“I
dedicate this, my 38th Covid article,* to those who died from what I
believe were
the actions of Dr. Anthony Fauci...may justice finally be served in
their name.”
When the Covid-19 pandemic first started during the later end of his first term in office, President Trump praised Dr. Anthony Fauci as a “wonderful man,” “a terrific guy,” and “a good man and friend” during what were early White House Task Force briefings. But even during the pandemics early days I started to suspect that something wasn't right for while coronaviruses can be naturally occurring, it was the discourse surrounding this one particular strain of coronavirus...the virus now known as Covid-19...along with its extremely fast rate of deadly spread...that led me to believe that we were deliberately being lied to not knowing at the time that Trump himself was being deliberately lied to by Fauci with much malice intended.
And so my search for truth began, and after doing a vast amount of medical research and then speaking directly to a number of folks in the medical field, I came to the belief that covid-19 was not...I repeat not...a naturally occurring coronavirus but was instead a cleverly crafted, genetically engineered, bio-weapon designed to masquerade as a virus. And why exactly the masquerade...because I believed then what I still believe today, that this particular strain of virus was designed not only to “cull the population”... as per UN Agendas 30 and 50...but also to try to alter the course of the then upcoming 2020 U.S. presidential election.
Simply, in my personal
opinion, Dr. Anthony Fauci is not only the architect of mass murder
who knowingly and willingly helped create through his partnered
“Gain
of Function”
research
with Communist China what I do believe to be the bio-weapon driven Covid-19 virus itself, but that he was the one who pushed the hardest for
a vaccine...aka “the
jab”...in
order not to protect folks from catching the virus, but to directly
infect or make those who had not yet been infected much more likely to catch the virus. Thankfully, some of us
were wise enough to ignore the fear mongering and not roll up our
sleeves to be “jabbed”
and
then “boosted”...see the vast majority of us still to this day being Covid free.
And I tell you this backstory because why would a claimed to be “innocent man” take “the fifth” 111 times...as Fauci did on July 29, 2026 during a hearing before the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee...for the actions he was pardoned for, if for no other reason than he greatly feared the real truth being publicly exposed, which could leave Fauci facing “vigilantly justice” to the nth degree...no matter the pardon in place.
Now here I must state that NO presidential pardon can be legally “overturned” either by Congress or by a future president. Why so...because while Article II of the Constitution gives the president alone the “absolute power of the pardon,” it provides no mechanism for a current or future president to rescind a pardon already given. However, individuals who have been pardoned can still be prosecuted and held in “contempt of Congress” for perjury, but only if it's proven that said person did lie while under oath in regards to a federal crime having been committed and thus been granted a pardon for.
So don't rush to cheer the “contempt” charge for even if Fauci is “orange-jumpsuited” this punishment, if adjudicated, is nowhere near the scope of what Fauci committed nor does it negate or render “invalid” the “blanket pardon” Biden gave him...or does it... more on that it a bit.
And
while what is a “blanket
pardon” still only applies to presidential pardons given for federal level offenses or crimes committed, that does not mean that Fauci won't be
charged on the state level for that was already in the works even
before the “contempt”
ruling was reached. So let's not celebrate a victory here, for the fact is that while state
laws cannot override what is given federal authority, especially with what are
legally deemed to be “interstate
matters”
relating to federal health guidelines usually, but not
always, falling outside of what are also deemed “local
and state criminal codes”
So with Fauci now in “contempt,” and with his actual diary** showing that he blatantly lied about the Covid virus itself, his involvement in its “Gain of Function” research, and the ensuing cover-ups, the anything but “good doctor” still is free...for now anyway... from prosecution for anything he did during the Covid pandemic because his pardon remains in place even with it having been signed with the infamous auto pen. Why so...because the fact remains that the pardon was properly finalized, delivered, and accepted by Fauci, so it “seems to be” legally irrevocable...with “seems to be” the operative words here...also more on that in a bit.
And
besides, right now any charges brought against Dr. Fauci might still
be difficult to prove. Why so... because to date, as I write this, and it's no matter the recent misdemeanor level “contempt”
charge
against him, no actual nor tangible criminal charges have been
officially filed against Fauci by any local, state, federal, or
international court...charges like having committed any violent
crimes, homicides, or murder.
