans were financially hurting at the same time the printing presses were merrily rolling along, Obama relished in shoving his namesake piece of legislation known as “ObamaCare” down American's collective throats.

“ObamaCare”...the healthcare disaster that was then and still remains now in the hands of “pencil pushing” bureaucrats instead of seeing an individuals doctor/patient relationship deciding what should be the logistics of ones healthcare plan. Simply put, “Obamacare” is but another name for government controlled healthcare for the masses that comes replete, yet unknown to most, with its own dirty little secrets...secrets such as the fact that “Obamacare” made it all but impossible for millions of hard working Americans to keep what was their individual or employee-sponsored group health insurance, and led to hundreds of thousands...possibly millions...of workers losing what was full-time, good paying jobs. How so...because the actual healthcare costs dictated by “Obamacare”..as in the costs carried by one's employer...literally became unsustainable for most business owners/employers to bear, especially when an additional “destructive tax” on all medical devices was added into the mix.

And not to be forgotten is Obama's what some call “foreign policy blunders,” but what I call his back-stabbing traitorous actions...a list that truly did go from bad to worse with number one on said list being:

1. Obama's infamous “I Apologize for America” tours based upon his utter and total disdain for our U.S. armed forces even when being deployed on behalf of our national interests.

2. The disaster known as “Benghazi” which cost U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens, Information Officer Sean Smith, and C.I.A. Operatives Tyrone Woods, and Glen Doherty their lives, and whose blood is clearly on Obama's and then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's hands.

3. Obama's ever so proudly signing what was the the “Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action” ...useless U.N. nonsense that has done absolutely nothing to stop or even deter Iran's nuclear ambition

4, Obama's ever infamous five Taliban terrorists for one American traitor deal.

5. Obama's too numerous backstabbing betrayals of the Jewish State of Israel who is America's staunchest ally.

6. Obama's exposing his true “personal allegiance” with these 15 words, “I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction.”

7. Obama's secret middle of the night deal where he sent $400 million dollars in cash to Iran, then as is now the world's leading sponsor of terrorism...while knowing well that said monies would likely be used to increase funding to their proxy armies...armies like Hamas and Hezbollah...in their quest to wipe Israel off the map.

And these seven “foreign policy blunders” along with the previously stated domestic based “problems” lying at his feet, are just the proverbial “tip of the iceberg” in regards to all the harm this one man has done to both our beloved America and “We the American People.” But to make it all even worse is the fact that not one of our duly elected officials, to date, has officially and publicly called Obama to task “on the record,” let alone charged him with any (I believe ) crime committed. Getting away with murder so to speak, Obama has not even been held accountable for any of the damage that he has caused out country. And why...in my opinion...it's because of fear of the “race card” once again coming into play.

Remember, to most people using “common sense” skin color means nothing...but to Obama and his minions skin color was, is, and will always remain everything to them as it helps to focus their hate to a point where pulling out the “race card” becomes the answer to their “problems.” How so...because most people will do every and anything not to be seen as being “racist.” And besides, those folks whose entire existence is defined by one's skin color, and their “self perceived” definition of “inequities,” do tend to reach for the “race card” when facts, reality, and truth gets in the way of what is actually their anti-American agenda.

And why so...because for a man like Obama who wasn't “white enough” to “pass” while growing up, he embraced his having been socially deemed to be black, after all it gave him the coveted chance to be “anointed” as America's “first black president.” And in the symbolic nature of his having fully erased his white half, Obama was able to openly embrace the radical left's “Black agenda” replete with the implementation of “white guilt.” And sadly, because a sizeable number of very vocal people “of color” continued to think about the color of their skin upon first awakening in the morning and as the last thing before going to bed at night, Obama had a dedicated group of supporters who would do and say anything to help rip open the aforementioned, once healing, racial wounds.

Also, remember that while the sum total of Obama's presidency was one of putting the wants and needs of our enemies over America herself; over “We the American People;” as well as over our country's allies and friends; it was “We the People” who suffered through eight long years of Obama shoving his race driven and overtly anti-America agenda down our collective throats. And yet Republican leaders still have done nothing of substance about it. And why...because the only logical explanation can be is that they still fear being called “racist” in both the still leftist controlled media and in the court of public opinion no matter that Trump is now, thankfully, in charge.

And while Donald Trump, during his first term as president, did try to expose the truth about Obama, his administration, and all the harm he and they did to our country, Obama...in my opinion...was able to gather together the components that became the infamous “Trump witch hunt.” And in Obama's successfully doing so, along with his knowing that Republican leaders would fear his using the “race card” against them, the stage was set for Obama's third term in office. 

Remember, it was obvious to many...even before Joe Biden's physical and mental health decline became obvious...that Obama would be the one running the country. And this scenario was proven true when Biden's policies mirrored that of Obama's...not unlike two ships passing in the night...replete with a not so healthy dose of manufactured DEI policies and calls of racism being thrown in for good...or should I say bad...measure.

And so...in my opinion...the man who relished in“aiding and abetting” our nation's enemies...the man to whom “bipartisanship” was a dirty word...the man whose promised “immigration reform” turned into our open “free for all” southern border fiasco...the man who deemed “globalism” superior to “America First”...and the man whose inner racist self relished in seeing American cities burning and lives and businesses being destroyed in the name of black criminals...actually remains the shadow now hanging over all the “problems” President Trump is trying to fix today. But until the “problem” source itself is outwardly called to task...until Barack Obama is so charged and sentence adjudicated...this man will continue on to try to get what would be his “fourth term” in office. Case closed.

Marco Rubio...A New American Century

Well it seems the Republican field is narrowing down one by one...first Scott Walker dropped out, then Rick Perry, and now Bobby Jindal has left the race. Three good men gone. And while others remain...for now anyway...some serious whittling down of candidates needs to happen...for example, Mike Huckabee and Rick Santorum need to go as they just don't get that America is not nor will it ever be a theocracy. George Pataki and Lindsay Graham have no chance whatsoever of getting the nomination. Rand Paul is a joke just like his father was and that picture of Chris Christie embracing Obama is forever ingrained in our collective minds. Jeb Bush needs to save face and drop out now because every time he opens his mouth his foot goes in it. And John Kasich thinks he's smarter than anyone else running so bye-bye Kasich.

As for Donald Trump and Dr. Ben Carson...Dr. Carson would make a great Surgeon General or head of HHS but his meek and mild demeanor is not what America needs right now, and besides one good speech at the National Prayer Breakfast does not a president make nor does becoming a Republican a mere six months before announcing your run cut it. As for Donald Trump...having just gone through almost seven years of a narcissistic blowhard with no substance behind him, we do not need four more years of the same. Plus flipping one's party affiliation time and time again just shows that changing your voting designation also does not a Republican nor a Conservative make...especially when you need Billy-Boy's permission to run against his wife.

Now we're down to three...Carly Fiorina, Ted Cruz, and Marco Rubio. While Fiorina is one smart cookie, a great debater, and knows the business end of things, the problem is that in today's day and age of islamic terrorism that is simply not enough. As for Ted Cruz, the man who seems to have forged an alliance of sorts with Donald Trump, which might play well for now but when push comes to shove people will see that Cruz aligned himself with a showman who spews the right words but has no tangible policies to back-up those words...and that will not bode well for Ted Cruz as it's a bad judgement call that he will be forced to answer for.

That leaves the last man standing, Florida Senator Marco Rubio, a six-year member of the Foreign Relations Committee who unlike all the rest truly understands that in this day and age of ever-expanding islamic terrorism that foreign policy...coupled with standing strong with our allies...must be the prime focus of this election. And why...because if we do not get foreign policy issues right...if we do not keep the enemy 'over there' nothing else will matter...not the economy...not jobs...not a fence that will not keep them out anyway...nothing.

Marco Rubio is an American success story...a true 'working class' success story living the American dream, and is a man who is truly grateful for all that America has given to him. And now that man...a man both proud and humbled... wants to give back to the country he holds dear to his heart. And when you couple that with the fact that he truly cares about 'We the People's' concerns, issues, and problems, it becomes more than a bit obvious that Marco Rubio alone is the man to counter and win against Hillary's story...a story wrapped up in dirty deals, lies, deceit, and cover-ups, key amongst them being Benghazi. Marco Rubio is the future and Hillary Clinton is the past...a past our beloved America sorely needs to leave behind.

America needs a fighter...a man who can stand-up to criticism...a man who can put America's 'enemies within' in their place, and to that affect Marco Rubio is the only one of the candidates to call Hillary what she truly is...a liar...and he did so on national television for all to hear. Remember Rubio's words at the last debate when he said, “Last week, Hillary Clinton went before a committee”... “She admitted she had sent e-mails to her family saying, “Hey, this attack at Benghazi was caused by al-Qaeda-like elements.” “She spent over a week telling the families of those victims and the American people that it was because of a video. And yet the mainstream media is going around saying it was the greatest week in Hillary Clinton’s campaign. It was the week she got exposed as a liar.” Those are fighting words...words of a man not afraid to speak the truth, and after all these years of Democratic lies a fighter is what America needs and Marco Rubio fits that to a tee.

But before anything else, let's set the record straight on Marco Rubio's stance on Immigration Reform...simply put if it wasn't for Marco Rubio being in the so-called 'Gang of Eight' we would now be living under the McCain/Graham Amnesty Bill for it was Rubio, whose very presence threw a wrench into that proposed bill when he insisted on securing the borders first before any reform takes place.  

“The only way we're going to ever make progress on this issue is to first deal with illegal immigration, secure the border, win people's confidence that in a reality this problem is under control,” Rubio said, and securing the border was not part of the McCain/Grahm Bill at all. Marco Rubio is vehemently against amnesty for 'illegals' and is for a type of 'Pathway to Citizenship'...as was our beloved Ronald Reagan...because he understands that America...aside from the felons...will not deport 22 million people which both Trump and Cruz call for...nor will we be breaking up families or sending so-called 'anchor babies' back to the countries of their parent's birth...countries they know nothing about. Rubio is rightfully for enforcing the laws currently on the books and moving outward from there, but before anything else Marco Rubio is for sealing the borders...something he has always been for.