Thankfully though, that particular aspect might start to change for here in my “Free State of Florida” (thank you Governor DeSantis)...our Attorney General James Uthmeier has now issued an investigative subpoena to Fauci as part of an official investigation into the awards, professional opportunities, financial incentives, grants, and Covid-19 guidance that impacted Florida businesses and consumers.
But if and when charges are actually filed, and if when questioned Fauci again invokes “the 5th,” the good news is that this time there’s a caveat attached, because now it would be a state attorney bringing criminal charges against him, and not the federal government.
And
while Fauci and his legal team would likely contest this on the
grounds that any statements he made, and any policies he put into
place while the Covid pandemic was ongoing were directly “work
related”...meaning
they were part of his “federal
role” in
heading the “National
Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases” (NIAID)...and
thus would remain covered by his Biden issued “blanket”
pardon.
But the fact is that much to Fauci's and his attorney's surprise this itself might not hold true for the Constitution places specific limits on the power of the pardon, including its implying that a president cannot “preemptively pardon” someone for a crime they have not yet committed as it would violate the Article II mandate to, “take care that the laws be faithfully executed.”
“Not yet committed”...countless multitudes died during the covid pandemic, so here it becomes a game of word semantics for with Fauci legally not yet charged with having committed any tangible crime...remember lying under oath is a misdemeanor...a case could still be made regarding the fact that Biden's actual pardon of Fauci when given was legally “invalid,”...which would now open up an interesting can of worms.
Now in regards to the states, presidential pardons are Constitutionally specific in regards to pardoning state crimes or acting before an offense needing pardoning occurs. So how then does that apply to Biden's pardon of Fauci? Because the courts themselves, whether they be federal or state level courts, can then declare Fauci's pardon “legally void” because said pardon never had what's known as “valid legal force” behind it. And what is “valid legal force” but a fully binding, active, and enforceable document, meaning that the pardon given meets all rules and formal requirements, thus carrying the official weight of the law, which is not the case here.
Why so...because Biden's pardon provided Fauci with no protection for new statements made...hence his constant taking “the fifth”...which actually does negate the 6th amendment's guarantees for fair trials to take place. And how can a fair trial...or a fair inquiry...even be conducted when someone constantly takes the “the fifth”...it cannot. And even with a federal pardon carrying no weight on the state level, how then on the state level can this be fair if Fauci again regurgitates “the fifth”...be fair to all those whose lives were lost or changed by this one man....simply it cannot.
And
while I'm not a attorney nor have I ever professed to be one...I do
know it's been proven many times over that sometimes outsiders do see
something even the experts miss, or that sometimes the needed
something was hiding in plain sight all along. And I believe “hiding
in plain sight” to be the case as it relates to Dr. Fauci's pardon
even though what I am about to tell you is so very different in its
pardon content, but not in its rightful outcome.
In 1974, in Hoffa v. Saxbe, 378 F. Supp. 1221 (D.D.C. 1974) a federal district court reaffirmed that a presidential pardon is not “limitless,” but that when issuing any pardon it must be “representative of all the People, and must always exercise it in the public interest.” Tell me how Biden's pardon of Fauci was in the public's interest...it simply was not for its only interest was to protect Fauci from federal charges, while still leaving the public open to any future harm Fauci's covid nightmare might cause, with past harm done becoming“null and void.”
Simply, Joe Biden's pardon of Fauci should be legally rendered “invalid” and thus be“invalidated,” with federal charges now officially being leveled against him while state charges move forward as well.
So
with Fauci's pardon
already having no “valid
legal force”
over
“state-level
crimes”...if
Florida and our other 49 states were
each to bring charges against Fauci of let's say “conspiracy
to commit and
then perpetrate fraud”
while failing to admit his role in helping to not only develop the
virus ...resulting in thousands of deaths in each of the what would then be the plaintiff's states...while using “interstate
commerce” as
the prime means by which to transport what was the rushed to market, barely
tested, “Operation
Warp Speed” initiated Covid vaccine...Fauci might well be facing serious jail time on top
of now hopefully reinstated federal charges.
The simple word “invalid” has been hiding in plain sight, and why the “experts” did not pick up on it is surprising, but hopefully now they will, and justice for Fauci's victims might finally be served. Case closed.