Another touch-point of this upcoming election being pushed by the Democrats is student debt, and to that affect Marco Rubio understands the obstacles faced by many who want to go to college but who cannot afford to. Having faced this obstacle himself, Rubio has proposed a number of workable and very doable proposals aimed at reducing the cost of college and graduate school. However, unlike Hillary's 'free-for-all' college for everybody proposal...a proposal actually paid for with our hard-earned taxpayer dollars...one of Rubio's proposals calls for private investment groups to pay for tuition in exchange for a percentage of future earnings. And while this proposal would not replace federally subsidized student loans, it would provide students with an alternative to not having to pay off large sums of monies borrowed to get a quality college education...debt that takes years if NOT decades to pay off.

However, foreign policy must be the key issue in this election because of the global killing machine known islamic terrorism. And no candidate is better prepared and qualified to deal with America's enemies abroad than is Marco Rubio, an integral member of the 'Foreign Relations Committee' for six-plus years now, meaning Rubio knows well the enemy we fight and he proudly stands up for those who fought that fight when they come home. In fact, Rubio stood by our veterans when then Democratic VA Committee Chairman Bernie Sanders tried to stop his efforts to put veterans needs before the needs of unions and Washington bureaucrats. Playing a key role in passing legislation to overhaul the VA, Rubio was asked to be part of the Senate's 'Veterans Affairs Conference Committee' because of his work in sponsoring the 'VA Management Accountability Act of 2014', which was passed overwhelmingly by the House, and included in it his proposal to allow the VA Secretary to fire incompetent bureaucrats...something that was long overdue.

And tied directly into foreign policy is national security for in today's world where ISIS continues to run amok, what happens 'over there' affects what happens here in America. And Marco Rubio has proven himself to be a true champion of 'We the People' in ways that help protect the 'health, safety, and welfare' of we American citizens, and in doing so exhibits the strength needed for presidential leadership. Case in point...you simply cannot cutback intelligence gathering programs nor can you side with Harry Reid and the Democrats whose policies counter American security issues, and that is exactly what Ted Cruz did when he surprised many by voting in favor of the 'USA Freedom Act'...the bi-partisan reform version of the 'Patriot Act...the very act that George W. Bush put in place after 9/11 that, to-date, has for the most part kept us safe at home.

And in saying that the bill weakened "U.S. national security by outlawing the very programs our intelligence community and the FBI have used to protect us time and time again," Rubio rightfully voted against the 'USA Freedom Act' because it failed to both follow through with the 'Patriot Act' and preserve existing National Security Agency (NSA) surveillance authorities that many Democrats and libertarian-leaning Republicans...like Rand Paul...erroneously believe are too “all-encompassing.”

But even with the 'USA Freedom Act' somewhat increasing privacy and oversight by creating an 'advocate' for the public, it requires the NSA to give specifics as to why surveillance is needed on a particular individual. But with the nightmare in Paris leaving over 130 dead and over 300 wounded, the 'USA Freedom Act' as Rubio said, “actually leaves America more vulnerable to attack” because it “will cost us the ability to gather actionable intelligence against elements operating in our territory.” In other words, by the time all the paperwork is done to allow said surveillance, that individual could have already carried out the very deed that could have been prevented if the NSA did not have to jump through the multitude of legal hoops this act now requires.

So one has to wonder why Ted Cruz, a man who holds a centrist position on surveillance, would restrict intelligence gathering by supporting a bill that Obama wanted...a 'red flag' if there ever was one. And while Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio do share similar views and positions on certain issues such as the farce known as Climate Change, Common Core, and ObamaCare, it's now obvious that they do part ways when it comes to the all-important foreign policy and national security issues...issues critical to the 'health, safety, and welfare' of 'We the People.'

And with Ted Cruz saying that the 'USA Freedom Act' struck "the right balance between protecting our privacy rights and our national security interests" you can see that Cruz does not understand that when islamic terrorism is spreading worldwide, the right balance is to have America's national security interests paramount above everything else. And Cruz's statement is but one reason why Marco Rubio is more electable than Ted Cruz...his only true opponent for the Republican nomination. And with Rubio being a pragmatist who sees the individual pieces of the puzzle fitting together to form the 'big picture', against Cruz being an ideologue who focuses on single pieces of the puzzle instead of the whole, it becomes obvious that Marco Rubio is the only one who can actually win against Hillary...or any other Democrat (as in Julian Castro) that might be put into the mix after the F.B.I. hopefully hauls her off to jail. And why is that...because Marco Rubio is seen across the board as being both honest and trustworthy by a majority of voters, while Hillary is seen as being both dishonest and untrustworthy even by most voters in her own party...and rightly so.

Remember, it's time we turn the reigns of power...the reins of government...over to the next generation of leaders, especially leaders like Marco Rubio who are grounded in conservative principals, values, and ideals. And Rubio is well received by both millennials and women voters, and with polls continuously showing him beating Hillary in key swing states like Iowa, Colorado, Virginia, and Florida in the general election, and now when you add in that according to the latest FOX News poll Rubio beats Hillary in a head-to-head race by 50% to her 42%...with no other candidate coming close to those numbers...you can see that Marco Rubio is the man Hillary and her machine fear most for he has something that is truly appealing...something Hillary does not have...and that is humility.

And with the 2016 election being about numbers...'specific' numbers...the only candidate who can pull in those needed 'specific' numbers is Marco Rubio and here's why...in the general election no candidate can win unless they carry the Hispanic vote...and in that vein they must be able to converse with this important segment of the voting block in their own language. In fact, Latino Decisions, specialists in Latino public opinion research, said that if the 2016 white vote is 59%, Republicans would need between 40% to 47% of the Hispanic vote to reach a majority...and a man NOT fluent in Spanish would not likely reach that critical must-get number. Remember, in 2012, Mitt Romney who did NOT speak Spanish only won about 27% of the Hispanic vote, but in 2004, George W. Bush who did speak Spanish won over 44% of the Hispanic vote. And the study also found that Republicans still need between 40% to 47% to win those majorities in the key states of Colorado, Florida, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, and Virginia...and Ted Cruz is simply not fluent in Spanish.

And lets not forget that someone who is fluent in Spanish stands a much better chance of bringing the Hispanic vote permanently over to the Republican party, because in Marco Rubio they see someone who understands their culture and their American dream.

And while Texas will go 'red' no matter who becomes the Republican nominee, this means Cruz brings nothing to the Electoral College numbers. But with the key swing state of Florida being determined by which candidate gets the Hispanic vote, and with Hispanics making up 27% of the state's electorate, along with an estimated 800,000 Hispanics turning 18 each year, Marco Rubio really is the only candidate that could bring in that needed 40+% number and turn Florida back to red, and it's because of his middle class background and his ability to identify with and speak directly to that critical segment of the population.

But the bottom lines remains that Marco Rubio...young, dynamic, focused, and ever positive...is the best candidate to represent America's future as we move ever forward into 'A New American Century'.

Five Steps to Solving the Immigration Conundrum

'Tolerate'...a word that has come to symbolize all that is wrong in America today as we are told we must 'tolerate,' for example, those behaving badly...we must 'tolerate' those out to kill us all...we must 'tolerate' demands done in the name of political correctness...and so much more. And why must we 'tolerate' all this...simply because we have allowed Congress...and a now red Congress to boot...to sit back and basically do NOTHING as they cower in fear of the race card being used against them if they dare to do what they know in their hearts is the right thing to do.

And now on top of everything else we must add in that, to date, we are being forced to 'tolerate' those whose presence here in our country negatively affects NOT only our economy, but the health, safety, and welfare of us all. ILLEGAL aliens...or as I more accurately call them 'criminals' because the very way they came to our country was done by breaking our laws...have NO legal right to be here and we are under NO obligation to allow them to stay here for nowhere in the Constitution does it say that America must be the refuge of those who break the law. And when you add in that thanks to the politics and policies of Barack HUSSEIN Obama, state and local governments have been instructed NOT to turn over those ILLEGALS federal agents request be turned over...and that includes convicted felons...you just know we are in serious trouble.

Serious trouble as there are over 22+ million ILLEGALS in our country who...while some did most assuredly come here for a better life and are working hard to that end...the vast majority are here to bilk our welfare and medical system, to take our jobs, to commit crimes including robbery, rape, and murder, and to generally create Obama sanctioned havoc...as they easily cross our unsealed southern border. And with immigration officials overwhelmed by the sheer numbers coming across said border coupled with Obama's mandated rules...rules designed to actually increase ILLEGAL numbers which in turn increase the Democratic voter base...they are basically left powerless to halt the ever increasing so-called 'brown-flow' that shows NO real sign of abating.

And while some politicians, elected officials, and most assuredly 'We the People' do recognize the problem at hand, the main solution being offered by some...by many...is just NOT a doable reality as calling for the mass deportation of 22+ million people will NOT ever happen. And while convicted felons should and must be deported post-haste, the fact is that the majority of ILLEGALS NEVER will be...people best get used to that for that is indeed reality. And also something that must be accepted as reality is that some kind of immigration reform will indeed happen NO matter how loud or how long some continue to yell 'deport.'

Immigration reform is the only thing that will actually stem and halt the flow coming across our border and it starts NOT with sealing the borders as most think as it will take time to actually build a fully operational fence...and I am speaking of an electrified fence that spans our entire southern border as the only true deterrent... but...as we build the fence...there are some things we can do right now to put an immediate stop to America being seen as the free ride haven for all. 

• First, there must be NO and I mean NO aid of any kind...NO freebies, NO handouts, NO welfare, NO food stamps, NO jobs, NO medical care, NO drivers licenses, NO voting rights, NO anything...given to those who come to our country ILLEGALLY. And cutting off said aid should begin immediately.

• Second, as the fence spanning our entire southern border is being built, we must impose hefty fines on those business owners who knowingly employ ILLEGALS instead of Americans or those who came here LEGALLY. The first time the business owner is caught doing so a hefty fine must be imposed...the second time the owner goes to jail in addition to receiving even a heftier fine. There must be NO 'three strikes and you're out' allowed...NO 'get out of jail free' card given...when it comes to employing ILLEGALS...period.

• Third, as the fence continues being built, the so-called 'sanctuary city' designation...a designation without an actual legal definition...must be removed from each and every of the 200 American cities* now called 'sanctuary cities' located in 32 states that are in reality NOTHING but a safe-haven for criminals...a safe-haven where criminals are rewarded for their behaving badly...a refuge where they have NO fear of being arrested let alone being deported for criminal acts committed whether those acts be a tangible crime or just the act of their being here ILLEGALLY.

And 'sanctuary cities'...where policies and/or laws limit the extent to which law enforcement and other government employees are able to assist the federal government on immigration matters...are now the main point of contention what with the recent murder of Kathryn Stienle by five-times deported, Juan Francisco Lopez-Sanchez, the ILLEGAL criminal with seven prior felony convictions. The man who took refuge in the 'sanctuary city' of San Francisco was freed by San Francisco authorities under Obama's 'sanctuary policy' where ILLEGALS are protected but the public is NOT protected from them. And even with their knowing about Lopez-Sanchez's past the local authorities still could NOT come up with even one valid reason to continue to hold him even though ICE officially recognizing him as a threat to public safety if he remained in the U.S...amazing isn't it.

And in an effort to cover-up this oh so grievous action, San Francisco Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi said and continues to say that his department was right in following both 'procedure' and local laws this past April, when after a years-old but still in effect arrest warrant on drug charges against Lopez-Sanchez were dismissed, they chose to release him instead of surrendering him into the custody of federal immigration officials as requested.

But what happened in the 'sanctuary city' of San Fransisco is NOT a new occurrence nor is it an isolated incident NOT by a long shot. And with some claiming that San Francisco and other 'sanctuary cities' are directly violating Section 642 of the 'Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996' (8 U.S.C. §1373)... which states that it's a violation of federal law for any state or local government to “prohibit, or in any way restrict” law enforcement or other government officials from sending or receiving information from the federal government on the “citizenship or immigration status, lawful or unlawful, of any individual”...battle lines of sorts have been drawn between Democrats who support 'sanctuary cities' and Republicans who rightfully want them gone.

Thankfully, the public overwhelmingly agrees with the Republicans as a recent Rasmussen poll found 79% of Republicans and 65% of unaffiliated voters support the DOJ taking legal action against 'sanctuary cities' but that only 43% of Democrats support such action. And with 62% of actual 'likely voters' agreeing and but 26% opposing said action coupled with the fact that 58% agree as opposed to 32% who disagree that the federal government should cut off all funds to 'sanctuary cities' the voice of 'We the People' you think would be heeded by those on Capitol Hill, but with a weak and gutless Congress there is NO guarantee it will be.

Also, remember serious immigration issues have been happening throughout the entirety of Obama's presidency beyond just 'sanctuary cities' including the fact that of the 97% of ILLEGALS who enter the U.S. through the almost 2,000-mile long border between us and Mexico only 20% are caught...a statistic for the most part remaining to this day. For example, in 2010, the Border Patrol reported that 212,202 ILLEGALS were caught in the Tucson, Arizona, sector alone, but that for every ILLEGAL they caught another 2.7 successfully made it into this country undetected. And if that figure alone doesn't get you angry how about this...of those that were apprehended nearly 30% of them already had a criminal record here in this country...meaning they were caught and jailed but somewhere down the line were let go to freely re-enter our country ILLEGALLY once again...to freely commit criminal acts again.

As was the case of 5-times deported murderer Juan Francisco Lopez-Sanchez...one of more than 120 convicted murderers released all across America in just the past few years of Obama's watch.

And this releasing of ILLEGAL criminals continues to happen even though hundreds of millions of dollars are given to states each year to compensate them for the cost of jailing said criminals. And they greedily accept the monies yet these very same states refuse to keep these criminals...these ILLEGALS...in jail where they belong. Choosing instead to turn a blind eye to what they know these people are capable of doing, the authorities willingly release them back into an unsuspecting public to make room for even more ILLEGALS until they in turn are released...and the vicious cycle continues on with innocents becoming the victims of on-purpose bureaucratic blunders run amok. And run these ILLEGALS do straight to an afore mentioned 'sanctuary city' even though all ready on the books federal law states that the local authorities must turn over identified ILLEGAL criminals to ICE for deportation after the ILLEGALS have first served any local jail time.

• Fourth, and again while the 2,000 mile long must-have fence gets built, our currently in-place immigration laws must be enforced in their entirety whether Obama and his cronies like it or NOT. Remember, the main reason our immigration system is broken is because Obama knowingly abused his executive authority by unilaterally refusing to enforce said laws. Ordering U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents to stop deporting 'broad categories' of ILLEGALS...meaning Hispanics...this current so-called 'brown flow'...this invasion...is an immigration disaster of Obama's own doing and its all about votes...votes garnered for many generations to come as no one will turn on the party who put the welcome mat out for them...who bought their loyalty with free stuff. But with the immediate enforcing of the current immigration laws we can at least slow down this invasion to some degree, and in turn reduce Obama's hoped for unbeatable Democratic voting roster.

• And lastly fifth and most important...the fence itself...building it will be ongoing as the other steps are implemented. The fence is the must have physical barrier which will actually halt the flow of ILLEGALS into this country. Expensive to build as it must be built the right way...as in electrified...but most assuredly money well spent...the fence must NOT now or ever be open to discussion.

So know that even if the shouts of 'deport' do NOT die down immigration reform will indeed happen... must happen...one way or another. And isn't it better if we Conservatives control how said reform is written, implemented, and adjudicated better then allowing the Democrats to do so...I would surely think so. So lets unite all factions of the 'right' together to get the best reform we can...let's get that border sealed; let's enforce the laws already on the books; and lets remove the designation 'sanctuary city' along with their funding as sanctuary must NEVER willingly be given to those who knowingly break our laws. And know that we can get immigration reform right if and only if we Conservatives control it...period.

A Scenario We Cannot Allow to Happen

Just imagine that today is January 20, 2017, and on this beautiful cold and crisp day newly-elected President Julian Castro is walking up to the podium to assume the office of the presidency. What... wait... Julian Castro...an avowed socialist with in-your-face communist leanings is being sworn in as Commander-in-Chief...what the hell happened... how did we lose again...how...how...and why...

The 'how' is the easy part...the 'why' is a bit more complicated...but the outcome has sadly doomed our country for many generations to come.

Like I said, the 'how' we again lost is easy...simply...four million uber-religious and/or fed-up Conservatives repeated their previous mistake from four-years ago of either staying home and NOT voting or voting but throwing their vote away on unelectable third party candidates...whining like babies and deliberately defiant in nature all because just like in 2012 their candidate of choice did NOT get the nomination. And while 'why' we lost is somewhat for the same reason, this new loss goes even deeper, all the way to the media generated and perpetrated rift between secular Conservatives and religious Conservatives...that along with the cleverly crafted and highly successful Democratic pandering for the Hispanic vote I might add.

Now imagine it's Wednesday, November 7, 2012, more specifically the day after Mitt Romney...a truly good man...lost to Barack HUSSEIN Obama...a true traitor to all our beloved America stands for. And while many reasons for Romney's loss were spewed out ad-nauseum by the talking heads on both sides of the political spectrum, certain key points as to why he lost do unfortunately ring true. First and foremost is the four million uber-religious far right sorts who found Mitt Romney NOT to be their particular brand of Christian tea. “Better a muslim we know than a Mormon we don't know” was their battle cry and I hope they're happy with the damage they've caused all because they viewed Mormonism as a cult. And by their simple act of staying home or writing 'Jesus' on the ballot this NOT only took a vote away from the truly good man, but put that vote into the tally count of the man they loved to claim they opposed but obviously did NOT.

And what's saddest of all is that these very same folks...folks who believe that history...even political history...has already been written as per what they consider 'God’s will'...proved for all to see that they were and still are so far to the right that they actually do shake hands with the left...making the above mentioned 2017 scenario a very real and quite scary possibility.

And in 2012, along with the religious right, were those who were NOT particularly religious per se, but still did NOT vote for Romney based strictly upon his stance on the social issues...Romney being more 'moderate' if you will on what are actually state's issues...issues like abortion, gay marriage, stem cell research, and such. Well, these same folks are already calling to task the announced 2016 Republican candidates for NOT seeing things exactly as they do on each and every social issue. And these folks will again cast wasted third party votes or write in obscure candidates NO one ever heard of just to try and prove how morally altruistic they are...proving instead their utter selfishness for to them it's their way or NO way...period.

Forgetting the fact that NO one agrees with a candidate 100% of the time...those who claim they do are either lying or blindly following just like the Obama 'lambs to the slaughter' sheeple do. They did this to Romney... they'll do it to whomever gets the 2016 Republican nod if it's NOT their particular candidate of choice...again opening the door to my above mentioned 2017 scenario. And let's NOT forget that a Democratic White House would be the one choosing the next SCOTUS appointees and you know what that means for the social issues now don't you.

And again like in 2012 we have the Hispanic issue to deal with but this time even more so. While Romney carried the white vote by 58% the Hispanics were a force to be reckoned with especially since Romney was against the 'DREAM' Act and was in favor of so-called 'self-deportation' for what the left loves to refer to as 'undocumented immigrants'...ILLEGALS...resulting in 70% of Hispanics voting for Obama. And if our candidates and 'We the People' do NOT address the immigration issue in a logical unemotional way it will happen again. Some form of immigration reform whether we like it or NOT is on the horizon. There will NEVER be mass deportations of 21 million people... maybe of the criminals...and hopefully so...but NOT of the masses...and the DREAMERS will NOT be sent back to countries they know NOTHING about...that is reality. Instead we should hold the upper hand in whatever immigration reform takes place and that can only happen by making sure my above mentioned 2017 scenario NEVER takes place.

And while we're still hovering in November 7, 2012, lets discuss the 'moderates'... 'centrists' some like to call them...those Romney failed to appeal to NOT because of his personal views per se, but because of all the social distractions used to keep him focused on this, his weak area, allowing Obama to secure in his tally centrist voters of both parties. And this focus on the social issues...Obama's prime agenda...oh so successfully distracting many from what was truly important and said social distractions led in turn to the rise of ISIS and such. We cannot allow that to happen in 2016...and Hillary is already laying out just that type of social agenda campaign what with her continuation of the fabricated 'War on Women' and such. We cannot fall into the trap of media-hyped nonsense...wedding cakes and pizza parlors must NOT take precedence over national security issues, the savages out to kill us all, the economy, jobs growth, ObamaCare, etc. or we will lose again.

We also must NOT allow ourselves to fall prey to the Obama/Sharpton self-promoted, pocket-lining, race war that they alone have started. We must NOT be afraid to speak our minds, to stand-up for our police, to say the words 'black thug,' 'hoodlum,' or even 'white trash' if need be as the fodder that is political correctness will get us NOWHERE...the truth alone NO matter how brutal will be what brings our side to the polls. The only ones served by political correctness are the very ones who have everything to lose and in this case it's the left. The simple fact is that only the left is well-served when our side bows to their whims as happened in 2012. Remember, Romney bowed to both political correctness and tried to be Mr. Nice Guy when he failed in the debates to attack Obama on the truth about Benghazi, and that signaled the start of his downfall as our side whined a bit but did NOTHING of substance to remedy it. That my friends cannot happen again or the White House will remain a most traitorous shade of blue.

Now let's deal in real-time as the 2016 election is fast approaching, and let's talk numbers. Numbers ...probably the most important word you will hear Craig and I say on our 'RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS' radio show and in many of our articles. Elections, as you know, are won or lost based upon numbers. Good intentions, good policies, lots of cash flow, all mean NOTHING without numbers. Even in 2012 where proven instances of voter fraud and voter manipulation happened, those numbers actually were small compared to the final all-important, race determining count. It's the 'stack' of numbers coupled with the ethnic make-up of those numbers that matters...for example, in the Obama/Romney election 13% of the vote was cast by blacks with 13% going in Obama's column; 10% of the vote was cast by Hispanics with most of that going to Obama; and 19% of the ballots were cast by those under 30...a demographic that Romney completely overlooked. Add those numbers together and Obama’s base was upped by five to six points, giving him his victory over Romney.

But what do those numbers actually spell...they spell 'inclusion' and whether some on our side like it or NOT only through inclusion will we grow our numbers. We can NO longer afford to shun those who might NOT be some's cup of Christian tea; we can NO longer afford to ostracize gay conservatives because we might disapprove of their lifestyle; we can NO longer afford to turn our backs on the all-important Hispanic vote because of the ILLEGAL situation; and we can NO longer afford to demote black conservatives to second tier status...any and all willing to pull that 'R' lever must be welcomed into our ranks so our numbers will swell and grow...grow large enough to prevent my above mentioned 2017 scenario.

We have been given one more chance to take back our country...let's NOT blow it again because of misplaced altruism, religious dogma, personal views on morality, or any number of other things. Lets stage the 'Second American Revolution' next November by uniting together as one powerful Conservative voice behind whomever finally gets the Republican nomination and get that person into the White House...we can deal with any of their political peccadilloes later on...for if we do NOT my above mentioned scenario will become reality and our beloved America will be lost NOT just for generations but maybe forever...and that fault will lie directly on the shoulders of those who stayed home and did NOT vote, those who voted third party, and with those who wrote 'Jesus' on the ballot.

And that my friends is the truth as I see it...period.

Screwed By the Senate Yet Again

Ted Cruz (along with Mike Lee) tried...he really did...but the Senate rejected his Constitutional proxy 'Point of Order' on Obama's immigration executive action when he directly targeted the funding for the Department of Homeland Security.

Rightfully using the spending bill as leverage to try and stop the implementation of Obama's executive ordered immigration reform, Cruz tried to defy RINO party leaders and their hanger-ons who cut deals with Obama and Reid to try and assure smooth passage of the $1.1 trillion spending bill. So in an attempt to force a Senate vote on said action as a condition for approving this disastrous bill, Cruz presented the argument that the bill violated the Constitution (and it surely does) because it would fund Obama’s plan as it rewrites current on-the-books immigration laws without any say whatsoever from Congress. And Cruz made sure he presented this to the Senate chamber in such a way that it was in keeping with long-standing Senate practices.

"If you believe President Obama's amnesty is unconstitutional, vote yes...if you believe Obama's amnesty is consistent with the Constitution, then vote no." Cruz had said in his trying to get his fellow Republicans to understand the severity of what they were voting on.

And yet the Senate rejected Cruz's arguments for NO other reason than the Senate is still controlled by the Democrats and a large number of turncoat RINOS until...and it can't come soon enough...January 6th when the 114th Congress is sworn in at noon.

Had the Senate sided with Cruz, this "mess of a bill" as he called it, would have been sent back to the House to have an amendment added to it that would have stopped the funding for Obama's unilateral immigration reform. But by a vote 22-74 against Cruz...and with less than half of the Senate’s 45 Republicans voting with him*...this still Harry Reid led Senate proved once again to be deaf to the wishes of 'We the People'...wishes that we shouted loud and clear back on November 4th.

And for those Republicans that voted against him...those like Sen. Bob Corker from Tennessee who had the audacity to call what Cruz did “irresponsible”...RINO extraordinaire Sen. Lindsey Graham from South Carolina who blamed Cruz's actions for causing the garnering of less votes than it would have gotten without him butting in... and Senator Orrin Hatch from Utah who said Cruz's antics irritated a lot of people... it will be remembered by true Conservatives next time they are up for re-election. And just know that payback will once again...as it was just some six or so weeks ago...be a b*tch.

And with that, the 1,603-page $1.1 trillion spending bill...reminiscent in length of the nightmare ObamaCare bill isn't it...and the last major piece of legislation for this year...was passed by the Senate late Saturday night thus avoiding another possible government shutdown. But I say they should have shut the whole damn Obama government down, especially since essential services by law would continue to be funded. And as an added bonus by shutting the government down Obama could go play golf and thus do NO more harm to this country while he was doing so.

In a vote of 56 to 40** the so-called 'CRomnibus' bill (the combined continuing resolution and omnibus funding bill) will now provide funding for NOT only the dreaded ObamaCare, but for most government departments and agencies through fiscal year September 2015, that is except for the Department of Homeland Security which will only be funded through the end of February. And the Republicans say they intend to use the time between now and then to try and find ways to defund and halt Obama's easing of deportation rules...ain't going to hold my breath for that one...but with the new Republican controlled Congress being seated come January there is a possibility...albeit a remote one...that they can pull it off...that is if the party unites and stops all the in-fighting.

But this very in-fighting between the RINOS versus the Conservatives and TEA Party Republicans...in-fighting NOT of Cruz's doing in my opinion...has now afforded 'Prince' Harry Reid the opportunity to move ahead next week...before this lame-duck Congress goes on Christmas break...with the 24 Obama nominees who most likely would NOT have been approved come the new Congress...nominees like 13 district court judges, 11 nominees to administration posts including customs enforcement officials and Carolyn Colvin to head the Social Security Administration along with the ubber liberal Vivek Murphy for Surgeon General.

Just a bit more of anything but happiness thanks to the RINOS who would NOT support Cruz.

But what was even more surprising about this final vote is that six Democrats actually sided with the Republicans against passage but NOT because they saw Obama's actions as wrong but because of two provisions in specific that they did NOT like...one a provision that weakens the Dodd-Frank Act's restrictions on banks that allows the banks to back their bets with taxpayer-backed insurance, and the other a provision that allows for an increase in the amounts that wealthy donors can give to major political parties. In fact, some Democrats claimed that these two provisions would have allowed already wealthy Wall Street employees to earn even more money, which they believe Republicans in turn would use to 'reward,' if you will, those who backed the spending deal.

Accusing the Republicans of kick-backs now aren't they.

But NO matter who voted which way, the bottom line is that 'We the People' are screwed and stuck with a monstrosity of a spending bill. And while the bill as passed does block funding of the 'risk corridors' (insurer's cost projections that in reality could cause individual plans to end up costing more than the insurers projections) that under ObamaCare could lead to a government bailout of the insurance companies at a huge cost to the American taxpayer, and does cut a bit more funding to the EPA to a tune of $60 million as well as prohibiting the IRA from targeting conservative organizations because of the way they chose to exercise their First Amendment rights, this 'CRomnibus' bill very unwisely caps spending for all-important national defense at $521 billion...very dangerous in this ever-expanding violent day and age of the islamic terrorist.

So as this sitting Congress soon retires for the holidays and as a new Congress gets ready to be seated, at least we start 2015 knowing we NO longer will have to deal with 'Prince' Harry Reid blocking every bill that originates with Republicans. But sadly, we also know that at least for now, work visas are still on the horizon for at least five million Obama-made legal ILLEGALS and all because the RINOS amongst us did NOT get that Ted Cruz was right...once again.
